相关技术

在制作高尔夫球杆头中使用多种材料的一个例子是把一种高密度材料装到低密度材料高尔夫球杆头上。如Helmstetter等人的美国专利No.5,776,010所示,用摩擦配合、紧固件或螺丝之类机械手段把方形或异形高密度材料装到高尔夫球杆头中一对应凹座中。尽管能提高性能,但必须对方形高密度材料和对应凹座进行公差精确的机加工,从而生产成本提高。

本发明概述

    本发明最佳实施方式

15、按权利要求13所述的方法,其特征在于,第一镇重材料(54)朝向下列之一:高尔夫球杆头(12)的尖头部(18);高尔夫球杆头(12)的跟部(14);或同时朝向跟部(14)和尖头部(18),以使第一材料(54)均匀分布在整个空腔(28)中。
