Abstract

本发明是关于一种合成树脂容器及其制造方法,其提出一种耐热性优异,气体阻障性高的合成树脂容器及其制造方法。本发明的合成树脂容器容器是在基质中混入气体阻障材料,经由伴随热处理步骤的至少2次的二轴延伸吹出成形工序所制造的物品。由于耐热性与气体阻障性皆能够提高,不仅能够扩大容器的用途,亦能够长期的保持容器中的内容物的品质。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种合成树脂容器及其制造方法,特别是涉及一种能够抑制氧或二氧化碳透过容器所引起的内容物品质劣化,且本身具有高耐热性的合成树脂容器及其制造方法。
背景技术
以保特瓶(PET Bottle)为代表性的合成树脂制的容器,其重量轻且容易搬运,而且,由于能确保透明性,而在外观的呈现上与玻璃制容器相比毫不逊色,并且在成本上亦较为价廉,近年来广泛的应用于收容食品、饮料、化妆品与药剂等的容器。
然而,由于合成树脂制的容器其本体无法避免氧气或是二氧化碳的透过,因此其缺点为内容物所能够保持的时间,亦即是所谓的“耐储时间(Shelf life)”比玻璃制容器短。
而且,此种容器的耐热强度亦低,聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯树脂(PET)所制的容器85~87℃为其上限,特别是在容器中填充超过上限温度的液体时,将很难避免容器因热收缩而变形,因此对于应用范围的扩大上具有局限性。
由此可见,上述现有的合成树脂制的容器仍存在有不便与缺陷,而亟待加以进一步改进。为了解决合成树脂制的容器存在的问题,相关厂商莫不费尽心思来谋求解决之道,但长久以来一直未见适用的设计被发展完成,而一般产品又没有适切的结构能够解决上述问题,此显然是相关业者急欲解决的问题。
有鉴于上述现有的合成树脂制的容器存在的缺陷,本发明人基于从事此类产品设计制造多年丰富的实务经验及专业知识,并配合学理的运用,积极加以研究创新,以期创设一种新型的合成树脂制的容器及其制造方法,能够改进一般现有的合成树脂制的容器,使其更具有实用性。经过不断的研究、设计,并经反复试作样品及改进后,终于创设出确具实用价值的本发明。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于,克服现有的合成树脂容器存在的缺陷,而提供一种新的合成树脂容器,所要解决的技术问题是使其通过在基质中混入气体阻障材料,能够使合成树脂容器具有气体阻障性和优异的耐热性,从而更加适于实用,。
本发明的另一目的在于,提供一种合成树脂容器制造方法,所要解决的技术问题是使该合成树脂容器经由伴随热处理步骤的至少2次的二轴延伸吹出成形工序所制造,从而更加适于实用。
本发明的目的及解决其技术问题是采用以下技术方案来实现的。依据本发明提出的一种合成树脂容器,其是在基质中混入气体阻障材料所形成的合成树脂制容器,其中所述容器是经由伴随热处理步骤的至少2次的二轴延伸吹出成形工序所制造的物品。
本发明的目的及解决其技术问题还可采用以下技术措施进一步实现。前述的合成树脂容器,其中所述基质为聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯树脂,所述气体阻障材料是选自含有间苯二甲基的聚酰胺树脂、非晶质聚酯树脂与萘乙醇酯-对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯共聚树脂所组的族群中的至少一种。
本发明的目的及解决其技术问题还采用以下的技术方案来实现。依据本发明提出的一种合成树脂容器,其是在基质中混入气体阻障材料所形成的基层与高气体阻障性的保护层交互重合的多层构造所构成的合成树脂制的一容器,其中所述容器是经由伴随热处理步骤的至少2次的二轴延伸吹出成形工序所制造的物品。
本发明的目的及解决其技术问题还可采用以下技术措施进一步实现。
前述的合成树脂容器,其中所述基质为聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯树脂,所述气体阻障材料是选自含有间苯二甲基的聚酰胺树脂、非晶质聚酯树脂与萘乙醇酯-对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯共聚合树脂所组的族群中的至少一种。
前述的合成树脂容器,其中所述保护层是选自含有间苯二甲基的聚酰胺树脂、非晶质聚酯树脂、萘乙醇酯-对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯共聚合树脂与乙烯-乙烯醇共聚物所组的族群中的至少一种。
本发明的目的及解决其技术问题还采用以下的技术方案来实现。依据本发明提出的一种合成树脂容器的制造方法,在藉由进行伴随热处理步骤的至少2次的二轴延伸吹出成形工序以制造合成树脂制的容器时,在前述吹出成形之际,是使用在基质中混入气体阻障材质的合成树脂所形成的预塑体。
本发明的目的及解决其技术问题还可采用以下技术措施进一步实现。前述的合成树脂容器制造方法,其中所述的预塑体是由在该基质中混入该气体阻障材料的基层与高气体阻障性的保护层所堆叠形成的多层构造体。
本发明与现有技术相比具有明显的优点和有益效果。由以上技术方案可知,为了达到前述发明目的,本发明的主要技术内容如下:
本发明提出一种气体阻障性、耐热性优异的合成树脂容器,是在基质中混入气体阻障材料所形成的合成树脂制的容器,前述合成树脂容器是经由伴随热处理步骤的至少2次的二轴延伸吹出成形工序所制造的物品。
在上述构成的容器中,基质是聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯树脂,气体阻障材料较佳是选自含有间苯二甲基(m-xylylene)的聚酰胺树脂、非晶质聚酯树脂与萘乙醇酯(ethylene naphthalate)-对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯共聚合树脂所组的族群中的至少一种。
而且,本发明是气体阻障性、耐热性优异的合成树脂容器,是在基质中混入气体阻障材料所形成的基层与高气体阻障性的保护层交互重合的多层构造所构成的合成树脂制的容器,前述容器是经由伴随热处理步骤的至少2次的二轴延伸吹出成形步骤所制造的物品,在此场合,相同地基质是聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯树脂,气体阻障材料较佳是选自含有间苯二甲基的聚酰胺树脂、非晶质聚酯树脂与萘乙醇酯-对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯共聚合树脂所组的族群中的至少一种。
上述的保护层是能够选自含有间苯二甲基的聚酰胺树脂、非晶质聚酯树脂、萘乙醇酯-对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯共聚合树脂与乙烯-乙烯醇共聚物所组的族群中的至少一种。
而且,本发明的气体阻障性、耐热性优异的合成树脂容器的制造方法,是藉由进行伴随热处理步骤的至少2次的二轴延伸吹出成形工序以制造合成树脂制的容器时,在前述吹出成形之际,是使用在基质中混入气体阻障材质的合成树脂所形成的预塑体(preform)。
尚且,预塑体是可以使用在基质中混入气体阻障材料所形成的基层与高气体阻障性的保护层交互重合的多层构造体所构成的物品。
借由上述技术方案,本发明合成树脂容器及其制造方法至少具有下列优点:
1、通过在基质中混入气体阻障材料,本发明的合成树脂容器能够抑制氧的透过,使商品储时间能够更进一步的延长,从而更加适于实用。
2、本发明的合成树脂容器的制造方法,经由伴随热处理步骤的至少2次的二轴延伸吹出成形工序,本体部分的残留应力极度的降低,并使树脂的密度上升,对于来自外部的热具有更高的承受能力,同时更进一步的改善气体阻障性,从而更加适于实用。
综上所述,本发明特殊结构的合成树脂容器及其制造方法,其能够能够使合成树脂容器具有气体阻障性和优异的耐热性。其具有上述诸多的优点及实用价值,并在同类产品及制造方法中未见有类似的计及方法公开发表或使用而确属创新,其不论在产品、制造方法或功能上皆有较大的改进,在技术上有较大的进步,并产生了好用及实用的效果,且较现有的合成树脂容器具有增进的多项功效,从而更加适于实用,而具有产业的广泛利用价值,诚为一新颖、进步、实用的新设计。
上述说明仅是本发明技术方案的概述,为了能够更清楚了解本发明的技术手段,而可依照说明书的内容予以实施,并为了让本发明的上述和其他目的、特征和优点能更明显易懂,以下特举出多个较佳实施例,并配合附图,详细说明如下。

具体实施方式
为更进一步阐述本发明为达成预定发明目的所采取的技术手段及功效,以下结合附图及较佳实施例,对依据本发明提出的合成树脂容器及其制造方法其具体实施方式、制造方法步骤、特征及其功效,详细说明如后。
请参阅图1所示,是本发明的合成树脂容器的构成图。图中所示是本发明的合成树脂制的500ml耐热、耐压容器的外观示意图。在同图中标号1为容器本体,标号2为一体成形的设置于容器本体1的口部。
在本发明中,例如是使用聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯树脂作为基质1a的场合,此树脂中是混入气体阻障材料G,依此则能够改善抑制氧透过的气体阻障性。
请参阅图2所示,是本发明适用的预塑体的示意图。合成树脂容器的制造是使用在基质1a中混入气体阻障材料G、经由射出成形或押出成形所得的如图2所示的预塑体P(在嘴部结晶化(白化)的物品)。此预塑体P加热至能够发现延伸效果的温度,此温度例如是摄氏70~130度,较佳为摄氏90~120度的程度,然后在摄氏50~230度,较佳为摄氏70~180度,延伸表面积倍率4~22倍(较佳为6~15倍,容量为较成品超过尺寸(oversize)1.2~2.5倍的程度)的条件下,藉由第1次的二轴延伸(biaxially-oriented)以进行吹出成形。其次,将上述所得的吹出成形品于摄氏110~255度,较佳为摄氏130~200度收缩至较成品为0.60~0.95倍程度为止,强制的施以加热处理以去除内部残留的应力,接着,以摄氏60~170度,较佳为摄氏80~150度的温度下藉由第2次的二轴延伸以进行吹出成形。
请参阅图3A至图3D所示,是1.5ml耐热容器由预塑体状态至成品为止的上述各阶段的外观形状的示意图。图中p1表示为1次吹出中间体,p2表示为加热处理后的1次吹出中间体。
如上所述,经由伴随热处理步骤的至少2次的二轴延伸吹出成形工序所制造的容器,对于本体部分的残留应力能够极度的降低,而且,由于树脂的密度上升,对于来自外部的热具有高强度(耐热性的改善),同时更进一步的改善气体阻障性。
请参阅图4A、图4B所示,是本发明其他构成例的显示容器的重要部位的示意图。在基质1a中混入气体阻障材料G以形成基层b1,以气体阻障性高的物质形成保护层b2,将上述两者交互重合则能够得到多层构造(2种3层或是2种5层)。此场合由于气体阻障性能够显著的提高,商品的耐储时间能够更进一步的延长。
图4A、图4B所示的多层构造形成的容器,是能够使用具有对应的多层构造的预塑体以成形。虽然本发明是以2种3层以及2种5层作为表示例,然而本发明的堆叠构造并没有特别的限定,能够依照容器的用途作适当的变更。
构成基质1a的树脂除了聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯树脂之外,亦可以使用聚对苯二甲酸丁二醇酯或聚萘乙醇酯等饱和聚酯是热可塑性合成树脂。
能够用于基质1a中的气体阻障材料,包括含有间苯二甲基的聚酰胺树脂,例如是聚间苯二甲基乙二酰二胺(poly-m-xylylene adipamate)树脂(商品名MXD-6:三菱气体化学),此外气体阻障材料可为非晶质聚酯树脂,例如是对苯二甲酸、异苯二甲酸、乙二醇与其他胶质成分的共聚合体,亦或是萘乙醇酯-对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯共聚合树脂。
阻障材料的混合比例,在考虑到成形性的场合,其混合比例的上限为0.5~10质量%,较佳为7质量%,然而,由回收再利用的观点的话,更佳为未满5质量%。
保护层b2是能够使用含有间苯二甲基的聚酰胺树脂、非晶质聚酯树脂、萘乙醇酯-对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯共聚合树脂或是乙烯-乙烯醇共聚合树脂(EVOH)。
实施例
请参阅图5A至图5C所示,是实施例使用的合成树脂容器的侧面、平面以及底面的个别示意图。制作图示的耐热性角瓶(350ml,500ml),并对使用PET单体的预塑体进行1次吹出成形(单吹出)的场合,与在PET树脂中混入阻障材料,使用预塑体进行2次吹出成形(双吹出)并施以加热处理工序的场合进行比较。对于藉由个别的吹出成形所得容器的氧透过量、比率(氧透过比率)以及耐储时间进行调查的结果,请参阅表1以及表2所示。
单吹出的成形条件:
-铸模温度(本体):110℃
-吹出压力:3.92MPa
-延伸速度:42cm/s
双吹出的成形条件
-第一次的二轴延伸吹出成形
-铸模温度(本体):165℃
-吹出压力:2.35MPa
-延伸速度:40cm/s
-第二次的二轴延伸吹出成形
-铸模温度(本体):104℃
-吹出压力:3.92MPa

如表1与表2所明示,在本发明的容器中,氧透过量能够显然的降低,而确认能够显著的延长商品的耐储时间。
而且,关于耐热性的方面,相对于单吹出所制造的容器在内容物温度于摄氏85~87度时即产生变形,本发明的容器即使至摄氏90~93度亦不会产生变形,因此耐热性亦见显著的改善。
如上述可知,依本发明的话,由于耐热性与气体阻障性皆能够提高,不仅能够扩大容器的用途,亦能够长期的保持容器中的内容物的品质。
以上所述,仅是本发明的较佳实施例而已,并非对本发明作任何形式上的限制,虽然本发明已以较佳实施例揭露如上,然而并非用以限定本发明,任何熟悉本专业的技术人员,在不脱离本发明技术方案范围内,当可利用上述揭示的方法及技术内容作出些许的更动或修饰为等同变化的等效实施例,但是凡是未脱离本发明技术方案的内容,依据本发明的技术实质对以上实施例所作的任何简单修改、等同变化与修饰,均仍属于本发明技术方案的范围内。

Claims (7)

1、一种合成树脂容器,其特征在于:其是在基质中混入气体阻障材料所形成的合成树脂制容器,其中所述容器是经由伴随热处理步骤的至少2次的二轴延伸吹出成形工序所制造的物品。
2、根据权利要求1所述的合成树脂容器,其特征在于其中所述基质为聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯树脂,所述气体阻障材料是选自含有间苯二甲基的聚酰胺树脂、非晶质聚酯树脂与萘乙醇酯-对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯共聚树脂所组的族群中的至少一种。
3、一种合成树脂容器,其特征在于:其是在基质中混入气体阻障材料所形成的基层与高气体阻障性的保护层交互重合的多层构造所构成的合成树脂制的容器,其中所述容器是经由伴随热处理步骤的至少2次的二轴延伸吹出成形工序所制造的物品。
4、根据权利要求3所述的合成树脂容器,其特征在于其中所述基质为聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯树脂,所述气体阻障材料是选自含有间苯二甲基的聚酰胺树脂、非晶质聚酯树脂与萘乙醇酯-对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯共聚合树脂所组的族群中的至少一种。
5、根据权利要求3所述的合成树脂容器,其特征在于其中所述保护层是选自含有间苯二甲基的聚酰胺树脂、非晶质聚酯树脂、萘乙醇酯-对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯共聚合树脂与乙烯-乙烯醇共聚物所组的族群中的至少一种。
6、一种合成树脂容器的制造方法,其特征在于,在藉由进行伴随热处理步骤的至少2次的二轴延伸吹出成形工序以制造合成树脂制的容器时,在前述吹出成形之际,是使用在基质中混入气体阻障材质的合成树脂所形成的预塑体。
7、根据权利要求6所述的合成树脂容器的制造方法,其特征在于其中所述预塑体是由在所述基质中混入所述气体阻障材料的基层与高气体阻障性的保护层所堆叠形成的多层构造体。
