技术领域
本发明涉及在对于所显示的活动画面进行的交互作用及活动画面的显示方法等之中存在特征的活动画面显示装置等。
背景技术
作为第1个现有技术,存在定制用户的应用的菜单项目的技术。
作为第2个现有技术,存在在电子节目表中显示由缩小画面构成的静止图像,显示容易观看的合适的电子节目表的装置。此装置,在特开平09-037180号公报中公开。
作为第3个现有技术,存在将多个活动画面在1个画面中显示的技术。
发明内容
一种活动画面处理装置,其构成包括:
存储多个活动画面的活动画面存储单元;
将上述多个活动画面的全部或一部分按顺序显示的活动画面显示单元;
针对上述活动画面的显示接收输入的输入接收单元;
利用上述输入接收单元接收输入之际所显示的活动画面来构成菜单的活动画面菜单构成单元;以及
显示由上述活动画面菜单构成单元所构成的活动画面的菜单的菜单显示单元。
一种活动画面处理装置,其构成包括:
存储多于等于1个的活动画面的活动画面存储单元;
利用上述多于等于1个的活动画面,构成具有识别多于等于1个的活动画面的图像的菜单的活动画面菜单构成单元;
显示由上述活动画面菜单构成单元所构成的菜单的菜单显示单元;
显示具有表示活动画面的特性的多于等于1个的项目的特性菜单的特性菜单显示单元;
接收上述菜单显示单元显示的图像的选择指示和上述特性菜单具有的项目的选择指示的输入接收单元;
在上述输入接收单元接收上述图像的选择指示并且接收上述特性菜单具有的项目的选择指示的场合,针对该图像所识别的活动画面,从上述活动画面存储单元选择还具有该项目所表示的特性的活动画面的活动画面选择单元;以及
将与上述输入接收单元接收的选择指示的图像相对应的活动画面更换为上述活动画面选择单元所选择的活动画面,而变更上述菜单显示单元的图像的菜单变更单元。
一种程序,其使计算机执行:
将存储的多个活动画面的全部或一部分按顺序显示的活动画面显示步骤;
针对活动画面的显示接收输入的输入接收步骤;
利用在上述输入接收步骤中接收输入之际所显示的活动画面构成菜单的活动画面菜单构成步骤;以及

活动画面处理装置,按顺序显示多个活动画面,接收对该显示的活动画面的输入,利用接收该输入的活动画面来构成菜单,显示该活动画面的菜单。

具体实施方式
然而,上述第1个现有技术,用户单单只能定制操作菜单,而不能成为用来从多个活动画面,比如,选择一定数量的活动画面的易于使用的用户界面。归根到底,第1个现有技术不是设想功能选择及应用选择,将活动画面选择置于考虑之中的技术。另外,上述的第2个现有技术,是显示静止画面而不是显示活动画面的技术,另外,也不是以相应于节目的时间框的大小分割图像的技术。另外,第2个现有技术,不能在节目表内显示活动画面、准确地将所输出内容的图像传送给用户的同时,将内容输出的时刻及时间即时进行传送。此外,上述第3个现有技术,只能将多个活动画面显示在1个画面上,不能将活动画面的位置信息进行可视显示。所以,比如,在作为观光信息观看活动画面的场合,用户不得不以另外方式获得表示该活动画面的地点的信息。
为解决以上的问题,本发明的活动画面处理装置的构成包括:存储多个活动画面的活动画面存储单元;将多个活动画面的全部或一部分按顺序显示的活动画面显示单元;接收针对活动画面的显示的输入的输入接收单元;利用输入接收单元接收输入之际所显示的活动画面来构成菜单的活动画面菜单构成单元;以及显示由活动画面菜单构成单元所构成的活动画面的菜单的菜单显示单元。利用此种活动画面处理装置,可以提供在从多个活动画面之中选择一部分活动画面之际,非常容易使用的用户界面。另外,由所选择的多于等于1个的活动画面可以自动地构成按用户喜好的活动画面选择菜单。另外,本发明的活动画面处理装置的构成包括:存储多于等于1个活动画面的活动画面存储单元;利用多于等于1个的活动画面,构成具有识别多于等于1个的活动画面的图像的菜单的活动画面菜单构成单元;显示由活动画面菜单构成单元所构成的菜单的菜单显示单元;显示具有表示活动画面的特性的多于等于1个的项目的特性菜单的特性菜单显示单元;接收菜单显示单元显示的图像的选择指示和特性菜单具有的项目的选择指示的输入接收单元;在输入接收单元接收图像的选择指示并且接收特性菜单具有的项目的选择指示的场合,针对该图像识别的活动画面,从上述活动画面存储单元选择还具有该项目表示的特性的活动画面的活动画面选择单元;以及将与输入接收单元接收的选择指示的图像相对应的活动画面更换为活动画面选择单元所选择的活动画面而变更菜单显示单元的图像的菜单变更单元。利用此种活动画面处理装置,可以通过简单的操作,更新活动画面的菜单,并且可以利用活动画面的特性优良的用户界面更换活动画面。
另外,本发明是显示电子节目表的信息处理装置,其构成包括:存储多于等于1个作为有关构成电子节目表的节目的信息的节目信息的节目信息存储单元;存储多于等于1个识别节目信息的活动画面的活动画面存储单元;以及利用节目信息存储单元的多于等于1个的节目信息和活动画面存储单元的多于等于1个的活动画面,显示包含活动画面的电子节目表的节目表显示单元,节目表显示单元,是在显示识别节目的活动画面之际,相应于输出该节目的时间,变更该活动画面的大小进行显示的信息处理装置。利用此种信息处理装置,用户在观看节目表时,对于在哪一时间段、多长时间输出何种内容可以一目了然。
此外,本发明的构成包括:存储多于等于1个具有表示位置的信息的位置信息将其作为属性值的活动画面的活动画面存储单元;以及显示多于等于1个活动画面的活动画面显示单元,活动画面显示单元,是在显示活动画面之际,将与该活动画面相对应的位置信息以可视方式表示的形态进行显示的活动画面显示装置。此种活动画面处理装置特别适合用作观光指南等的信息显示装置。
另外,本发明是一种活动画面处理装置,其中,上述活动画面显示单元具有:保持作为有关显示上述多个活动画面的目录的信息的目录信息的目录信息保持装置;以及根据上述目录信息按顺序显示上述多个活动画面的全部或一部分的活动画面显示装置;其构成还具有,在上述输入接收单元接收针对上述活动画面的显示的输入的场合,根据该输入的接收,变更上述目录信息的目录信息变更单元;上述活动画面显示装置,根据上述目录信息变更单元已变更的目录信息,按顺序显示上述多个活动画面的全部或一部分。此种活动画面处理装置,可以在较快阶段找到用户喜好的活动画面。另外,在构成活动画面的菜单的场合,可以迅速构成菜单。
另外,本发明是显示具有包含作为识别节目的信息的节目识别符和作为表示播放上述节目的时间段的信息的时间段信息的、多于等于1个的节目信息的电子节目表的信息处理装置,根据所显示的多于等于1个的节目信息所具有的多于等于1个的时间段信息或成为焦点的节目信息所具有的时间段信息,变更节目信息的显示框的大小。利用此种信息处理装置,可以得到非常容易观看的电子节目表。
另外,本发明是显示具有包含节目识别符、时间段信息和活动画面的,多于等于1个的节目信息的电子节目表的信息处理装置,根据上述时间段信息改变活动画面的显示方法显示上述节目信息所具有的活动画面。利用此种信息处理装置,可以进行与节目的显示框的大小一致的活动画面等的显示,可以得到非常容易观看、易于把握节目的内容等的电子节目表。根据本发明,可以有效地显示、利用活动画面。另外,根据本发明的显示电子节目表的信息处理装置,可提供合适的电子节目表。
下面利用附图对本发明的实施方式予以详细说明。另外,在本实施方式中,因为使用同一符号的结构要素及流程图的步骤等,完成同样的功能,所以有时对于说明过一次的内容就省略其说明。
(实施方式1)
图1为表示本实施方式的活动画面处理装置的结构的框图。活动画面处理装置具有活动画面存储单元101、活动画面显示单元102、输入接收单元103、活动画面菜单构成单元104、菜单显示单元105以及动作再现单元106。
活动画面存储单元101,存储多个活动画面。不管活动画面的数据结构如何都可以。活动画面存储单元101,优选是使用非易失性记录媒体,但也可以利用易失性的记录媒体实现。
活动画面显示单元102,按顺序显示多个活动画面的全部或一部分。活动画面显示单元102,通常,可以以MPU、存储器等实现。活动画面显示单元102用来显示活动画面的处理步骤,可由软件和/或硬件(专用电路)实现。另外,活动画面显示单元102,既可以包括显示器,也可以对外接显示器进行输出控制。
输入接收单元103,接收动作的开始指示(启动指示)、动作的结束指示、针对活动画面显示单元102显示的活动画面进行选择的输入(活动画面选择输入)以及活动画面菜单构成单元104所构成的活动画面菜单之中的1个菜单项目的选择(菜单选择输入)。活动画面选择输入等的输入装置,可以是键盘、鼠标、遥控器及通过菜单画面进行等中的任何一种。输入接收单元103,可利用遥控器等的输入装置的设备驱动器、菜单画面的控制软件等实现。
活动画面菜单构成单元104,在输入接收单元103接收活动画面选择输入之际,根据显示的活动画面来构成活动画面的菜单。不管活动画面菜单构成单元104的菜单构成方法是哪一种都可以。活动画面菜单构成单元104,比如,将窗口进行切分并在该窗口内显示多个活动画面。该多个活动画面,是在输入接收单元103接收活动画面选择输入之际所显示的多个活动画面。活动画面菜单构成单元104,通常,可以以MPU、存储器等实现。活动画面菜单构成单元104用来构成菜单的处理步骤,通常可由软件实现,该软件记录在ROM等的记录媒体上。不过,也可以由硬件(专用电路)实现。
菜单显示单元105,显示由活动画面菜单构成单元104构成的活动画面的菜单。菜单显示单元105,通常,可以以MPU、存储器等实现。菜单显示单元105用来显示活动画面的菜单的处理步骤,可由软件和/或硬件(专用电路)实现。另外,菜单显示单元105,既可以考虑包括显示器,也可以考虑对外接显示器进行输出控制。
动作再现单元106,在输入接收单元103接收了菜单选择输入的场合,从活动画面存储单元101读取所选择的动作进行再现。在此场合,动作再现单元106,通常,在画面的整面上显示活动画面。动作再现单元106,通常,可以以MPU、存储器等实现。动作再现单元106用来显示活动画面的处理步骤,可由软件和/或硬件(专用电路)实现。另外,动作再现单元106,既可以考虑包括显示器,也可以考虑对外接显示器进行输出控制。
下面利用图2的流程图对本活动画面处理装置的工作进行说明。
(步骤S201)输入接收单元103,判断是否已接收输入。如已接收输入,就进行到步骤S202,如未接收输入,就返回到步骤S201。
(步骤S202)判断在步骤S201中接收了的输入是否是启动指示的输入。如是启动指示的输入,就进行到步骤S203,如不是启动指示的输入,就跳转到步骤S213。
(步骤S203)活动画面显示单元102,判断当前活动画面处理装置是否是在启动中。如是在启动中,就返回到步骤S201,如不是在启动中,就进行到步骤S204。
(步骤S204)活动画面显示单元102,按顺序显示活动画面存储单元101的活动画面的全部或一部分。另外,此活动画面显示的工作与其他的步骤的工作并行进行。就是说,在活动画面显示中,可以接收用户的输入等等。
(步骤S205)判断在步骤S201中已接收的输入,是否是活动画面选择输入。如是活动画面选择输入,就进行到步骤S206,如不是活动画面选择输入,就进行到步骤S213。
(步骤S206)活动画面菜单构成单元104,判断当前是否是在活动画面显示中(是否是在步骤S204的活动画面的显示中)。如是在活动画面显示中,就进行到步骤S207,如不是在活动画面显示中,就返回到步骤S201。
(步骤S207)活动画面菜单构成单元104,判断是否已经登记完一定数量的活动画面。如已登记有一定数量的活动画面,就返回到步骤S201,如没有登记完一定数量的活动画面,就进行到步骤S208。另外,此处所谓的活动画面,是构成活动画面的菜单的活动画面。
(步骤S208)活动画面菜单构成单元104,登记在输入接收单元103接收活动画面选择输入之际显示的活动画面。另外,所谓登记活动画面,指的是,比如,将识别活动画面的信息记录到预先确定的存储器之中。另外,所谓登记活动画面,也包括利用其他方法将1个活动画面变成可以与其他活动画面识别的状态。
(步骤S209)活动画面菜单构成单元104,判断是否登记了一定数量的活动画面。如是登记了一定数量的活动画面,就进行到步骤S210,如未登记一定数量的活动画面,就跳转到步骤S212。
(步骤S210)活动画面菜单构成单元104,根据登记的活动画面,构成用来选择活动画面的菜单(活动画面的菜单)。
(步骤S211)菜单显示单元105,显示在步骤S210中构成的活动画面的菜单。返回到步骤S201。

(步骤S213)判断在步骤S201中接收的输入,是否是在活动画面的菜单中进行1个活动画面的选择。如是1个活动画面的选择,就进行到步骤S214,如不是1个活动画面的选择,就进行到步骤S216。
(步骤S214)动作再现单元106,判断是否是在活动画面的菜单显示中。如是在活动画面菜单显示中,就进行到步骤S215,如不是在活动画面的菜单的显示中,就返回到步骤S201。
(步骤S215)动作再现单元106,将在步骤S213中选择的活动画面从活动画面存储单元101中读出进行再现。在此场合,动作再现单元106,在显示器的整个表面上显示活动画面。返回到步骤S201。
(步骤S216)判断在步骤S201中接收的输入是否是结束指示。如是结束指示,就结束处理,如不是结束指示,就返回到步骤S201。
下面对包括本实施方式的活动画面处理装置的活动画面处理系统的具体工作进行说明。活动画面处理系统的概念图示于图3。活动画面处理系统,具有活动画面处理装置31和遥控器32。活动画面处理装置31,具有大容量的记录媒体(比如,硬盘),在此记录媒体中存储多个活动画面。此记录媒体是上述活动画面存储单元101。存储于活动画面存储单元101中的信息的示例示于图3。就是说,有多组“ID”、“活动画面识别信息”、“活动画面(实体数据)”。“ID”是识别表结构的记录的信息。“活动画面识别信息”是识别活动画面(实体数据)的信息。不管活动画面(实体数据)的数据结构如何。活动画面(实体数据)不一定是只由活动画面构成,也可以包括声音等等。
另外,此处,用户可以以遥控器作为输入装置,对活动画面处理装置进行操作,从多个活动画面之中选择中意的活动画面,构筑自己的活动画面的菜单。
首先,用户使用遥控器启动活动画面处理装置。启动可通过按下遥控器的“电源”按钮等方式进行。
在启动活动画面处理装置的场合,活动画面处理装置,以预先确定的按顺序或随机地读取记录媒体的活动画面,显示在显示器上。具体言之,活动画面处理装置,按顺序读出记录媒体的活动画面,此处,以4秒的间隔显示1个活动画面,进行到下1个活动画面。在此场合的画面的转变的示图见图4。
在图4中,活动画面处理装置,读出第1活动画面(山等的风景的活动画面),再现4秒。就是说,活动画面处理装置,比如,将所选择的1个活动画面的,比如,最初的4秒间的图像再现。在此场合,活动画面处理装置,也显示表示接收对所显示的活动画面的输入的时间的时间信息。就是说,按顺序显示的活动画面,是为了构成活动画面的菜单促使用户选择的画面。时间信息的显示,最初为“3”(剩余3秒的意思),每经过1秒就变成“2”、“1”,最后不显示时间信息。另外,最后也可以显示时间信息“0”。另外,上述的工作,示于图4的画面(1)起至画面(4)。另外,在第1活动画面的显示中,活动画面处理装置,等待第1活动画面的活动画面选择输入。
于是,之后,活动画面处理装置,选择第2活动画面(海等风景的活动画面)。活动画面处理装置,与上述一样,对第2活动画面只再现4秒。在此场合,如图4的画面(5)至画面(8)所示,时间信息,比如,也显示在画面的右上处。于是,在第2活动画面的显示中,活动画面处理装置等待第2活动画面的活动画面选择输入。
之后,假设在第2活动画面的显示中按下了遥控器的“选择”按钮。在此场合,表示用户选择第2活动画面作为构成菜单的活动画面。之后,活动画面处理装置,将作为识别第2活动画面的信息的活动画面识别信息暂时存储于存储器之中。图5表示已将这样活动画面识别信息存储于存储器中的状态。图5为存储多达5个用来识别构成活动画面菜单的活动画面的活动画面识别信息的存储器,保持5个具有“ID”、“活动画面识别信息”的记录。当前,根据图5,表示作为“ID=1”的活动画面识别信息,存储的是“第2活动画面”的情况。
之后,活动画面处理装置,跳转到第3活动画面的最初的场。另外,也可以在选择第2活动画面后,一直到时间经过为止,显示第2活动画面。
此外,同样,活动画面处理装置,显示第3活动画面(参照图4的画面(9)起至画面(12))。然后,边等待按下遥控器的“选择”按钮,活动画面处理装置,边依次显示活动画面。假设在此过程中,还在“第5活动画面”、“第8活动画面”、“第10活动画面”、“第11活动画面”的显示中按下了遥控器的“选择”按钮。
活动画面处理装置,与按下遥控器的“选择”按钮相对应,将活动画面识别信息记录于预先确定的存储器中。图6表示已将5个活动画面识别信息记录到存储器的状态。然后,活动画面处理装置,在将5个活动画面识别信息记录到预先确定的存储器的场合,自动地利用由5个活动画面识别信息来识别的活动画面,构成活动画面的菜单。此活动画面的菜单,比如,是用于将用户喜爱的活动画面通过简单的操作进行再现的菜单。然后,活动画面处理装置,显示以5个活动画面识别信息来识别的活动画面。不管显示5个活动画面的形态如何。5个活动画面的显示,比如,如图7所示。就是说,各活动画面显示在1个窗口之中。就是说,生成5个窗口,在各窗口中再现对应的活动画面。
在此状态下,用户使用遥控器,选择1个活动画面。当前,比如,假设在图7的“第8活动画面”成为焦点的状态下,用户按下了遥控器的“确定”按钮。
接收按下遥控器的“确定”按钮的信号的活动画面处理装置,将由成为焦点的“第8活动画面”所识别的活动画面从活动画面存储单元101中选择并显示于显示器的整面上。就是说,活动画面处理装置,消去图7的各窗口,在1个窗口中再现由“第8活动画面”所识别的活动画面(参照图8)。
以上,根据本实施方式,可以利用简单的用户界面,从多个活动画面之中选择多于等于1个的活动画面。另外,可以由所选择的多于等于1个的活动画面自动地构成用户喜爱的活动画面选择菜单。此种活动画面处理装置,在大容量的记录媒体中存储有多个活动画面的场合,是非常有效的。
另外,根据本实施方式,在从所存储的多个活动画面之中选择了一定数量的活动画面之际,自动进行到活动画面的菜单的显示。不过,在选择了正好用户喜爱的数目的活动画面之后,也可以通过用户的指示进行到活动画面的菜单显示。
另外,根据本实施方式,活动画面显示单元,也显示表示接收相对所显示的活动画面的输入的时间的时间信息,但时间信息的显示并非必需。
另外,根据本实施方式,在启动后,在显示各活动画面4秒之后进行到下1个活动画面,但选择得到的活动画面的显示时间是多长都可以。另外,根据不同的活动画面,显示时间也可以不同。
另外,根据本实施方式,在启动后,在显示各活动画面之际,是将长时间的活动画面的一部分,比如,按4秒钟,切出进行显示,但也可以以其他方式保持选择长时间的活动画面的场合的活动画面或静止画面等。
另外,根据本实施方式,活动画面的菜单,在各窗口显示活动画面,但也可以只显示代表活动画面的静止画面或文本(活动画面识别信息等)。这一点在其他实施方式中也一样。

下面对包括本实施方式的活动画面处理装置的活动画面处理系统的具体工作进行说明。另外,活动画面处理系统的概念图与示于图3的相同。不过,活动画面存储单元的数据结构具有如图11所示的活动画面管理表的结构。根据图11,活动画面存储单元存储多个活动画面,各活动画面,具有多个特性值。比如,在“ID=1”中,由活动画面识别符“第1活动画面”识别的活动画面表示庄重度“8”、冷硬度“7”、故事度“1”、轻松度“1”。另外,图11的活动画面管理表,具有指针,利用该指针链接活动画面(实体数据)。
图12为用来管理特性菜单项目的特性菜单项目管理表。图12是保持表示活动画面的特性的信息的表。根据图12,特性菜单显示单元显示4种特性。
在此场合,假设用户,如在实施方式1中所说明的,利用遥控器等操作活动画面处理装置,选择活动画面,成为显示如图7所示的活动画面的菜单的状态。
之后,用户利用遥控器等输入更换指示。在活动画面处理装置接收到更换指示时,就显示图13所示的特性菜单。在此场合,更换的活动画面,是图7的成为焦点的“第8活动画面”。

另外,根据本实施方式,特性菜单的项目,并不限定于图12所示的内容。另外,活动画面处理装置,也可以从活动画面保持的属性中取得特性菜单的项目,动态地构成特性菜单。另外,不管是何种特性菜单的显示形态都没有关系。

在本实施方式中,对显示相应于节目等的内容的输出时间的宽度的活动画面(本活动画面,是与该内容相关的活动画面)的电子节目表进行说明。
图16为表示本实施方式的信息处理装置的结构的框图。本信息处理装置具有节目信息存储单元1601、活动画面存储单元1602及节目表显示单元1603。
节目信息存储单元1601,存储多于等于1个作为有关构成电子节目表的节目的信息的节目信息。所谓节目信息,是具有,比如,用来识别节目的节目识别符、表示输出节目的输出时间段的信息以及频道号等等。不管是何种节目信息的数据结构都可以。不管是何种节目信息的取得方法都没有关系。节目信息,比如,可通过广播接收取得。另外,节目信息,比如,可通过网络取得,也可以从记录媒体读出。节目信息存储单元1601,优选是使用非易失性记录媒体,但也可以利用易失性的记录媒体实现。

节目表显示单元1603,使用节目信息存储单元的多于等于1个的节目信息和上述活动画面存储单元的多于等于1个的活动画面,显示包含用来识别节目的活动画面的电子节目表。另外,节目表显示单元,在显示用来识别节目的活动画面之际,相应于输出该节目的时间,变更该活动画面的大小进行显示。节目表显示单元1603,具体言之,在显示1小时节目的内容的节目信息的场合,显示的活动画面比显示30分钟节目的内容的节目信息的场合的大一倍。节目表显示单元1603,通常,可以以MPU、存储器等实现。节目表显示单元1603用来显示节目表的处理步骤,通常,可由软件实现,该软件记录在ROM等的记录媒体中。不过,也可以由硬件(专用电路)实现。
下面利用图17的流程图对本信息处理装置的工作进行说明。

另外,在上述流程图中,在输出了活动画面的场合,通常,持续进行输出。另外,在接收了节目表输出的结束命令的场合等时,结束节目表的框和活动画面的输出。
下面对本实施方式的信息处理装置的具体工作进行说明。当前,信息处理装置,保持有图18所示的节目信息管理表。节目信息管理表,具有多于等于1个的具有“ID”、“节目识别符”、“输出时间”、“频道”的记录(节目信息)。“ID”是用来识别记录的信息,由于表管理方面的要求而存在。“节目识别符”是用来识别节目的信息(节目名)。“输出时间”表示播送节目的时间段。此处,“输出时间”包括节目的播送开始时刻和节目播送结束时刻,也可以包括节目的播送开始时刻和播送时间。“频道”表示播送节目的频道号。另外,信息处理装置,保持有图19所示的活动画面管理表。活动画面管理表,具有多于等于1个包括“ID”、“节目识别符”、“活动画面”的数据记录。“活动画面”是活动画面的实体数据,比如,是MPEG4的数据结构。另外,比如,“活动画面”,是来自宣传频道,在比实际节目早的时间播送,存储于信息处理装置中的活动画面。
在此场合,信息处理装置,首先,构成节目表的框进行显示。图20表示节目表的框的显示例。节目表,比如,在纵轴上表示频道号,在横轴上表示输出时间。不过,节目表也可以是在横轴上表示频道号,在纵轴上表示输出时间。
之后,信息处理装置,取得图18的第1号的节目信息。之后,信息处理装置从图19的活动画面管理表读出与第1号的节目信息的节目识别符“节目AA”成对的活动画面。于是,信息处理装置由第1号的节目信息的输出时间“1小时”确定活动画面输出之际的屏蔽宽度(输出的活动画面的宽度)。于是,如图21所示,输出识别“节目AA”的活动画面。
之后,信息处理装置,取得图18的第2号的节目信息,与上述一样,在节目表的框内显示与节目识别符“节目BB”成对的活动画面(参照图22)。在此场合,“节目BB”的活动画面的宽度,与“节目AA”相比,为1/4。这是因为节目的输出时间是1/4之故。
之后,信息处理装置,取得图18的第3号以后的全部节目信息,与上述一样,在节目表的框内进行活动画面的显示(参照图23)。在此场合,信息处理装置,在显示用来识别节目的活动画面之际,相应于输出该节目的时间,改变该活动画面的大小进行显示。另外,与活动画面的显示一并,也可以在节目表内显示节目识别符。
以上,根据本实施方式,可以以与该输出时间段相应的区域的大小将识别输出的内容的活动画面显示在节目表内。所以,在用户观看节目表时,对于在哪一时间段、多长时间输出何种内容可以一目了然。
另外,根据本实施方式,所谓节目表,指的是广而言之的内容的输出目录,并不局限于表示播送节目的播送目录的信息。所谓节目表,比如,也可以是表示在博物馆、活动会场输出的内容的输出目录的信息。在此场合,在节目表内也可以有不存在频道的情况。这一点也与在其他实施方式中相同。
另外,根据本实施方式,所谓节目,并不限定于广播的节目,也包括从记录媒体读出的内容及经网络取得的内容。就是说,所谓节目,广而言之是与内容同义。这一点在其他实施方式中也相同。
另外,根据本实施方式,是对活动画面实施屏蔽,以与输出时间相应的区域的宽度输出活动画面,但也可以将活动画面切分到与输出时间相应的区域而输出。在显示用来识别节目的活动画面之际,只要与输出该节目的时间相应地变更该活动画面的大小进行显示即可,不管其算法如何。
此外,本实施方式的处理,也可以利用软件实现。于是,也可以通过软件下载等分发此软件。另外,也可以将此软件记录到CD-ROM等记录媒体中进行发布流传。另外,实现本实施方式的信息处理装置的软件,是以下这种程序。就是说,此程序,是用来使计算机执行:显示节目表的框的步骤;根据节目信息确定用来识别该节目信息的活动画面的显示位置及显示区域的步骤;以及根据该确定在节目表内显示用来识别节目信息的活动画面的步骤的程序。另外,显示节目表的框的步骤和在节目表内显示活动画面的步骤,也可以并行处理,不管其顺序如何。
(实施方式4)
在本实施方式中,说明的是将具有位置信息或与位置信息相关联的活动画面,根据其位置信息进行配置并输出的活动画面显示装置。
图24为活动画面显示装置的框图。本活动画面显示装置具有,活动画面存储单元2401、地图信息存储单元2402、当前时刻取得单元2403、世界时钟保持单元2404、地图显示单元2405、以及活动画面显示单元2406。
活动画面存储单元2401,存储多于等于1个具有表示位置的信息的位置信息而将其作为属性值的活动画面。不管是何种活动画面的数据结构都可以。另外,也不管具有活动画面的属性值的方法如何。活动画面存储单元2401,优选是使用非易失性记录媒体,但也可以利用易失性的记录媒体实现。
地图信息存储单元2402,存储地图信息。不管是何种地图信息的数据结构都可以。地图信息存储单元2402,优选是使用非易失性记录媒体,但也可以利用易失性的记录媒体实现。
当前时刻取得单元2403,从未图示的时钟取得当前时刻。当前时刻取得单元2403,通常,可以以MPU、存储器等实现。当前时刻取得单元2403用来取得当前时刻的处理步骤,通常,可由软件实现,该软件记录在ROM等的记录媒体中。不过,也可以由硬件(专用电路)实现。

活动画面显示单元2406,以可视地表示作为该活动画面的属性值的位置信息的形态,对多于等于1个的活动画面进行显示。另外,活动画面显示单元2406,在输出活动画面之际,显示与当前时刻相对应的活动画面。就是说,活动画面显示单元2406,在当前时刻是傍晚时,就显示与傍晚的时间一致的活动画面。在此场合,对活动画面流赋予时刻信息。此外,活动画面显示单元2406,在位置信息是表示外国的信息时,就参照世界时钟保持单元2404的世界时钟,显示与当前的外国时刻相对应的活动画面。活动画面显示单元2406,既可以包括显示器,也可以不包括显示器。在活动画面显示单元2406不包括显示器的场合,活动画面显示单元2406指示在外加的显示器上显示活动画面。活动画面显示单元2406的上述的活动画面显示控制的处理步骤,通常,可由软件实现,该软件记录在ROM等的记录媒体中。不过,也可以由硬件(专用电路)实现。
下面利用图25的流程图对活动画面显示装置的工作进行说明。另外,活动画面显示装置的工作的开始,既可以由用户指示,也可以由其他装置指示,还可以自动地进行。

以上,根据本实施方式,活动画面显示装置,在显示活动画面之际,可以以可视地表示作为该活动画面的属性值的位置信息的形态进行显示。
另外,根据本实施方式,活动画面显示装置,可以显示考虑到时刻信息的活动画面。此外,活动画面显示装置,可以显示也考虑到时差的活动画面。
从以上所述,本活动画面显示装置,特别适用于观光指南等信息显示。
另外,根据本实施方式,在活动画面显示之际,并不需要进行地图显示。就是说,也可以如图30所示,显示多个活动画面代替图29的显示。图30所示的活动画面显示,越位于靠近西方的地点的活动画面越靠近左侧显示。就是说,活动画面显示装置,在显示活动画面之际,可以将与该活动画面相对应的位置信息以可视方式的形态进行显示。
另外,根据本实施方式,不需要考虑当前时刻、时差,显示活动画面。
另外,根据本实施方式,活动画面显示装置是独立的,但也可以通过使数据存在于服务器装置中,根据来自客户机装置的指示,由客户机装置进行上述活动画面显示。

(实施方式5)
在本实施方式中,说明的是在根据目录信息对多个活动画面进行再现中,通过接收再现的活动画面的选择,在构成活动画面的选择菜单的活动画面处理装置等之中,在选择了1个活动画面的场合,根据该选择的活动画面,变更目录信息,其结果,使活动画面再现按顺序改变的活动画面处理装置等。

另外,在本实施方式中,不管目录信息的变更的算法是何种都可以。比如,活动画面的特性值,只是1个也可以。另外,比如,也可以从不近似所选择的活动画面的活动画面起进行显示来变更目录信息。利用此种目录信息的变更方法,对迅速生成平衡良好的活动画面菜单有用。就是说,在按顺序显示多个活动画面、接收针对该所显示的活动画面的输入、由接收了该输入的活动画面构成菜单、显示该活动画面的菜单的活动画面处理装置中,可以是根据针对所显示的活动画面的输入,在上述多个活动画面中,变更显示未显示的活动画面的顺序的活动画面处理装置。

下面对本实施方式的信息处理装置的具体工作进行说明。当前,假设信息处理装置,保持图18所示的节目信息管理表。利用图18的“输出时间”,可以取得时间段信息。比如,由“节目AA”的输出时间“17:00-18:00”可算出时间段信息为60分钟。
现在,假设用户利用遥控器输入了电子节目表的显示指示。然后,假设信息处理装置,如图40所示,提取显示对象的节目信息。此显示对象的节目信息的提取,根据电视的最后存储器(最后观看的频道号)的信息和当前时刻的信息进行。就是说,假设用户,最后观看8频道,当前是上午10点钟。在此场合,信息处理装置,提取的是作为8频道和相邻的10频道的节目信息的从10点钟至16点钟的节目信息。
之后,信息处理装置,取得所提取的节目信息具有的时间段信息的最小值“15分钟”。在提取的节目信息中,15分钟的节目是最短的节目。之后,信息处理装置,以15分钟作为大小“1”。于是,信息处理装置,比如,以60分钟的节目作为大小“4”。另外,此处,如是比大小“1”小的框,对于用户而言节目信息难以看到。

另外,在信息处理装置将30分钟的时间长度作为大小“1”的场合,比如,如图42所示,可以显示从10点钟起至16点钟止的6个钟头的节目信息。在此场合,显示对象的节目信息具有的时间段信息最短为30分钟。
以上,本实施方式的信息处理装置,是显示具有多于等于1个的具有作为对节目进行识别的信息的节目识别符和作为表示播放节目的时间段的信息的时间段信息的节目信息的电子节目表的信息处理装置,是根据显示的多于等于1个节目信息所具有的多于等于1个的时间段信息,变更节目信息的框的大小的信息处理装置。利用此种信息处理装置,可以得到非常容易观看的电子节目表。
另外,根据本实施方式,以具有最短时间段信息的节目信息为基准,确定电子节目表的节目信息的显示框的大小,但也可以利用其他的算法,确定电子节目表的节目信息的显示框的大小。信息处理装置,可以根据显示对象的多于等于1个的节目信息具有的多于等于1个的时间段信息,确定显示对象的多于等于1个的节目信息的框的大小。比如,信息处理装置,也可以根据最长的时间段信息确定节目信息的框的大小。在此场合,因为在画面上可以显示大量的节目信息,容易选择视听及录像预约的节目。另外,也可以在所显示的节目信息具有的时间段信息之中,以最多的时间段信息作为基准,确定节目信息的显示框的大小。

下面对本实施方式的信息处理装置的具体工作进行说明。当前,假设信息处理装置,保持图18所示的节目信息管理表。利用图18的“输出时间”,可以取得时间段信息。比如,由“节目AA”的输出时间“17:00-18:00”可算出时间段信息为60分钟。
当前,假设用户利用遥控器输入电子节目表的显示指示。然后,假设信息处理装置,如图40所示,提取显示对象的节目信息。
之后,信息处理装置,取得聚焦的节目信息。当前,假设此节目信息是“节目15”的节目信息。于是,信息处理装置,显示如图45所示的电子节目表。在图45中,“节目15”的节目信息是聚焦信息,以高亮度进行显示。另外,在图45中,是以把30分钟的节目的节目信息作为基准长度的“2”的显示框大小进行显示的。
之后,假设用户将焦点从“节目15”移动到“节目16”的框。此种焦点移动,比如,可通过按下遥控器的十字键的右箭头按钮进行。
于是,信息处理装置,取得“节目16”的节目信息作为聚焦的节目信息。于是,信息处理装置,取得“节目16”的节目信息所具有的时间段信息为15分钟的信息。之后,信息处理装置,以15分钟的时间长度作为基准确定节目信息的显示框大小。就是说,信息处理装置,将15分钟的时间长度,比如,确定为基准长度的“2”,将“节目16”以2倍的显示框大小(横向的大小为2倍)进行显示。于是,将“节目16”显示在画面的中央,其周围的节目信息也同样以2倍的横向大小进行显示。其结果,信息处理装置,显示图46的电子节目表。在图46中,只显示在“10:15”至“12:15”之间的节目信息。
以上,本实施方式的信息处理装置,是显示具有多于等于1个的具有作为对节目进行识别的信息的节目识别符和作为表示播放节目的时间段的信息的时间段信息的节目信息的电子节目表的信息处理装置,是根据聚焦的节目信息所具有的时间段信息,变更节目信息的框的大小的信息处理装置。利用此种信息处理装置,可以得到非常容易观看聚焦的节目信息的电子节目表。
另外,在本实施方式中,是显示具有多于等于1个具有节目识别符和时间段信息的节目信息的电子节目表的信息处理装置,也可以是根据聚焦的节目信息所具有的时间段信息,变更节目信息的框的大小的信息处理装置,还可以利用任何一种算法变更聚焦的节目信息的显示框大小。不过,在以聚焦的节目信息所具有的时间段信息作为基准,也变更其他的节目信息的显示框大小时,优选不破坏聚焦的节目信息和其他节目信息的时间段信息的关系。

活动画面存储单元4701,存储多于等于1个的用来识别节目信息的活动画面。另外,该活动画面,是由多个对象构成的静止画面的集合。另外,对于代表活动画面的1个静止画面赋予代表识别符。代表识别符是用来识别作为代表活动画面的1个静止画面的代表静止画面的信息。活动画面的实体数据,比如,是MPEG4、MPEG7的数据结构。另外,不管活动画面的取得方法是何种也都可以。活动画面,可通过接收广播取得、经过网络取得,从记录媒体读出。活动画面存储单元4701,优选是使用非易失性记录媒体,但也可以利用易失性的记录媒体实现。

显示方法确定装置47024,根据时间段信息取得装置47022所取得的时间段信息,确定与节目信息相对应的活动画面的显示方法。活动画面的显示方法,为活动画面、静止画面、逐帧送进再现、快进、只显示构成活动画面的一部分的对象、以任意的再现速度进行活动画面的再现等等。不管显示方法确定装置47024的显示方法的确定算法是何种都可以。比如,显示方法确定装置47024保持时间段信息和显示方法的对应表,通过从该对应表检索相对时间段信息的显示方法来确定。显示方法确定装置47024,通常,可以以MPU、存储器等实现。显示方法确定装置47024的处理步骤,通常,可由软件实现,该软件记录在ROM等的记录媒体中。不过,也可以由硬件(专用电路)实现。
节目表显示装置47025,根据由显示方法确定装置47024确定的显示方法,显示具有活动画面等的电子节目表。节目表显示装置47025既可以包括,也可以不包括显示器。节目表显示装置47025,可由显示器的驱动软件或显示器的驱动软件和显示器等实现。
下面利用图48的流程图对本信息处理装置的工作进行说明。
(步骤S4801)显示方法确定装置47024,根据时间段信息取得装置47022取得的时间段信息,确定表示节目的图像的显示方法(活动画面、静止画面、逐帧送进)。另外,在步骤S3906中,时间段信息取得装置47022取得第i号的节目信息的时间段信息。
(步骤S4802)节目表显示装置47025,显示第i号的节目信息的框。
(步骤S4803)活动画面取得装置47023,取得与第i号的节目信息相对应的活动画面,节目表显示装置47025,对该活动画面,利用在步骤S4801中确定的显示方法显示图像。另外,节目表显示装置47025,将活动画面按照原样再现,或以预定的速度再现,或显示活动画面的代表静止画面,或进行逐帧送进再现,或只对构成活动画面的预定的对象进行再现。进行到步骤S3909。
(步骤S4804)节目表显示装置47025,由显示对象的多于等于1个的节目信息,构成电子节目表的外观。外观,比如,具有表示频道号的横轴和表示时间段的纵轴等。另外,纵轴和横轴可以反过来是自不待言的。
(步骤S4805)节目表显示装置47025,显示在步骤S4804中构成的电子节目表的外观。返回到步骤S3901。
另外,在上述流程图中,在输出了活动画面的场合,通常,输出一直继续。另外,在收到节目表的显示的结束指示的场合等,节目表的框和活动画面的输出结束。
下面对本实施方式的信息处理装置的具体工作进行说明。当前,假设信息处理装置,保持图18所示的节目信息管理表。利用图18的“输出时间”,可以取得时间段信息。比如,由“节目AA”的输出时间“17:00-18:00”可算出时间段信息为60分钟。另外,显示方法确定装置47024,保持有图49所示的显示方法管理表。显示方法管理表保持有多于等于1个的具有“ID”、“时间段信息”、“显示方法”的记录。“ID”是用来识别记录的信息,由于表管理方面的要求而存在。“时间段信息”表示时间段信息的宽度。“显示方法”是用来识别显示方法的信息。在显示方法管理表中,比如,在节目信息具有的或由节目信息可以算出的时间段信息是8分钟的场合,表示是“对象、静止画面显示”的显示方法。所谓“对象、静止画面显示”的意思是,只显示赋予了作为用来识别作为代表活动画面的静止画面的代表静止画面的信息的代表识别符的静止画面之中的预定的对象。所谓预定的对象,比如,是在静止画面中存在风景画(背景)和登场人物的场合的该登场人物的图像。所谓“静止画面显示”,是代表活动画面的代表静止画面的显示。所谓“逐帧送进再现”,是将活动画面以逐帧送进方式进行再现的显示方法。所谓“速度1、活动画面再现”,此处是指以比“逐帧送进再现”快,比标准再现慢的速度进行的活动画面的显示。“对象、活动画面再现”,是只将构成活动画面的静止画面的预定的对象以活动画面的速度再现的显示方法。“活动画面标准再现”是以标准速度对活动画面进行再现的显示方法。
当前,假设由用户输入电子节目表的显示指示。信息处理装置,读出显示对象的节目信息。此处,假设显示对象的节目信息是图18的节目信息的一部分。首先,信息处理装置,取得“节目AA”的时间段信息“60分钟”。之后,由时间段信息“60分钟”取得显示方法“速度1、活动画面再现”。然后,从活动画面存储单元取得与“节目AA”相对应的活动画面,以与“速度1、活动画面再现”相对应的显示方法对该活动画面进行显示。
之后,信息处理装置,取得“节目BB”的时间段信息“15分钟”。然后,信息处理装置,取得与时间段信息“15分钟”相对应的显示方法“静止画面显示”。于是,信息处理装置,从活动画面存储单元取得与“节目BB”相对应的活动画面,并以与“静止画面显示”相对应的显示方法显示该活动画面。就是说,信息处理装置,选择该活动画面的代表静止画面(赋予了代表识别符的静止画面)并进行显示。
进而,信息处理装置,将全部与显示对象的节目信息相对应的活动画面按照图49所示的显示方法进行显示。其结果,信息处理装置,显示如图50所示的电子节目表。按照图50,基于与节目信息相对应的时间段信息,活动画面的显示方法不同。另外,在此场合,也可以显示节目的标题等。
以上,本实施方式的信息处理装置,是显示具有包含节目识别符、时间段信息和活动画面的多于等于1个的节目信息的电子节目表的信息处理装置,是可以根据时间段信息,变更活动画面的显示方法而显示节目信息所具有的活动画面的信息处理装置。利用此种信息处理装置,可以进行与节目的框的大小符合的活动画面等的显示,可以得到非常容易观看,易于把握节目的内容等的电子节目表。
另外,根据本实施方式,是将节目信息与活动画面相对应,但也可以考虑使节目信息具有活动画面的情况。就是说,不管节目信息、活动画面等的数据结构是何种都可以。
另外,根据本实施方式,从活动画面中选择静止画面的方法,将作为用来代表活动画面的静止画面的代表静止画面,与作为用来识别该代表静止画面的信息的代表识别符成对保持,利用此种代表识别符选择静止画面,但也可以利用其他方法选择静止画面。所谓其他方法,比如,有选择构成活动画面的最初的静止画面的方法。
另外,实现本实施方式的信息处理装置的软件,是以下这种程序。就是说,此程序,是用来使计算机执行:取得显示的多于等于1个的节目信息的显示节目信息取得步骤;取得在上述显示节目信息取得步骤中取得的多于等于1个的节目信息所具有的各时间段信息的时间段信息取得步骤;确定基于在上述时间段信息取得步骤中所取得的各时间段信息的显示方法的显示方法确定步骤;取得与多于等于1个的节目信息相对应的多于等于1个的活动画面的活动画面取得步骤;以及根据在上述显示方法确定步骤中确定的显示方法,显示在上述活动画面取得步骤中取得的多于等于1个的活动画面,并显示包含该活动画面的电子节目表的节目表显示步骤的程序。
本发明,可以用作显示活动画面的菜单的信息处理装置。另外,本发明,可以用作显示电子节目表的电视、信息处理装置等。此外,本发明,可以用作可在地图上显示活动画面的信息处理装置等。

Claims (11)

1.一种活动画面处理装置,其具备:
存储多个活动画面的活动画面存储单元;
将上述多个活动画面的全部或一部分按顺序显示的活动画面显示单元;
接收针对上述活动画面的显示的输入的输入接收单元;
利用上述输入接收单元接收到输入时所显示的活动画面来构成菜单的活动画面菜单构成单元;以及
显示上述活动画面菜单构成单元所构成的活动画面的菜单的菜单显示单元。
2.如权利要求1所述的活动画面处理装置,其中,上述活动画面显示单元也显示表示接收对所显示的活动画面的输入的时间的时间信息。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的活动画面处理装置,其中,在上述输入接收单元接收到预先确定的一定数量的输入时,上述菜单显示单元显示上述菜单。
4.一种活动画面处理装置,其具备:
存储多于等于1个的活动画面的活动画面存储单元;
利用上述多于等于1个的活动画面,构成具有识别多于等于1个的活动画面的图像的菜单的活动画面菜单构成单元;
显示上述活动画面菜单构成单元所构成的菜单的菜单显示单元;
显示具有表示活动画面的特性的多于等于1个的项目的特性菜单的特性菜单显示单元;
接收上述菜单显示单元显示的图像的选择指示和上述特性菜单具有的项目的选择指示的输入接收单元;
在上述输入接收单元接收到上述图像的选择指示并且接收上述特性菜单具有的项目的选择指示时,针对该图像识别的活动画面,从上述活动画面存储单元选择还具有该项目表示的特性的活动画面的活动画面选择单元;以及
将与上述输入接收单元接收到的所选择指示的图像相对应的活动画面,更换为上述活动画面选择单元所选择的活动画面,变更上述菜单显示单元的图像的菜单变更单元。
5.如权利要求1至3中任何一项中所述的活动画面处理装置,其中,
上述输入接收单元,还接收上述菜单显示单元显示的图像的选择指示和上述特性菜单具有的项目的选择指示,
上述活动画面处理装置还具备:
在上述输入接收单元接收到上述图像的选择指示时,显示具有多于等于1个的表示活动画面的特性的项目的特性菜单的特性菜单显示单元;
在上述输入接收单元接收到上述特性菜单具有的项目的选择指示时,针对该图像识别的活动画面,从上述活动画面存储单元选择还具有该项目表示的特性的活动画面的活动画面选择单元;以及
将与上述输入接收单元接收到的所选择指示的图像相对应的活动画面,更换为上述活动画面选择单元所选择的活动画面,变更上述菜单显示单元的图像的菜单变更单元。
6.一种程序,其使计算机执行:
将存储的多个活动画面的全部或一部分按顺序显示的活动画面显示步骤;
接收针对上述活动画面的显示的输入的输入接收步骤;
利用在上述输入接收步骤中接收到输入时所显示的活动画面构成菜单的活动画面菜单构成步骤;以及
显示在上述活动画面菜单构成步骤中所构成的活动画面的菜单的菜单显示步骤。
7.如权利要求1至3或5中的任何一项中所述的活动画面处理装置,其特征在于:
上述活动画面显示单元具有:
保持作为与显示上述多个活动画面的目录相关的信息的目录信息的目录信息保持装置;以及
根据上述目录信息按顺序显示上述多个活动画面的全部或一部分的活动画面显示装置;
还具有:
在上述输入接收单元接收到针对上述活动画面的显示的输入时,根据该输入的接收,变更上述目录信息的目录信息变更单元;
上述活动画面显示装置,根据上述目录信息变更单元所变更的目录信息,按顺序显示上述多个活动画面的全部或一部分。
8.如权利要求7所述的活动画面处理装置,其中,
上述活动画面存储单元,存储多于等于1组的活动画面和作为与该活动画面的特性有关的信息的特性值的组;
上述目录信息变更单元,在上述输入接收单元接收到对上述活动画面的显示的输入时,改变上述目录信息,以使与该活动画面的特性值具有一定关系的其他活动画面先进行显示。
9.一种活动画面处理装置,其按顺序显示多个活动画面,接收针对该所显示的活动画面的输入,利用接收到该输入的活动画面构成菜单,显示该活动画面的菜单。
10.如权利要求9所述的活动画面处理装置,其中。根据针对上述所显示的活动画面的输入,变更显示上述多个活动画面中的未显示的活动画面的顺序。
11.一种程序,其使计算机执行:
将存储的多个活动画面的全部或一部分按顺序显示的活动画面显示步骤;
接收针对上述活动画面显示步骤中的活动画面的显示的输入的输入接收步骤;
利用在上述输入接收步骤中接收到输入时所显示的活动画面来构成菜单的活动画面菜单构成步骤;以及
显示在上述活动画面菜单构成步骤中所构成的活动画面的菜单的菜单显示步骤;
根据在上述输入接收步骤中所接收的输入,变更上述活动画面显示步骤中的活动画面的显示顺序。
