Abstract

技术领域
本发明涉及一种车辆的车轮平衡调整机构,更具体地,涉及一种调节车轮静平衡的技术。
背景技术
一般有两种类型的车轮平衡,静平衡和动平衡,用于安全和稳定的驾驶。静平衡是在车轮圆周表面周围分布的重量的平衡。静态不平衡的车轮导致颤动或车轮摆动,产生轮胎上不均匀的磨损。
因此,传统上通过被固定在轮辋边缘作为夹装的平衡块加装平衡配重用于车轮的静平衡。可选地,使用粘合剂或胶带安装平衡配重。
然而,在使用夹装的平衡块的粘结方法中有一个缺点是应当形成有平的轮缘表面以便将平衡配重安装在轮辋上。
另一个缺点是向外凸出的平衡块有损车轮的外观。
还有一个缺点是安装中卷入使用粘结剂或胶带的粘结方法,平衡配重可能因安装不牢固而从轮辋上脱开。
发明内容
本发明提供一种车辆的车轮平衡调整机构,在提供便利的安装方法之外,制造成能够保持良好的车轮外观和牢固的组合状态。
本发明的一个目的是提供一种车辆的车轮平衡调节机构,其中,所述机构包括:在车轮内沿车轮圆周方向,以预定的宽度和深度形成有调整槽;和插进调整槽并采用环形形状有局部的切开部分的平衡弹簧。

具体实施方式
以下参照附图详细说明本发明的优选实施例。
图1示出本发明第一实施例的车辆的车轮平衡调整机构,其中,插进平衡弹簧5的调整槽3形成在车轮1之内。
如图2所示,车轮1其中形成有沿车轮1圆周方向具有预定宽度和深度的调整槽3。插进调整槽3的平衡弹簧5采用环形形状,有局部的切开部分。当平衡弹簧5嵌入调整槽3时,由于平衡弹簧5局部切开部分的结果就得到车轮1的整体静平衡。
换句话说,当平衡弹簧5插进车轮1的调整槽3时,平衡弹簧5的局部的切开部分其重量比其它部分的相对较轻,从而能够获得车轮1的静平衡。
因此,与相对于车轮中心在载荷集中部分的相对侧安装平衡配重的传统方法相比,本发明平衡弹簧5的局部的切开部分设置在车轮上重量集中之处,用于与其它部分相对平衡。
另一方面,平衡弹簧5在其末端被切去,从而达到车轮1的平衡,和切的部分依车轮1的重量偏重(weight preponderance)调整。
与典型的很难改变的以致需要不同类型的平衡块调整车轮静平衡的平衡配重相比,按本发明的上述车辆的车轮平衡调整机构的一个优点在于,平衡弹簧5通过按相应的车轮情况切割其一部分在重量上调整。
参照图3,提供易切割调整平衡弹簧的平衡弹簧的第二实施例,其中以各预定间隔在平衡弹簧的两端提供多个切割豁口10,用于简单和容易地切割平衡弹簧的部分。因此,通过按相应的车轮情况使用多个切割豁口10就能调整要切的平衡弹簧的长度。
当然,安装在车轮1调整槽3内侧的平衡弹簧5,由于弹性趋于沿车轮1的圆周方向向外扩展。因此,当平衡弹簧5插进调整槽3时,车轮1和平衡弹簧5结合成整体,并且在车辆运动中不相互脱开,除非施加人为的力。
显然,车辆的车轮平衡调整机构的一个优点在于,车轮的静平衡可通过一个安装在车轮内的平衡弹簧调整,由此能够保持良好的车轮外观,和车轮与平衡弹簧之间牢固的连接状态。
另一个优点是平衡弹簧安装简单,使得能够容易地调整车轮的平衡。

Claims (2)

1、一种车辆的车轮平衡调整机构,其特征在于所述机构包括:
在车轮内沿所述车轮的圆周方向以预定的宽度和深度形成有调整槽;和
插进所述调整槽并采用环形形状有局部的切开部分的平衡弹簧。
2、如权利要求1所述的机构,其特征在于多个切割豁口形成在所述平衡弹簧的两端,用于简便地以预定的间隔切开所述平衡弹簧的一部分。
