Abstract

Description

线照明器件和图像扫描器件
技术领域
本发明涉及一种具有棒状光导和光发射单元的线照明器件,还涉及包含上述线照明器件的图像扫描器件。
背景技术
接触式摄像传感器(例如,图像扫描器)是传真机、复印机、图像扫描器等仪器扫描文件所用的器件。接触式摄像传感器配备有线照明器件,用于沿主扫描区域线性照明文件表面。
使用光导的线照明器件已为人所知。例如,专利文件1提出一种线照明器件,其中,在光导的一端配备有光发射单元,并且沿着光导纵向形成一个光散射图形来漫射和反射光发射单元发出的光。光散射图形的法线上安置有光发射单元的多个光源(LED),光发射面则形成在不同于法线的方向上。
专利文件2和3公开了一种线照明器件,其中,在棒状光导的两端都配备光发射单元,或者,棒状光导的部分表面作为光散射面。

图7解释了上述现有技术中光发射单元和棒状光导的耦合部分。在常规光发射单元中,形成电路的衬底100配备有耦合窗口101。每个发射三基色红、绿、蓝色光的光发射元件102,103,104都布置在窗口101中。电流通过导线105输送到衬底100中形成的光发射电路中。
每个光发射元件的面积都是0.3mm2,为防止热散发造成的过热现象,光发射元件之间的间距必须等于或大于0.8mm。因此,窗口101的尺寸大约为1.1mm×2.8mm。安装时如果窗口101大于光导106的横截面,则产生光泄漏。因此,光导106的横截面必须具有完全覆盖窗口101的尺寸。
在现有技术中,棒状光导的横截面形状设计成完全覆盖窗口101的形式,棒状光导的横截面尺寸就受到限制。因此,很难使棒状光导中光传输的能量密度超过一定的水平。当光能量密度低时,就不可能产生这样的光发射,即具有方向特性以便明亮地照射文件表面的狭长区域。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种线照明器件,能够增大棒状光导中传输的光的能量密度。
为获得上述目的,根据本发明提供了一种线照明器件,其中,在棒状光导对面两端都配备有光发射单元,每个光发射单元都具有衬底,其上安装有三基色中的一色或两色的光发射元件,两端上的光发射单元的光发射元件相耦合,以满足提供全部三种基色的要求。
给出一个实例,一端的光发射单元配备绿色光发射元件和蓝色光发射元件,而另一端的光发射单元配备红色光发射元件,或者,一端的光发射单元配备蓝色光发射元件和红色光发射元件,而另一端的光发射元件配备绿色光发射元件和红色光发射元件。
这种方式下,通过把光发射单元之间的三种基色光发射元件分配在两端,如果每个光发射单元提供的光发射元件的数目是一或二,就有可能减小耦合窗口,进而减小棒状光导的横截面。
根据本发明的另一个实施例,光发射单元的衬底配备三个窗口,每个三基色的光发射元件安放在每个窗口中,其中,分别配备对应于三个窗口的三个棒状光导。使用这种布置,还可以增加棒状光导中的光能量密度。
应当指出本发明不仅包括线照明器件,还包括应用该线照明器件的图像扫描器件。
根据本发明,有可能使在光发射单元的衬底上形成的耦合窗口减小,进而,还可以减小棒状光导的横截面积。当棒状波导的横截面积减小时,在棒状光导中传输的光能量密度增加,因此,尽管在棒状光导上形成的散射点变小,仍有可能明亮地照射文件的一个狭窄区域。
特别是,因为衬底上配备两个LED芯片而不是配备常规的三个LED芯片,这样衬底上形成的窗口尺寸变成原来的2/3或者更小,光能量密度变成原来的1.5倍。
这样,通过将本发明应用到传真机、复印机、图像扫描器等设备中,其中,棒状光导距离文件表面很近,就可能提供极高精密度的线照明器件。

具体实施方式
参照附图,现在详述本发明的优选实施例。图1是根据本发明使用线照明器件的接触式摄像传感器的截面图。图2是安装在接触式摄像传感器中的一对线照明器件的透视图。图3是根据本发明的线照明器件的分解透视图。
提供了一种接触式摄像传感器,其中,两套线照明器件2和2组合在一个支撑体1中。安装单元放大系统的透镜阵列3安置在支撑体1中。在支撑体1的底部形成平板5,其上安置线摄像传感器4。在线照明器件2和2的上部提供有文件台6(例如,玻璃板)。
如图3所示,线照明器件2包括白外盒21,安置在外盒21中的棒状光导22,以及在棒状光导22两端配备的光发射单元30和40。
棒状光导22由丙烯酸类树脂等制成。从端面看,棒状光导22的边23和24都成1/4椭圆或抛物线型,而底面25和顶面26是平的。底面25配备有散射点,使得导入到棒状光导中的光产生漫反射,顶面26设计为光发射面。如图4所示,散射点在中部具有较大面积,向两端逐渐变小。
光发射单元30具有形成电路的衬底31,其上附着有用于供电的导线32。衬底31对着棒状光导22的面上形成耦合窗口33,其中,安放有绿色光发光二极管34和蓝色光发光二极管35。
另一方面,光发射单元40同样具有衬底41,其上附着有用于供电的导线42。衬底41对着棒状光导22的面上形成耦合窗口43,两个红色光发光二极管44安置在窗口43中。在这种情况下,使用芯片式发光二极管34,35和44(例如,LED芯片)。
还可以在光发射单元30中安置蓝色光发光二极管和红色光发光二极管,以及在光发射单元40中安置绿色光发光二极管和红色光发光二极管。
图4是具有上述散射点图形的线照明器件纵向(例如,主扫描方向)的三基色反射光量的测量图,其中(a)示出了散射点图形,(b)示出了绿色和蓝色LED光的反射光量(纵坐标:反射光量;横坐标:纵向的位置),(c)示出了红色LED光的反射光量。从该图明显得出,红色LED光量在一个端口附近逐渐减少,而绿色和蓝色LED光量在另一端口附近逐渐减少。通过散射点图形可能控制光量在纵向的分布。
图5示出了当线照明器件成对配置时根据本发明的线照明器件的三基色反射光量。在该实施例中,因为光发射单元30和40在一对线照明器件中相对于某点是对称的,对于每个线照明器件来说,绿色和蓝色LED光的反射光量和红色LED光的反射光量相加在一起。因此,可能获得相对于单个线照明器件更为平坦的特性。
图6是另一实施例的透视图。该实施例中,光发射单元50的衬底51配备有三个独立的耦合窗口52,53和54,其中,绿色光发光二极管55安置在窗口52中,蓝色光发光二极管56安置在窗口53中,红色光发光二极管57安置在窗口54中,三个棒状光导58,58和58分别与相应的三个窗口52,53,54耦合。
这样,如果窗口单独提供每种颜色的光发光二极管,并且细的棒状光导分别连接到各自的窗口,这样不仅可能增加传播光的能量,还可以增加光导形状和散射点图形的自由度,以及控制光源附近基色的不均匀度。

Claims (5)

1.一种具有棒状光导和光发射单元的线照明器件,其特征在于,光发射单元配备在棒状光导的两端,每个光发射单元都具有衬底,其上安置有一种或两种颜色的三基色光发射元件,两端的光发射单元的光发射元件相耦合以满足全部三基色的要求。
2.根据权利要求1所述的线照明器件,其中,一端的光发射单元配备有绿色光发射元件和蓝色光发射元件,而另一端的光发射单元配备有红色光发射元件。
3.根据权利要求1所述的线照明器件,其中,一端的光发射单元配备有蓝色光发射元件和红色光发射元件,而另一端的发射单元配备有绿色光发射元件和红色光发射元件。
4.一种具有棒状光导和光发射单元的线照明器件,其特征在于,每个光发射单元都具有衬底,该衬底配备有三个窗口,每个三基色光发射元件安置在每个窗口中,提供分别对应于三个窗口的三个棒状光导。
5.一种图像扫描器件,包括根据权利要求1到4的线照明器件,线摄像传感器,和透镜阵列,用以聚集从线摄像传感器上文件传出的反射光或透射光。
