技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于闭合容器的闭合瓶盖、具有与之相关联的瓶盖的容器以及该容器的打开方法。
背景技术
已知一种用于闭合容器的闭合瓶盖，该闭合瓶盖包括：
-帽盖，该帽盖能与容器相关联并且包括易碎嘴部；
-切割器，该切割器在所述帽盖的内部突出并且沿着帽盖自由地平移；该切割器包括切割边缘，该切割边缘设计成打开易碎嘴部；该帽盖和切割器组合地限定储存器，该储存器用于容纳物质，该物质在易碎嘴部打开时落入到储存器中；
-覆盖件，该覆盖件具有翻转烧杯轮廓，且该覆盖件保护帽盖和切割器。覆盖件借助带螺纹联接件连接于容器。
在打开之前容纳在储存器中的物质须在易碎嘴部的破裂动作之后与存在于容器中的液体混合。
为此，使用者通过利用此种带螺纹联接件将覆盖件旋拧到容器上，由此覆盖件朝向容器旋转地平移，将切割器轴向地推抵于易碎嘴部并致使该易碎嘴部打开。
此种构造方案的缺点与为了确定易碎嘴部的有效切割而须施加在覆盖件上的努力有关。
由US2006/071000、WO2009/031864、WO2012/153206披露的瓶盖是众所周知的。
发明内容
在此背景下，本发明的目的是提供一种闭合瓶盖，该闭合瓶盖使得能够便于将存在于储存器中的物质与存在于容器中的液体混合，并且同时能较佳地与现有的生产线兼容。

因此，如果接合的话，传递装置5使得易碎嘴部20的打开转矩能在没有相对滑动的情形下传递至覆盖件4和切割器3之间。这便于转矩在覆盖件4和切割器3之间的传递。
帽盖2适当地包括周向挠性唇部21，该周向挠性唇部趋于沿径向方向自主地打开，且在切割器3于帽盖2中的插入行程结束时锚固在覆盖件4的基座403中。
传递装置5包括第一和第二部分51、52，该第一和第二部分一前一后地定位且分别包含在覆盖件4和切割器3中。具体地说，第一部分51包含在覆盖件4的基部41中。
第一和第二部分51、52能在第一位置和第二位置之间运动，在该第一位置中，这些部分彼此接合，以使得打开转矩能从覆盖件4传递至切割器3，用以打开易碎嘴部20，而在第二位置中，这些部分彼此分开，且传递装置5脱开。

覆盖件4能借助螺纹连接于容器。
为此，覆盖件4包括具有螺距的螺纹401。
切割边缘30的高度小于覆盖件4的螺纹401的螺距。这使得能够防止来自易碎嘴部20的小圆盘掉落到容器内部。事实上，在此种模式中，切割边缘会沿着小于360°、具体地说包括在250°和300°之间的弧部将易碎嘴部20打开。这防止小圆盘完全脱离，由此小圆盘仍连接于帽盖2的剩余部分。
切割边缘包括会聚在尖锐区域中的两个条带。切割边缘30(具体地说，前文中提及的两个条带之一)限定凹部31，该凹部在易碎嘴部20的打开完成的情形下部分地接纳小圆盘，该小圆盘以悬臂的方式突出并且因易碎嘴部20的部分打开而形成。此细节还致使切割边缘能接纳易碎嘴部20的已切割部分且并不与该已切割部分干涉。这进一步降低了此风险，即小圆片可能完整地脱离，从而形成可能影响正常功能的障碍物。两个条带之一有利地定轮廓成圆弧形状，该圆弧所具有的半径与小圆片的半径相差小于10％。
重要的是，第一和第二组齿510、520在第二组齿520轴向地推上切割器3之前往复地接合。为此，第二组齿520的高度有利地大于螺纹401的螺距。
覆盖件4有利地包括封条(intactness band)400，该封条由第一塑料材料制成，该第一塑料材料比制造所述切割器3的第二塑料材料更易变形。在将覆盖件4的旋拧转矩施加在容器上的过程中，这使得封条400破裂，而不会损坏切割器3。

一种用于生产根据本发明的瓶盖的方法包括以下步骤：
-将物质插入到提供于切割器3中的空腔303内部；
-将切割器3和包含在空腔303中的物质插入到帽盖2内部；
-将切割器3和帽盖插入到覆盖件4内部。
此种生产方法包括使用已知类型的组装设备，并且这使得能够回收用于实现在WO2012/153206中描述类型的瓶盖的已知类型设备。
由此设想的本发明可实现多个优点。
首先，本发明使得能够减小用户为了确保将存在于储存器8中的物质落入到容器内部所需的力。其次，本发明使得能够将已被许多用户使用的设备用于瓶盖的组装，而无需进行新的投资来修改设备。
由此设想的本发明易于进行多种修改，且所有修改均落在表征本发明的发明概念范围内。此外，所有细节都可用技术上等效的元素来替代。在实践中，所使用的所有材料以及尺寸可以根据要求而为任意的。

Claims (11)

1.一种用于闭合容器的闭合瓶盖，所述闭合瓶盖包括：
-帽盖(2)，所述帽盖能与容器相关联并且包括易碎嘴部(20)；
-切割器(3)，所述切割器包括切割边缘(30)，所述切割边缘设计成用于打开所述易碎嘴部(20)；至少所述帽盖(2)和所述切割器(3)组合地限定储存器(8)，所述储存器用于容纳物质，所述物质在所述易碎嘴部(20)打开时落入到所述容器中；
-覆盖件(4)，所述覆盖件保护所述帽盖(2)和所述切割器(3)；所述覆盖件(4)与所述切割器(3)分开，并且进而包括；
i)侧壁(40)，所述侧壁封围用于至少部分地容纳所述切割器(3)的区域(402)；
