Abstract

本发明公开了一种制动踏板的安装结构,在正常情况下可保证制动踏板的稳定安装,当踏板接收到车辆碰撞所产生的冲击力并将这个冲击传递司机时,制动踏板可自动解除固定状态,因而避免踏板撞击司机,并使对司机造成的伤害最小化。

Description

制动踏板的安装结构
技术领域
本发明涉及一种结合在车辆中的制动踏板的安装结构。本发明尤其涉及一种踏板安装结构,适于防止由于车辆发生碰撞而使制动踏板转动地冲向司机,从而造成司机身体下部受到伤害。
背景技术
在车辆发生碰撞时,设置在发动机舱内的制动主缸和助力器的位置变化会迫使制动踏板推向司机,因而会伤害到司机的腿部。
发明内容
本发明的一个实施例提供了一种制动踏板的安装结构,适合自动解除制动踏板的固定状态,用于防止将车辆碰撞时踏板上产生的撞击力传送给司机,从而防止或降低对司机造成的伤害。
本发明的实施例包括铰接管。踏板臂上形成有铰接槽,其中铰接槽连接在铰接管上,并且铰接槽的一部分向车辆的前方开口,其宽度小于铰接管外径的宽度。

图1和图2示出根据本发明一个实施例所述的制动踏板的安装结构的主要部件;
图3示出图1上铰接管和支撑板相连接的状态;

图5只示出踏板臂和铰接管的连接机构;和
图6示出根据本发明一个实施例的制动踏板安装结构的使用状态。
具体实施方式
下面将参考附图,对本发明的优选实施方式进行详细说明。
参考图1和图2,制动踏板1的踏板臂3枢轴地连接在铰接管5上。
参考图5,踏板臂3上的铰接槽7与铰接管5相连接,并且铰接槽7的一部分向车辆的前部方向开口,其宽度小于铰接管5的外径宽度。
作为参考,图5只解释了铰链5和踏板臂3,而省略了其它组件。
一旦踏板臂3上的铰接槽7利用外力连接到铰接管5上,踏板臂3的设计使得其自己不能从铰接管5上脱离。
然而,在车辆发生事故时,制动主缸和助力器的移位会迫使制动踏板1推向司机,这时,踏板臂3上的铰接槽7就会从铰接管5上脱离。
这样,车辆碰撞所造成的撞击力不传送给司机,从而可以避免司机受到伤害。
如图3和图4所示,铰接管5上设置有支撑板9,踏板臂3上设置有用于连接支撑板9的连接件11。
铰接管5和支撑板9可以用焊接来连接,也可以一开始就整体地成型。
支撑板9和连接件11可防止踏板臂3在正常情况下从铰接管5上轻易脱落,从而实现制动踏板1的稳定安装。然而,当车辆发生碰撞时,支撑板9和连接件11可使踏板臂3上的铰接槽7从铰接管5上脱离。
支撑板9设置在踏板臂3的两侧,其上具有多个连接槽13,向车辆的后部方向开口。
连接件11固定在踏板臂3上,用于插入到连接槽13内。连接件11具有帽15,与支撑板9的侧面紧密结合。
连接件11可以是螺栓,铆钉或类似物。在踏板臂3与铰接管5连接后,连接件11从支撑板9的两侧连接到踏板臂3上。
因此,在车辆发生碰撞时,踏板臂3被推向车辆的后部方向,连接件11容易从支撑板9的连接槽13中脱离,因此,踏板3的铰接槽7能够从铰接管5中脱离。
在正常情况下,连接件11的帽15与支撑板9侧面的紧密结合所产生的摩擦力限制了连接件11和支撑板9彼此分离。简言之,铰接槽7和铰接管5可以稳固地保持连接状态。
参考图6,铰接管5的两侧由安装支架17支撑。支撑板9、连接件11及类似物设置在安装支架17的内部,并且制动踏板1的踏板臂3与推杆19连接,而推杆19与助力器或制动主缸连接。
综上所述可以看出,本发明的优点在于制动踏板在正常情况下稳定地安装,而当踏板受到车辆碰撞所产生的冲击力并将这个冲击传递给司机时,制动踏板可自动解除固定状态,因而避免踏板撞击司机,并使对司机造成的伤害最小化。

Claims (3)

1.一种制动踏板的安装结构,该结构包括:
铰接管,和
踏板臂,其上形成有铰接槽,其中所述铰接槽连接在所述铰接管上,所述铰接槽的一部分朝向车辆的前方开口,其宽度小于所述铰接管的外径宽度。
2.如权利要求1所述的结构,其中该机构还包括:
两个支撑板,其设置在所述铰接管上,用于被放置在所述踏板臂的两侧,并且其上具有多个向车辆后方开口的连接槽;和
连接件,用于插入到所述连接槽内并且固定到所述踏板臂。
3.如权利要求2所述的结构,其中所述连接件上设置有帽,用于和所述支撑板的侧面紧密结合。
