Abstract
Description
这种发光效率是用所谓的量子效率QE(发光的量子数与被吸收的受激量子数之比)来表示的。
组分为(AS)·w(B2S3)的如下荧光材料表现出非常高的量子效率,其中A=MgaCabSrcEut,且a+b+c+t=1具有如下范围:0.4≤a≤0.7;0.1≤b≤0.4;0≤c≤0.4;0.01≤t≤0.1,并且B=(GaxAlyYz)2,而x+y+z=1,0.9≤x≤1,0≤y≤0.1,0≤z≤0.1,以及0.8≤w≤0.98或1.02≤w≤1.25,优选为w≤1.2且c≥0.01。
a)根据所需的组分制造硝酸盐的悬浮体;
b)在T≤300℃的情况下对所述的悬浮体进行脱水,直到剩余湿度的重量百分比<1%,以便制造出分散较细的硝酸盐混合物;
c)在室温下,在研磨机内研磨所述的硝酸盐混合物10~60分钟,优选为15~25分钟;
d)在500-700℃、优选在600℃的氩或N2气中热解所述被研磨的硝酸盐配料,以便产生具有所需组分的、且分散较细的金属氧化物混合物;
e)在800-1000℃,优选在900-950℃的情况下,在H2S或CS2或其组合的气流中使所述的金属氧化物混合物作第一次反应1-6小时,优选为4小时;
f)象在步骤c中一样研磨所述的反应产物;
图1示出了按照在实施例中所讲述的方法所制造的荧光材料(Sr0.105Ca0.210Mg0.630Eu0.055)S·1.1Ga2S3的发光频谱;
为了进行比较:按照常规的写法,该荧光材料大致对应于表示式(Mg0.63Ca0.21Sr0.105Eu0.055)0.9Ga2S3.9。
