Abstract

本发明提供一种容器超声波封口方法。用有封口作用面(53)的超声波喇叭(54),把盖(12)封口于容器主体(11)的方法,在把容器主体突缘(24)和盖(12)的外周缘部重叠的状态下,用封口作用面(53)对该重叠部加压,在封口作用面(53)上,作用以与加压方向平行的轴为中心的旋转方向的超声波旋转振动。

Description

容器超声波封口方法
技术领域
本发明涉及用超声波封口装置把例如盖、口堵、其他容器构成构件封口于容器主体的容器超声波封口方法。
背景技术
作为这种容器超声波封口的公知的方法,是用有封口作用面的超声波喇叭,把容器构成构件封口于容器主体的方法,在把容器主体和容器构成构件的被封口部彼此重叠的状态下,靠该封口作用面对该被封口部加压,使与加压方向平行的轴向的超声波往复振动作用于封口面。
此外,作为不用超声波封口装置的别的封口方法,高频感应封口、高频介电封口、由热板进行的加热封口等也是公知的。
因为超声波喇叭上所施加的超声波往复振动,敲击容器的被封口面而作用,故它们或在容器的壁上传播,或在容器内的头部空间中传播,使容器的内装物振动。这样一来,内装物被破坏,在内装物是液体的场合,或引起剧烈的液体摇摆,根据条件雾化,致使在封口时,有时内装物喷出。为了防止这种情况,有必要增加容器内的头部空间。
此外,得到良好的封口用的条件被限制得很窄,如果不满足封口条件,则或者容器构成构件的薄壁部被破坏,或者在封口部等处产生针孔。
进而,在封口作用面上,使轴向的超声波往复振动作用而进行封口的场合,需要大的加压力。因此,不适合于纵弯强度小的容器。此外,封口部的附近处必须承受大的加压力。因此,在容器主体的口缘部处,需要用来承受加压力的突缘,然而如果用带有裙部的盖子状的盖覆盖容器主体的口缘部,则在用突缘承受加压力之际,因为裙部成为干扰物,故不能在盖子上形成突缘等,所以在容器和盖的设计上存在着限制。
虽然因为在封口强度小的容器或带裙部盖的场合,无法采用超声波封口,故采用高频感应封口或高频介电封口,但是在采用高频感应封口的场合,在封口部用铝等具有高频感应性能的材质,在采用高频介电封口的场合,用具有高频介电性能的材质,在容器和盖的材质上存在着限制,回收利用上存在着问题。
此外,在采用加热封口的场合,因为封口时间较长,故效率不高。特别是,如果容器和盖的厚度大,则加热封口是不可能的。
本发明完全解决了上述课题,其目的在于提供一种在封口时对内装物不产生不良影响,可以把封口条件设定得宽一些,而且,可以高效地进行封口的容器超声波封口方法。
发明内容
根据本发明的容器超声波封口方法,是一种用有封口作用面的超声波喇叭,把容器构成构件封口于容器主体的方法,在把容器主体和容器构成构件的被封口部彼此重叠的状态下,用封口作用面对该被封口部加压,在封口作用面上,作用以与加压方向平行的轴为中心的旋转方向的超声波旋转振动。
根据本发明的容器超声波封口方法,封口作用面上所作用的超声波旋转振动不对容器的壁作用以敲击力,而是在顺着容器的壁的方向上作用。因此在封口时对内装物没有不良影响。进而,可以以较小的加压力进行。而且,随着容器的薄壁化,其还能带来节省资源、降低成本这样的好处。此外,其不限制容器主体和容器构成构件的材质。因此,通过用不含铝的材质制造容器主体和盖,使回收变得容易。
进而,如果使除了超声波旋转振动外的超声波振动复合作用于封口作用面,则通过利用超声波的复合振动,可以进行高效率的封口。
此外,如果预先在封口作用面上形成改善封口条件的凹凸,则可以把封口条件设定得宽一些。
此外,也可以采用这样的构成,即容器主体在口缘部处具有形成被封口部的突缘;容器构成构件是在覆盖于容器主体的口缘部且形成被封口部的外周缘部上具有裙部的盖状构件。
此外,如果由容器主体的底部承受超声波喇叭的加压力,则封口时的容器的处置变得简单。

具体实施方式
下面参照附图说明本发明的实施形式。
参照图1,容器包括容器主体11和盖12。容器主体11和盖12均由同一种热塑性合成树脂形成。作为热塑性合成树脂的例子,可以举出PS、PP、PE、PET、PEN等,或这些材料的复合物。
容器主体11是瓶状,具有有底筒状的筒部21。在筒部21的上端设有口部23,并且在其缘部设有突缘24。
盖12是浅盖状,由顺着外周缘部延伸的断面大致为コ字形的朝下的环状配合凹部31、与配合凹部31的内侧壁下端相连的平板状板部32、将配合凹部31的外壁延长而设置的裙部33,以及与裙部33的外周面的下端的一部分相连的捏手34组成。
将配合凹部31盖在凸缘24上,使凸缘24的顶面与配合凹部31的底面彼此重合。封口采用超声波封口方法。
参照图2,图中示出容器保持器41,和垂直朝下地配置于容器保持器41的上方的超声波封口装置42。
容器保持器41经由压缩螺圈弹簧43靠水平升降板44支承着。超声波封口装置42由安装于支承体51的封口装置主体52,和从封口装置主体52向下突出且在下端具有朝下的封口作用面53的圆棒状喇叭54组成。在封口装置主体52中内置有未画出的振子。靠振子,如图2中箭头所示,在喇叭54的封口作用面53上作用以其轴为中心的旋转方向的超声波旋转振动。
在封口作用面53的中央形成有凹陷61,并且在凹陷61的周围形成有凹凸62。作为凹凸62的例子,可以举出如图3中所示的通过在封口作用面53上形成两个方向上延伸的交叉槽71而设置的凹凸、如图4中所示的通过在封口作用面53上形成一个方向上延伸的平行槽72而设置凹凸、和如图5中所示的通过在封口作用面53上形成半径方向上延伸的放射槽73而设置的凹凸。
通过形成这种凹凸62,封口条件得到改善。所谓封口条件,是指例如超声波的振幅或起振时间,封口时的加压力或其保持时间等,这些的范围可以设定得宽一些。
如果在由容器保持器41承放容器主体11的底部的状态下,使升降板44上升,使弹簧43压缩,则靠弹簧力,封口作用面53给突缘24和配合凹部31加压。如果靠振子在喇叭54上施加超声波旋转振动,则突缘24顶面与配合凹部31底面被封口。
加压手段也可以不是弹簧力。例如,也可以在喇叭一侧设置流体压缸等。
接下来,就封口与上述容器不同形式的容器的场合,说明以下种种的变化。
图6中所示的容器包括杯状容器主体81和穹顶状盖82。在容器主体81的口缘部上设有突缘83。在盖82的下缘部上设有突缘84,它与容器主体突缘83重叠。在盖82的顶部设有排出口部(未画出),其上盖着盖子85。
容器主体81被插入容器保持器41的容器保持孔,其凸缘83由容器保持器41的上表面的容器保持孔缘部支承。
封口作用面53的凹部61制成大致收容整个盖82的大小。凹部61的缘部给容器主体81和盖82双方的突缘83、84加压,在此一状态下,超声波旋转振动施加于喇叭54。
在此一场合,封口时的加压力靠设在超声波封口装置42上的加压手段施加,例如未画出的流体压缸来作用。
图7中示出封口把带盖的口堵92的突缘93的下表面封口于设在人字屋顶型容器主体91的顶部的排出口(未画出)的缘部外面的场合。
容器主体91的底部,靠被固定状地支承着的容器保持器41承放着。
图8中示出在顶部封闭前把口堵102安装于人字屋顶型容器主体101的顶部的场合。口堵102从容器主体101的内侧镶入排出口103,使其突缘104接触于排出口103缘部内面。靠超声波封口装置42的喇叭54和砧座111夹住突缘104和排出口103缘部而加压,在此一状态下超声波被起振。
在此一场合,与图6中所示的场合同样,备有用来向超声波封口装置42作用加压力的加压手段。
图9示出把口堵122封口于砖块型容器主体121的顶部的场合。靠超声波封口装置42的喇叭54和容器保持器41从上、下两端夹住容器主体121和口堵突缘123。
上述例子,示出的均是使超声波旋转振动作用于被封口部的场合。众所周知,作为超声波振动,除了超声波旋转振动外,还有与喇叭轴向平行的超声波往复纵振动、与喇叭轴向垂直的超声波往复横振动和通过这些纵振动和横振动合成的斜振动。根据左右封口条件的容器材料情况,除了超声波旋转振动外,利用包含上述超声波振动的其他超声波的复合振动也是有效的。
本发明的容器超声波封口方法,可应用于例如用超声波封口装置把盖、口堵、其他容器构成构件封口于容器主体上。

Claims (5)

1.一种容器超声波封口方法,是用有封口作用面的超声波喇叭,把容器构成构件封口于容器主体的方法,在把容器主体和容器构成构件的被封口部彼此重叠的状态下,用封口作用面对该被封口部加压,在封口作用面上,作用以与加压方向平行的轴为中心的旋转方向的超声波旋转振动。
2.权利要求1中所述的容器超声波封口方法,其中使除了超声波旋转振动外的超声波振动复合作用于封口作用面。
3.权利要求1或2中所述的容器超声波封口方法,其中预先在封口作用面上形成改善封口条件的凹凸。
4.权利要求1~3中的任何一项中所述的容器超声波封口方法,其中容器主体在口缘部处具有形成被封口部的突缘;容器构成构件是在覆盖于容器主体的口缘部且形成被封口部的外周缘部上具有裙部的盖状构件。
5.权利要求1~4中的任何一项中所述的容器超声波封口方法,其中由容器主体的底部承受超声波喇叭的加压力。
