Abstract

本发明涉及一种单剂型空气氧化型染发剂组合物，它含有(A)5，6－二羟基吲哚满－2－羧酸或其盐，(B)选自氢氧化钠、氢氧化钾、氨、胍、碱性氨基酸及其碳酸盐的碱剂，以及(C)10～50重量％的与水互溶的有机溶剂，且实质上不含烷醇胺，pH值为8～12。该单剂型空气氧化型染发剂组合物具有优异的染色力。

Description

染发剂组合物
技术领域
本发明涉及染色性优异的单剂型染发剂组合物。
背景技术
已知，5，6-二羟基吲哚满-2-羧酸及其盐会因空气中的氧变为黑色素，利用这一点而将其用作空气氧化型染发剂。但是，该制品的染色性不够充分。
发明内容
因此，本发明的目的在于提高含有5，6-二羟基吲哚满-2-羧酸及其盐的空气氧化型染发剂的染色性能。
本发明人发现，在含有5，6-二羟基吲哚满-2-羧酸及其盐的空气氧化型染发剂中，添加一定量的与水互溶的有机溶剂，将特定的化合物用作碱剂，调整pH值到8以上，就可得到优异的染色性能。
即，本发明提供一种单剂型空气氧化型染发剂组合物，它含有(A)5，6-二羟基吲哚满-2-羧酸或其盐，(B)选自氢氧化钠、氢氧化钾、氨、胍、碱性氨基酸及其碳酸盐的碱剂，以及(C)10～50重量％的与水互溶的有机溶剂，且实质上不含烷醇胺，pH值为8～12。
具体实施方式
就成份(A)的5，6-二羟基吲哚满-2-羧酸及其盐而言，可使用5，6-二羟基吲哚满-2-羧酸或其盐酸盐、氢溴酸盐、硫酸盐、磷酸盐、乙酸盐、丙酸盐、乳酸盐、柠檬酸盐等。另外，5，6-二羟基吲哚满-2-羧酸还可以通过以1-酰基-5，6-二酰氧基吲哚满-2-羧酸或5，6-二酰氧基吲哚满-2-羧酸或其羧酸酯的形态添加到染发剂组合物中，在碱性条件下，利用水解生成。
可将两种以上的5，6-二羟基吲哚满-2-羧酸或其盐同时使用，其添加量优选为占总组成的0.01～10重量％，特别优选为0.05～5重量％。
成份(B)的碱剂选自氢氧化钠、氢氧化钾、氨、胍、碱性氨基酸及其碳酸盐，该碳酸盐的具体例可以举出碳酸钠、碳酸钾、碳酸胍、碳酸氢钠。由于烷醇胺的存在会抑制5，6-二羟基吲哚满-2-羧酸或其盐的染色性，所以，本发明的染发剂组合物有必要使碱剂中实质上不喊烷醇胺。本发明中所指的“实质上不含烷醇胺”是指其含量不足以对染发性造成不良影响。具体而言，烷醇胺的含量优选为占总组成的1重量％以下，特别优选为0.2重量％以下，最优选为根本不含烷醇胺。
可将两种以上的碱剂同时使用，其添加量优选为占总组成的0.01～20重量％，特别优选为0.1～10重量％。
就成份(C)的与水互溶的有机溶剂而言，可以举出：乙醇、丙醇等低级醇；乙二醇、丙二醇等二醇类；乙二醇一甲醚、乙二醇一乙醚、乙二醇一丁醚等乙二醇单醚；二甘醇一乙醚、二甘醇一丁醚等卡必醇类；苄氧乙醇、苯甲醇等芳香族醇等，其中，优选为上述低级醇和二醇类，并且，当使用苄氧乙醇、苯甲醇等芳香族醇时，优选为与其它溶剂同时使用，特别优选为与低级醇、二醇类同时使用。
可将两种以上的与水互溶的有机溶剂同时使用，且从染色性方面考虑，其添加量占总组成的10～50重量％，优选为15～45重量％，特别优选为20～40重量％。
在碱性条件下，5，6-二羟基吲哚满-2-羧酸或其盐与空气中的氧反应，变成黑色素。因此，为确保高染色力，抑制对头皮的刺激，将本发明的染发剂组合物的pH值调节到8～12的范围内，优选为调节到8.5～10.5的范围内，更优选为调节到9～10.5的范围内。
pH调节剂除成份(B)的碱剂之外，还可适当使用盐酸、硫酸、磷酸、柠檬酸、乳酸等无机酸和有机酸。
本发明的染发剂组合物可采用乳剂、凝胶、洗剂、泡沫等形态，由于采用气溶胶的形态包装时稳定性好，因此该形态为优选，并且，当使用徐染性型制品时，例如，在将染发剂组合物涂抹在毛发上之后，放置1～10分钟后，反复进行2～多次的该操作，就可在不知不觉之间慢慢使白发不再醒目。
在本发明的染发剂组合物中，除上述必须成份之外，还可根据目的适当添加染发剂中常用的成份，例如表面活性剂、增稠剂、稳定剂、缓冲剂、香料、触感改善剂、螯合剂、增溶剂、防腐剂等。并且，当采用气溶胶的形态时，还可将用于普通气溶胶制品中的压缩气体(氮气、二氧化碳、氩气等)、液化气(液化石油气、低级饱和烃类、二甲醚类等)等喷射剂与本发明的染发剂组合物一起填充到耐压容器(气溶胶罐)中。
实施例
在下述实施例和比较例中，将染过色的一绺头发用分光光度比色计(“CM-2002”，Minolta Ltd.美能达公司)进行比色，根据下式算出的色差(ΔE)，对染色力进行了评价。

        (L1，a1，b1)：染色后的羊毛卷的比色值
实施例1和比较例1
调制成表1所示染色液。将这些染色液分别应用于1g羊毛卷，在30℃下，进行了15分钟的染色。然后进行水洗，再加洗发液、漂洗，然后干燥。染色前后的色差(ΔE)如表1所示

实施例2～7
将表2所示实施例2～7的组合物制成原液，分别与喷射剂(LPG)一起填充到气溶胶容器中(原液∶喷射剂＝90∶10，重量比)。
分别将实施例2～7的气溶胶状染发剂各1g(以原液换算的气溶胶染发剂量)应用于一绺白发上，在30℃下，进行了5分钟的染色。然后进行水洗，再加洗发液、漂洗，然后干燥。每7天重复进行该操作共计5次。染色前后的色差(ΔE)如表2所示。

Claims (1)

1.一种单剂型空气氧化型染发剂组合物，其特征在于，含有：
(A)5，6-二羟基吲哚满-2-羧酸或其盐；
(B)选自氢氧化钠、氢氧化钾、氨、胍、碱性氨基酸及其碳酸盐的碱剂；以及
(C)10～50重量％的与水互溶的有机溶剂，
且实质上不含烷醇胺，pH值为8～12。
