Description

擠花袋(piping bag)、用於製造擠花袋之胚料及製造擠花袋之方法
本發明係有關如請求項1之前言定義之用完即丟的擠花袋,更特定而言係有關處理食品所用之用完即丟的擠花袋。
擠花袋主要用於利用黏性、半液體或半流體糊狀物,像是人造奶油、杏仁蛋白軟糖、生麵糰、乳脂酪、糖糊狀物或其類似物,裝飾糕點、糖果或食品。擠花袋也能用於其他用途,例如用於塗布膠水、水泥、灰漿、模塑化合物等等。
美國專利第3,157,312號中描述了一種用完即丟的擠花袋。該擠花袋由一個塑膠袋組成,其係由兩層的聚合物膜所形成,這兩層的膜沿著袋子的邊緣熔接在一起。該擠花袋在其之一個包角可接受一實質上為圓錐形的管嘴,通過這個管嘴,擠花袋裏的糊狀物可以被擠出。該管嘴具有一可選擇的外形,使得擠出的糊狀物串可以具有期望的外觀。
和先前技藝用完即丟之擠花袋有關的問題是,擠花袋在生產和配送的操作上有時候會是困難的。
因此,需要有一種改良之用完即丟的擠花袋。
本發明之一目的是提供一種用完即丟的擠花袋,其可降低或消除先前技術所面臨的難題。
該目的可透過根據個別隨附之獨立請求項的擠花袋、胚料和方法實現。具體實施例係定義如隨附的附屬請求項和以下的敘述和圖示中。
根據第一態樣,提供一種包含一聚合物膜容器之用完即丟的擠花袋。該擠花袋之特徵為其本質上是由一個薄壁的聚合物軟管形成,並且該擠花袋之一方向朝外的表面具備一表面結構。
用完即丟在這裏係指該擠花袋在使用後即可丟棄,不予清洗和重覆使用。然而,這並不排除該擠花袋可以重新裝填和/或清洗,因此可用來分配超過一批次的可流動糊狀物。實際上,用完即丟意味著它必須是可大量且極低成本地製造此種擠花袋。
這裏的表面結構意味表面的立體結構。
擠花袋的表面結構可以降低從使用者握把處滑落的風險,特別是如果使用者的手部(其可能戴有手套)是潮濕或被譬如油或脂狀物弄髒的時候。而且,其可以提供不需要添加任何可增加摩擦力的試劑就能夠容易抓緊的擠花袋。即便已經添加了增加摩擦力的試劑,該表面結構也是有助益的,因為它在聚合物軟管或擠花袋的兩個鄰接層間形成了一個空間,此一空間消除或降低了使處理更加困難之各層彼此黏著的風險。

根據第三態樣,提供製造一種用完即丟之擠花袋的方法,該擠花袋包含一聚合物膜形成的容器。該方法包含形成本質上由薄壁聚合物軟管作成的擠花袋,並提供一表面結構給該薄壁聚合物軟管之一方向朝外的表面。
圖1顯示一擠花袋1,其於配送洞口5處裝置有一管嘴2,透過開口端4使擠花袋1裝滿一流動的糊狀物3。當該擠花袋1的開口端4關閉,例如被折疊,和擠花袋1被壓縮時,該流動的糊狀物3就會配送通過管嘴2。
參考圖2,擠花袋1係由聚合物軟管的部分構成,較佳為由聚烯烴塑料構成,比如聚乙烯,聚丙烯等等。未填裝時,如圖2所示,擠花袋1本質上是向二維的方向伸展,其形狀係在邊緣9、10處透過兩個平行的摺縫定界,由消癟的聚合物軟管形成,並且有一接合點7斜向橫過邊緣9、10。一分隔標記8和接合點7平行延伸,該標記8對於熟習此項技術者而言可以一顯而易見的方式形成,例如利用穿孔的方式。

圖3顯示用來製造擠花袋的聚合物軟管21如何藉由行進通過滾柱20而被壓癟形成一實質上雙層之二維的細長胚料22。熟習此項技術者熟悉透過吹膜法形成聚合物軟管。
圖4顯示為了將擠花袋31,31'定界,雙層胚料22如何配置有斜的熔焊接合點7和分隔標記8、11。
該擠花袋基本上可以是透明的,也就是說,透明到其內含物當通過該擠花袋的限制表面時是可看見的程度。根據一具體實施例,擠花袋可以被著色。
擠花袋1之一方向朝外的表面具有一表面結構,這樣可改善盈握的穩定性,也就是說它的粗糙度可增加使用者手部和擠花袋之間的摩擦力。
圖5說明增強抓持表面結構的第一實例,這可以藉由在吹膜使成型聚合物軟管或和其有關的操作之前將晶粒和/或薄片物加入聚合物的黏漿狀物質中而達成。應瞭解地是,晶粒和/或薄片物也可以在軟管21或胚料22形成後塗在塑膠軟管的表面上。晶粒或薄片物例如可以是一種塑膠原料,它具有比成型聚合物軟管的材料更高的密度和/或熔點。譬如,聚合物軟管可能是由低密度聚乙烯(PE-LD)製成,晶粒或薄片物由高密度聚乙烯(PE-HD)或聚丙烯製成。根據其他的具體實施例,晶粒或薄片物可由鋸木屑、細紗、石灰和/或固態或中空的微玻璃球組成。
另一個使得表面與圖5所示相似的方法是將一種亮漆塗在擠花袋的外側,這種漆包含有一種表面結構成型的添加劑,例如上述種類的添加劑。
圖6說明增強抓持表面結構的第二實例,它可以透過使如圖3所示之聚合物軟管21輥壓通過一壓花輥的方式達成,如果必要的話,在熱作用下,讓聚合物軟管例如成為一個呈現粒狀(圖6)或表面有溝槽(未圖示)的結構。
根據一具體實施例,聚合物軟管可以由至少兩個層壓的聚合物材料層組成。這類的聚合物軟管可以是具有不同功能的多數層,例如,目的為方便供應可流動糊狀物並防止上述糊狀物黏在擠花袋內壁上,以及方便引入管嘴2的一個內層;一個氣密層,一個支撐層和/或一個增強抓持的外層。如何透過同時的擠壓和內外層吹膜得到一個層壓的聚合物軟管對於業界習知人士而言是顯而易見的。另外一個得到層壓塑膠膜的先前技藝方式是例如使用黏著劑和/或加熱的方式將兩個薄膜層結合。
上述提供增強抓持之表面結構的方法可以應用於單層擠花袋和層壓擠花袋上。圖5描述的表面結構對層壓擠花袋而言是非常適合的,因為在形成聚合物軟管的外層材料中添加晶粒或薄片物是足夠的。
圖7說明另外一種增強抓持之表面結構的實例,它可以藉由於形成層壓聚合物軟管之外層的材料中添加發泡劑而達成。業界習知人士對發泡技術是很熟悉的。吹膜後,將聚合物軟管21曝露於熱之中,發泡劑將導致釋放出氣體,在聚合物軟管的外表面形成氣泡,氣泡破裂,因而產生粗糙的表面,這種結構如圖7所示。發泡劑之非限制性的實例有碳酸氫鹽,AZO-碳酸氫鹽醯胺和水。
又另一種增強抓持之表面結構的例子顯示於圖8中,它可以透過給料不足的方式達成。給料不足可以透過使用純的塑料或一種填料添加劑達成,填料添加劑像是矽酸鹽、白堊、碳酸鹽、小的玻璃細珠、細砂等等,它可以被加入形成聚合物軟管之外層的材料中。熟習此項技術者對於給料不足的製程非常熟悉。這種用來供給外層材料的擠壓設備是給料不足的,這樣會導致形成與圖7相似的表面結構。此情況中,填料的濃度和摩擦力可以改變,以獲得期望的表面粗糙度。
與圖7或圖8相似之增強抓持表面結構的另一實例可透過冷給料的方式達成,其中外層是給料不足的,而擠壓器是在比正常溫度為低的溫度下操作。本例中,不需要填料。熟習此項技術者對冷給料的技術十分熟悉。
上述獲致增強抓持之表面結構的各種方法也可以兼併添加已知的增加摩擦力試劑,例如黏性高分子液體,像是聚異丁烯和/或甘油酯。
根據一具體實施例,參考圖5描述的表面結構係與圖7或8描述的表面結構結合。這種具體實施例也可以與圖6描述的表面結構和/或增加摩擦力的試劑結合。
根據另一具體實施例,圖7或8描述的表面結構可以與圖6描述的表面結構結合。這種具體實施例可能可以和增加摩擦力的試劑結合。

Claims (25)

  1. 一種用完即丟的擠花袋(1),包含聚合物膜的容器,其特徵為該擠花袋(1)本質上是由一薄壁的聚合物軟管(21)製成,該擠花袋之一方向朝外的表面具備一粗糙表面結構,其粗糙度增加使用者與該擠花袋(1)之間的摩擦力,且該聚合物軟管(21)之方向朝外的表面包含增加摩擦力的試劑,其中該粗糙表面結構係由下列之至少一項所構成:a)添加晶粒或薄片物到製成該薄壁聚合物軟管(21)的材料中,b)印花輥壓該聚合物軟管(21),以及c)將一亮漆塗在該方向朝外的表面上,並和添加晶粒或薄片物到亮漆中的操作方式結合。
  2. 如請求項1之擠花袋(1),其中該薄壁的聚合物軟管(21)係由一塑膠膜製成,該塑膠膜較佳為聚烯烴塑膠製品。

  11. 一種用完即丟的擠花袋(1),包含一聚合物膜的容器,其由一薄壁的聚合物軟管(21)構成,該容器之一方向朝外的表面具備一粗糙表面結構,其中該方向朝外的表面包含至少一種增加抓持試劑及至少一種增加摩擦力的試劑係一黏性高分子液體,該至少一種增加抓持試劑具有比該聚合物膜材料更高之密度及融點。
