562771 五、發明說明(1) 發明之領_ 本發明是關於一種使例如容器本體、蓋、口栓、其他之 容器構成元件,以超音波封閉裝置進行封閉的容器之超音 波封閉方法。 先前技術說明 從來,此種的容器之超音波封閉方法,是使用具有封閉作 用面之超音波喇叭,使容器構成元件被封閉在容器本體上 之方法,其中容器本體及容器構成元件之被封閉部一起在 重合之狀態下,使同被封閉部以封閉作用面進行加壓,在封 閉作用面上,以和加壓方向成平行之軸爲中心之旋轉方向 進行超音波旋轉振動之作用。 而且,不使用超音波封閉裝置之另外的封閉方法,如使用 高頻感應封閉、高頻感電封閉、熱板所進行的熱封閉等亦 爲習知。 發明欲解決之課題 加入超音波喇叭之超音波往復振動,爲了在容器之被封 閉面上進行敲擊,而一方面傳遞到容器之壁,一方面傳遞到 容器內頭部空間,使容器之內容物被振動。此時,內容物會 被破壞,而且內容物爲液體時,會引起激烈之液體搖動,視條 件而定而引起霧化,在封閉時會有內容物噴出之情況。爲 了防止這種情形,必須使容器內頭部空間做成很多。 而且,欲獲得良好之封閉的條件被限制得很狹窄,無法滿 足封閉條件時,會使容器構成元件之薄肉部被破壞,封閉部 562771 五、發明說明(2) 等會產生針孔。 再者,在封閉作用面上進行軸向之超音波往復振動之作 用,以進行封閉之時,必須有大的加壓力。因此,座屈強度小 的容器不適用。而且,大的加壓力必須施加在封閉部之附 近。因此,容器本體之口緣部上必須要有接受加壓力用的 凸緣,即使容器本體之口緣部以具有護緣之帽狀蓋覆蓋之 時,在凸緣承受加壓力時,對護緣成爲阻礙之故,使帽蓋無法 形成護緣等,對容器及蓋在設計上形成限制。 強度小的容器或具有護緣之蓋在封閉之時,無法採用超 音波封閉之故,雖然可以使用高頻感應封閉、高頻電介質 封閉,在使用高頻感應封閉之情況時,封閉部必須使用鋁等 其他可感應高頻之材質,採用高頻電介質封閉之情況時,必 須使用可感應高頻之材質,因而對容器及蓋之材質形成限 制,會有回收的問題。 而且,熱封閉之情況時,必須耗費時間因而沒有效率。特 別是容器及蓋之厚度大的時候,不可能進行熱封閉。 本發明之目的在提供一種容器之超音波封閉方法,其可 解決上述所有課題,且封閉時不會對內容物有不良影響,使 封閉條件可被寬廣地設定,而且可有效率地進行封閉。 發明之扼要說明 [解決課題之手段] 本發明的容器之超音波封閉方法,其使用具有封閉作用 面之超音波喇叭,在容器本體上使容器構成元件被封閉,其 562771 五、發明說明(3) 中容器本體及容器構成元件之被封閉部一起在重合之狀態 下,使同被封閉部以封閉作用面進行加壓,在封閉作用面上, 以和加壓方向成平行之軸爲中心之旋轉方向進行超音波旋 轉振動之作用。 本發明的容器之超音波封閉方法中,作用在封閉作用面 之超音波旋轉振動並非敲擊在容器之壁上,而是好像作用 在容器之壁的方向。因此,封閉時不會對內容物有不良影 響。再者,加壓力小之時較佳。而且,由於容器之薄肉化之 故,可產生省資源、成本降低之好處。而且,容器本體及容 器構成元件之材質沒有限制。因而,不含有鋁之材質可製 成容器本體及容器構成元件,故回收上很容易。 再者,使超音波旋轉振動以外之超音波振動複合而作用 在封閉作用面上,利用此超音波之複合振動,可進行效率良 好之封閉。 而且,在封閉作用面上預先形成封閉條件改善用之凹凸 之時,封閉條件可被寬廣地設定。 而且,容器本體使形成被封閉部之凸緣具有口緣部,容器 構成元件覆蓋在容器本體之口緣部上,而且形成被封閉部 之外周緣部上具有護緣之蓋狀者。 而且,超音波喇叭之加壓力作用在容器本體之底部上之 時,可使封閉時之容器的處理上簡單。 發明之較佳實施例之詳細說明 本發明之實施例將參照附圖說明之。 562771 五、發明說明(4 ) 參照第1圖,容器是由容器本體11及蓋12所形成。容 器本體Π及蓋1 2均由同種類之熱可塑性合成樹脂所成 型。熱可塑性合成樹脂舉例如,PS、PP、PE、PET、PEN 等或者這些之複合物。 容器本體11爲瓶狀,具有有底筒狀筒部21。筒部21之 上端設置有口部23,而且其緣部上設置有凸緣24。 蓋1 2爲淺的帽狀,其是由沿著外周緣部而延伸之橫剖面 成大致爲3字狀之向下環狀嵌合凹部3 1,及連到嵌合凹部 31之內側壁下端之平板狀肢部32,及使嵌合凹部31之外壁 成延長狀地設置之護緣33,及連到護緣33之外周面下端 之一部份的旋紐34所形成。 凸緣24埋入到嵌合凹部31,凸緣24頂面與嵌合凹部31 底面重疊地被封閉。封閉爲以超音波封閉方法進行者。 參照第2圖,顯示有容器承座41及在容器承座41之上 方成垂直向下配置之超音波封閉裝置42。 容器承座41經由壓縮螺旋彈簧43而由水平升降板44 所支持。超音波封閉裝置42是由安裝在支持體5 1上之封 閉裝置本體5 2,及從封閉裝置本體52下方突出而且在下端 具有向下之封閉作用面53的圓棒狀喇叭54所形成。封閉 裝置本體52中內藏有圖中未顯示之振盪元件。由振盪元 {牛之作用,如第2圖之箭頭所顯示者,使超音波旋轉振動在 喇卩八54之封閉作用面53上以其軸爲中心之旋轉方向上作 用著。 562771 五、發明說明(5) 封閉作用面53之中央形成有窪處61,同時窪處61之周 圍形成有凹凸62。凹凸62之例子,如第3圖所顯示被設置 成在封閉作用面53上形成有沿著2個方向延伸之交叉溝 7 1,如第4圖所顯示被設置成在封閉作用面53上形成有沿 著1個方向延伸之平行溝72,如第5圖所顯示被設置成在 封閉作用面53上形成有沿著半徑方向延伸之放射溝73。 形成如此之凹凸62之時,可改善封閉條件。所謂封閉條 件是指,例如超音波之振幅或發振時間、封閉時之加壓力 或其保持時間等等,這些之範圍被寬廣地設定。 由容器承座4 1承受容器本體1 1之底部之狀態下,使升 降板44上升,彈簧43被壓縮時,由彈簧力使封閉作用面53 對凸緣24及嵌合凹部31加壓。由振盪元件之作用,使超音 波旋轉振動施加在喇叭54之時,使凸緣24頂面與嵌合凹 部3 1底面被封閉。 加壓手段亦可以彈簧力之外者。例如,使用設置在喇叭 側之流體壓缸亦可。 其次,與上述容器爲另外形態之容器而進行封閉之情況 時,下面將說明其種種變化。 第6圖所顯示之容器是由杯狀容器本體81及圓頂狀蓋 82所形成。容器本體81之口緣部上設置有凸緣83。蓋82 之下緣部上設置有凸緣84,其與容器本體之凸緣83重疊。 蓋82之頂部上設置有注出口部(圖中未顯示),其被埋覆在 帽部8 5中。 562771 五、發明說明(6 ) 容器本體81被埋入容器承座41之容器保持孔中,其凸 緣83被容納到容器承座4 1上面之容器保持孔緣部上。 封閉作用面53之窪處61被形成可容納幾乎蓋82全體 之大小。窪處61之緣部可加壓在容器本體81及蓋82之 雙方的凸緣83, 84,在此狀態下,超音波旋轉振動變成施加 在喇叭54上。 在此況下,封閉時之加壓力可由設置在超音波封閉裝 置42上之加壓手段,例如圖中未顯示之流體壓缸進行作 用。 在第7圖中顯示有,附設帽部之口栓92之凸緣93下面 被封閉在山形頂部型之容器本體9 1之頂部上所設置之注 出口(圖中未顯示)的緣部外面上。 第8圖中顯示有,山形頂部型之容器本體101之頂部上, 在閉鎖之前,口栓102被安裝之情況。口栓102從容器本 體101之內側被埋入注出口 103,其凸緣104搭接在注出 口 103緣部內面。 凸緣104及注出口 103緣部以超音波封閉裝置42之喇 叭54及鐵鈷1 1 1挾住而進行加壓,此狀態下進行超音波 發振。 此情況中,與第6圖所顯示之情況相同,超音波封閉裝 置42具有使加壓力被作用之加壓手段。 第9圖顯示有積木型容器本體121之頂部上封閉有口栓 1 22之情況。由超音波封閉裝置42之喇叭54及容器承座 562771 五、發明說明(7 ) 41使容器本體121及口栓凸緣123變成從上下被挾住。 上述之例均顯示被封閉部上有超音波旋轉振動作用之情 況。超音波振動除了超音波旋轉振動以外,與喇叭軸方向 平行之超音波往復縱振動、與喇叭軸方向成垂直相交之超 音波往復橫振動,及這些之縱振動及橫振動之組合所形成 之斜振動亦爲習知。依照左右封閉條件之容器原材料的情 況,加上超音波旋轉振動,利用含有上述超音波振動之另外 之超音波的複合振動之時也很有效。 [發明的效果] 本發明提供一種容器之超音波封閉方法,在封閉時對內 容物不會有不良之影響,使封閉條件可被寬廣地設定,而且 可有效率地進行封閉。 圖面之簡單說明 第1圖是依照本發明方法所封閉之容器本體及蓋之分解 立體圖; 第2圖是實施本發明之方法之封閉裝置進行封閉狀態之 說明圖; 第3圖是同封閉裝置之喇叭前端封閉作用面之放大圖; 第4圖是顯示同封閉作用面之另一例子相當於第3圖之 放大圖; 第5圖是顯示同封閉作用面之更另一例子相當於第3圖 之放大圖; 第6圖是由另一形態使容器封閉之狀態的說明圖; 562771 五、發明說明(8) 第7圖是由更另一形態使容器封閉之狀態的說明圖; 第8圖是由更另一形態使容器封閉之狀態的說明圖; 第9圖是由更另一形態使容器封閉之狀態的說明圖。 元件符號對照表 11,91,101 …容器本體 12 …蓋 21 …筒部 23 …口部 24,83,84,93,104 …凸緣 3 1 …嵌合凹部 32 …肢部 33 …護緣 34 …旋紐 41 …容器承座 42 …超音波封閉裝置 43 …壓縮螺旋彈簧 44 …水平升降板 53 …封閉作用面 54 …喇叭 52 …封閉裝置本體 61 …窪處 62 …凹凸 -10- 562771 五、發明說明(9) 71 …交叉溝 72 …平行溝 73 …放射溝 8 1 …杯狀容器本體 82 …圓頂狀蓋 85 …帽部 91,101 …容器本體 92,102 …口栓 103 …注出口 -11-

- 562771 六、申請專利範圍 第 91 1 04469 號 六、申請專利範圍: 容器超音波封閉方法i專利案正) 1.一種容器超音波封閉方法,其使用具有封閉作用面之超音 波喇叭,在容器本體上使容器構成元件被封閉,其中容器 本體及容器構成元件之被封閉部一起在重合之狀態下,使 同被封閉部以封閉作用面進行加壓,在封閉作用面上,以 和加壓方向成平行之軸爲中心之旋轉方向進行超音波旋 轉振動之作用。 2.如申請專利範圍第1項的容器超音波封閉方法,其中在封 閉作用面上進行超音波旋轉振動以外之超音波振動複合 作用。 3. 如申請專利範圍第1項的容器超音波封閉方法,其中在 封閉作用面上預先形成封閉條件改善用之凹凸。 4. 如申請專利範圍第2項的容器超音波封閉方法,其中在 封閉作用面上預先形成封閉條件改善用之凹凸。 5. 如申請專利範圍第1〜4項中任一項的容器超音波封閉方 法,其中容器本體使形成被封閉部之凸緣具有口緣部,容 器構成元件覆蓋在容器本體之口緣部上,而且形成被封 閉部之外周緣部上具有護緣之蓋狀者。 6. 如申請專利範圍第1〜4項中任一項的容器超音波封閉方 法,其中超音波喇叭之加壓力作用在容器本體之底部上。 7. 如申請專利範圍第5項的容器超音波封閉方法,其中超音 -1- 562771 六、申請專利範圍 波喇叭之加壓力作用在容器本體之底部上。 - 2-
