- 완성품의 1.2 내지 2.5배의 용량을 갖는 용기의 1차 중간체를 형성하기 위하여, 프리폼(preform)에 1차 2축 연신 블로우 성형을 행하는 단계;완성품의 0.60 내지 0.95배의 용량을 갖는 상기 용기의 2차 중간체를 형성하기 위하여, 상기 1차 중간체에 열처리를 행하는 단계; 및완성품을 형성하기 위하여, 상기 2차 중간체에 2차 2축 연신 블로우 성형을 행하는 단계를 포함하는, 가스 배리어성과 내열성이 우수한 합성수지제 용기의 제조 방법에 있어서,상기 프리폼은 가스배리어재가 블렌드된 모상(matrix)을 갖는 합성 수지를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 합성수지제 용기의 제조 방법.
- 제 8 항에 있어서,상기 모상은 폴리에틸렌테레프탈레이트 수지이며, 상기 가스배리어재는 메탁실릴렌(methaxylylene)기 함유 폴리아미드 수지, 비정질 폴리에스테르 수지 및 에틸렌나프탈레이트-에틸렌테레프탈레이트 공중합 수지로 되는 군에서 선택한 적어도 1종인, 합성수지제 용기의 제조 방법.
- 제 8 항에 있어서,상기 프리폼은 상기 모상을 포함하는 베이스층과, 가스배리어성이 높은 보호층을 포함하는 다층 구조체인, 합성수지제 용기의 제조 방법.
- 제 10 항에 있어서,상기 보호층은 메탁실릴렌기 함유 폴리아미드 수지, 비정질 폴리에스테르 수지 및 에틸렌나프탈레이트-에틸렌테레프탈레이트 공중합 수지 및 에틸렌-비닐알코올 공중합 수지로 되는 군에서 선택한 적어도 1종인, 합성수지제 용기의 제조 방법.
- 제 8 항에 있어서,상기 가스배리어재는 상기 합성 수지의 상기 모상에 0.5 내지 10 질량%의 배합 비율로 블렌드 되는, 합성수지제 용기의 제조 방법.
- 제 12 항에 있어서,상기 가스배리어재의 상기 배합 비율은 5 질량% 미만인, 합성수지제 용기의 제조 방법.
