Abstract

技术领域
本发明涉及一种止回阀,特别用于使车辆内部通风,该止回阀有:框架,至少一个流出开口设置在该框架内,该流出开口由阀座环绕;以及至少一个阀瓣,该阀瓣可在关闭位置和打开位置之间运动,在该关闭位置,阀瓣与阀座接触,并关闭上述流出开口,而在该打开位置,阀瓣释放上述流出开口。
背景技术
这种止回阀能够排出已经通过通风系统送入车辆内部的空气。当没有空气流出车辆内部时,阀瓣与分配给它的阀座接触,从而使湿汽、废气或灰尘不能透入内部。
通常,阀瓣通过铰链安装在框架上。而且,当止回阀处于它的规定安装位置时,阀座通常布置成相对于重力作用方向而倾斜,这样,阀瓣由于重力而与阀座接触。当车辆内部刚刚稍微超压,阀瓣就将升高而离开阀座,从而进行压力平衡。
已知止回阀的缺点在于必须保持规定安装位置,从而实现阀瓣的结构所确定的打开性能。阀元件的方位偏离规定安装位置将使得阀瓣以比规定值更大或更小的力来与阀座接触。
发明内容
本发明的目的是改进上述类型的止回阀,这样,该止回阀可用于多种装置中。
因此,根据本发明,提供了一种止回阀,其中,阀瓣由弹性弹簧材料制成,并安装成能够产生返回力,该返回力将阀瓣推向阀座。本发明的基本思想是通过阀瓣自身的弹性而将阀瓣偏压至关闭位置。这样,阀瓣独立于重力而返回关闭位置,因此该阀可以用于任何安装位置,例如上下颠倒。优选是,阀瓣自身由刚性且较轻的元件(例如塑料薄片)制成,它能够抗弯曲。阀瓣的重量越小,重力对它的工作性能的影响越小。

具体实施方式
在图中表示了止回阀10,该止回阀10有框架12,该框架12能够安装在车辆车体的开口中。框架由塑料制成,并设置为栅格,从而形成总共12个流出开口14。在各流出开口的边缘设有阀座16,在图1中所示的流出开口14的形状中,该阀座16沿流出开口的三个侧边延伸,即沿两个垂直侧边和沿底侧边。在各种情况下,阀座16都布置成相对于框架12的延伸平面倾斜成角度β(见图2和3)。
各流出开口14分配有阀瓣18,该阀瓣18由小而薄的塑料板或塑料薄片制成。在任何情况下,重要的是阀瓣18自身有一定刚性,从而形成一定的弯曲弹性。
各阀瓣18在安装区域20中安装在框架10上,该安装区域平行于框架12的延伸方向。为了安装阀瓣18,使用了安装夹22,该安装夹22穿过阀瓣伸入框架12内。特别如图3所示,阀瓣在安装于安装区域20上(并因此平行于框架12的延伸方向)的部分和与阀座接触的部分之间弯曲。这是由于在阀座方向和安装区域20方向之间有角度β。在阀瓣18上强制产生的该弯曲导致产生弹性偏压,该弹性偏压将阀瓣18弹性推压向阀座16。在本文中,优选是阀瓣18作用在阀座16上的系统力大于阀瓣18的重量,这样,止回阀甚至可以布置成水平平置(即上下颠倒)。这时,与重力作用相反的返回力能够可靠地将阀瓣18压向阀座16。
阀瓣也可以安装在与图示不同的框架上。可以采用单独的夹持簧片或模制的夹持簧片。也可以利用薄膜铰链来将阀瓣粘接在框架上。此外,可以采用模制的紧固和支承点或狭槽。还可以通过焊接、胶水或螺钉来将阀瓣安装在框架上。还可以直接将阀瓣模制在框架上,并例如利用附加的簧片、夹子等而将它压向框架。最后,可以通过在安装区域中的、阀瓣中的弯曲来获得阀瓣的弹性偏压,例如通过在安装区域上面弯曲或通过布置在该处的小珠或隆起。还可以将阀座定向成平行于框架的延伸方向。
作为平面阀座的一种可选实施例,还可以采用弯曲阀座。这样,在关闭时,阀瓣在完全关闭之前只与阀座的一个边缘接触。
Claims (5)
1.一种止回阀(10),特别用于使车辆内部通风,该止回阀有:框架(12),至少一个流出开口(14)设置在该框架内,该流出开口由阀座(16)环绕;以及至少一个阀瓣(18),该阀瓣可在关闭位置和打开位置之间运动,在该关闭位置,阀瓣与阀座(16)接触,并关闭所述流出开口(14),而在该打开位置,阀瓣释放所述流出开口(14),其中,阀瓣(18)由弹性弹簧材料制成,并安装成能够产生返回力,该返回力将阀瓣(18)推向阀座(16)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的止回阀,其中:阀瓣(18)的边缘区域沿第一方向安装在框架(12)上,该第一方向与阀座(16)的方向不同。
3.根据权利要求1所述的止回阀,其中:阀瓣(18)的边缘区域在框架(12)上变形,从而产生返回力。
4.根据权利要求1所述的止回阀,其中:一压力元件安装在框架上,该压力元件偏压阀瓣(18),从而使阀瓣压向阀座(16)。
5.根据前述任意一个权利要求所述的止回阀,其中:由阀瓣(18)的弹性偏压产生的返回力大于阀瓣(18)的重量。
