Abstract

Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种如权利要求1前序部分所限定的一次性使用的裱花袋(piping bag),更具体地说,涉及用于处置食品的一次性使用的裱花袋。
背景技术
裱花袋主要用于装饰油酥糕点、糖果或粘性食品、半液体或半流体面团,如搅成泡沫状的奶油、杏仁蛋白软糖、生面团、奶油干酪、糖面团或类似物料。裱花袋还可用于其它目的,例如,应用于胶粘物、水泥、熟石膏、模塑料或类似物。
美国专利US3,157,312中示出了一种一次性使用的裱花袋。这种裱花袋由两层聚合物薄膜形成的塑料袋构成,并沿袋的边缘熔接在一起。裱花袋的一个角处适合于容纳大致呈锥形的管嘴,盛装在裱花袋内的糊状物可通过管嘴排出。管嘴具有可选择的外形,这样,可使被挤出的糊状条形物具有所需的外观。
现有的一次性使用的裱花袋所存在的有关问题是:在生产和与分配操作相关的过程中,裱花袋难于处置。
因此,需要一种改进的一次性使用的裱花袋。
发明内容
本发明的一个目的是提供一种一次性使用的裱花袋,它能减少或消除现有技术中存在的缺陷。
所述目的可通过各项所附的独立权利要求限定的裱花袋、模件和方法来实现。所附的从属权利要求及以下的描述和附图限定出了一些实施方式。
按照第一方面,提供一种一次性使用的裱花袋,它包括聚合物薄膜容器。此裱花袋的特征在于,它基本上由薄壁聚合物管形成,并且裱花袋朝外的表面设有表面结构。
在此,“一次性使用”是指裱花袋在使用后便被丢弃、不进行清洗和再使用。然而,这不排除裱花袋被再次充填和/或清洁,从而可用于分配多于一批的可流动糊状物。事实上,“一次性使用”意指可以非常低的成本大量生产的裱花袋。
在此,“表面结构”是指表面的三维结构。
裱花袋的表面结构在使用者抓握裱花袋时,特别是在使用者手上戴有手套并且是湿的或沾有污物、如油或油脂时可减小滑脱的危险。而且,这种表面结构可使裱花袋在不增加使用任何磨擦增强剂的情况下容易握住。即使附加使用了磨擦增强剂,表面结构也具有优越性,因为在紧贴的两个聚合物管层或裱花袋之间产生了空间,这种空间可消除或减小两层相互粘在一起的危险,两层粘在一起处置起来更困难。
按照第二方面,提供用于制备至少两个一次性使用的裱花袋的坯件,每一裱花袋都包括聚合物薄膜容器。该坯件的特征在于,它由细长的薄壁聚合物管构成,利用隔离标记可使裱花袋相互分离,薄壁聚合物管的朝外表面设有表面结构。
按照第三方面,提供一种制备一次性使用的裱花袋的方法,裱花袋包括聚合物薄膜容器。该方法包括利用薄壁聚合物管大体上形成裱花袋;然后给薄壁聚合物管的朝外表面设置表面结构。

具体实施方式
图1示出了裱花袋1,在它的分配孔5处设有管嘴2,并通过开口端4填充可流动的糊状物3。当裱花袋1的开口端4封闭、例如折叠并挤压裱花袋1时,可通过管嘴2分配可流动的糊状物3。
参照图2,裱花袋1由聚合物管段形成,优选由聚烯烃塑料,如聚乙烯、聚丙烯或类似物构成。当未填充时,如图2所示,裱花袋1基本上是二维延伸件,它的形状由在边缘9、10处被压扁的聚合物管形成的两平行折缝和一条横过边缘9、10的倾斜连线7限定。隔离标记8与连线7平行延伸,隔离标记8用本领域技术人员公知的方式来实现,例如通过穿孔来实现。在裱花袋1的开口端4处,隔离标记11垂直地延伸到边缘9、10。在该开口端,可设置较弱的熔接线(图中未示出),这样,在沿隔离标记11撕开时,裱花袋保持封闭,除非使用者人为地打开它。按照一实施方式,这种较弱的熔接线可在低温和机械压力下实现。
为了能利用裱花袋1进行分配,将其沿切割线K切开,从而得到所需尺寸的孔5。可将管嘴2放入孔中,或者,裱花袋也可在没有管嘴的情况下使用。
图3示出了如何通过使用辊子20的行进来压扁用于制备裱花袋的聚合物管21以形成大体呈二维细长形的双层坯件22的情况。本领域技术人员对通过薄膜吹塑形成聚合物管的工艺是很熟悉的。
图4示出了如何给双层坯件22设置倾斜的熔接线7和隔离标记8、11以用于限定裱花袋31、31'的情况。
裱花袋基本上是透明的,即透明到通过裱花袋的限制表面可看到它的内盛物的程度。按照一实施方式,裱花袋可以是带色的。
裱花袋1的朝外的表面设有表面结构,该表面结构可改善抓握条件,即它的粗糙度增加了使用者的手与裱花袋之间的磨擦力。
图5示出了增强抓握的表面结构的第一实例。该结构是通过在为形成聚合物管而进行薄膜吹塑或使它们相连之前,将颗粒和/或薄片增添到聚合物浆中来实现的。可以理解到,颗粒和/或薄片也可在管21或坯件22形成之后被施加到塑料管表面上。颗粒或薄片例如可以是其密度和/或熔点比形成聚合物管材料的密度和/或熔点更高的塑性材料。例如,聚合物管可以用低密度的聚乙烯(PE-LD)制成,颗粒或薄片用高密度的聚乙烯(PE-HD)或聚丙烯制成。按照其它实施方式,颗粒或薄片可由锯末、细砂、石灰和/或实心或空心细微玻璃球构成。
另一种获得类似于图5所示的表面的方法是将漆施加到裱花袋外侧,这种漆具有形成表面结构的添加物,例如上述种类的添加物。
图6示出了增强抓握的表面结构的第二实例,它是利用压花辊(如果必要,在加热作用下)滚动聚合物管21来实现的,例如,如图3所示,这使聚合物管具有例如颗粒状(图6)或槽状(图中未示出)结构。
按照一实施方式,聚合物管可由至少两个层叠的聚合物材料层制成。这种聚合物管可以是具有不同功能的多层结构,例如,内层,该层有助于输送可流动的糊状物并防止所述糊状物粘附在裱花袋的内壁上,且有助于引导管嘴2;气密封层:支承层和/或外增强抓握层。如何通过同时挤压和内外层薄膜吹塑来获得层叠的聚合物管对本领域技术人员来说是显而易见的。另一种现有的获得层叠的塑料膜的方法是通过使用例如粘合剂和/或通过加热来连接两个薄膜层而获得的。
提供增强抓握的表面结构的上述方法可用于一层裱花袋和叠层裱花袋。参照图5描述的表面结构非常适用于叠层裱花袋,这是由于它能充分地将颗粒或薄片加入到形成聚合物管的外层材料中。
图7示出了增强抓握的表面结构的另一实例,它可通过将膨胀剂加入形成叠层聚合物管的外层的材料中来实现。本领域技术人员对这种膨胀技术是熟悉的。在薄膜吹塑后,通过暴露聚合物管21来加热膨胀剂,以释放气体,使聚合物管的外表面内形成气泡,气泡破裂,从而产生粗糙表面,粗糙表面的结构可以是图7所示的那种结构。膨胀剂的非限定性的实例是重碳酸盐、偶氮二羧酰胺(AZO-dicarbonate amide)和水。
在图8中示出了增强抓握的表面结构的另一实例,它是通过饥饿喂料(starve-feeding)来实现的。饥饿喂料可这样实现,即使用纯塑料或利用充填添加剂,如硅酸盐类、白垩、小玻璃珠、细砂等,并将其添加到形成聚合物管外层的材料中。本领域技术人员对饥饿喂料的工艺是熟悉的。用于供给外层材料的挤出装置是处于饥饿喂料状态的,这导致表面结构类似于所获得的图7所示的表面结构。在这种情况中,可改变填料的浓度和磨擦力,以获得理想的表面粗糙度。
增强抓握的表面结构的另一实例类似于图7或图8所示的表面结构,它可通过冷喂料(cold-feeding)来实现,其中,外层被饥饿喂料,并且挤出机在低于正常温度下运行。在这种情况中,不需要填料。本领域技术人员对冷喂料工艺领域是熟悉的。
还可将实现所述增强抓握的表面结构的方法与添加已知的磨擦增强剂相结合,例如与粘性高分子液体、如聚异丁烯和/或甘油酯相结合。
按照一实施方式,将参照图5描述的表面结构与参照图7或图8描述的表面结构相结合。该实施方式也可将参照图6描述的表面结构和/或磨擦增强剂相结合。
按照另一实施方式,将参照图7或图8描述的表面结构与参照图6描述的表面结构相结合。该实施方式也可与磨擦增强剂相结合。
Claims (15)
1.一种包括聚合物薄膜容器的一次性使用的裱花袋(1),其中,
所述裱花袋基本上由薄壁聚合物管构成;
所述裱花袋的朝外表面设有粗糙表面结构;及
所述聚合物管的朝外表面包括磨擦增强剂。
2.按照权利要求1所述的裱花袋(1),其中,所述粗糙表面结构至少由下列方式之一形成:
a)将颗粒或薄片增添到制成所述薄壁聚合物管的材料中;
b)将所述聚合物管滚出花纹;及
c)将漆施加到所述朝外表面上,同时向所述漆中加入颗粒或薄片。
3.按照权利要求1或2所述的裱花袋(1),其中,所述薄壁聚合物管由塑料薄膜制成。
4.按照权利要求1或2所述的裱花袋(1),其中,所述薄壁聚合物管由聚烯烃塑料制成
5.按照权利要求1或2所述的裱花袋(1),其中,所述薄壁聚合物管是基本透明的。
6.按照权利要求1或2所述的裱花袋(1),其中,所述薄壁聚合物管的壁由至少两个叠层材料层构成,其外材料层设有所述粗糙表面结构。
7.按照权利要求6所述的裱花袋(1),其中,所述粗糙表面结构至少由下列方式之一形成:
c)至少部分地膨胀所述外材料层;
d)至少部分地对所述外材料层实施饥饿喂料;及
e)至少部分地对所述外材料层实施冷喂料。
8.按照权利要求1或2所述的裱花袋(1),其中,所述薄壁聚合物管具有横贯所述管的纵向的隔离标记(8)。
9.按照权利要求8所述的裱花袋(1),其中,所述薄壁管具有平行于隔离标记(8)的连线(7)。
10.按照权利要求9所述的裱花袋(1),其中,所述连线是熔接线。
11.用于制备至少两个一次性使用的裱花袋(1、31、31′)的坯件(30),每一裱花袋包括聚合物薄膜容器,其中,
所述坯件由细长的薄壁聚合物管(21、22)构成;
利用隔离标记(8)使所述裱花袋(1、31、31′)相互分离;
所述薄壁聚合物的朝外表面设有粗糙表面结构;及
所述聚合物管的朝外表面包括磨擦增强剂。
12.一种制备包括聚合物薄膜容器的一次性使用的裱花袋(1)的方法,其中,
主要由薄壁聚合物管制备所述裱花袋;
给所述薄壁聚合物管的朝外表面设置粗糙表面结构;及
所述聚合物管的朝外表面包括磨擦增强剂。
13.按照权利要求12所述的方法,其中,所述给朝外表面设置粗糙表面结构的步骤包括:
将颗粒或薄片加入到制备所述薄壁聚合物管的材料中;和/或
将所述薄壁聚合物管滚出花纹。
14.按照权利要求12或13所述的方法,其中,还包括通过层压至少两个材料层来形成所述薄壁聚合物管,使外材料层设有所述粗糙表面结构。
15.按照权利要求14的方法,其中,所述给朝外表面设置粗糙表面结构的步骤包括:
至少部分地膨胀制备所述薄壁聚合物管的外层的材料;
至少部分地对制备所述薄壁聚合物管的外层材料实施饥饿喂料;和/或
至少部分地对制备所述薄壁聚合物管的外层材料实施冷喂料。
