Abstract

技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于保持板状元件的吸杯元件,该元件特别是可用于玻璃板加工机。
背景技术
业已知晓,特别是在玻璃板加工机以及其它必须保持板状元件的工段中,目前是采用吸杯元件,这些吸杯元件布置在加工表面上,并且是设计成可以将板状元件牢固地保持在需进行不同处理的位置上。
在传统的实施方式中,吸杯元件包括一吸杯本体,该吸杯本体具有一下吸杯和一上吸杯,它们限定了分别连接于一下吸气管道和一上吸气管道的区域,以便和真空源相连。
因此,在目前的实践中,必须将吸杯精确地定位在加工表面的所需点上,在将吸杯释放之前,必须将下区域连接于真空源,藉以使吸杯锁定在加工表面上。
在此类吸杯元件的情况下,不可以采用螺旋形吸气管道,因为它们会对吸杯本体产生一个反冲力,可能使其偏离,因而必须设置吸气软管部分,其长度等于吸杯元件和连接于真空源的分配单元之间的距离。
因此,在当前情况下,必须进行一长串作业,特别是操作者必须先将吸杯定位在表面上,而后再将其连接于真空源以使其锁定在表面上,随后再进行以后的作业。
清楚的是,该方案会导致相当大的延时,尤其是在每次定位吸杯时,需要作用于真空分配单元,这在吸杯远离真空分配单元时显然是个问题。
发明内容
本发明的目标在于,通过提供一种特别是可用于玻璃板加工机和类似物的、用于保持板状元件的吸杯元件来消除上述缺陷,当吸杯位于加工表面时,可自动地将由下吸杯限定的区域连接于真空源,不必进行另外分开的激活或启动作业。
在此目标的前提下,本发明的目的在于,提供一种吸杯元件,该吸杯元件允许采用螺旋或盘旋的软管,因而可以用较少类型的软管来覆盖所有的安置距离。
本发明的另一个目的在于,提供一种吸杯元件,该吸杯元件可相当大程度地简化用来定位吸杯元件的各步骤,使操作者无需在每次定位作业的过程中作用于与真空源相连的分配单元。
本发明的另一个目的在于,提供一种吸杯元件,该吸杯元件可以很方便地由普通市售的元件和材料构成,从经济角度看很具有竞争力。
这些目标和目的将通过下文的描述而变得更加清楚。本发明提供了一种用于保持板状元件的吸杯元件,特别是可用于玻璃板加工机和类似物,该吸杯元件包括一吸杯本体,该吸杯本体设置有一下吸杯和一上吸杯,它们限定了分别连接于一下吸气管道和一上吸气管道的区域,以便连接于一真空源,其特征在于,所述吸杯元件还包括用于控制所述下吸气管道的控制装置,该控制装置适于在吸杯元件抵靠于加工表面时脱开与由所述下吸杯所限定的区域的连接。

具体实施方式
请参见各附图,特别是可用于玻璃板加工机和类似物的、用于保持板状元件的吸杯元件,总的由标号1表示,该吸杯元件包括一吸杯本体2,该吸杯本体通常具有一下吸杯3和一上吸杯4,下吸杯和上吸杯分别限定了连接于一下吸气管道10和一上吸气管道11的区域。
管道10和11可以用本质上已知的方式连接于一真空源,该真空源由使用所述吸杯元件的机器提供。
本发明的特征在于,设置有控制装置,用于控制下吸气管道,特别是吸入流,并适于在吸杯元件抵靠于加工表面15时脱开与由下吸杯3限定的区域的连接。
在较佳但是非限制性的实施例中,控制装置设置有一气流控制元件20,例如一截锥体形的柱塞或活塞,其被接纳在由一环形件22形成的截锥体形座体21中,所述环形件限定有一通道或连接部分10a,用于将所述座体21连接于下吸气管道。
环形件22被密封地接纳和固定在吸杯本体2的下表面处,并接纳气流控制元件20。在气流控制元件20上设置有两个密封圈25,这两个密封圈跨接在用于连接下吸气管道的连接开口10a的两侧。
还设置有由一弹簧30构成的弹性推动装置,该推动装置可推动气流控制元件20,以便在座体21中形成密封。
气流控制元件20的尺寸使其具有一相对于吸杯本体的下表面突出的下表面20a,因此,当把吸杯本体2施加于工作表面15时,吸杯本体本身的重量将导致气流控制元件20直线移动,从而使其脱开与吸气管道10的连接,这样就可以自动地激活吸杯元件在加工表面上的锁定动作。
参见图3,控制装置包括一板状气流控制元件40,其具有一形状像一突缘的部分41,该部分连接于一杆件42,杆件42从一套筒状环形件43向下突伸,而环形件43则密封地连接于吸杯本体2。
所述突缘形部分具有一前密封圈44,用以围绕供杆件42通过的孔而形成一密封。突缘形部分由一推动弹簧45推动,该弹簧作用在一凹槽46的底部,凹槽46用于接纳气流控制元件,并连接于吸气管道10。
使吸杯元件抵靠于加工表面可导致杆件42作直线移动,进而在突缘41和垫圈44之间产生间隙,这样就可以自动地激活吸杯元件在加工表面上的锁定动作。
显然,可以采用其它型式的阀来实现真空源与下吸杯元件的连接,以便当把吸杯元件释放到所需位置上时,可以马上将其锁定在位(因为可以立即激活与真空源的连接)。
该实施例对所有类型的玻璃加工机都非常有用,特别是适合具有用于定位吸杯元件的自动装置的机器。
因此,本发明的构思很容易有各种变型和改动,所有这些变型和改动均应落入所附权利要求书的范围。
所有的细节都可以用其它技术上等同的元素来代替。
实践中,所用的材料以及可能的形状和尺寸都可以按照需要而变化。
Claims (8)
1.一种用于保持板状元件的吸杯元件,特别是可用于玻璃板加工机和类似物,该吸杯元件包括一吸杯本体(2),该吸杯本体设置有一下吸杯(3)和一上吸杯(4),它们限定了分别连接于一下吸气管道(10)和一上吸气管道(11)的区域,以便连接于一真空源,其特征在于,所述吸杯元件包括用于控制所述下吸气管道(10)的控制装置(20),该控制装置适于在吸杯元件(1)抵靠于加工表面(15)时脱开与由所述下吸杯(3)所限定的区域的连接。
2.如权利要求1所述的吸杯元件,其特征在于,所述控制装置包括一用于所述下吸气管道(10)的气流控制元件(20),该气流控制元件相对于所述吸杯本体(2)的下表面突出,并且可以在其座体(21)中移动,以便在所述吸杯元件(2)抵靠于所述加工表面(15)时可以与所述下吸气管道脱开。
3.如前述任一项权利要求所述的吸杯元件,其特征在于,所述气流控制元件(20)被接纳在一座体(21)中,所述座体由一环形件(22)构成,所述环形件连接于所述吸杯本体(2)的下表面,并设置有一位于所述下吸气管道(10)处的连接部分(10a)。
4.如前述一项或多项权利要求所述的吸杯元件,其特征在于,所述吸杯元件包括位于所述气流控制元件(20)上的两个密封圈(25),这两个密封圈布置成跨接在连接于所述下吸气管道(10)的区域的两侧。
5.如前述一项或多项权利要求所述的吸杯元件,其特征在于,所述吸杯元件包括弹性装置(30),该弹性装置作用于所述气流控制元件(20),以便推动气流控制元件的下端(20a)从所述吸杯本体(2)的下表面突出。
6.如前述一项或多项权利要求所述的吸杯元件,其特征在于,所述气流控制元件(20)大致为截锥体形状。
7.如前述一项或多项权利要求所述的吸杯元件,其特征在于,所述控制装置包括一板状气流控制元件(40),其具有一形状像一突缘的部分(41),并设置有一可以作直线移动的杆件(42),所述杆件从一套筒状环形件(43)向下突伸,所述环形件密封地连接于所述吸杯本体(2),所述突缘形部分(41)可支承一围绕供所述杆件(42)通过的孔设置的前密封圈44。
8.如前述一项或多项权利要求所述的吸杯元件,其特征在于,所述吸杯元件包括一推动弹簧(45),该弹簧作用于所述突缘形部分(41)和凹槽(46)的底部之间,所述凹槽(46)用于接纳所述板状气流控制元件(41)。
