Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种质轻、耐用并且装配方便的运输托板。
背景技术
根据传统的运输托板,由于取材方便,制造容易,所以木制的运输托板得到了经常应用。但是木制的运输托板由于反复负载重的物体易于变形或被损坏,从环境问题或类似问题的角度来看,最近,使用例如钢板的金属制的运输托板日益广泛。虽然金属制的运输托板具有一定强度,但其重量较大而且制造复杂。按照常规,各种设计都要考虑到成本,重量和强度等方面来实施,已经有一些已知的工艺结构,例如,下面所述。
(i)根据传统的金属制的运输托板,如图7所示,运输托板50通过下面的方式构成:把多个钢制的纵向组件41和横向组件43设置排列成框架形状,每个组件都具有槽形的截面,然后把纵向组件41和横向组件43相互接触的部分固定地焊接在一起,由此构成框架体49。
(ii)根据日本专利Laid-Open NO.157540/1999,公开了一种运输托板,其中提供了许多支杆从一个方形面板上悬挂出,该面板由聚丙烯或者再生聚丙烯通过射模工艺或压力成型工艺整体形成,每个支杆的上表面侧构成一个向上开口的凹进部,下表面侧向下突出从而能够装配到该凹进部。并形成有叉形插入部,该插入部沿叉子插入和收回的方向在面板的两端和在面板的下表面侧上的支杆之间向下都是敞开的,而且层叠设置以使上下方向平齐。
(iii)根据日本专利实用新型NO.3053964,公开了一种带有面板的托板,该面板由一个铁板形成为三个突出部和两个凹部的形状,其两侧边向内折叠弯曲成L型从而构成紧固端。整体成型的方棱件在其一侧设置有一个槽口部,而且对应于该槽口部,其表面的上下侧形成有凹进配合的槽口部,通过该凹进配合的槽口部,对应平行的两个面板装配在方棱件上,从而通过点焊结合固定在一起。
上述传统的运输托板会产生以下问题。
(1)图7所示的金属制的传统运输托板产生的问题就是尽管自身重量大,但强度却不够,焊接部位多而且需要大量的制造劳动或大的焊接设备。
(2)日本公开专利Laid-Open NO.157540/1999所公开的运输托板的问题是不耐用,这种托板由例如聚丙烯的合成树脂构成,在燃烧情况下会产生有害气体,并且因为托板易燃,就需要专门的灭火设备。
(3)日本专利实用新型NO.3053964所公开的托板产生的问题是,由于施加在两个面板之间的载荷由方棱件支撑,该方棱件具有形成在上下侧上的凹进配合的槽口部的复杂形状,容易造成压力集中在该槽口部或类似部位处,因此这种托板不耐用,而且制造方棱件需要很多步骤,缺少经济效能。
实施本发明就是为了解决上述问题,本发明的一个目的是提供一种运输托板,其质轻、具有必要的耐用性、操作安全、防火或类似性能并且制造和安装方便。
发明内容
根据权利要求1中描述的运输托板,提供了一种运输托板,其特征在于托板包括:
(a)上面板,其包括由金属制成的条形面板,该条形面板通过形成具有交错排列设置的(n+1)个突出部和n(n是自然数)个凹进部形状的截面而形成;以及
(b)支撑件,其侧面通过在条形面板纵向上四个部位处向内侧翻转折叠弯曲而基本上形成为方形,其中,具有槽形截面的加强件沿纵向装配到上下条形面板之间的两端的突出部和至少一中间部分上的突出部上;
(c)其中,多个上面板正交地固定在多个支撑件的上部或上部和下部上。
根据权利要求2中描述的运输托板,提供了一种运输托板,其特征在于托板包括:
(a)上面板,其包括由金属制成的条形面板,该条形面板通过形成具有交错排列设置的(n+1)个突出部和n(n是自然数)个凹进部形状的截面而形成;以及
(b)支撑件,其中,具有槽形截面的加强件沿每个条形面板的纵向装配到上下条形面板之间的两端的突出部和至少一中间部分上的突出部上,该每个条形面板彼此相对排列设置在上下侧;
(c)其中多个上面板正交地固定在多个支撑件的上部或上部和下部上。
通过上述的结构,可以得到下述操作性能:
(1)条形面板具有多个(n+1个(n为自然数))突出部和多个(n个)凹进部交错排列设置的断面,因此,在纵向上折叠弯曲由突出部和凹进部形成的条形面板的阻力就会增加,并且,即使当托板承载重量很大的物体时,也会产生阻止托板弯曲的刚性,在运输托板中的安全性也会得到提高。
(2)由于截面为锯齿形状,因此托板相对于整个体积就很轻。当移动空托板时,拆卸托板或类似的操作很方便,托板具有很好的操作性能。
(3)构成上面板和支撑件的条形面板都由金属板形成,所以在燃烧或类似情况下不会产生有害气体,托板的安全性很好。
(4)条形面板可以通过压力成型、滚压成型或类似方法由金属板整体成型。所以其制造和安装都可以容易地完成,而且运输托板的制造成本也很低。
(5)由于形成了这样一种结构,其中,加强件固定并分别连接在多个突出部中位于支撑件两端的一对突出部上,这些突出部与支撑件的彼此相对设置的上下条形面板平行形成,所以加强件的两侧只能被固定在构成支撑件的条形面板的突出部上,因此安装和拆卸托板极其方便。
(6)由加强件加固的支撑件也可以通过焊接和上面板相连结来形成托板的安装面,所以托板的装配能够非常容易地完成。
(7)当支撑件通过焊接或类似方式正交地排列固定在多个上面板的下部上时,运输托板的强度可以得到增加,可以运载安全重量较大的物体,托板的使用寿命可以得到延长。
(8)根据权利要求1的托板,可以通过使用由在纵向上四个部位处折叠弯曲条形面板而形成的定型支撑件来制成坚固的托板,减少使用加强件,并且组件的装配便利。进一步,由于在纵向上尖锐的切割面并没有暴露在端部,所以托板的安全性很好。
当要求抗蚀能力时,可以使用覆有锌镀层或类似材料的镀层钢板、不锈钢板或类似材料而不是钢板或类似材料来形成整体形成条形面板的金属板材,进一步,当要求重量轻时,可以使用例如硬铝等的铝合金。
加强件通过,例如,把条形的金属板弯曲成槽形而形成。一对上下条形面板通过加强件在二者之间预定的间隔上平行排列设置来支撑连接,所以支撑件能够得到加固而不被挤压。
在连接上述的上面板、支撑件、加强件等时,可以通过公知的焊接、螺栓连接、铆接或类似方式来完成连接。
根据权利要求3所描述的运输托板,设置在条形面板宽度方向上两端的L形部通过向内侧折叠回形成,由此,尖锐部分就不会突出到外面从而提高了安全性,抵抗使条形面板折叠弯曲的方向上的外力的阻力可以得到增大。
根据权利要求4中描述的运输托板,提供了:
根据权利要求1-3中的任一项所述的运输托板,其中,上面板纵向上的端部包括向下弯曲压制成L形的保护构件。
通过上述描述的结构,除了权利要求1-3所述的操作性能,可以得到下列操作性能。
(1)用于形成托板安装面的上面板设置有保护构件,该保护构件通过弯曲压制条形面板端部成L形而形成。所以,即使当人、安装物接触运输托板时,由于形成有保护构件,损害可以被限制在最小限度内,并且可以确保在处理拖板或运输过程中的安全性。
(2)保护构件可以通过把条形面板的端部向内侧弯曲压制成L形而简单形成,因此,运输托板20的制造极其简单,经济效能很好。

本发明的最佳实施方式
(实施例1)
参考附图,构成实施本发明方式的第一实施例将如下详细说明。
图1是根据本发明实施例1的运输托板透视图。
图1中,数字10代表根据实施例1的运输托板,数字11表示由条形面板组成的上面板,该条形面板为锯齿形断面,交错设置有突出部11a和凹进部11b,数字12代表在条形面板两侧向内侧边弯曲突出部11a的端部形成的L形部,数字13是通过将其上表面焊接到凹进部11b后表面预定部位的支撑件,其形成为火焰状(侧面基本上形成为方形),其包括面13a到13e,这些面通过在纵向上四个部位处把条形面板向内侧折叠形成,数字14表示设置在支撑件13的上下相对的面13a和面13c或者面13e和面13c之间的加强件。
运输托板10由下述结构构成:多个支撑件13(本例中有三个支撑件13)平行排列设置,多个上面板11(本例中有五个上面板11)安装在三个支撑件13的上部而跨接,各自的连接点都加以固定。可以使用公知的点焊或缝焊、螺栓固定、铆接或其它类似方式来进行固定连接。
如图2所示,在每个形成上面板11和支撑件13的条形面板上,多个突出部11a(n+1个,图中为三个)和多个凹进部11b(n个,图中为二个)交错排列。进一步设置有L形部12,其通过在宽度方向上把突出部11a外侧端部向内侧弯曲成L形而形成。整个条形面板由条形金属板整体形成为条形或类似形状。
通过形成这种具有锯齿截面的条形面板,以及由加强件14加固的支撑件13的结构,运输托板就具有了一定的刚性,即使在承受重载时,其也不会弯曲。而且,上述自然数n可以在2-10范围之间设置。
如图3所示,支撑件13通过在纵向上四个部分处向内侧折叠弯曲条形面板而形成有折叠面13a到13e,支撑件13为矩形框架形状,其周围侧面为方形。通过使用压弯机或类似设备弯曲压制折叠线部分,可以很容易的实现上述折叠操作。而且,如图3(b)所示,可以构成这样一种结构,其中,在支撑件的凹进部17上有凹槽部。把在折叠操作中用于构成支撑件侧部的支撑件的侧面部分16a和端部18以及用于构成支撑件底部的支撑件的突出部16沿着折叠线A折叠弯曲,从而折叠弯曲支撑件而不产生压制部分。
如图4(a)所示,加强件14的截面形状可以是由面14a到14c环绕形成的槽形,也可以是方形。加强件14可以通过折叠弯曲产生上述截面结构而形成。具有一定折叠部分宽度的面14a用来形成突出部11a的宽度,当加强件14在两端部装配到突出部11a中时,面14a的宽度进一步变窄一个其端部宽度。
进一步,可以构造一种结构,其中,加强件14可以排列设置使槽形方向指向与图中方向相异90度的方向(参考图4(b)),或者也可以构造一种结构,其中,加强件14具有通过向内侧弯曲折叠其端部而形成的C形截面形状(参考图4(c))。根据本发明,所有的槽形形状、方形和C形都被称为槽形形状。
如图1所示,在支撑件13的两端部和至少一个中间部分上,加强件14排列设置在支撑件13的条形面板的相对上下面之间。进一步,也可以构造一种结构,其中,上面板11的条形面板的端部折叠弯曲并焊接到支撑件13上或者通过螺钉固定在其上,或者,根据需要,把L形部中的金属件加强板或者类似物附着并焊接在其上或用螺钉固定在其上来共同加强结构的整体性。
根据实施例1的运输托板如上所述构成,因此能够获得优秀的操作性。
(1)每个组成上面板11和支撑件13的条形面板具有突出部和凹进部交错排列设置的断面,所以,在拉长截面的方向上的抗弯曲阻力就增大,因而就保持了耐用性和稳定性。
(2)运输托板10与其整个体积相比重量较轻,而且在移动空托板时,可以便利地对运输托板10进行安装和拆卸处理或类似的操作。
(3)运输托板由金属板材料形成,所以在燃烧或类似的情况下不会产生有害气体,具有优秀的安全性能。
(4)上面板11,支撑件13和加强件14可以通过压力成型,滚压成型或类似方法由金属板整体成型,所以其制造和安装都很简便,运输托板10的制造成本很低。
(5)当由在条形面板宽度方向上向内弯曲端部形成的L形部12形成时,即使在其尖锐端部接触到人或其它安装物体的情况下,损害也会减少。
(6)通过加强件14加固的轻质支撑件13连接到条形面板的后部表面上,所以运输托板的拆装都很容易进行。
(7)当支撑件13通过焊接或由螺栓固定和上面板11的下部相联接时,运输托板10的强度就会提高,所以就能够稳固地运输重量比较大的物体,托板的使用寿命也得以延长。
(8)通过折叠弯曲条形面板形成的支撑件13被加强件14加强,因此,可以采用轻质结构而同时保持支撑件13必要的结构强度。
(9)由于其形状并不复杂,因此,具有槽形截面的加强件14的制造方便而且成本低廉。同时,与所安装物体的重量相适应的托板可以通过设置或去除适当数量的加强件14来构成,
(实施例2)
将对根据本发明实施例2的运输托板作出描述。
图5是根据实施例2的运输托板的必要构件的放大透视图。
图5中,数字20表示根据实施例2的运输托板,数字21和21a表示上下一对上支撑板和下支撑板,每个支撑板包括通过反转锯齿形断面的一个表面和一个后部面构成的条形面板,该断面上交错设置有突出部11a和凹进部11b(参看图2)。数字22代表在上支撑板21和下支撑板21a的两端分别向内侧边弯曲突出部11a的端部形成的L形部,数字23代表具有槽形截面的加强件,其上下底端部分别装配到各自的上支撑板21和下支撑板21a的突出部11a上,并通过点焊或类似方式固定在其上。数字24是包括上支撑板21、下支撑板21a和加强件23的支撑件,数字25代表一个通过焊接或类似方式固定在上支撑板21上的上面板,用来构成托板的安装面,数字26表示通过在上面板25的条形面板的纵向上向下弯曲压制端部形成的L形保护构件。
图6所示的是在支撑件24中上支撑板21、下支撑板21a和加强件23相配合状态的示意性截面图。
如图6所示,根据实施例2的支撑件24由包括条形面板的上支撑板21、下支撑板21a和用于连接这些部件的加强件23构成。进一步,如图6(a)所示,加强件23的上下端部装配到上支撑板21和下支撑板21a的中间突出部11a的后侧面上,从而将上支撑板21和下支撑板21a连接起来。
进一步,如图6(b)所示,加强件23的上下端部也可以装配到上支撑板21和下支撑板21a宽度方向上两端的两个突出部11a上,从而将这些部件连接起来。加强件23的数量可以根据安装物体的重量来决定,由此,可以构造很难变形的运输托板。
采用这种方式,根据实施例2的运输托板20通过以下方式形成:平行排列设置多个支撑件24,该每个支撑件24为通过加强件23分别连接结合包括条形面板的上支撑板21和下支撑板21a的构造;在支撑件24上安装多个上面板25,二者在正交方向上层叠;在各自的连接点处,将上支撑板21的上表面和上面板25的下表面通过点焊焊接住或使用螺钉固定住。
在本实施例中,保护构件26可以通过弯曲压制排列设置在用于形成托板的安装面的上支撑板21之上的上面板25的端部形成,并且可以向下呈L形露出尖锐切割部。通过形成保护构件26,可以防止包括条形面板的上面板25的切割端面露出在外,这样操作者的身体或衣服就可以避免受伤害。而且,当上述实施例1中向内侧折叠弯曲条形面板的制造方法应用于折叠弯曲条形面板的制造方法时,把条形面板折叠弯曲成L形是方便的。
由于根据本实施例2的运输托板20如上述方式构成,因此具有下列优异的操作性。
(1)上面板25层叠设置在支撑件24上,该支撑件24通过由加强件23把包括多个条形面板的上支撑板21和下支撑板21a相互连接起来而形成,所以,整体结构的强度和刚性都能够得到加强。
(2)支撑件24和上面板25各自的条形面板通过改变锯齿形截面方向相间90度来排列设置,这样抵抗扭转运输托板20表面的阻力就会增大,运输该运输托板20的安全性就提高了。
(3)通过把加强件23的上下端部分别固定在上支撑板21和下支撑板21a的突出部11a的后面,则上支撑板21和下支撑板21a被层叠起来连接,其安装和拆卸都可以容易地完成,具有优异的可操作性。
(4)由于形成有保护构件26,因此即使当人、安装物或类似物体接触运输托板时,损害可以被限制在最小限度内,并且可以确保在处理拖板或运输中的安全性。
(5)保护构件26可以通过把用于构成托板安装面板的上面板25的条形面板的端部向内侧弯曲压制成L形而简单形成,因此,具有很好安全性的运输托板20的制造极其简单,经济效能也很好。
工业应用性
根据本发明的运输托板,包括条形面板的上面板和支撑件,通过由钢板制成的加强件或类似构件固定在突出部上来相互连接结合,从而提高强度,并且形状也易于制造,其中该条形面板由金属板或类似材料制成且整体成型,具有由多个突出部和凹进部交错排列设置的截面形状。因此,该托板能够容易地安装和拆卸,并可以做得质轻而坚固。
Claims (4)
1.一种运输托板,其特征在于,托板包括:
(a)上面板,其包括由金属制成的条形面板,该条形面板通过形成具有交错排列设置的(n+1)个突出部和n(n是自然数)个凹进部形状的截面而形成;以及
(b)支撑件,其侧面通过在条形面板纵向上四个部位处向内侧翻转折叠弯曲而基本上形成为方形,其中,具有槽形截面的加强件沿纵向装配到上下条形面板之间的两端的突出部和至少一中间部分上的突出部上;
(c)其中,多个上面板正交地固定在多个支撑件的上部或上部和下部上。
2.一种运输托板,其特征在于,托板包括:
(a)上面板,其包括由金属制成的条形面板,该条形面板通过形成具有交错排列设置的(n+1)个突出部和n(n是自然数)个凹进部形状的截面而形成;以及
(b)支撑件,其中,具有槽形截面的加强件沿每个条形面板的纵向装配到上下条形面板之间的两端的突出部和至少一中间部分上的突出部上,该每个条形面板彼此相对排列设置在上下侧;
(c)其中多个上面板正交地固定在多个支撑件的上部或上部和下部上。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的运输托板,其特征在于,条形面板通过把在宽度方向上两端的突出部的端部向内侧弯曲成L形而形成。
4.根据权利要求1-3中任一项所述的运输托板,其特征在于,上面板纵向上的端部包括向下弯曲压制成L形的保护构件。
