Abstract
本发明提供一种汽车,其中,氢燃料箱(21)配置地车辆前部空间(61)的左右前轮FWL、FWR所安装的车轴附近且纵向方向为车辆的左右方向,其高度与前部保险杠(64)的安装位置相同的高度相同。结果,可以确保车尾行李箱(62)的空间以及乘员室的空间,并可以使氢燃料箱(21)的载荷直接作用在左右前轮FWL、FWR上。而且,可确保车辆的良好的左右负荷平衡。通过使氢燃料箱(21)的高度与前部保险杠(64)的安装位置为相同的高度,可以减小车辆碰撞时对氢燃料箱(21)的冲击。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种汽车(机动车辆)。
背景技术
以往,作为这种汽车,提出了一种在车辆前方的车轴(前桥)或后方的车轴(后桥)附近配置燃料电池的同时将向燃料电池供给燃料的燃料箱配置在燃料电池附近的乘员室地板下的汽车(例如参照特开平2001-253248)。在该汽车中,通过这种配置能够向燃料电池供给氢气而不减少乘员室和车辆贮藏空间。
但是,像这种汽车将燃料箱配置在乘员室地板下的方式,如果要使燃料箱的容量增大,则会占用乘员室内的空间,难以同时实现燃料箱的大型化和乘员室内的空间的扩大化。而且,当考虑像计程车(出租车)所常用的那样,将燃料箱配置在车尾行李箱内时,会造成行李箱的容量变小。
发明内容
本发明的汽车的一个目的在于确保乘员室和车尾行李箱的足够的空间。另外,本发明的汽车的一个目的在于确保车辆的良好的负荷平衡。
本发明的汽车为了实现上述目的的至少一部分,采用了以下的技术方案。
本发明的汽车是这样一种车辆,它具有:使用气体燃料并输出驱动力的动力输出装置,和配置在车辆前方的车轴附近、贮存要供给所述动力输出装置的气体燃料的燃料箱。
在本发明的汽车中,由于贮存向使用气体燃料并输出驱动力的动力输出装置供给的气体燃料的燃料箱配置在车辆前方的车轴附近,所以不会占用乘员室和车尾行李箱的空间。即,可以确保乘员室或者车尾行李箱的足够空间。此外,通过将燃料箱配置在车轴附近,可以使燃料箱的载荷直接作用在车轴上,所以可以减轻支承氢燃料箱的部件的所需重量。而且,所谓“燃料箱”是贮存作为气体燃料的氢气或包含氢气的含氢气体的容器。
在本发明的汽车中,可以具有在车辆最前部吸收来自前方的冲击的缓冲部件,所述燃料箱安装成其一部分位于所述缓冲部件的高度。如此,可以减小车辆碰撞时对氢燃料箱的冲击。
此外,在本发明的汽车中,可以将所述燃料箱的纵向沿车辆的左右方向(宽度方向)设置。如此,可以确保车辆良好的左右负荷平衡。
此外,在本发明的汽车中,所述动力输出装置具有接收所述气体燃料的供给并发电的燃料电池。如此,可以实现燃料电池车辆的燃料箱的安装结构。
在上述燃料电池车辆的结构的本发明的汽车中,所述燃料电池可被配置在乘员室内。如此,可以减小因燃料电池与外部大气的接触而可能造成的影响。在该情况下,所述燃料电池可被配置在乘员座席下方,还可以在前部乘员座席下方或后部乘员座席下方配置成层叠方向为车辆的左右方向。如此,可以有效利用乘员室内的死角空间,同时可以确保车辆良好的左右负荷平衡。
此外,在上述燃料电池车辆的结构的本发明的汽车中,所述动力输出装置具有能够用在所述燃料电池发出的电力进行充电的蓄电器。在该形态的本发明的汽车中,所述蓄电器可被配置在乘员座席下方。

具体实施方式
下面用实施例说明用于实施本发明的最佳实施方式。图1是示出本发明的一实施例的燃料电池车辆10的结构的平面示意图;图2是该实施例的燃料电池车辆10的A-A剖面图;图3是以功能框图示出该实施例的燃料电池车辆10的框图。
实施例的燃料电池车辆10,如图所示,具有:组装到左前轮FWL中的左车轮用电机11、组装到右前轮FWR中的右车轮用电机12、配置到前座椅14的座位下的二次电池40、配置到后座椅17的座位下的燃料电池20以及辅机单元30、配置在车辆前部并贮存有要供给燃料电池20的氢气的氢燃料箱21,对燃料电池20的冷却水的热进行散热的散热器32,以及控制车辆的整个驱动系统的动力控制单元(以下称作PCU)50。
左车轮用电机11和右车轮用电机12,例如作为三相同步电动发电机构成,并作为轮内电机分别组装到左前轮FWL和右前轮FWR中。如图3所示,从燃料电池20和二次电池40输出的直流电流由分配器27分配,并由逆变器11a和逆变器12a变换成三相交流电,而被供给该左车轮用电机11和右车轮用电机12,由此,向左前轮FWL和右前轮FWR输出旋转驱动力,驱动燃料电池车辆10行驶。此外,左后轮RWL和右后轮RWR都是从动轮。
前座椅14为设置在乘员室内的两排席位中的前排席位,包括驾驶员席位和副驾席位。而后座椅17为这两排席位中的后排席位,即所谓的长条座椅。在燃料电池车辆10的左侧面和右侧面,在前座椅14和后座椅17之间分别竖立设置着中柱60、60。
燃料电池20作为公知的固体高分子电解质型燃料电池而构成,具有多个单格电池叠置在一起的层叠结构。在构成燃料电池20的各单元电池中,如图3所示,来自氢燃料箱21的氢气(燃料气体)在质量流量控制器22进行压力、流量调节后由加湿器23进行加湿处理而供给至阳极侧,同时,由空气压缩机13调节了压力的压缩空气(氧化气体)供给至阴极,由此,通过规定的(氢气和压缩空气)电化学反应而产生电动势。即,氢气在阳极分离成质子和电子,在阳极分离出来的质子通过固体高分子电解质膜传递而到达阴极,同时,在该阳极分离出来的电子通过负载连接的电线到达阴极,在阴极通过进行氧气与质子和电子结合而产生水的电化学反应,从而产生电动势。
该燃料电池20,如图2所示,在后座椅17下的乘员室内配置成层叠方向为车辆的左右方向。在此,所谓乘员室内,是指从乘员室侧可以进行操作(可到达),意味着可从乘员室侧进行燃料电池20的安装等。通过如此将燃料电池20配置在乘员室内,与从外部操作进行安装的情况相比较,可以减小因燃料电池20与外部大气的接触而可能造成的影响。而且,通过将燃料电池20配置成层叠方向为车辆的左右方向,可以使车辆的左右重量平衡良好。
与燃料电池20同样地配置在后座椅17下的辅机单元30中组装有:上述空气压缩机13和质量流量控制器22、加湿器23、使从燃料电池20和二次电池40输出的输出电压下降到规定电压并向空气压缩机13以及质量流量控制器22等供给电力的DC/DC转换器24、使从燃料电池20未反应而直接排出的氢气再次供给至燃料电池20的氢气循环泵25、为了冷却燃料电池20而使冷却水在燃料电池20中循环的水泵26、分配燃料电池20和二次电池40的输出的分配器27、和分别向左车轮用电机11和右车轮用电机12供给三相电力的逆变器11a和逆变器12a。在此,分配器27是用于通过燃料电池20和二次电池40中任一或两者同时向左车轮用电机11和右车轮用电机12以及各种辅机供给电力、以及通过燃料电池20向二次电池40充电的开关电路。而且,组装到冷却燃料电池20的冷却水的循环流路中的散热器32配置在车辆最前部的直接暴露于外部大气的位置。
氢燃料箱21配置成位于车辆前部空间61的左右前轮FWL、FWR的车轴附近且纵向方向沿车辆的左右方向设置,而且,配置成与车辆前部的缓冲部件即前部保险杠64的安装位置相同的高度。如此,通过将氢燃料箱21配置在车辆前部空间61,可以扩大车尾行李箱62的空间,同时还不会占用乘员室的空间。此外,通过将氢燃料箱21安装在左右前轮FWL、FWR的车轴附近,可以使氢燃料箱21的载荷直接作用在左右前轮FWL、FWR上,从而可以实现支承氢燃料箱21的部件的轻重量化。而且,通过将氢燃料箱21配置成其纵向方向沿车辆的左右方向设置,还可以将车辆的左右重量平衡良好地设置。此外,通过使氢燃料箱21的高度与前部保险杠64的安装位置为相同的高度,可以减小车辆碰撞时对氢燃料箱21的冲击。
二次电池40构成为将公知的镍氢二次电池多个串联连接的结构,配置在乘员室中后座椅17下面。该二次电池40,通过PCU50的控制,在车辆起动时向左车轮用电机11和右车轮用电机12供给电力、在减速再生时使用由左车轮用电机11和右车轮用电机12再生的电力进行充电、在加速时除来自燃料电池20的发电电力之外向左车轮用电机11和右车轮用电机12供给电力、以及根据负荷由来自燃料电池20的电力充电。而且,该二次电池40只要是可充放电的电池即可,不限于镍氢二次电池,也可以是例如镉镍二次电池、锂氢二次电池或者铅(酸)蓄电池等。
PCU50作为包含未示出的周知的CPU、ROM、RAM、输入输出端口的微计算机构成,配置在车辆前部的氢燃料箱21的上部。加速踏板(位置)传感器的踏板位置、左车轮用电机11和右车轮用电机12的相电流、二次电池40的残余容量值、以及来自未示出的各种传感器的检测信号,通过输入端口而被输入该PCU50。PCU50根据这些信号进行左车轮用电机11和右车轮用电机12的驱动控制、由质量流量控制器22和空气压缩机13对供给的气体的供给控制等。
根据以上说明的燃料电池车辆10,通过将氢燃料箱21配置在车辆前部空间61,不会损害车尾行李箱62的空间以及乘员室的空间。此外,通过将氢燃料箱21安装在左右前轮FWL、FWR的车轴附近,可以使氢燃料箱21的载荷直接作用在左右前轮FWL、FWR上,从而可以实现支承氢燃料箱21的部件的轻重量化。而且,通过将氢燃料箱21配置成其纵向方向沿车辆的左右(宽度)方向设置,还可以将车辆的左右重量平衡良好地设置。此外,通过使氢燃料箱21的高度与前部保险杠64的安装位置为相同的高度,可以减小车辆碰撞时对氢燃料箱21的冲击。
此外,根据该实施例的燃料电池车辆10,通过将燃料电池20配置在后座椅17下,可以有效地利用乘员室的死角空间。而且,因为将燃料电池20配置在乘员室内,可以减小因燃料电池20与外部大气的接触造成的影响。结果可以使燃料电池20以良好的状态运转。而且,通过将燃料电池20配置成层叠方向沿车辆的左右方向,可以使车辆的左右重量平衡良好。
此外,根据该实施例的燃料电池车辆10,通过将二次电池40配置在前座椅14下,可以有效地利用乘员室的死角空间。
此外,根据该实施例的燃料电池车辆10,通过将燃料电池20的辅机单元30(包括质量流量控制器22、加湿器23、DC/DC转换器24、氢气循环泵25、水泵26、分配器27、逆变器11a、12a)与燃料电池20一起配置在后座椅17下,与将它们分开配置的情况下相比,可以简化管线等的盘绕。此外,通过将它们在后座椅17下与燃料电池20以沿车辆宽度方向比沿车辆前后方向长的方式并列设置,可以与燃料电池20一起容易地配置在后座椅17下。
根据该实施例的燃料电池车辆10,通过将燃料电池20和二次电池40等配置在比车辆地板高的上方位置,与将燃料电池20和二次电池40等配置在比车辆地板低的下方的情况相比,可以容易地确保车辆的最小离地高度。
根据该实施例的燃料电池车辆10,在燃料电池车辆10的左右侧面中在前座椅14和后座椅17之间竖立设置着的中柱60、60,在侧面碰撞时承受负荷,所以可以保护燃料电池20或者二次电池40免受其冲击破坏。
根据该实施例的燃料电池车辆10,氢燃料箱21配置成位于左右前轮FWL、FWR的车轴的上方且纵向方向沿车辆的左右方向设置,但是也可以将氢燃料箱21的纵向方向沿车辆的前后方向(纵向)设置。
此外,根据该实施例的燃料电池车辆10,氢燃料箱21配置成在前部保险杠64的安装位置的高度,但是并不必将氢燃料箱21配置成与前部保险杠64的安装位置的高度(安装高度)完全一致,可以将其一部分配置成与前部保险杠64的安装位置的高度完全一致,或者也可以配置成与前部保险杠64的安装位置的高度完全不一致。
此外,根据该实施例的燃料电池车辆10,作为向燃料电池20供给氢气(燃料气体)的供给源使用了氢燃料箱21,但是也可以代替氢燃料箱21使用通过氢气吸藏合金或者碳氢化合物燃料(例如汽油或甲醇等)与水的反应而生成富氢气体等的转化器。
在实施例的燃料电池车辆10中,沿乘员室的车辆前后方向设置了两排座椅,但是也可以设置三排或三排以上的座椅。例如,在设置三排座椅的情况下,当最前排的座椅作为前座椅时,中排或最后排的座椅成为后座椅;当中排的座椅作为前座椅时,最后排的座椅成为后座椅。这里,在后座椅为最后排座椅的情况下,没有必要专门限定后座椅下方区域的后侧边界,但是,在后座椅不是最后排座椅的情况下(例如,中排座椅的情况),最好考虑坐在最后排座椅上的乘员的置脚空间,将后座椅的下方区域的后侧边界设为包含后座椅的座椅靠背的下端的假想垂直面。
在该实施例的燃料电池车辆10中,尽管在前座椅14的下方配置二次电池40并在后座椅17的下方配置燃料电池20以及辅机单元30,但是也可以将燃料电池20以及辅机单元30配置到前座椅14的下方,并将二次电池40配置在后座椅17的下方。
在该实施例的燃料电池车辆10中,将辅机单元30和燃料电池20一起配置在后座椅17的下方,但是也可以将辅机单元30配置在车尾行李箱62等空间。
在该实施例的燃料电池车辆10中,采用将燃料电池20及二次电池40两者作为左车轮用电机11和右车轮用电机12的可用驱动源的结构(控制上包括由燃料电池20及二次电池40两者驱动该左车轮用电机11和右车轮用电机12的情况,和仅由燃料电池20及二次电池40中任一者驱动该左车轮用电机11和右车轮用电机12的情况),但是也可以采用仅将燃料电池20及二次电池40中的任一个作为左车轮用电机11和右车轮用电机12的可用驱动源的结构,例如其中一个作为左车轮用电机11和右车轮用电机12的驱动源、另一作为其它设备(例如各种辅机)的电源。或者,可具有除两电池20、40以外的用于左车轮用电机11和右车轮用电机12的(附加)驱动源,并使用两电池20、40的一个或两者用于辅助所述附加驱动源。这样,左车轮用电机11和右车轮用电机12可以被构成为使用燃料电池20及二次电池40的至少一个作为可用驱动源。
在该实施例的燃料电池车辆10中,通过作为轮内电机分别组装到左前轮FWL和右前轮FWR中的左车轮用电机11和右车轮用电机12驱动,但是也可以构成为由通过差动齿轮向安装在左前轮FWL和右前轮FWR上的车轴输出驱动动力的单个电机驱动。
在该实施例中,说明了将向燃料电池20供给氢气的氢燃料箱21配置在车辆前部空间61的燃料电池车辆10,但是也可以为这样一种车辆,其中将用于向使用气体燃料而输出驱动动力的各种动力输出装置供给气体燃料的气体燃料箱配置在车辆前部空间。
如上所述,用实施例说明了用于实施本发明的最佳实施方式。但是本发明并不限于该实施例,在不脱离本发明的主旨的范围内,可以各种变形实施。

Claims (14)
1.一种汽车,其特征在于,具有:
使用气体燃料并输出驱动力的动力输出装置,和
配置在车辆前方的车轴附近、贮存要供给所述动力输出装置的气体燃料的燃料箱。
2.根据权利要求1所述的汽车,其特征在于,
具有在车辆最前部吸收来自前方的冲击的缓冲部件,
其中,所述燃料箱安装成其一部分位于所述缓冲部件的高度。
3.根据权利要求1所述的汽车,其特征在于,所述燃料箱的纵向沿车辆的左右方向设置。
4.根据权利要求1所述的汽车,其特征在于,所述燃料箱是贮存作为气体燃料的氢气或包含氢气的含氢气体的容器。
5.根据权利要求2所述的汽车,其特征在于,所述燃料箱配置成纵向沿车辆的左右方向设置,是贮存作为气体燃料的氢气或包含氢气的含氢气体的容器。
6.根据权利要求1至5中任一项所述的汽车,其特征在于,所述动力输出装置具有接收所述气体燃料的供给并发电的燃料电池。
7.根据权利要求6所述的汽车,其特征在于,所述燃料电池被配置在乘员室内。
8.根据权利要求7所述的汽车,其特征在于,所述燃料电池被配置在乘员座席下方。
9.根据权利要求8所述的汽车,其特征在于,所述燃料电池在前部乘员座席下方配置成层叠方向为车辆的左右方向。
10.根据权利要求9所述的汽车,其特征在于,所述动力输出装置具有配置在后部乘员座席下方并能够用所述燃料电池发出的电力进行充电的蓄电器。
11.根据权利要求8所述的汽车,其特征在于,所述燃料电池在后部乘员座席下方配置成层叠方向为车辆的左右方向。
12.根据权利要求11所述的汽车,其特征在于,所述动力输出装置具有配置在前部乘员座席下方并能够用所述燃料电池发出的电力进行充电的蓄电器。
13.根据权利要求6所述的汽车,其特征在于,所述动力输出装置具有能够用所述燃料电池发出的电力进行充电的蓄电器。
14.根据权利要求13所述的汽车,其特征在于,所述蓄电器被配置在乘员座席下方。
