Abstract

Description
本发明涉及一种如权利要求1前序部分所述用于红外辐射的反射器和一种是用这种反射器的红外辐射器。
I.现有技术
欧洲专利展出说明书EP1072941A2描述了一个是用白炽灯作为辐射源的红外光源和一个抛物面反射器,该反射器能透光以及在所希望的方向反射红外辐射。反射器开口处用一透光滤光片盖住。
II.发明内容
本发明的任务是提供一个用于红外辐射的反射器以及一个结构尽可能简单的红外辐射器。
该任务是通过权利要求1和2的特征部分来完成的。本发明的特别有利的实施例写在从属权利要求中。
本发明的红外辐射反射面是由铜组成。因此,本发明的反射器在辐射波长700毫微米以上的反射率大于90%。在800微毫米至1500微毫米波长范围的反射率,为入射面上入射辐射的95%,仍至更大。本发明的反射器,在700毫微米至1500毫微米波长范围内有已知金反射器同样好的反射能力,而比涂金反射器所花费用极大的有利。本发明反射器与卤素白炽灯组合特别有利,因为卤素白炽灯发出的大部分能量为波长大于780微毫米以上的红外辐射。
本发明的红外辐射器有一个作为辐射源的卤素白炽灯和一个具有反射红外辐射的铜反射面的反射器。如上面已提及一个卤素白炽灯和一个具有反射红外辐射反射面的反射器组合成在700微毫米至1500微毫米波长范围内特别有效且费用较少的辐射器,因为卤素白炽灯发出的大部分能量为波长大于780微毫米以上的红外辐射以及反射器的铜表面在800微毫米至1500微毫米波长范围内有很高的反射率,大于入射辐射的95%。为了抑制卤素白炽灯发射光,灯泡最好有一反射光而透过红外辐射涂层。同样目的在反射器的开口处选用或附加一个不透光而能透过红外辐射的盖罩住。反射器的优先采用的实施例是做成杯形的玻璃反射器,其内表面涂有铜层。
III.优先采用的实施例说明
以下对本发明结合优先采用的实施例作进一步说明。见图示:

图1所示红外辐射器有一个作为辐射源的卤素白炽灯1,其需电功率约为50瓦特。它有一个一端被密封的石英玻璃灯炮。灯泡内部设置一个电钨丝组成的螺丝形灯丝2,其由两根从灯泡密封端10引出的导线3,4共给电能。灯泡包容螺丝形灯丝2的区域11涂有作为冷光镜的干涉光层13,可透过红外辐射,而螺丝形灯丝2产生的光反射回灯泡内加热灯丝。干涉滤光层13还覆盖灯泡的顶部12。
反射器6的基体8由玻璃组成,为一个抛物面玻璃反射器,反射器内壁涂有反射红外辐射的铜层61。此外,在铜层61上涂有能透过光和红外辐射的漆层62,起防腐蚀作用。反射器开口处用能透过红外辐射的盖片63封闭。卤素白炽灯的灯泡密封端10固定在反射器颈部80中。
Claims (5)
1.具有一个反射红外辐射表面(61)的反射器,其特征在于,该表面(61)是由铜组成。
2.红外辐射器,有一个作为辐射源的卤素白炽灯(1)和一个反射器(6),其特征在于,反射器(6)具有由铜制成的反射红外辐射表面(61)。
3.如权利要求2的红外辐射器,其特征在于,反射器开口处配有一个透光盖(63)。
4.如权利要求2或3的红外辐射器,其特征在于,反射器(6)是一个碗形玻璃反射器,其内壁配有铜层(61)。
5.如权利要求2的红外辐射器,其特征在于,卤素白炽灯(1)的灯泡(11)配有能反射光和透过红外辐射的涂层(13)。
