Abstract

密闭式电机驱动压缩机
技术领域
本发明涉及一种密闭式电机驱动压缩机,该压缩机与电动制冷机或类似物的制冷循环相连接。
背景技术
图4描述了一种在日本专利申请No.8-284826(未审查)中公开的现有技术的密闭式电机驱动压缩机。该压缩机包括一个容纳润滑油2的密闭容器1,润滑油2聚集在密闭容器1的底部。该密闭容器1容纳一压缩单元3和一电机单元4,二者都是弹性支撑在密闭容器1内。压缩单元3由电机单元通过曲轴5驱动,曲轴5具有上端7和浸在润滑油2内的下端6。曲轴5由机座8转动支撑,机座8具有形成在其上的缸筒9。缸筒9具有形成在其相应侧面上的通常平的凸肩部10。机座8通过两个支架11刚性固定在电机单元4上并具有形成在其上的凸缘12。用于覆盖缸筒9开口端的缸盖13固定在凸缘12上,真空消音器14设置在凸缘12的下面。
下面说明具有上述结构的密闭式电机驱动压缩机的运行。
当压缩机开始工作时,曲轴5通过电机单元4转动,润滑油2从曲轴5的下端6吸上来,从曲轴5的上端7喷出进而散布在密闭容器1、缸筒9凸缘12和类似物上。结果形成的润滑油滴流向通常平的凸肩部10。当聚集在通常平的凸肩部10的润滑油溢出时,其经过通常平的凸肩部10的周边缘向下流至密闭容器1的底部。
然而,在上述结构中,在通常平的凸肩部10上聚集的润滑油落在真空消音器14上并流经真空消音器14。因此,真空消音器14的温度增高,由此吸入气体的温度也增高,导致压缩机效率的降低。在聚集在通常平的凸肩部上的润滑油直接滴落在密闭容器1底部的情况下,在润滑油聚集的表面产生噪音。
本发明克服了上述的缺点。
因此本发明的目的是提供一种改进的密闭式电机驱动压缩机,其中,聚集在通常平的凸肩部上的润滑油被导流至密闭容器1的底部,同时,防止了润滑油落到并流经真空消音器14,还防止了润滑油直接落在密闭容器的底部。
发明内容
为实现上述和其它目的,按照本发明的密闭式电机驱动压缩机包括包括容纳润滑油的密闭容器,容纳润滑油聚集在该密闭容器的底部,容纳在密闭容器内的压缩单元,及容纳在密闭容器内用于驱动压缩单元的电机单元。压缩单元包括一根曲柄和用于转动支撑曲轴的机座,该曲柄具有一上端部和一浸在润滑油内的下端部。该机座具有形成在其上并具有开口端的缸筒,还具有形成在其上的凸缘,形成在缸筒的一个侧通常平的凸肩部,以及形成在通常平的凸肩部下面并固定在电机单元上的支架。用于覆盖缸筒开口端的缸盖固定在凸缘上,真空消音器放置在凸缘的下面。形成在机座上的润滑油导向件,该润滑油导向件用于将从曲轴下端部吸上、致使从曲轴上端部喷出并聚集在通常平的凸肩部的润滑油导引至密闭容器的底部。
通过这样的结构,该润滑油导向件可以防止润滑油滴在真空消音器上并流经真空消音器,还防止了润滑油直接落在密闭容器的底部。
方便的是,润滑油导向件包括形成在凸缘一侧并与凸缘和通常平的凸肩部都相连的润滑油挡壁。
有利的是,润滑油导向件还包括从通常平的凸肩部向下延伸的润滑油凹槽。

具体实施方式
本申请以1999年6月14在日本提出的申请No.11-166409为基础,在这里其内容结合在一起作为参考。
现在参考附图,图1-3是本发明密闭式电机驱动压缩机的实施例。其中所示压缩机包括包括容纳润滑油2的密闭容器1,润滑油2聚集在密闭容器1的底部,密闭容器1容纳压缩单元3和放置在压缩单元3下面的电机单元4,二者都弹性在其中,压缩单元3通过曲轴5由电机单元4驱动,曲轴5具有一上端部7和一浸在润滑油2内的下端部6。曲轴5由机座8转动支撑,机座8具有形成在其上的缸筒9。缸筒9具有形成在其相应侧面上的通常平的凸肩部10。机座8通过两个支架11与电机单元4刚性连接并具有形成在其上的凸缘12。支架11用于将机座8固定至电机单元4上。用于覆盖缸筒9开口端的缸盖固定在凸缘12上,真空消音器14放置在凸缘12的下面。基本上成三角形的润滑油挡板或润滑油挡壁15形成在凸缘12的每一侧面上并与凸缘12和相关的一个通常平的凸肩部10连接,该润滑油挡壁15终止在相关的一个通常平的凸肩部10上的位置17。侧面凹槽16形成在润滑油挡壁15和缸筒9之间。每个支架11具有形成在其上面的润滑油导向凹槽18,以便于从相关的一个通常平的凸肩部10向下延伸。润滑油导向凹槽18具有一个通常成U形的横断面,并且其上端部位于位置17附近。
下面对具有上述结构密闭式电机驱动压缩机的运行进行描述。
当压缩机开始工作时,曲轴5由电机单元4转动,润滑油2从曲轴5的下端6吸起,从曲轴5的上端7喷出并散布在密闭容器1、缸筒9凸缘12和类似物上。结果是润滑油滴经过侧面凹槽16沿润滑油挡壁15流向通常平的凸肩部10。当聚集在通常平的凸肩部10的润滑油溢出时,润滑油经过支架11内的润滑油导向凹槽18直至密闭容器1的底部。此时,润滑油挡壁15防止了润滑油滴落在真空消音器上及流经真空消音器,也防止了润滑油直接落在密闭容器1的底部。也就是说,润滑油挡壁15和润滑油导向凹槽18作为润滑油的导向件用于导引润滑油流至密闭容器1的底部。
尽管在上述实施例中形成在每个支架11内的润滑油导向凹槽18用作润滑油的导向件,然而,垂直延伸相对较长的突出部也可以形成在每个支架11上用于将润滑油导引至密闭容器1的底部。

Claims (3)

1.一种密闭式电机驱动压缩机,包括:
容纳聚集在其底部的润滑油的密闭容器;
容纳在密闭容器内的压缩单元,该压缩单元包括:
具有上端部和浸在润滑油内的下端部的曲轴;
转动支撑曲轴的机座,该机座具有形成在其上并具有开口端的缸筒,该机座还具有形成在其上的凸缘,形成在缸筒的一侧通常平的凸肩部,形成在通常平的凸肩部下面的支架;及
固定在凸缘上用于覆盖缸筒开口端的缸盖;
容纳在密闭容器内用于通过曲轴驱动压缩单元的电机单元,支架固定在电机单元上;
放置在凸缘下面的真空消音器;及
形成在机座上用于将从曲轴下端吸起、从曲轴上端喷出并聚集在通常平的凸肩部的润滑油导引至密闭容器底部的润滑油导向件。
2.按照权利要求1所述的密闭式电机驱动压缩机,其特征在于:
润滑油导向件包括形成在凸缘一侧并与凸缘和通常平的凸肩部连接的润滑油挡壁。
3.按照权利要求1所述的密闭式电机驱动压缩机,其特征在于:
润滑油导向件包括从通常平的凸肩部向下延伸的润滑油凹槽。
