Description

在门锁中用于控制手柄操作的电磁装置
本发明涉及一种在门锁中用于控制手柄操作的电磁装置,其中借助于可移动的接合件来提供从手柄或类似件的操作轴到一作用于该锁的锁闩的从动件的力传递,该接合件由依据如权利要求1的前序部分所述的电磁装置来操纵。
在门锁中借助于电磁装置的手柄操作的控制可根据应用场合由不同方式来实现。该装置例如可以是这样的,即,当电磁线圈通电时,该装置可正常地使用手柄来传动,这样,可实现从手柄到锁的锁闩的力传递的耦合。或者,当电磁线圈不通电时,该方案可反向,以便该装置可正常地使用手柄来传动。该装置的操作方式取决于着重于正常传动的安全性或者着重于从被锁的空间中离开或着重于被锁的空间的安全性等。在实际使用中,该装置通常的这样的,即该门总是从外侧借助于钥匙操纵锁定机构等以及从内侧借助于手柄、旋纽等被打开,由此该手柄操作的选择性接合装置可同时假定为两部分式的或分开的操作轴。

本发明的目的在于提供一种新型的解决方案,其中安装在锁壳体中的相同的基本部件可用于上述的操作方式,并且操作方式的选择可通过简单的方式从外部来实现,并不需要打开锁壳体本身。另一目的在于,该装置对于制造技术来说是有利的,并且对于操作来说是安全的,并且在锁壳体中不需要过多的空间。
本发明的目的可通过如权利要求1和其它权利要求中所述的来实现。根据本发明,该装置包括一轴件,该轴件布置成克服弹簧的力移动经过电磁线圈,并该轴件使得一可转动的杆件移动,以选择该接合件的操作位置。此外该杆件的转动轴线的位置相对于该接合件布置成可选择性地改变,以便提供所需的手柄操作。该方案主要基于以下事实,即,使用的该杆件的转动轴线位于不同的位置,并且如果需要该位置可容易地改变。
在有利的实用实施例中,该杆件支承到该轴件上,以使该杆件的该转动轴线的位置可从该轴件的一侧改变到另一侧,由此该轴件的特定移动提供该杆件的朝向相对于该接合件沿不同方向转动。
如果该杆件的转动轴线平行于该操作轴,则可实现紧凑的装置。在该情况下,该装置具有优点,该装置包括安装在该门锁的锁壳体的外部的选择件,该选择件包括短轴,该短轴可插入该锁壳体的内部,以便该短轴与该杆件配合并且在每一情况下作为其转动轴线。
该杆件包括用于该短轴的两个套筒状部件,并且套筒状部件中的一个部件位于该杆件相对于该接合件的相对的端部上,在这种情况下,可实现从空间使用和安全性的观点来看是有利的解决方案。
该杆件的转动轴线的定位的改变以简单的方式通过改变该选择件的位置或设定来实现。在选择所需的操作方式之后,该选择件可有利地借助于螺钉或类似件固定到锁壳体上。
在本发明的一个实施例中,该杆件的接近该接合件的端部设置有用于吸引该接合件的磁体。

在附图中,附图标记1表示一具有覆盖件的门锁的锁壳体,在附图中所示的该覆盖件部分地剖开。该锁壳体1设置有一前板2,该锁的锁闩12可移动穿过该前板。锁壳体1还设置有一操作轴3,一从动件4安装到该操作轴上,该从动件相对于锁壳体可旋转地作为轴颈被支承并且在所示的实施例中通过分离力传递杆5作用于锁的锁闩上。当然如果需要,该从动件还可布置成以便直接移动该锁的锁闩。
实际上可从锁的两个侧面来作用于该从动件4。钥匙操纵的锁定机构等设置有一直接作用在从动件4上的扭转臂或相应的力传递件(未示出),该钥匙操纵的锁定机构按照所述已知的方式安装在锁壳体的一个侧面上的操作轴3上。作为替代的是,根据具体情况,手柄或类似件还可以这样的方式来安装,即,其芯轴延伸到从动件4并直接作用在该从动件4上。由此可以总是从该侧面打开该门。在锁壳体的另一侧面上,手柄、旋钮或类似件安装在操作轴3上,其未示出的芯轴独立地位于锁定机构或该替代形式的手柄结构的该力传递件上,以便该手柄操作可相应地被独立控制。手柄操作所需的力传递借助于接合件6来提供,该接合件具有两个可选择的操作位置,即力传递接合位置和力传递脱离位置,在该力传递接合位置中锁的锁闩可借助于手柄来移动,而在该力传递脱离位置中相应的是,锁的锁闩不能借助于手柄来操纵。

在图1和2所示的状态中,电磁线圈7没有通电,因此弹簧8沿箭头方向对轴件9施压。由于该原因,该杆件10围绕选择件11的该长的短轴11a沿图1所示的逆时针方向经杆件的套筒件10a转动。在这种情况下,杆件10设置有磁体14,该磁体将接合件6吸引到脱离位置,由此安装到操作轴3上的手柄以不传递力的方式与从动件4连接,并从而与锁的锁闩连接。如果需要,从动件6还可借助于弹簧力而不是借助于磁体14来移动。
图3和4示出了手柄操作的控制如何通过改变选择件11的位置来改变。这可简单地来实现,即,拆卸螺钉13,并且使该选择件11转动半圈,以改变在孔1a、1b中的短轴11a、11b的位置。在这种状况下,该长的短轴11a位于套筒件10b中。由于该长的短轴11a以图5所示的方式位于套筒件10b中,当电磁线圈7没有通电时,并且当弹簧8沿箭头方向对轴件9施压时,该杆件10沿箭头所示的顺时针方向经杆件的套筒件10b转动,由此该杆件将接合件6压入其接合位置。这样,安装到操作轴3上的手柄以传递力的方式与从动件4连接,并且可使用该手柄来操纵锁的锁闩。如果电力接通到电磁线圈7,在这种状况下,不同部件的移动方向被改变,并且因为磁体14进入其脱离位置所以接合件6移动。

Claims (8)

1.一种在门锁中用于控制手柄操作的电磁装置,其中借助于可移动的接合件(6)来提供从手柄或类似件的操作轴(3)到一作用于该锁的锁闩(12)的从动件(4)的力传递,该接合件由该电磁装置来操纵,其特征在于,该电磁装置包括轴件(9),该轴件布置成克服弹簧(8)的力移动经过电磁线圈(7),并该轴件使得一可转动的杆件(10)移动,以选择该接合件(6)的操作位置,并且该杆件(10)的转动轴线的位置相对于该接合件(6)布置成可选择性地改变,以便提供所需的手柄操作。
