Abstract

本发明提供一种连接端子,由底板(13)、第一侧板(14)、未图示的顶板、第二侧板形成方筒状的连接部(11),可动接触片(20)通过其基部(20a)附设在底板(13)的后方,其中间部形成为凸状,其顶部作为对被插入的相对侧插入端子的触点部(20d),在连接部(11)形成前将可动接触片(20)在所述底板(13)上折回。在底板(13)上设置切口,将后部与底板(13)连接的长方形的未图示的加强片从底板(13)向上方提起,其前端部与可动接触片(20)的触点部(20d)的下面抵接。在连接部(11)的入口处,将设置在底板(13)的前端的引导片(22)向内侧折弯,覆盖可动接触片(20)的自由端(20c)、防止向上方的移动,同时,发挥引导插入端子的作用。

Description

连接端子
技术领域
本发明涉及嵌入在电连接器中、用于与相对侧插入端子连接的支承用连接端子。
背景技术
以往,都是在连接端子的连接端部内配置具有弹性的可动接触片,弹性地夹持相对侧插入端子。近年来,随着要求电连接器的小型化、多极化,嵌入内部的连接端子也变得小型化,在支承用的连接端子中,希望能将与相对侧插入端子接触的可动接触片的触点部尽量设在前方,同时,使插入端子的插入力较小。
针对该要求,已知有例如如下的以往例。
(1)如图6所示,在连接部1内,从底板2的前后分别将可动接触片3与加强片4切起,并在可动接触片3的触点部5处重叠。
(2)如图7所示,将基部连接在顶板6侧的可动接触片3在连接部1内使自由端7朝向前方地折回。
(3)如图8所示,将可动接触片3安装在顶板6的前端,在连接部1内折回成U字状并将自由端7朝向前方与底板2重叠,通过设置在底板2前方的引导片8卡定可动接触片3的前端。
发明内容
但是,在现有技术(1)中,由于可动接触片3前方被固定、后方成为自由端,因此需要很大的端子插入力。
另外,在现有技术(2)中,虽然通过相对侧插入端子的反作用力使可动接触片3进行扁平状变形,但是在顶板6上设置向内侧鼓出的纵长的加强用薄片比较困难。
此外,在现有技术(3)中,虽然将触点部5设置在前方并能够降低端子插入力,但由于可动接触片3从上方弯曲,将连接部1内部在上下方向截断,因此在制造工程中,无法向连接部1的前后方向进行光束投影、进行光学检查形状异常。
本发明的目的是解决上述问题,提供一种连接端子,该连接端子在前方设置有触点部,同时能够减小相对侧插入端子的插入力。
用于实现上述目的的本发明的连接端子,其特征在于,由一块导电金属板构成,并形成有由底板、与底板相连的第一侧板、与该第一侧板相连的顶板、与该顶板相连的第二侧板围成的方筒状的连接部,将可动接触片在所述连接部内的底板上折回、设置由凸状的顶部形成的触点部,所述可动接触片平行地设置在所述底板的侧部,且在所述底板的后方与所述底板结合、将前端作为自由端;将加强片从上述底板朝向前方切起、从下侧支撑上述可动接触片,所述加强片的后端与上述底板结合,将其前端作为自由端;将向上述底板的前端延伸的引导片以覆盖上述可动接触片的前端的方式折回,作为对相对侧插入端子的引导部。
根据本发明所涉及的连接端子,由于将可动接触片从后方的基部折回并重叠在底板上,并且将自由端朝向前方地配置在底板上,同时,通过从底板切起的加强片从下方支承可动接触片,因此能够将与相对侧插入端子的触点部定位在前方,并能够减小相对侧连接端子的插入力,能够通过稳定的力夹持相对侧插入端子。

具体实施方式
图1是支承用的连接端子的立体图,图2是剖面立体图,图3是切掉连接部的一部分后的放大立体图,图4组装前的展开俯视图。该连接端子由1片导电金属板冲裁、折弯形成,大致由前方的方筒状的的连接部11和后方的电线压接部12构成,在电线压接部12中如通常那样,芯线压接部12a及包覆压接部12b分别形成为U字形剖面。
在图4的展开俯视图中,连接部11,在底板13的单侧依次连接有第一侧板14、顶板15、第二侧板16、稳定器(スタビラィザ)部17。由底板13、第一侧板14、顶板15、第二侧板16形成方筒,在顶板15上沿纵向形成有朝向内侧的凹部18,在顶板15的后部,向内侧折弯有用于卡定设置在壳体上的卡定枪(係止ランス)的卡定部19。附设在第二侧板16的侧部的稳定器部17,在折弯时剖面卷曲成半圆弧状,并在底板13的第二侧板16侧,从底板13向下方突出。
底板13的另一侧方,与底板13平行地配置有可动接触片20,该可动接触片20,通过其基部20a附设在连接部11的底板13的后方。可动接触片20在连接部11形成之前,在底板13上在基部20a处折回,并且附设在基部20a上的后端20b与前端的自由端20c之间向上方形成为凸状。在其相对的前方设置的顶部为与插入的相对侧插入端子的触点部20d。
此外,在可动接触片20的触点部20d的两侧伸出有翼部20e,并在形成连接部11时分别摆动地嵌合于在两侧的第一侧板14和第二侧板16处设置的孔部14a、16a内。
在底板13上设置有切口,后部与底板13连接的长方形的加强片21从底板13倾斜地被朝向前方抬起,其前端部21a与可动接触片20的触点部20d的下面相接。
而且,在连接部11的入口处,从底板13的前端延伸的引导片22向内侧折弯,覆盖可动接触片20的自由端20c,防止向其上方移动的同时,起到引导相对侧插入端子的作用。另外,连接部11通过稳定器部17或其他的部件以保持方筒的方式卡定。
此外,在芯线压接部12a的前方两侧分别立起有板体部23,芯线压接部12a的顶部与板体部23的顶部大致连结成直线,由此机械性地加强芯线压接部12a的前部。
在这样的结构中,能够将可动接触片20的触点部20d定位在连接部11内的相对前方,同时,可动接触片20通过将前方作为自由端20c,弹力相对较小,相对侧插入端子的插入力较小既可。
由于可动接触片20的自由端20c经由翼部20e通过孔部14a、16a限制其上下位置,并且通过引导片22将自由端20c向下方按压,所以自由端20c不会过度上下移动、阻碍相对侧插入端子的插入。
此外,若将相对侧插入端子插入到连接部11中,则可动接触片20将接近扁平地发生弹性变形,但由于通过加强片21从下方进行支承,因此可限制过大的变形,并相对于相对侧插入端子通过触点部20d施加规定的按压力。
图5示出变形例,在底板13上重叠的可动接触片20的后端20b处与底板13一同在与纵向垂直的方向形成有肋部20f。通过形成这样的肋部20f,可动接触片20的后端20b被牢固地固定在底板13上。另外,也可以将后端20b焊接在底板13上替代形成肋部20f。

Claims (5)

1.一种连接端子,其特征在于,由一块导电金属板构成,并形成有由底板、与底板相连的第一侧板、与该第一侧板相连的顶板、与该顶板相连的第二侧板围成的方筒状的连接部,将可动接触片在所述连接部内的底板上折回、设置由凸状的顶部形成的触点部,所述可动接触片平行地设置在所述底板的侧部,且在所述底板的后方与所述底板结合、将前端作为自由端;将加强片从上述底板朝向前方切起、从下侧支撑上述可动接触片,所述加强片的后端与上述底板结合,将其前端作为自由端;将向上述底板的前端延伸的引导片以覆盖上述可动接触片的前端的方式折回,作为对相对侧插入端子的引导部。
2.如权利要求1所述的连接端子,其特征在于,所述加强片的前端从下侧支承所述可动接触片的所述顶部。
3.如权利要求1所述的连接端子,其特征在于,将所述可动接触片的向所述底板的折回部与所述底板重叠、形成肋部。
4.如权利要求1所述的连接端子,其特征在于,将所述可动接触片的向所述底板的折回部与所述底板焊接。
5.如权利要求1所述的连接端子,其特征在于,在所述第一、第二两侧板上形成孔部,将设置于所述可动接触片两侧的翼部可自如摆动地嵌入所述孔部内。
