背景技术

具体实施方式
图1示出为温度高于500℃而设计的材料排放闭锁装置10。这种材料闭锁装置10一般包括闭锁室8,该闭锁室在其入口和出口配备有串联安装的材料止回阀12、12′以及气密截止阀14、14′。在图1中,下部气密截止阀14′仅局部示出。
两个材料止回阀12、12′中的每一个包括气密壳体15、15′、材料进入管道16、16′以及闸门元件18、18′。闸门元件可以在第一位置和第二位置之间枢转,其中在第一位置中,该元件阻止材料通过材料进入管道16、16′排放,而在第二位置中,该元件位于材料进入管道16、16′的侧面,以便允许材料通过其排放。
气密截止阀14包括阀套20,环形阀座22以气密方式连接于其上。环形阀座22围绕排放开口24,而排放开口24可以借助于封闭元件26封闭。封闭元件安装在阀套20内,以便它可以在第一位置和第二位置之间移动,其中在第一位置中,其轴向抵压在环形阀座22上,而在第二位置中,其位于排放开口24的侧面,而处于材料流之外。在图1中,封闭元件26以连续线在其第一位置处示出,而以点划线在其第二位置处示出。
合成密封圈28以如下方式布置在环形阀座22内,即当封闭元件26落座在环形阀座22上(即当其位于其第一位置)时,密封圈28的暴露的密封表面压靠在阀封闭元件26的密封装置接触表面上,以用来在封闭元件26和环形阀座22之间提供气密性。环形阀座22和阀封闭元件26上的密封装置接触表面都设置有冷却回路(未示出),该冷却回路设计成保持二者的温度低于密封圈许可的最大工作温度。
当气密截止阀14开启时,密封圈28的暴露的密封表面被冷却的封闭元件26露出。目前,这个密封表面暴露于阀套内的直接热辐射。因此,在材料止回阀12开启之前,热保护元件30放置到环形阀座22上,以便覆盖密封圈28的暴露的密封表面,由此保护该表面免受阀套内的直接热辐射。
在图2和图3中可以更清楚地看出封闭元件26和热保护元件30二者。
封闭元件26包括安装到支臂34上的封闭板32,该支臂34可围绕阀座22侧面定位的水平枢转轴36枢转。封闭板32和枢转支臂34之间的铰链38赋予封闭板32一定的自由度,从而封闭元件26可以压在环形阀座22的密封圈28上。应指出的是,在这个实施例中,用于将封闭元件26围绕其水平枢转轴36枢转的装置也用于将其压靠在环形阀座22上。
热保护元件30具有安装在支臂42上的环形板40,该支臂42可以围绕阀座22侧面定位的水平枢转轴44枢转。环形板40和枢转支臂42之间的铰链46赋予环形板40一定的自由度,从而它可以紧密地压在环形阀座22的密封圈28上。环形板40具有穿过其的排放开口48,该开口基本与环形阀座22的排放开口24直径相同。内部冷却回路50确保了环形板40的接触表面,即压在密封圈28上的表面的温度远低于密封圈28许可的最大工作温度。环形板40还可以包括气体排出喷嘴(未示出),用于将来自单独的内部气体分配通道的气体吹到暴露的密封圈28上。另外,气体在其通过上述气体排出喷嘴排出之前可以作为冷却流体通过冷却回路50循环。
根据图4所示的第二实施例,密封圈28布置在封闭元件26的封闭板32上。在材料止回阀12开启之前,封闭元件26移动到其第二位置,即,排放开口24的侧面,材料流之外。在这个位置处,密封圈28的密封表面暴露于阀套内的直接热辐射,因此,在材料止回阀12开启之前,热保护元件30′放置到封闭元件26上,以便覆盖密封圈28的暴露的密封表面,由此保护其免受阀套内的直接热辐射。
热保护元件30′具有安装到支臂42′上的保护板40′,该支臂42′围绕垂直枢转轴44′可枢转。在保护办40′和枢转支臂42′之间的铰链46′赋予保护板40′一定的自由度,从而它可以紧密的压靠到封闭元件26的密封圈28上。内部冷却回路50′确保了保护板40′的接触表面,即压靠在密封圈28上的表面的温度远低于密封圈28许可的最大工作温度。正如环形板40一样,保护板40′还可以包括气体排出喷嘴(未示出),以用于将气体吹到暴露的密封圈28上。
图5示出根据本发明第三实施例的材料闭锁装置。气密截止阀114包括封闭元件126,而该封闭元件126包括其上具有密封圈128的封闭板132。枢转机构127允许封闭元件126围绕水平枢转轴136在第一位置和第二位置之间枢转,而该枢转轴与环形阀座122的中心轴123相交,其中在第一位置中,封闭板132可以轴向压靠在环形阀座122上,而在第二位置中,封闭板132在排放开口24的侧面定位,在材料流之外。相同的机构也使得封闭板132可以在环形阀座122的中心轴123方向上移动。换句话说,其分别允许在第一位置轴向压靠在环形阀座122上而在其围绕枢转轴136枢转到其第二位置之前从环形阀座122上轴向抬起。在图5中,封闭元件126在其第一位置,即封闭位置示出。在材料止回阀112的闸门元件118开启之前,封闭元件132下降并围绕枢转轴136枢转,以便将封闭元件132带到其第二位置,材料流之外处。为了保护安装在封闭元件132上的密封圈128,在封闭元件处于其第二位置时,热保护元件(未示出)移动到封闭元件132上,以便覆盖密封圈128。热保护元件例如可以是与图4中所示的类似的热保护元件。
图6示出根据本发明第四实施例的材料闭锁装置。封闭元件226具有安装到支臂234上的封闭板232,该支臂围绕枢转轴236可枢转。在封闭板232和支臂234之间的铰链238赋予封闭板232一定的自由度,从而它可以紧密地压在环形阀座222的密封圈228上。热保护元件230形成为管状,且带有穿过其的排放通道248。在材料止回阀212的闸门元件218开启之前,封闭元件232围绕支臂234的枢转轴236枢转,以便将封闭元件232带到侧面位置、材料流之外处。为了保护安装到环形阀座222上的密封圈228,将热保护元件230或是通过滑动或是通过枢转运动带到与环形阀座222的中心轴223轴向对齐。在这个位置处,其覆盖密封圈228。内部冷却回路250确保了保护元件230前下表面,即面对密封圈228的表面的温度远低于密封圈228所许可的最大工作温度。热保护元件230还可以包括气体排出喷嘴(未示出),用于将来自内部冷却回路250的气体吹到密封圈228的暴露的密封表面上。
图7示出根据本发明第五实施例的材料闭锁装置。气密截止阀314包括封闭元件326,而封闭元件326包括其上安装有密封圈328的封闭板332。封闭元件326借助于圆柱形的铰链335连接到阀套320上,以便它可以借助于旋转电机337而围绕垂直枢转轴336枢转。圆柱形铰链335包括线性致动器,该线性致动器具有活塞338和回拉弹簧339。在图7中,封闭元件326示为处于其封闭位置,其中封闭元件326借助于回拉弹簧339拉动而靠在环形阀座322上。在材料止回阀312的闸门元件318开启之前,封闭元件332首先通过对活塞338加压而下降,此后,其可以围绕枢转轴336枢转,以便将封闭元件332带到其第二位置处,即排放开口324的侧面、材料流之外处。为了保护封闭元件332上安装的密封圈328,热保护元件(未示出)移动到第二位置处的封闭元件332上,以便覆盖密封圈328。热保护元件例如可以是与图4所示类似的热保护元件,且区别在于它必须围绕水平轴枢转,或者简单地下落到第二位置处的封闭元件上。
图8示出根据本发明第六实施例的材料闭锁装置。气密截止阀414包括阀套420,其上安装有密封圈428的环形阀座422连接于阀套420上。相对环形阀座422,布置有环形副阀座,该副阀座形成所述热保护元件430。在图8中,气密截止阀414示为处于开启位置,其中,热保护元件430轴向压靠在阀座422上,以便密封圈428夹在都得以冷却的热保护元件430和阀座422之间。为了封闭气密截止阀414,热保护元件430轴向向下移动,以便开启热保护元件430和环形阀座422之间的狭缝。然后,由薄板形成的封闭元件(未示出)从其第二位置例如通过其借助于旋转电机437围绕垂直轴436枢转而枢转到狭缝内的其第一位置处,而在第二位置中,该封闭元件位于狭缝的侧面。现在,当热保护元件430在阀座422方向上被拉动时,具有平行于环形阀座422的中心轴423的自由度的封闭元件夹在环形阀座422和热保护元件430之间。尚须指出的是热保护元件430的轴向运动是借助于配备有回拉弹簧455的活塞454实现的。波纹形伸展关节458将热保护元件430连接到阀套420上。热保护元件430一般包括内部冷却回路(未示出),用于确保其压靠在密封圈428上的表面的温度远低于密封圈428许可的最大工作温度。相同的冷却系统也确保了在阀封闭位置压靠在密封圈428上的封闭元件的接触表面得以冷却。热保护元件430还可以包括气体排出喷嘴(未示出),用于将气体吹到暴露的密封圈428上。
图9示出根据本发明第七实施例的材料闭锁装置。图8和图9的材料闭锁装置的主要区别在于在图9中,在环形阀座522和副阀座560之间布置了一个组合的封闭-热保护元件562。该组合的封闭-热保护元件562可以从图10中更清楚地看出。该元件包括封闭部分564和保护部分566。保护部分566具有穿过其的排放开口548,该开口于环形阀座522的排放开口基本上直径相同。组合的封闭-热保护元件562可以借助于旋转电机537围绕枢转轴536枢转。当组合的封闭-热保护元件562的封闭部分564覆盖环形阀座522的排放开口时,气密截止阀514处于其封闭位置。当组合的封闭-热保护元件562的保护部分566覆盖环形阀座522的排放开口524时,气密截止阀514处于其开启位置。在这个位置处,安装到环形阀座522上的密封圈528由组合的封闭-热保护元件562的热保护部分566覆盖。可以理解到,不同于组合的封闭-热保护元件562的运动为枢转运动,其可以另外为平移运动。
图11示出根据本发明第八实施例的材料闭锁装置。气密截止阀614包括阀套620,其上安装有密封圈628的环形阀座622连接到阀套620上。在环形阀座622之下,布置了具有封闭部分664和保护部分666的组合的封闭-热保护元件662。保护部分666具有穿过其的排放开口648,该开口与环形阀座622的排放开口的直径基本相同。组合的封闭-热保护元件662为螺旋形式,并可以围绕水平轴枢转,其中水平轴与环形阀座622的中心轴623相交。正如图5的封闭元件一样,一个机构(未示出)允许在环形阀座622中心轴623的方向上移动组合的封闭-热保护元件662。换句话说,其分别允许将组合的封闭-热保护元件662轴向压抵在环形阀座622上,或者在该元件662围绕水平枢转轴枢转之前从环形阀座122上将其提升。当组合的封闭-热保护元件662的封闭部分664压抵在环形阀座622上时,气密截止阀614处于其封闭位置。当组合的封闭-热保护元件662的保护部分666压抵在环形阀座622上时,该气密截止阀614处于其开启位置。在这个位置处,安装到环形阀座622上的密封圈628由组合的封闭-热保护元件662的保护部分666覆盖。为了开启和关闭气密截止阀614,组合的封闭-热保护元件662轴向向下移动,以便将其自身从环形阀座622上脱离。此时组合的封闭-热保护元件662可以从一个位置枢转到另一个位置。在组合的封闭-热保护元件662已经移动到所需位置之后,接着其被向上拉动而抵靠阀座622。可以理解到,保护部分666还可以包括内部冷却回路(未示出),以用来在保护部分666位于环形阀座622上时冷却密封圈628。其还可以包括气体排出喷嘴(未示出),用来将来自内部冷却回路(未示出)的气体吹到暴露的密封圈628上。
图12、13、14和15分别示出根据本发明再一实施例的材料闭锁装置。这些实施例都包括螺旋形组合封闭-热保护元件762,它们具有封闭部分764和带排放开口748的保护部分766。气密截止阀714包括阀套720,环形阀座722连接到该阀套720上。环形阀座722其上安装有密封圈728。组合的封闭-热保护元件762围绕于阀座722中心轴相交的水平轴可枢转。当组合的封闭-热保护元件762的封闭部分764覆盖环形阀座722的排放开口724时,气密截止阀714处于其封闭位置,而当组合的封闭-热保护元件762的保护部分766覆盖环形阀座722的排放开口724时,气密截止阀714处于其开启位置。在这个位置处,安装到环形阀座722上的密封圈728由组合的封闭-热保护元件762的保护部分766保护。为了开启或关闭气密截止阀714,环形阀座722被从组合的封闭-热保护元件762上轴向拉回,此时,组合的封闭-热保护元件762可以从一个位置枢转到另一个位置,而不会接触环形阀座722上安装的密封圈728。在组合的封闭-热保护元件762已经移动到所需位置之后,然后环形阀座722压抵在组合的封闭-热保护元件762的相应接触表面上。环形阀座722的轴向运动借助于活塞754、756实现。轴向伸展关节758将环形阀座722连接到阀套720上,可以理解到封闭部分764和保护部分766二者一般都包括内部冷却回路(未示出),以用于确保压抵密封圈728的相应接触表面的温度远低于密封圈728许可的最大工作温度。他们还可以包括气体排出喷嘴(未示出),用于将气体吹到暴露的密封圈728上。
Claims (17)
1.一种用于材料装填或排放闭锁装置的气密截止阀,包括:
阀套;
连接到所述阀套上的环形阀座,所述阀座围绕一排放开口;
在所述阀套内与所述阀座相关联的阀封闭元件,所述阀封闭元件在第一位置和第二位置之间可移动,其中在第一位置中,所述阀封闭元件和所述环形阀座可以轴向压到一起,而在第二位置中,所述阀封闭元件位于所述排放开口侧面;
当所述阀封闭元件处于其第一位置时,用于将所述阀封闭元件和所述环形阀座轴向压到一起的装置;
与所述环形阀座或者与所述阀封闭元件相关联的柔软的密封装置,所述柔软密封装置具有暴露的密封表面,该表面被分别压靠在所述阀封闭元件或所述阀座上的密封装置接触表面上,以用于在所述阀座和所述阀封闭元件压到一起时提供气密性,
其特征在于,还包括热保护元件,该元件在所述阀套内第一位置和第二位置之间可移动,其中,在第一位置中,在所述阀封闭元件处于其第二位置时,所述热保护元件覆盖所述暴露的密封表面,而在第二位置中,所述热保护元件露出所述暴露的密封表面,以便再次在所述暴露的密封表面和所述密封装置接触表面之间实现气密接触。
2.如权利要求1所述的气密截止阀,其特征在于,所述热保护元件包括内部冷却回路。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的气密截止阀,其特征在于,所述热保护元件包括连接到气路上的接头和位于所述热保护元件内的气体排出喷嘴,以便能够将气体吹到所述暴露的密封表面上。
4.如权利要求1到3中任一项所述的气密截止阀,其特征在于,所述柔软的密封装置与所述环形阀座相关联,而所述热保护元件之中具有排放开口,当所述热保护元件处于其第一位置时,该开口与所述环形阀座内的所述排放开口轴向对齐。
5.如权利要求4所述的气密截止阀,其特征在于,所述热保护元件为环形元件,该元件可以围绕枢转轴在其第一和第二位置之间枢转。
6.如权利要求5所述的气密截止阀,其特征在于,所述枢转轴平行于环形阀座的中心轴,并位于所述环形阀座侧面。
7.如权利要求5所述的气密截止阀,其特征在于,所述枢转轴垂直于环形阀座的中心轴的方向,并位于所述环形阀座的侧面。
8.如权利要求5所述的气密截止阀,其特征在于,所述热保护元件和所述阀封闭元件形成一个组合的封闭-热保护元件,该元件具有实现所述阀封闭元件功能的封闭部分和实现所述热保护元件功能的热保护部分,所述热保护部分之中具有排放开口,当所述热保护部分覆盖所述柔软的密封装置时该开口与所述环形阀座的所述排放开口轴向对齐。
9.如权利要求8所述的气密截止阀,其特征在于,所述组合的封闭-热保护元件为螺旋或圆柱形元件,其围绕垂直于环形阀座的中心轴的枢转轴可枢转。
10.如权利要求8所述的气密截止阀,其特征在于,所述组合的封闭-热保护元件为平板元件,该元件在垂直于环形阀座的中心轴的平面内可移动。
11.如权利要求8到10中任一项所述的气密截止阀,其特征在于:
环形副阀座相对于所述环形阀座布置,以便在二者之间形成狭缝;
所述组合的封闭-热保护元件可以在所述狭缝内、在所述阀座和所述副阀座之间横切于所述环形阀座的中心轴移动;
用于轴向将所述阀封闭元件和所述环形阀座压到一起的所述装置包括用于轴向移动所述环形副阀座的装置;以及
所述组合的封闭-热保护元件还具有平行于所述阀座中心轴的自由度,以便在所述副阀座在所述环形阀座方向上轴向移动时,所述组合的封闭-热保护元件夹在所述阀座和所述副阀座之间。
12.如权利要求1到7中任一项所述的气密截止阀,其特征在于:
所述柔软的密封装置与所述环形阀座相关联;
所述热保护元件形成环形的副阀座,该副阀座相对于所述环形阀座布置,以便在二者之间形成狭缝;
所述封闭元件可以在所述狭缝内、在所述阀座和所述副阀座之间横切于所述环形阀座的中心轴移动,其中当所述封闭元件处在其第二位置时,该元件位于所述狭缝的外侧;
用于将所述阀封闭元件和所述环形阀座轴向压到一起的所述装置包括用于轴向移动所述环形副阀座的装置;
所述封闭元件还具有平行于所述环形阀座中心轴的自由度,以便在所述副阀座在所述环形阀座的方向上轴向移动时,该封闭元件夹在所述阀座和所述副阀座之间。
13.如权利要求11或12所述的气密截止阀,其特征在于,通过轴向伸展关节将所述环形副阀座连接到所述阀套上。
14.如权利要求1到10中任一项所述的气密截止阀,其特征在于,用于将所述阀封闭元件和所述环形阀座压到一起的所述装置与所述阀座相关联,以用于相对于阀封闭元件移动所述阀座。
15.如权利要求14所述的气密截止阀,其特征在于,通过轴向伸展关节将所述环形副阀座连接到所述阀套上。
16.如权利要求1到10中任一项所述的气密截止阀,其特征在于,用于将所述阀封闭元件和所述环形阀座压到一起的所述装置与所述阀封闭元件相关联,以用于相对于阀座移动阀封闭元件。
17.如权利要求1、2或3所述的气密截止阀,其特征在于,所述柔软的密封装置与所述阀封闭元件关联,而所述热保护元件在所述封闭元件处于其第二位置时位于所述封闭元件前部、热保护元件的第一位置处。
