Abstract
本发明公开了液体荧光增白剂制剂,其包含:a)10-20%下式(1)化合物,其中R1表示氢、1-5个碳原子的烷基、1-5个碳原子的烷氧基或卤素,M表示氢、碱金属或碱土金属或铵;b)20-50%非离子表面活性剂;c)20-40%多羟基化合物;d)0-20%二醇化合物和e)1-50%水。以及该制剂用于改善洗涤剂白色外观的用途。
Description
通常生产的式(1)化合物,根据其生产方法,带有淡黄色色调,它会使最终的洗涤剂不合乎需要地变色。
我们惊奇地发现化合物(1)的特定制剂能够克服该缺点。
因此,本发明描述了液体荧光增白剂制剂,其包含:a)10-20%式(1)化合物,其中R1表示氢、1-5个碳原子的烷基、1-5个碳原子的烷氧基或卤素,M表示氢、碱金属或碱土金属或铵;b)20-50%非离子表面活性剂;c)20-40%多羟基化合物;d)0-20%二醇化合物和e)1-50%水。
非离子表面活性剂,制剂的组分b)优选是烷氧基化脂肪酸烷醇,尤其是乙氧基化的,更优选是被3-20摩尔环氧乙烷乙氧基化的C8-C18-脂肪酸烷醇,最优选被3-20摩尔环氧乙烷乙氧基化的C11-C13-脂肪酸烷醇,而被9摩尔环氧乙烷乙氧基化的C13-脂肪酸烷醇(Marlipal 013/90)是最佳选择的组分。
多羟基化合物,制剂的组分c)优选是三醇,例如1,2,6-己三醇、甘油或甘油的低聚物,例如二-、三-或聚甘油,甘油是最优选的。
二醇化合物,制剂的组分d)是例如乙二醇、二甘醇、丙二醇或己二醇,优选己二醇、2-甲基-2,4-戊二醇和1,2-丙二醇。
优选的制剂包含:a)10-20%式(2)化合物;b)20-50%的被3-20摩尔环氧乙烷乙氧基化的C11-C13-脂肪酸烷醇;c)20-40%甘油;d)0-20%乙二醇、1,2-丙二醇或2-甲基-2,4-戊二醇和e)1-50%水,从而尤其优选的制剂含有:a)10-20%式(2)化合物;b)20-50%的被9摩尔环氧乙烷乙氧基化的C13-脂肪酸烷醇;c)20-40%甘油;d)5-20%1,2-丙二醇或2-甲基-2,4-戊二醇和e)10-40%水。
当式(1)中R1表示1-5个碳原子的烷基时,它们可以是甲基、乙基、正或异丙基、正、仲或叔丁基、正戊基、异戊基或仲戊基。当式(1)中R1表示1-5个碳原子的烷氧基时,其可以是甲氧基、乙氧基、正或异丙氧基、正、仲或叔丁氧基、正戊氧基、异戊氧基或仲戊氧基。当式(1)中R1表示卤素时,它们可以是氟、氯、溴或碘,优选氯。
可存在于本发明制剂中的任选的助剂包括在调节制剂的流动性质方面有效的稳定剂、消泡剂、碱性试剂、织物柔软剂、抗再沉积剂、抗氧化剂、助洗剂如聚丙烯酸和香料。
稳定剂的实例包括,例如高岭土、Mg/Al硅酸盐,尤其是膨润土、蒙脱石、沸石或高度分散的硅酸。
本发明的制剂可通过将组分a)至e)与任何任选的助剂混合在一起,和优选在高温如40-100℃下均化所得到的混合物而生产。混合通过使用合适的搅拌装置方便地进行。
得到的制剂通常是透明和稳定的溶液。然而偶尔可能需要过滤制剂以除去微量的不溶组分。
本发明的制剂尤其适用于加入到干的洗涤剂(dry detergent)组合物中,这可通过将所需量的本发明的制剂加入到干的洗涤剂组合物中并随后均化所得到的混合物而便利地进行。然而,本发明的制剂还可通过将所需量的本发明的制剂加入到液体洗涤剂组合物中并随后均化所得到的混合物而用于生产液体洗涤剂。本发明的液体制剂的另一特征在于在冷储存条件下杰出的稳定性。
如下实施例进一步说明本发明。其中所示的份数和百分数是按重量计,除非另有说明。
实施例1
在带有搅拌器和加热浴的反应容器中加入29g被9摩尔环氧乙烷乙氧基化的C13脂肪酸烷醇、30g甘油、8g的2-甲基-2,4-戊二醇和3g水。搅拌的混合物被加热到50℃,在1小时内加入30g含有50%式(2)化合物的湿滤饼。随后将混合物冷却到室温,通过过滤澄清以得到制剂,它含有:15%式(2)化合物;29%的被9摩尔环氧乙烷乙氧基化的C13脂肪酸烷醇;30%甘油;8%的2-甲基-2,4-戊二醇和18%水。
得到的制剂在冷储存条件下显示杰出的稳定性。
实施例2-7
通过用如下表格1中所示的乙氧基化醇替代在实施例1中的被9摩尔环氧乙烷乙氧基化的C13-脂肪酸烷醇,可得到具有杰出冷贮存稳定性的类似制剂。

Claims (11)
3、权利要求1或2的制剂,其中组分a)是式(2)化合物。
4、权利要求1-3的任何一项的制剂,其中组分b)是烷氧基化脂肪酸烷醇,尤其是乙氧基化的脂肪酸烷醇。
5、权利要求4的制剂,其中组分b)是被3-20摩尔环氧乙烷乙氧基化的C8-C18-脂肪酸烷醇。
6、权利要求4的制剂,其中组分b)是被3-20摩尔环氧乙烷乙氧基化的C11-C13-脂肪酸烷醇。
7、权利要求1-5的任何一项的制剂,其中多羟基组分c)是三醇,例如1,2,6-己三醇、甘油或甘油的低聚物如二-、三-或聚甘油。
8、权利要求1-6的任何一项的制剂,其中二醇组分d)是例如乙二醇、二甘醇、丙二醇或己二醇。
9、权利要求1-7的任何一项的制剂,其包含:
a)10-20%式(2)化合物;
b)20-50%的被3-20摩尔环氧乙烷乙氧基化的C11-C13-脂肪酸烷醇;
c)20-40%甘油;
d)0-20%乙二醇、1,2-丙二醇或2-甲基-2,4-戊二醇,和
e)1-50%水。
10、权利要求8的制剂,其包含:
a)10-20%式(2)化合物;
b)20-50%的被9摩尔环氧乙烷乙氧基化的C13脂肪酸烷醇;
c)20-40%甘油;
d)5-20%1,2-丙二醇或2-甲基-2,4-戊二醇和
e)10-40%水。
11、上述权利要求的任何一项的制剂用于改善洗涤剂的白色外观的用途。
