Description

电插塞连接器
本发明涉及一种电插塞连接器、一用于电插塞连接器的电缆管理器、一种装配电插塞连接器的方法以及用于装配和连接电插塞连接器的芯线的工具。
由EP0445376 B1已知一种用来连接插头和绝缘导体的插塞连接器,它具有一具有用来容纳该插头的空腔的壳体,其中设有第一组和第二组连接元件。第一组的每个连接元件都具有一用来安装绝缘导体和建立与它的芯部的接通连接的刀刃-接线柱触点和一脚部。第二组的每个连接元件都具有一接触片和一接触舌簧,其中该第二组的每个连接元件通过接触舌簧与第一组的连接元件的脚部电连通,并从该第一组延伸到室腔内,以便由此建立与由插头携带的触点的电连通,其中该第一和第二组连接元件通过导向结构固定在插塞连接器壳体内的其位置上。这里导体和刀刃-接线柱触点之间的连接借助于已知的接通工具进行。其中必须将各个导体或芯线引向刀刃-接线柱触点,并借助于接通工具压入刀刃-接线柱触点内。这种已知插塞连接器的缺点是它在传输性能方面大的误差,这在传输率较大时造成大的问题。

在电缆管理器内最好设置一十字导线,以使芯线在该孔内也按规定铺设。其中在已知的RJ-45插塞连接器中各属于一组的芯线对铺放在十字导槽的一个区段内。
为了尽可能减小在接触区内限定的干扰,不同对的芯线相互离开一定距离地铺放和接通。
为此导槽例如从该孔沿径向向电缆管理器的角部延伸。
在另一种优选的实施形式中,所有导槽相互平行,但是分布在电缆管理器的不同区域内。
在又一种优选的实施形式中,在电缆管理器和接线板之间设一压板,借助于此压板可将接线板固定到插塞连接器壳体上。由此获得电缆的拉力,该力否则将作用在接线板上。

在电缆管理器上方最好设一减荷装置,以获取电缆上的拉力。

为了脱开,可以将弹簧30插在孔28内的弹簧腿向爪形件26的方向压,将封闭元件31或弹簧30重新拔出。现在如果需要固定一7mm的电缆,那么将弹簧30向后移以插入一个孔28。现在爪形件26由于其台阶形的外形而可以较小程序地压合。这时电缆的夹紧区扩大0.5mm。此外,封闭元件31只是推到直至倒数第二个卡锁凹槽33,其中该卡锁凹槽33之间的距离也是0.5mm。从而使加大的直径在工具21和封闭元件31之间均匀分配,使得即使在不同的直径时,电缆的中心也始终保持在同样的位置上。相应地对于越来越大的直径,弹簧30相应地向后错位,并且封闭元件31分别卡锁在较近的一个卡锁凹槽33内。此外在采用屏蔽的电缆时,该减荷装置可以用作屏蔽接通装置。为此工具21和封闭元件31构成为可导电的,这里最好采用电镀的塑料件,其中工具21与插塞连接器壳体2的接地片连接或可与它连接。
图9中用透视图表示带有电缆36的装配好的插塞连接器1。
图10和11中表示电缆管理器5的一个第三实施形式。背面15同样构成为带有一圆柱形凸台14和一斜坡18。与按图2的实施形式不同,该孔没有通过十字导槽分成的四个相同的区段,而是从背面15向正面16延伸的通道37-40制做得各不相同。这两个通道37、38分别具有眼睛的形状。通道39具有圆环的扇形形状,而通道40具有半根骨头的形状。此外电缆管理器5具有8个孔41,它们与注塑工艺有关。象在按图4的实施形式时那样,导槽19各自相互平行地设置,其中每两条导槽成对地设置在一个象限内。导槽19到电缆管理器5的侧边缘为止构成为分别带一夹紧筋42。此外导槽19在其朝向通道37-40的端部处构成为分别带有两个球形元件43,它们位于孔41的区域内,并用于压紧芯线。在通道39和通道40之间设一导向条44,后面还要详细说明其功能。通道37-40到相配的导槽19之间的区域分别倒圆成带一圆角半径。
如果电缆管理器5用在电缆的两侧,那么由于镜像对称的情况,就必须在一侧上交叉连接两个芯线对,这在自由布线时导致,这两对之间的干扰不确定地加大。导向条44用来避免这种不确定的干扰,下面将借助于RJ-45布线对此加以较详细的说明。RJ-45电缆包括8条芯线,它们成对地合并,其中两条外部的芯线1,2或7,8构成一对。内部的芯线交叉地合并,使得芯线3,6或4,5组成一对。由于上述的镜像对称状况,在电缆的上述两侧上或者是两个外部的芯线对或者是两个内部的芯线对,必须在一个端部处交叉连接。下面可以从这样的情况出发,即内部的芯线对3,6或4,5应该交叉连接。这样,芯线对1,2设置在通道37内、芯线对7,8设置在通道38内,芯线对3,6设置在通道39内、芯线对4,5设置在通道40内。然后与通道侧面无关地使在左上象限内的导槽19固定配属于芯线对1,2,使在上面象限内的导槽19固定配属于芯线对7,8。相反芯线对3,6必须根据电缆端头的不同一对配属于左下象限内的导槽19,一对配属于右下象限内的导槽19。相应地倒过来对于通道40内的芯线对4,5也一样。这时导向条44可防止这两个芯线对4,5或3,6接触。除了防止接触外导向条44的另一个功能是,使这两个芯线对4,5和3,6相互尽可能离开远一些地明确地铺设,以减小干扰。作为另一种选择,导向条44可以做成半圆形或V形,以达到更好的导向,其中导向条44的棱边分别倒圆,以免折断芯线。

Claims (19)

1.电插塞连接器,包括一插塞连接器壳体、一带有两组连接元件的接线板,其中第一组连接元件设置在该接线板的正面上并伸入插塞连接器壳体上的一个孔内,第二组连接元件设置在接线板的背面上,并且该第二组连接元件做成刀刃-接线柱触点,
其特征为:
插塞连接器(1)包括一电缆管理器(5),该管理器具有一贯通的孔(13),并在正面(16)上构成带有用于与刀刃-接线柱触点(8)电接通的芯线的导槽(19),其中导槽(19)在刀刃-接线柱触点(8)区域内构成为带有用于刀刃-接线柱触点(8)的加深的凹坑(20),并且电缆管理器(5)可与插塞连接器壳体(2)相卡锁。
2.按权利要求1所述的电插塞连接器,其特征为:在电缆管理器(5)的孔(13)内设有一十字导槽(17)。
3.按权利要求1或2所述的电插塞连接器,其特征为:导槽(19)经向向孔(13)伸展。
4.按权利要求1或2所述的电插塞连接器,其特征为:导槽(19)平行走向,其中在电缆管理器(5)的一个象限内分别设置两条导槽(19)。
5.按上述权利要求之任一项所述的电插塞连接器,其特征为:电缆管理器(5)的背面(15)在一侧做成斜坡(18)。
6.按上述权利要求之任一项所述的电插塞连接器,其特征为:在电缆管理器(5)和接线板(3)之间设有一压板(4),接线板(3)可借助于该压板而固定到插塞连接器壳体(2)上。
7.按上述权利要求之任一项所述的电插塞连接器,其特征为:电缆管理器(5)的导槽(19)在高度方向相互错开设置。
8.按上述权利要求之任一项所述的电插塞连接器,其特征为:在电缆管理器(5)之上设一减荷装置。
9.按权利要求8所述的电插塞连接器,其特征为:该减荷装置构成为多部分的,其中一个第一零件(21)构成为带有两个可压合的爪形件(26),其压合程度可通过一包围爪形件(26)的弹簧(30)可调地限定;一个第三零件构成为一封闭元件(31),它可调地卡锁在该第一零件和/或弹簧(30)上,使得可以实现待固定电缆(36)的确定的力锁合的定心。
10.按权利要求9所述的电插塞连接器,其特征为:该减荷装置的该第一和第三零件构成为金属喷镀的塑料件,它们可与插塞连接器(2)的接地片(6)连接。
11.按上述权利要求之任一项所述的电插塞连接器,其特征为:电连接器(1)构成为用于一个RJ-45插头的连接套筒。
12.用于一个电插塞连接器的电缆管理器,
其特征为:
电缆管理器(5)具有一从背面(15)向正面(16)延伸的孔(13),并在正面(16)上构成为带有用于与刀刃-接线柱触点(8)导电接通的芯线的导槽(19),其中导槽(19)在刀刃-接线柱触点(8)区域内构成为带有用于刀刃-接线柱触点(8)的加深的凹坑(20)。
13.按权利要求12所述的电缆管理器,其特征为:在电缆管理器(5)的孔(13)内设有一十字导槽(17)。
14.按权利要求12或13所述的电缆管理器,其特征为:在背面(15)上在电缆管理器(5)的孔(13)的区域内构成为带有一圆柱形凸台(14)。
15.按权利要求12至14之任一项所述的电缆管理器,其特征为:导槽(19)径向向孔(13)伸展。
16.按权利要求12至14之任一项所述的电缆管理器,其特征为:导槽(19)相互平行走向,其中在电缆管理器(5)的每个象限内分别设置两条导槽(19)。
17.按权利要求12至16之任一项所述的电缆管理器,其特征为:电缆管理器(5)的背面(5)在一侧做成斜坡(18)。
18.按权利要求5至11之任一面所述的电插塞连接器的装配方法,包括以下步骤:
a)将接线板(3)放入插塞连接器壳体(2)内,
b)将一电缆的待导电接通的芯线从背面(15)向正面(16)穿过电缆管理器(5)的孔(13),这时将芯压入所配属的导槽(19)内,并在侧边缘处切断,
c)将电缆管理器(5)与接线板(3)的刀刃-接线柱触点(8)对准,和
d)推动一夹钳形工具(21),此工具构成为带有一与电缆管理器(5)的背面(15)上的斜坡(18)互补的导向棱(25)和一构成为平行于插塞连接器壳体(2)的导槽(23),使得移动运动依次转化成电缆管理器(5)和插塞连接器壳体(2)的上升运动,这时使刀刃-接线柱触点(8)和芯线导电接通,并且插塞连接器壳体(2)和电缆管理器(5)相互卡锁。
19.按权利要求5至11所述的插塞连接器的装配工具,
其特征为:
工具(21)基本上构成为U形的,其中在臂(22)的底面上设有向内指向的、相互平行走向的导槽(23),这些导槽垂直于工具(21)的后壁(24)伸展,并在臂(22)的内侧上的上部区域内构成为分别带一倾斜分布的导向棱(25)。
