Abstract
本发明涉及一种车用薄膜开关安装结构,该结构包括一个开关安装空间,在面向喇叭盖板内侧的垫罩的前侧,和一个薄膜开关以及一个支撑板一起被插进开关安装空间中,由此降低了制造成本,减少了制造过程,并且增加了产量。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种封闭电接触点来操作喇叭的车用薄膜开关安装结构。
背景技术
喇叭操作开关典型地安装在方向盘的中央部分。即使车辆配备有驾驶员安全气囊(DAB),喇叭操作开关还是安装在方向盘的中央部分。
一种薄板形薄膜开关通常用作喇叭操作开关,与DAB一起安装在方向盘的中央部分。
发明内容
本发明的实施例提供了一种车用薄膜开关的安装结构,适于通过利用一个包围气囊垫的垫罩(cushion cover)来安装薄膜开关,由此降低制造成本,减少制造过程,并且增加了产量。
在本发明的优选实施例,车用薄膜开关安装结构包括一个开关安装空间,形成在面向喇叭盖板内侧设置的垫罩的前侧。一个薄膜开关被插进开关安装空间中。

图1示出了根据本发明一个实施例的车用薄膜开关安装结构,示出都设置在方向盘中央部分的喇叭盖板以及DAB组件的气囊垫的剖面图;

图3是放置在一个支撑板上的薄膜开关的顶视图;和
图4是第二垫的顶视图。
具体实施方式
以下结合附图详细说明本发明的优选实施例。
如图1和2所示,一个构成DAB组件的气囊垫9在喇叭盖板1中由垫罩10所覆盖,并且放置在方向盘的中央部分。
一个薄板形开关安装空间13a形成在面向喇叭盖板1内侧的垫罩10的前侧。一个薄膜开关2被插进开关安装空间13a,用于封闭接触点由此来操作喇叭。
垫罩10由一个包围气囊垫9的第一垫11和一个整体形成在第一垫11前部并且自第一垫11形成一定空间的第二垫13组成。开关安装空间13a形成在第一垫11和第二垫13之间。
薄膜开关2,其底侧与一个以预定厚度用塑料制成的支撑板21重叠,被插进开关安装空间13a中。
当喇叭被激活时,支撑板21支撑薄膜开关2,由此防止薄膜开关2的不稳定。
参见图3,与薄膜开关2的底侧重叠的支撑板21的上侧形成有一个板突起21a,从支撑板21的上侧向上伸出,并且具有与薄膜开关2的外形相同的结构。薄膜开关2放置在由板形突起21a所覆盖的空间内。因此,外结构部分由板形突起21a支撑的薄膜开关2与支撑板21重叠。
如图1和4所示,穿孔线(perforated line)23形成在第一垫11、第二垫13、薄膜开关2以及支撑板21上。气囊垫9通过穿孔线23充气。
还未说明的图1中参考编号1c是多个从喇叭盖板1向内伸出的棱。当按压喇叭盖板1来操作喇叭时,棱1c接触第二垫13,并且激活薄膜开关2。
从前述内容可以清楚地看到,本发明的一个优点在于,提供的薄膜开关结构简单,不依赖于连接部件(如,铆钉、螺钉或诸如此类),并且不依赖连接过程(如,超声波热焊),由此减少了制造过程并且增加了产量。
本发明的另一个优点在于薄膜开关和支撑板安装在包围气囊垫的垫罩的前侧,由此降低了制造成本,减少了制造过程,并且增加了产量。
Claims (4)
1.一种车用薄膜开关安装结构,包括:
一个开关安装空间,形成在面向喇叭盖板内侧设置的垫罩的前侧;以及
一个薄膜开关,被插进所述开关安装空间中。
2.如权利要求1所述的结构,其特征在于,所述开关安装空间形成在一个包围气囊垫的第一垫,和整体形成在所述第一垫前部的第二垫之间。
3.如权利要求1所述的结构,其特征在于,所述薄膜开关与支撑板重叠,并且安装在所述开关安装空间内。
4.如权利要求3所述的结构,其特征在于,所述支撑板在一侧形成有一个板形突起,具有与所述薄膜开关相同的结构形状,和其外结构部分由所述板形突起支撑的所述薄膜开关与所述支撑板重叠。
