Abstract

包含可容纳液体介质且配有密封罩盖的注射筒的注射器
本发明涉及一种根据权利要求1的前序部分所述的注射器。
这样的一种注射器可以从EP 0 723 784 A中得知。注射筒具有一个沿圆周方向延伸的突耳，突耳具有面对着出口倾斜的一侧和基本上垂直于圆周方向的后台肩。在注射筒内侧，需要被装上的罩盖具有被构造为切口形式且沿圆周方向延伸的部分，而且在罩盖被推压装上后，罩盖将咬合在注射筒的突出部分上。由于注射筒的突出部分的外径大于罩盖的内径，因此，在罩盖被装上时，需要使用相当大的推压力。除此之外，突出元件还必须相对较大，以补偿容器尺寸偏差。
本发明的目的是提供一种改进的上述类型注射器。
这一目的可以通过以权利要求1为特征的注射器而实现。
借助于这种设计，为装上罩盖所需的推压力可以降低，其结果是，在封闭过程中容器受损的可能性可以减少。
本发明的其他特征和适用性可以从下面基于附图所作的描述中得出。在附图中：
图1示出了一个穿过注射筒出口侧端部和将要被装上的罩盖的剖面；
图2示出了注射筒出口侧端部的第二个实施例。
图1中示出了注射筒1的出口侧端部，该端部上装有密封罩盖2，用于实现出口侧密封。通过一种公知的方式，注射筒在其入口侧具有密封件，并且在其内部设有可密封的活塞，该活塞用于推出容纳在注射筒中的介质。注射筒1被设计为玻璃注射筒，密封罩盖2优选由氯丁基橡胶或其他具有类似性能的弹性材料制成。
密封罩盖2被设计成杯形，并且具有圆筒形壁部分3，该壁部分在其面对着注射筒的一端敞开并且在其相反端具有盖子4，其中盖子上以公知的方式设有可密封的出口5。在盖子内设有密封件6。密封罩盖2被沿着箭头7的方向推压撑开而套装在注射筒1的出口侧端部上，从而密封住注射筒本体。
在距出口侧端部预定距离处，注射筒1设有沿其整个圆周方向延伸且具有锯齿形横截面的第一锁定元件8，该第一锁定元件在其朝向出口侧端部的台肩9上像斜坡那样倾斜，而背对出口侧端部的第二台肩10基本上垂直于注射筒表面延伸。
在距罩盖2的开口端11预定距离处，多个沿圆周方向彼此错开的第二锁定元件12设在罩盖内壁上。第二锁定元件也被设计成具有锯齿形横截面，并且具有一个反过来朝向开口端11倾斜的台肩和一个在背对开口端11的一侧基本上垂直于壁部分的壁延伸的第二台肩。第二台肩位于一个垂直于密封罩盖的对称轴线伸展的平面内。该平面距开口端11的距离或距密封件6的基部的距离是以这样的方式选择的，即密封罩盖可被刚好推压套装在注射筒1的外侧，从而在注射筒的自由边缘与密封件6会合时，第二锁定元件12滑过第一锁定元件8，以使这两个元件在它们各自的几乎垂直设置的台肩上相互接触和锁定。
如图1所示，纵向槽13平行于对称轴线延伸在密封罩盖的壁中，并且在任何情况下均分别设置在两个相邻的锁定元件12之间。在任何情况下，纵向槽均分别对称安置在两个相邻锁定元件12之间，并且均向上向着密封罩盖的密封底部延伸，且向下向着开口端11延伸超过锁定元件12的长度。
优选设有六个沿圆周方向彼此错开的第二锁定元件。作为一个非常有益的实施例，设有八到十个第二锁定元件，相应的纵向槽13在任何情况下均布置在第二锁定元件之间。
图2所示实施例与前面描述的第一个实施例的区别仅仅在于，没有设置第一锁定元件8，而是设置了环形切口14，该环形切口被以这样的方式设计，即在密封罩盖2被推压套装时，可以使第二锁定元件12向内突出而咬合在切口14中，从而确保锁定。
纵向槽13用作膨胀部分，以便于将密封罩盖推压套装在注射筒端部上。沿圆周方向设置的前述数量的第二锁定元件12也与纵向槽一起导致可以降低推压力。
在前面描述的实施例中，由纵向槽13构成的膨胀部分被设计成穿通整个壁的槽。作为一种替代，也可以设置这样的膨胀条，它们仅由不穿通整个壁的凹槽形成。在这两种情况下，膨胀条的长度和宽度是基于构成密封罩盖的材料及其弹性而选择的。在这种情况下，注射筒本身优选由玻璃制成。
玻璃注射筒、内侧密封件、出口侧密封罩盖和活塞这些组合起来构成了玻璃封腔的元件所需的材料质量较高，因为它们需要在未组装状态下和组装成注射器的状态下利用过热水在大约120℃的温度下消毒很长时间，例如30分钟。

Claims (8)

1.一种注射器，包括：
注射筒(1)，其保持着液体介质并且配有安置在其出口侧的密封罩盖(2)，其中注射筒(1)具有能够插入罩盖(2)中的部分并且在其外侧表面具有第一锁定元件(8)，而罩盖(2)在其相应部分具有设在其内侧表面上的用于与第一锁定元件相互作用的第二锁定元件(12)，其特征在于，罩盖(2)具有多个环绕着其圆周布置的第二锁定元件(12)和在罩盖(2)的壁中分别设在相邻锁定元件(12)之间的膨胀部分(13)。
2.如权利要求1所述的注射器，其特征在于，膨胀部分(13)至少沿着第二锁定元件(12)的轴向尺寸相对于罩盖(2)轴向延伸。

6.如权利要求1至5中任一所述的注射器，其特征在于，第一锁定元件(8)被构造为环绕着注射筒的外表面突出的突耳，该突耳在朝向出口端的部分(9)处倾斜，并在背对出口端的第二部分上具有垂直于注射筒延伸的台肩(10)。
