Abstract
本新型有關一種電鎖,包括有:一殼體,結合一側板與一蓋體;一鎖栓,將一鎖栓軸與一鎖栓彈簧設置於該殼體內部,該鎖栓軸的前端結合一鎖舌,該鎖舌利用該鎖栓彈簧的彈力伸出該側板外而上鎖,當施加於該鎖栓軸的外力足以抵抗該鎖栓彈簧的彈力,該鎖舌則會縮回該側板內而開鎖;一開鎖曲柄,樞設於該殼體內部,具有一電動推轉部,另相對該鎖栓軸具有一頂推部;一線性致動器,設置於該殼體內部,具有一致動桿,該致動桿的前端相對該電動推轉部結合一推塊,另相對該推塊設置一推塊復位彈簧。藉此,用以解決先前技術組裝程序與元件數量較為複雜之問題,而具有簡化組裝程序與元件數量之功效。
Description
本新型有關一種電鎖,尤指一種電動開鎖或手動開鎖都是利用同一個開鎖曲柄頂推鎖栓軸而開鎖之設計者。
按,US20160273243A1揭示一種電鎖,其可利用一馬達(motor)透過螺桿(threaded lead screw)驅動U型夾(clevis)移位,用以帶動一第二縮回桿(second retraction lever)轉動,進而藉由第二縮回桿的轉動,抵抗鎖栓彈簧(latch bolt spring)施加於鎖栓( latch bolt )的偏壓力,致使鎖栓縮回而開鎖;此外,當欲使鎖栓回復上鎖狀態時,則停止供電至馬達,利用安裝於螺桿的彈簧(spring)讓U型夾復位,同時利用鎖栓彈簧讓鎖栓復位;再者,還可利用鑰匙讓一鎖芯(key cylinder) 轉動,用以帶動一栓桿(bolt lever)轉動,進而藉由栓桿的轉動,抵抗鎖栓彈簧施加於鎖栓的偏壓力,致使鎖栓縮回而開鎖,而當鑰匙復位時,鎖栓同時利用鎖栓彈簧復位。
然而,前述專利案可利用馬達電動開鎖或者鑰匙手動開鎖,而馬達是透過第二縮回桿致使鎖栓縮回而開鎖,鑰匙則是透過栓桿致使鎖栓縮回而開鎖,使得前述專利案必須同時安裝第二縮回桿與栓桿,其組裝程序與元件數量較為複雜。另者,安裝於螺桿讓U型夾復位的彈簧應是採用壓縮彈簧抵抗馬達的自鎖力,由於壓縮彈簧的恢復力必須透過彈簧線徑和長度兩者的搭配予以調整,致使壓縮彈簧的恢復力較難以調整到適當值,讓U型夾復位的壓縮彈簧恢復力過大時,會讓馬達於電動開鎖時阻力過大,而拉長完成電動開鎖所需的時間(甚至無法開鎖);反之,讓U型夾復位的壓縮彈簧恢復力過小時,則還必須借用鎖栓彈簧的恢復力用以抵抗馬達的自鎖力,致使鎖栓可能無法正常回復上鎖狀態;因此,讓U型夾復位的彈簧若只是採用線性的壓縮彈簧,因為壓縮彈簧在彈力釋放時距離愈長彈力將明顯的下降,故還有抵抗馬達自鎖力的彈簧恢復力將有較難以調整之問題。
本新型之主要目的,欲解決先前技術組裝程序與元件數量較為複雜之問題,而具有簡化組裝程序與元件數量之功效。
本新型之另一目的,則具有採用扭力彈簧讓抵抗馬達自鎖力的彈簧恢復力較易於調整之功效。
為達上述功效,本新型之技術手段,包括有:一殼體,結合一側板與一蓋體;一鎖栓,將一鎖栓軸與一鎖栓彈簧設置於該殼體內部,該鎖栓軸的前端結合一鎖舌,該鎖舌利用該鎖栓彈簧的彈力伸出該側板外而上鎖,當施加於該鎖栓軸的外力足以抵抗該鎖栓彈簧的彈力,該鎖舌則會縮回該側板內而開鎖;一開鎖曲柄,樞設於該殼體內部,具有一電動推轉部,另相對該鎖栓軸具有一頂推部;以及一線性致動器,設置於該殼體內部,具有一致動桿,該致動桿的前端相對該電動推轉部結合一推塊,另相對該推塊設置一推塊復位彈簧。
依據前揭特徵,該開鎖曲柄更包括一手動推轉部,一鎖芯,設置於該殼體內部,相對該手動推轉部具有一致動凸輪。
此外,該推塊復位彈簧為扭力彈簧,該扭力彈簧利用一第一肩式螺栓設置於該殼體或該蓋體,該扭力彈簧的第一旋臂定位於該殼體或該蓋體,該扭力彈簧的第二旋臂的外端頂抵於該推塊的前緣;其中,該扭力彈簧的第一旋臂利用一第二肩式螺栓或定位孔定位於該殼體或該蓋體。該線性致動器為直線步進馬達。該鎖栓軸與該鎖栓彈簧利用一鎖栓托架設置於該殼體內部。
藉此,不論是利用線性致動器的致動桿將推塊前推,而透過電動推轉部推轉開鎖曲柄,並由頂推部頂推鎖栓軸,致使鎖舌縮回側板內而電動開鎖;或是利用鑰匙插入鎖芯轉動致動凸輪,而透過手動推轉部推轉開鎖曲柄,並由頂推部頂推鎖栓軸,致使鎖舌縮回側板內而手動開鎖,都是利用同一個開鎖曲柄頂推鎖栓軸而開鎖。
首先,請參閱[圖1〕~[圖3〕所示,本新型包括有:一殼體10,結合一側板11與一蓋體12;一鎖栓20,將一鎖栓軸21與一鎖栓彈簧22利用一鎖栓托架23設置於該殼體10內部,該鎖栓軸21的前端結合一鎖舌24,該鎖舌24利用該鎖栓彈簧22的彈力伸出該側板11外而上鎖,當施加於該鎖栓軸21的外力足以抵抗該鎖栓彈簧22的彈力,該鎖舌24則會縮回該側板11內而開鎖;一開鎖曲柄30,樞設於該殼體10內部,具有一電動推轉部31,另相對該鎖栓軸21具有一頂推部33;本實施例中,該開鎖曲柄30更包括一手動推轉部32。一線性致動器40,設置於該殼體10內部,該線性致動器40可為直線步進馬達而具有一致動桿41,該致動桿41的前端相對該電動推轉部31結合一推塊42,另相對該推塊42設置一扭力彈簧43作為推塊復位彈簧,該扭力彈簧43利用一第一肩式螺栓44設置於該殼體10或該蓋體12,該扭力彈簧43的第一旋臂431利用一第二肩式螺栓45(或設置於該殼體10或該蓋體12的定位孔)定位於該殼體10或該蓋體12,該扭力彈簧43的第二旋臂432的外端頂抵於該推塊42的前緣;本實施例中,更可包括一鎖芯50,設置於該殼體10內部,相對該手動推轉部32具有一致動凸輪51。
基於如是之構成,請參閱[圖4〕所示,該鎖舌24利用該鎖栓彈簧22的彈力伸出該側板11外,而呈現上鎖狀態。然而,當欲開鎖時,可如[圖5〕所示,利用該線性致動器40的致動桿41將推塊42前推,而透過該電動推轉部31推轉該開鎖曲柄30,並由該頂推部33頂推該鎖栓軸21,致使該鎖舌24縮回該側板11內而電動開鎖;當該線性致動器40斷電時,該推塊42利用扭力彈簧43復位,該鎖舌24與開鎖曲柄30利用該鎖栓彈簧22復位,即可恢復[圖4〕所示之上鎖狀態。或可如[圖6〕所示,利用鑰匙插入該鎖芯50轉動該致動凸輪51,而透過該手動推轉部32推轉該開鎖曲柄30,並由該頂推部33頂推該鎖栓軸21,致使該鎖舌24縮回該側板11內而手動開鎖;該致動凸輪51隨著鑰匙的轉動而隨之復位,該鎖舌24與開鎖曲柄30利用該鎖栓彈簧22復位,即可恢復[圖4〕所示之上鎖狀態。因此,本新型令電動開鎖或手動開鎖都是利用同一個開鎖曲柄30頂推鎖栓軸21而開鎖,而具有簡化組裝程序與元件數量之功效。
此外,當線性致動器40斷電而從電動開鎖狀態恢復上鎖狀態時,相對該推塊42所設置的扭力彈簧43,可提供恢復彈力對抗線性致動器40的自鎖力,讓該推塊42恢復原位,該鎖舌24利用該鎖栓彈簧22的彈力伸出該側板11外而上鎖;由於扭力彈簧43的彈簧恢復力較易於調整至適當值(相對於線性的壓縮彈簧),本新型另具有採用扭力彈簧讓抵抗馬達自鎖力的彈簧恢復力較易於調整之功效。
綜上所述,本新型所揭示之技術手段,確具「新穎性」、「進步性」及「可供產業利用」等新型專利要件,祈請 鈞局惠賜專利,以勵新型,無任德感。
惟,上述所揭露之圖式、說明,僅為本新型之較佳實施例,大凡熟悉此項技術人士,依本案精神範疇所作之修飾或等效變化,仍應包括在本案申請專利範圍內。

Claims (10)
- 一種電鎖,包括有: 一殼體,結合一側板與一蓋體; 一鎖栓,將一鎖栓軸與一鎖栓彈簧設置於該殼體內部,該鎖栓軸的前端結合一鎖舌,該鎖舌利用該鎖栓彈簧的彈力伸出該側板外而上鎖,當施加於該鎖栓軸的外力足以抵抗該鎖栓彈簧的彈力,該鎖舌則會縮回該側板內而開鎖; 一開鎖曲柄,樞設於該殼體內部,具有一電動推轉部,另相對該鎖栓軸具有一頂推部;以及 一線性致動器,設置於該殼體內部,具有一致動桿,該致動桿的前端相對該電動推轉部結合一推塊,另相對該推塊設置一推塊復位彈簧。
- 如請求項1 所述之電鎖,其中,該推塊復位彈簧為扭力彈簧,該扭力彈簧利用一第一肩式螺栓設置於該殼體或該蓋體,該扭力彈簧的第一旋臂定位於該殼體或該蓋體,該扭力彈簧的第二旋臂的外端頂抵於該推塊的前緣。
- 如請求項2 所述之電鎖,其中,該扭力彈簧的第一旋臂利用一第二肩式螺栓或定位孔定位於該殼體或該蓋體。
- 如請求項1所述之電鎖,其中,該線性致動器為直線步進馬達。
- 如請求項3 所述之電鎖,其中,該鎖栓軸與該鎖栓彈簧利用一鎖栓托架設置於該殼體內部。
- 如請求項1所述之電鎖,其中,該開鎖曲柄更包括一手動推轉部,一鎖芯,設置於該殼體內部,相對該手動推轉部具有一致動凸輪。
- 如請求項6所述之電鎖,其中,該推塊復位彈簧為扭力彈簧,該扭力彈簧利用一第一肩式螺栓設置於該殼體或該蓋體,該扭力彈簧的第一旋臂定位於該殼體或該蓋體,該扭力彈簧的第二旋臂的外端頂抵於該推塊的前緣。
- 如請求項7所述之電鎖,其中,該扭力彈簧的第一旋臂利用一第二肩式螺栓或定位孔定位於該殼體或該蓋體。
- 如請求項6所述之電鎖,其中,該線性致動器為直線步進馬達。
- 如請求項8所述之電鎖,其中,該鎖栓軸與該鎖栓彈簧利用一鎖栓托架設置於該殼體內部。
