Abstract
本发明涉及一眼内透镜注射器,它包括有一内装活塞(2)的注射器体(1)。本发明的特征在于,所述注射器体(1)是一整体式部件,它包括有一可容纳未变形透镜(4)的圆柱部分(3)、一注射头(6)及一中间圆锥部分(5),它既没有圆柱形孔又没有附属系统(如套筒、阀门、活门、可拆卸套管嘴……)来装载所述透镜。
Description
本发明涉及一种在取出晶状体后,将经压缩、卷绕或折叠而已预先变形的柔软材料眼内透镜注入的装置。
目前所知的大部分眼内透镜注射装置包括有一圆柱体,其中可滑动地或可旋动地装着一个活塞:该圆柱体的设计用来接纳一套筒,该套筒包括有一圆柱形套管嘴、一待注射透镜装载室及一铰接叶片;把透镜放入装载室,合上所述叶片以关闭装载室,这可使透镜变形,再把套筒放进圆柱体内;外科医生把套管嘴插进病人眼睛的切口里,按压活塞,即可把透镜直接注入作手术的眼睛的晶状体囊(sac capsulaire)内。透镜一释放出来,重又恢复其原有形状。
还有其它的注射器,其装载室有一开口,可用阀门、活门或通过装接套管嘴将此开口封闭。关闭阀门或活门,或直接推动活塞,均可使透镜变形。
无论如何,活塞推动透镜的空间的截面在逐渐减小——这有助于透镜变形,直至其达到套管嘴的最小内截面。
本发明的目的在于提出一种注射器,它不包括带有直接通路(如套筒、阀门、活门、可拆卸套管嘴……)的装载室或装载系统,其中,仅直接推动活塞即可使透镜变形。
根据本发明的注射器的特征在于,它有一整体式的注射器体,该注射器体包括有第一圆柱部分,一注射头和一中间部分,所述第一部分截面近似半圆,可容纳一未变形的透镜,所述中间部分连接前述两部分,其截面从第一圆柱部分到注射头逐渐减小。注射头的截面可是圆的、卵形的或扁平的,其尺寸与运用晶状体乳化外科技术作的切口宽度(根据技术的发展,一般为3.2毫米,甚至更小)相适应。
在本发明的一最佳实施例中,活塞推出端包括有若干股,当活塞移动时,它们能靠挠性彼此靠近,同时把透镜推进注射头里。靠这种结构,施加在透镜上的推力作用于几个点,这使透镜的方向稳定。活塞是用硬塑料实现的整体件。只需靠形状就可实现所述股的挠性。
在本发明的另一最佳实施例中,将透镜置入注射器里,使外科医生不必去装它,形成可供直接使用的无菌组件。根据所采用的消毒方式,在注射器体内部,透镜可以也可不必干包装、可以也可不必浸泡在液体中:若为第二种情况,组件应为活塞配上密封垫,及与注射头相适应的塞子。
下文参照附图,以非限制性方式描述根据本发明的注射器的几种实施例,附图中:
——图1为注射器体的透视图,
——图2为带有一预备注射的未变形透镜的注射器活塞的透视图,
——图3的透视图表示出已安装在注射器体里面的活塞,该活塞带有一预备注射的未变形透镜,
——图4A至4E为透镜通过平面A-A、B-B、C-C、D-D及E-E时,沿上述平面的注射器体剖面图,
——图5A至5E为当活塞端部穿过平面A-A、B-B、C-C、D-D和E-E时,沿上述平面的注射器体剖面图,
——图6A至6E为第二实施例的类似于图5A至5E的图,
——图7A至7E为第三实施例的类似于图5A至5E的图,
——图8A至8E为第四实施例的类似于图5A至5E的图,
——图9A和9B类似于图2、3,但图中透镜正在注射中,部分已嵌入注射头里,
——图10A和10B类似于图2、3,但图中透镜正在注射中,部分已从注射头末端穿出,
——图11A和11B图示的是和图10A、10B相同阶段时的相同部件,其中注射器被翻转了,其倾斜面向下。
——图12为第二实施例的单独的活塞的透视图,图中活塞还没有安装在注射器体上,未变形。
如图所示,本发明的透镜注射器包括有一整体式的注射器体和一活塞,它们在图上总体上分别用标号1和2来表示。注射器体1包括有一部分3,其截面为半圆形,有一凸面3a和一平面3b,其最大内部宽度大致等于平展开的眼内透镜4的宽度(如图4A)。该部分3过后为一圆锥部分5,它逐渐过渡到与实际上为圆柱形的部分6相连接。部分5有一凸面5a和一梯形平面5b。部分6的内径可使透镜4折迭后能进入,约为1.6×2.3毫米(如图4E)。部分6末端为一注射头7,其端部可是笔直的或倾斜的,其外径约为1.9×2.6毫米。按照透镜的最佳展开方向,可能的斜面可朝往凸面的方向,如图所示,或向其相反的方向。
在图1至图3、图9至图12所示的实施例中,活塞2包括有一十字形部分8,其末端为一圆柱形导头9,所述圆柱形导头可以有密封垫,导头直径能使它可在注射体1的部分3内自由往返,实现对活塞的导引。除了导头9,活塞还包括有一多股区,在所示的实施例中,该多股区包括一中间股10a和两侧股10b。中间股10a延伸出一个铲状片10c防止透镜朝注射器体的平面3b的方向变形。
使用该注射器时,把透镜放在注射器体1的部分3里,把活塞安装到该注射器体中,直至其到达如图3、4A和5A所示的位置。医生拿到经消毒或无菌安装的组件后,取下可能有的塞子,根据个人的技术,在注射器体1的圆锥部分5里放入可能有的用于改善透镜注射的粘弹性润滑溶液。
使用这般构造的注射器时,外科医生推动活塞2,透镜4移动至注射器体的圆锥形区域5中:透镜在直径方向上相对的两点之间被挤压,因而使透镜朝注射器体1的凸面5a方向屈曲(如图4B),因为另一面3b-5b是平的,且一开始就平贴着镜片(图4A),使透镜无法向相反方向弯曲。然后,透镜接触到凸面5a,然后更薄些的自由边开始朝平面5b方向折叠(如图4C)。同时,侧股10b相互靠近(如图4C、5C)。在部分5的截面收缩的作用下,透镜4的自由边在平面5b上滑动(如图4D)。透镜4的中间部分一直紧贴凸面5a,因此在推动时保持着稳定。
一旦穿过注射器体1的圆锥部分5,股10a和10b就接合在一起,构成一圆柱体,该圆柱体实际上占据着注射器体1端部6的整个截面(如图5E)。透镜4则绕自身卷曲,同样占据着整个这个截面(图4E)。当透镜到达出口点时,外科医生把端部7插进切口,使斜面向下。然后继续推动活塞2,逐渐把透镜注射到病人眼睛内,嵌到晶状体囊中。透镜靠其弹性展开,恢复其原有形状。
推动结束时,所述三股稍微超出注射器体1端部一点,这样透镜就能完全释放出来。
图6A至6E所示的实施例与上面描述的类似,只是这点不同:中央股10a总贴在注射器体的凸面3a和5a上。
在与上述实施例类似的图7A至7E所示的实施例里,股10a和股10b之间的分隔面和注射器体的平面并不垂直,而是倾斜的。
在图8A至8E所示的实施例里,中间股10a呈楔形。侧股10b在圆锥部分5内相互靠近,在楔形作用下,把中间股10a朝凸面5a的方向推开,以配合透镜的运动。
当然,本发明并不局限于以上所描述和描绘的实施例,相反,包括其各种变型。
Claims (8)
1.眼内透镜注射装置,包括有一内装活塞(2)的注射器体(1),该组件可单手操作,其特征在于,注射器体(1)是整体式部件,它包括有一可容纳未变形透镜(4)的圆柱部分(3)、一注射头(6)及一中间圆锥部分(5),它既没有开口又没有附属系统(如套筒、阀门、活门、可拆卸套管嘴……)来装载所述透镜。
2.根据权利要求1所述的装置,其特征在于,注射器体(1)有一实际上为平面的内纵向面,圆柱部分(3)和中间圆锥部分(5)的截面近似半圆形。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的装置,其特征在于,活塞推出端包括有若干股(10a-10b),以硬塑料制成,当活塞移动时,它们能靠挠性彼此靠近,形成实际上占据注射器体(1)整个截面的一圆柱体,同时推动透镜。
4.根据权利要求3所述的装置,其特征在于,所述中间股(10a)一直紧贴在注射器体的内凸壁上,以降低夹住透镜的危险。
5.根据权利要求3所述的装置,其特征在于,中间股(10a)呈楔形,在侧股(10b)相互靠近的作用下,朝注射器体的凸壁方向被推开。
6.根据权利要求3至5之一所述的装置,其特征在于,唯一的股或中间股(10a)延伸出一个铲形片(10c),用来在推动空间中将透镜挡在注射器体的凸面一侧。
7.根据权利要求1至6之一所述的装置,其特征在于,在导头(9)处用了密封垫,还使用了阻塞端部(7)的塞子,以能够直接使透镜处于液体的浸泡中。
8.根据权利要求7所述的装置,其特征在于使用耐热材料,以能对组件(装置加透镜)在高压灭菌器内进行消毒。
