本发明其目的在于提供一种利用塑料薄膜(1)制造塑料袋的制袋机,能够使制袋机大幅度地高速化,准确地切断塑料薄膜、可靠地制造塑料袋及在要求变更塑料袋大小时容易与其对应。根据本发明,在上游侧进给路径中,塑料薄膜以塑料袋大小的N倍的单位进给长度按一定的周期数间歇进给,每次间歇进给时,塑料薄膜被热封而得到N倍数量的塑料袋。再有,塑料薄膜热封后,在下游侧进给路径中,塑料薄膜(1)以与塑料袋大小对应的单位进给长度按上游侧进给机构的N倍的周期数间歇进给,每次间歇进给时,利用切刀(10)切断塑料薄膜。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种利用塑料薄膜制造塑料袋的制袋机。
背景技术
利用塑料薄膜制造塑料袋的制袋机中,通常是塑料薄膜以与塑料袋大小对应的单位进给长度按一定的周期数间歇进给。并且,每当塑料薄膜间歇进给时,利用热封装置将塑料薄膜热封。其后,每当塑料薄膜间歇进给时,由切刀切断塑料薄膜,从而制造塑料袋。此时,问题是热封装置。为了使塑料薄膜确实地被热封,必须使之经过相当长的密封时间进行加热及加压。不过,塑料薄膜分别具有熔化温度,不能将密封温度设定为其以上温度。从而,必然地不能将密封时间缩短到一定程度以上。再有,热封装置具有较大重量,很难高速驱动它。因此,关于制袋机的高速化,在技术上有限。
为了解决此问题,使塑料薄膜不是与塑料袋大小对应的单位进给长度而是以其N倍以上的单位进给长度按一定的周期数间歇进给。并且,每次塑料薄膜间歇进给时,将塑料薄膜热封得到N倍数量的塑料袋即可。在此,N为2以上的整数。这种方式本身已知的,在特公昭52-48862号公报(专利文献1)中记载。再有,该公报的装置中,塑料薄膜热封后,利用连续进给机构连续进给塑料薄膜。并且,利用切刀将其切断,制造塑料袋。该公报的装置为双行排料的制袋机,塑料袋2个2个地被制造、排出。切刀为旋转式的。
因此,该公报的制袋机中,若驱动1次热封装置,将塑料薄膜经过相当长的热封时间进行加热及加压,则N倍数量的塑料袋中,能够同时将其热封,不存在热封装置的密封时间及驱动速度的问题。其结果是能够使制袋机大幅度地高速化。
不过,采用该公报的制袋机的情形下,连续进给塑料薄膜时,必须利用切刀将其切断,在其切断位置的精度上存在问题。从技术上而言,很难在连续进给的塑料薄膜的规定位置将其准确地切断,不可能靠近。从而,不能可靠地制造塑料袋。要考虑到产生不良品的时候很多。再有,有时也要求变更塑料袋大小,而很难与其对应。有关切口、切角装置,若以连续进给加工,则还在成本及换位等操作上有难度。

从而,本发明其目的在于提供一种利用塑料薄膜制造塑料袋的制袋机,其能够使制袋机大幅度地高速化,准确地切断塑料薄膜、精密地制造塑料袋及在要求变更塑料袋大小时容易与其对应。
根据本发明,在上游侧进给路径中,上游侧进给机构作用于塑料薄膜,塑料薄膜以塑料袋大小的N倍的单位进给长度按一定的周期数间歇进给。再有,热封装置设置在上游侧进给路径上,每次塑料薄膜间歇进给时,塑料薄膜被热封而得到N倍数量的塑料袋。再有,塑料薄膜热封后,在下游侧进给路径中,下游侧进给机构作用于塑料薄膜,塑料薄膜以与塑料袋大小的单位进给长度按上游侧进给机构的N倍的周期数间歇进给。再有,切刀设置在下游侧进给路径上,每次塑料薄膜间歇进给时,利用切刀切断塑料薄膜。再有,储存器设置在上游侧及下游侧路径间,由上游侧进给机构间歇进给塑料薄膜时,塑料薄膜暂时被积存,由下游侧进给机构间歇进给塑料薄膜时,每次都而供给积存薄膜。在此,N为2以上的整数。
优选的实施例中,上游侧驱动装置与上游侧进给机构及热封装置连结,下游侧驱动装置与下游侧进给机构及切刀连结。并且,由控制装置控制上游侧驱动装置,驱动上游侧进给机构及热封装置,监控其运转状态。再有,由控制装置控制下游侧驱动装置,驱动下游侧进给机构及切刀,在上游侧进给机构及热封装置的运转中产生异常时,由控制装置停止或特别运转下游侧进给机构或切刀或者这两者。因此,能够让操作员识别异常。
再有,优选的实施例中,排出机构设置在切刀的下游位置,由排出机构排出塑料袋。并且,下游侧驱动装置与排出机构连结,由控制机构控制下游侧驱动装置,驱动排出机构。从而,在上游侧进给机构及热封装置的运转状态中产生异常时,由控制装置停止或特别运转排出机构,能够让操作员识别异常。
上游侧驱动装置由主伺服马达和其他伺服马达构成。并且,由主伺服马达驱动热封装置,由其他伺服马达驱动上游侧进给装置。再有,每次主伺服马达旋转时,根据其旋转信号监控、确认运转状态。
再有,上游侧进给机构起动后,下游侧进给机构以比其1个周期时间短的时间延迟起动。

再有,该制袋机中,下游侧驱动装置与下游侧进给辊9及切刀10连结,由控制装置控制下游侧驱动装置,驱动下游侧进给辊9及切刀10。例如,除下游侧计算机C1之外,在控制装置中还使用下游侧计算机C2。下游侧驱动装置包含下游侧伺服马达M3、M4,下游侧伺服马达M3与下游侧进给辊9连结,下游侧伺服马达M4与切刀10连结。再有,下游侧计算机C2与上游侧计算机C1及下游侧伺服马达M3、M4连接,由下游侧计算机C2控制下游侧伺服马达M3,驱动下游侧进给辊9。再有,由下游侧计算机C2控制下游侧伺服马达M4,驱动切刀10。
并且,下游侧进给路径上,塑料薄膜1以与塑料袋2大小对应的单位进给长度L按上游侧进给辊3的N倍的周期数间歇进给。例如,前面说过,在上游侧进给路径上,由上游侧进给辊3间歇进给塑料薄膜1,塑料薄膜1其以塑料袋2大小的2倍的单位进给长度按一定的周期数间歇进给。因此,在下游侧进给路径上,塑料薄膜1以与塑料袋2大小对应的单位进给长度L按上游侧进给辊3的N倍的周期数间歇进给。再有,每次塑料薄膜1间歇进给时,由切刀10切断塑料薄膜1。
从而,制造塑料袋2。
再有,该制袋机为双行排料装置,剪切机11设置在下游侧进给路径上,随着塑料薄膜1的间歇进给,塑料薄膜1沿着剪切线12被剪切。其后,利用切刀10切断塑料薄膜1,塑料袋1被2个2个地被制造、排出。此外,冲头13设置在下游侧进给路径上,每次塑料薄膜1间歇进给时,还能够利用冲头13冲裁塑料薄膜1,在塑料袋2的角上,在塑料薄膜1上形成冲裁部分。冲头13被称为切角装置。切口装置中使用冲头,将其设置在下游侧进给路径上,还能够利用冲头冲裁塑料薄膜1,在塑料薄膜1上形成切口。
再有,排出机构被设置在切刀10的下游位置。排出机构用于排出塑料袋2。再有,下游侧驱动位置与排出机构连结,由控制装置控制下游侧驱动装置,驱动排出机构。该实施例中,排出机构由分开的传送带14、15构成。再有,限位器16配置在传送带14、15的上方,其位置在各传送带14、15之间。另一方面,下游侧驱动装置包括下游侧驱动马达M5及汽缸17,下游侧驱动马达M5与传送带14、15连结,汽缸17与限位器16连结。再有,下游侧计算机C2与下游侧驱动马达M5及汽缸17连接,由下游侧计算机C2控制下游侧驱动马达5,驱动传送带14、15,排出塑料袋2。再有,塑料袋2中产生不良品时,还能够由下游侧计算机C2控制汽缸17,将限位器16降下到传送带14、15之间。从而,能够使不良品与限位器16卡合,从各传送带14、15间落下。
再有,该制袋机中,储存器设置在上游侧及下游侧进给路径间。储存器由浮动辊18构成,由臂19支撑,与塑料薄膜1卡合。从而,利用上游侧进给辊3在塑料薄膜1间歇进给时使浮动辊18及臂19摆动、下降,塑料薄膜1暂时被积存。并且,利用下游侧进给辊9在塑料薄膜1间歇进给时浮动辊18及臂19每次都地摆动、上升,供给积存的塑料薄膜1。
关于浮动辊18的塑料薄膜的积存量及供给量,前面说过,在上游侧进给路径上,由上游侧进给辊3间歇进给塑料薄膜1,其单位进给长度为塑料袋2大小的N倍的单位进给长度L。另一方面,在下游侧进给路径上,由下游侧进给辊9间歇进给塑料薄膜1,其单位进给长度为与塑料薄膜1大小对应的单位进给长度,周期数为上游侧进给辊3的周期数的N倍的周期数。从而,在上游侧及下游侧进给路径上,其整体的进给长度保持为相同。其结果是,利用浮动辊18在积存及供给塑料薄膜1时使整体的积存量及供给量保持相同,不会产生塑料薄膜1的过量或不足。
从而,采用该制袋机的情形下,若驱动1次热封装置4、5,将塑料薄膜1经过相当长的时间进行加热及加压,则N倍数量的塑料袋2中,能够同时将其热封。例如,2倍数量的塑料袋2中,能够同时将其热封,不存在热封装置4、5的密封时间及驱动速度的问题。其结果是能够使制袋机大幅度地高速化。
再有,如特公昭52-48862号公报的制袋机,塑料薄膜热封后,利用连续进给机构连续进给塑料薄膜,不需利用切刀将其切断。前面说过塑料薄膜1热封后,在下游侧进给路径上,利用下游侧进给辊9间歇进给塑料薄膜1,每次间歇进给时,利用切刀10切断塑料薄膜1,从而,制造塑料袋2。因此,能够在塑料薄膜1的规定位置,将其准确地切断,能够可靠地制造塑料袋2。不会产生不良品。
并且,变更塑料袋2的大小时,每次都移动横密封装置5,调节其间隔。再有,由控制装置控制上游侧驱动装置及上游侧进给辊3,调节其单位进给长度,将其设定为变更了的大小的N倍的单位进给长度。再有,也可以由控制装置控制下游侧驱动装置及下游侧进给辊9,调节其单位进给长度,将其设定为与变更了的大小对应的单位进给长度。从而,要求变更塑料袋2大小时,能够容易与其对应。
并且,该制袋机中,在上游侧进给辊3及热封装置4、5的运转状态中产生异常时,有时其状态会这样持续,而依次连续地制造、排出不良品。从而,该制袋机中,由上游侧计算机C1的控制主伺服马达M1及其他伺服马达M2,驱动上游侧进给辊3及热封装置4、5,监控、确认其运转状态。再有,从上游侧计算机C1发送确认信号,根据其确认信号,由下游侧计算机C2控制下游侧伺服马达M3、M4及下游侧驱动马达M5,驱动下游侧进给辊9、切刀10及传送带14、15。并且,在上游侧进给辊3及热封装置4、5的运转状态中产生异常时,从上游侧计算机C1发送异常信号,根据其异常信号,由下游侧计算机C2控制下游侧伺服马达M4,切刀10停止。从而,即使利用下游侧进给辊9间歇进给塑料薄膜1,也不利用切刀10将其切断,塑料薄膜1保持连续状态、且这样排出。从而,能够让操作员识别异常,停止制袋机,不良品不会制造那么多。
再有,该制袋机中,上游侧计算机C1在每次主伺服马达M1旋转时,根据运转状态监控、确认运转状态。从而,能够容易且确实地监视、确认运转状态。再有,上游侧进给辊3起动后,下游侧进给辊9以比其1个周期短的时间延迟起动。并且,利用上游侧进给辊9间歇进给塑料薄膜1,在每次间歇进给时,利用切刀10切断塑料薄膜1。从而,运转状态产生异常时,能够立即停止切刀10。
上游侧进给辊3及热封装置4、5的运转状态中产生异常时,也可以由下游侧计算机C2控制下游侧伺服马达M3,停止下游侧进给辊9。还可以由下游侧计算机C2特别运转切刀10或下游侧进给辊9。简要地说,能够让操作员识别异常即可。
上游侧进给辊3及热封装置4、5的运转状态中产生异常时,也可以由下游侧计算机C2控制下游侧驱动马达M5,停止传送带14、15,让操作员识别异常。也可以由下游侧计算机C2控制汽缸17,降下限位器16,落下塑料袋2,让操作员识别异常。
控制装置不是上游侧及下游侧计算机C1、C2,而是使用共通的单一计算机。并且,由共通的单一计算机控制主伺服马达M1及其他伺服马达M2,驱动上游侧进给辊3及热封装置4、5,监控其运转状态。再有,由共通的单一计算机控制下游侧伺服马达M3、M4、下游侧驱动马达M5及汽缸17,驱动下游侧进给辊9、切刀10、传送带14、15及限位器16,在上游侧进给辊3及热封装置4、5中产生异常时,也可以由共通的单一计算机停止或特别转动下游侧进给辊9或切刀10或两者。也可以由共通的单一计算机停止或特别运转传送带14、15及限位器16。
除纵密封装置4及横密封装置5之外,有时还在上游侧进给路径上设置其他加工装置,上游侧驱动装置与其他装置连结,由上游侧驱动装置驱动其他加工装置,对塑料薄膜1进行加工。例如,有时冲头作为其他加工装置,利用冲头冲裁塑料薄膜1。从而,由控制装置控制上游驱动装置,驱动其他加工装置,监控其运转状态。并且,在其他加工装置中产生异常时,也可以由控制装置停止或特别运转传送带14、15及限位器16。
再有,还能够对该制袋机作各种设计变更。例如,在上游侧进给路径上,由上游侧进给机构间歇进给塑料薄膜1,将其单位进给长度设定为塑料袋大小的3倍的单位进给长度。并且,每次间歇进给塑料薄膜时,热封塑料薄膜而得到3倍数量的塑料袋。再有,塑料薄膜热封后,在下游侧进给路径上,由下游侧进给机构间歇进给塑料薄膜,将其单位进给长度设定为与塑料袋大小对应的单位进给长度,将周期数设定为上游侧进给机构的3倍的周期数。并且,每次塑料薄膜间歇进给时,利用切刀将其切断即可。此时,3倍数量的塑料袋中,能够同时对其热封。
再有,利用特别的密封装置热封塑料薄膜,其后,利用通常的密封装置热封塑料薄膜时,在上游侧进给路径上,利用上游侧进给机构间歇进给塑料薄膜,将其单位进给长度设定为塑料袋大小的3倍的单位进给长度。并且,在上游侧进给路径上,每次间歇进给塑料薄膜时,利用特别的密封装置热封塑料薄膜。其后,在中间进给路径上,利用中间进给机构间歇进给塑料薄膜,将其单位进给长度设定为塑料袋大小的2倍的单位进给长度,将周期数设定为上游侧进给机构的3/2倍的周期数,每次间歇进给塑料薄膜时,利用通常的密封装置热封塑料薄膜。其后,在下游侧进给路径上,由下游侧进给机构间歇进给塑料薄膜,将其单位进给长度设定为与塑料袋大小对应的长度,将周期数设定为上游侧进给机构的3倍的周期数,利用切刀将其切断。并且,将储存器设置在上游侧及中间进给路径间,利用储存器积存及供给塑料薄膜。再有,也可以将储存器设置在中间及下游侧进给路径间,利用储存器积存及供给塑料薄膜。
Claims (5)
1.一种利用塑料薄膜制造塑料袋的制袋机,其特征在于:由上游侧进给机构、热封装置、下游侧进给机构、切刀和储存器构成;
上游侧进给机构,在上游侧进给路径中,以上述塑料袋大小的N倍的单位进给长度按一定的周期数间歇进给上述塑料薄膜;
上述热封装置被设置在上述上游侧进给路径上,每次上述塑料薄膜间歇进给时,热封上述塑料薄膜使得到N倍数量的塑料袋;
上述下游侧进给机构,上述塑料薄膜热封后,在下游侧进给路径上,以与塑料袋大小对应的单位进给长度按上述上游侧进给机构的N倍的周期数间歇进给上述塑料薄膜;
上述切刀被设置在上述下游侧进给路径上,每次上述塑料薄膜间歇进给时,切断上述塑料薄膜;
上述储存器被设置在上述上游侧及下游侧路径之间,在由上述上游侧进给机构间歇进给上述塑料薄膜时,将上述塑料薄膜暂时积存,在由上述下游侧进给机构间歇进给上述塑料薄膜时,每次都供给积存薄膜;
N为2以上的整数。
2.根据权利要求1所述的制袋机,其特征在于:将上游侧驱动装置与上述上游侧进给机构及上述热封装置连结,将下游侧驱动装置与上述下游侧进给机构及上述切刀连结,由控制装置控制上述上游侧驱动装置,驱动上述上游侧进给机构及上述热封装置,同时监控其运转状态,并且,由上述控制装置控制上述下游侧驱动装置,驱动上述下游侧进给机构及上述切刀,在上述上游侧进给机构及上述热封装置的运转状态产生异常时,由上述控制装置上述下游侧进给机构或上述切刀、或者停止或特别运转上述下游侧进给机构与上述切刀两者,让操作员识别异常。
3.根据权利要求1所述的制袋机,其特征在于:排出塑料袋的排出机构被设置在上述切刀的下游位置,将上游侧驱动装置与上述上游侧进给机构及上述热封装置连结,将下游侧驱动装置与上述下游侧进给机构、上述切刀及上述排出机构连结,由控制机构控制上述上游侧驱动装置,驱动上述上游侧进给机构及上述热封装置,同时监控其运转状态,并且,由控制装置控制上述下游侧驱动装置,驱动上述下游侧进给机构、上述切刀及上述排出机构,在上述上游侧进给机构及上述热封装置的运转状态产生异常时,由上述控制装置停止或特别运转上述排出机构,让操作员识别异常。
4.根据权利要求2或3所述的制袋机,其特征在于:上述上游侧驱动装置由主伺服马达和其他伺服马达构成,由上述主伺服马达驱动上述热封装置,由上述其他伺服马达驱动上述上游侧进给装置,每当上述主伺服马达旋转时,根据其旋转信号监控、确认上述运转状态。
5.根据权利要求2或3所述的制袋机,其特征在于:上述上游侧进给机构起动后,以比其1个周期时间短的时间延迟起动下游侧进给机构。
