Abstract
本发明涉及用于操纵自行车变速器的、最好设置在车把手柄处的、通过夹紧卡圈固定的转动手柄档位开关。档位开关部件如手柄端部部件、手柄转动部件、卷绕环和档位开关壳体围绕中央支承管设置并形成一个整套的手柄单元。支承管张紧地与车把配合并在一端通过重叠注塑连接与手柄端部部件刚性联接,而在另一端通过定位连接固定在档位开关壳体上。夹紧卡圈防止定位连接在装配位置松开。这种档位开关结构的优点在于,能够将完全预装配的转动手柄档位开关推到车把管上并紧接着固定。此外使手柄端部部件可靠地占据在车把管相对于档位开关壳体的预定位置上,使其不会由于作用力而离开这个位置。
Description
本发明涉及如权利要求1前序部分所述的整体式转动手柄档位开关,用于自行车变速器如多档轮毂或链轮的换档。
用于控制自行车变速器的转动手柄档位开关一般要求以预装配状态装配到自行车上,在此将它们推到车把管上。接着将转动手柄档位开关校准并固定在车把上,这一点经常通过夹紧装置实现。
多个档位开关部件相互装配在预装配的转动手柄档位开关上,通常使用定位连接,定位连接在装配在车把管上以后不能再松开。
但是在装卸预装配的转动手柄档位开关时可能会发生,使可拆卸的定位连接再分开,由此拆卸部件的预装配,增加了装配费用。
出于这个原因更可靠地实现定位连接是有利的。与此相应地提出了本发明的任务,提高在预装配单元中部件固定的可靠性。这个任务通过夹紧卡圈而解决。除了将档位开关固定在车把管上的任务以外夹紧卡圈还防止定位连接的可能的松开。
此外在主要由塑料制成的档位开关壳体处存在空间问题。定位装置位于壳体处,以在预装配状态中固定档位开关部件。此外必须将档位开关夹紧在车把管上。塑料材料本身不具备为此所必需的强度,或者说材料的蠕变过程给档位开关持久可靠地固定在车把管上带来困难。设置在壳体里面的夹紧卡圈解决了这一问题,但将档位开关其它部件与壳体定位连接与档位开关夹紧在车把上严格地区分开来则需要更大的空间。
按照本发明这个问题通过两个功能的组合和有关功能部件之间的直接交互作用而解决。
按照本发明建议,在支承管上设置径向弹性舌簧,舌簧在一端构成定位面,以便与档位开关壳体上的相接面形成抗扭转以及不可移动的形状连接式联接。通过这个弹性舌簧手柄转动部件和卷绕环以及带有换档机构的档位开关壳体可以预装配地串在支承管上。通过支承管与档位开关壳体之间的卡合连接,这种装配将可靠地防止非有意地肢解。由此明显地减少为最终装配在车把上所要提供和要装配的转动手柄部件的数量。通过设置在档位开关壳体内径里的夹紧卡圈和相应螺钉,整套转动手柄档位开关是一个装配完毕的整体。当螺钉拉紧夹紧卡圈时,就可以保证转动手柄档位开关包括手柄端部部件在内的可靠配合。在去除夹紧卡圈以后支承管以及带有卷绕环的手柄转动部件才能够被拆卸或者解除与档位开关壳体的联接。为了保证在车把上的无缝隙配合,支承管和手柄端部部件的内径被相应确定尺寸较紧或紧公差配合。为了消除误差敏感性也可以有针对性地使内部区域变形。可以使支承管的内表面在局部、最好轴向靠近弹性舌簧处不是圆形而是椭圆形或多边形,以便在与圆形车把截面配合时实现无缝隙配合。当这个支承管内部区域由基本上在轴向上延伸并在装配时变形然后固定的窄长凸起构成时,能够达到同一效果。另外建议在支承管的手柄端部部件覆盖处设有裂口,由此在装配手柄端部部件时使材料突进支承管内径中,使得在与车把最终装配时产生相应地变形和夹紧。
支承管在手柄端部部件方向上延长。手柄端部部件借助化学重叠注塑连接(Overmolding-Verbindung)固定在支承管上。与所描述的技术现状相反,支承管不是抗扭转地与弹性的手柄转动部件和卷绕环联接,而是仅仅用于支承这些部件并与固定的中间环构成手柄转动部件所必需的轴向止挡,手柄转动部件抗扭转地与卷绕环联接。
下面根据图示实施例继续解释本发明特征:
图1画出了带有围绕支承管设置的手柄和档位开关部件的整套转动手柄档位开关的纵向截面图,
图2画出了带有固定中间环的支承管透视图和带有定位面的弹性舌簧,
图3画出了带有容纳弹性舌簧定位面的相接面的档位开关壳体透视图,
图4画出了预装配前档位开关部件的分解图。
在图1中画出了整套转动手柄档位开关的纵向截面图。档位开关部件基本上围绕支承管1设置。支承管1的内径这样确定,即保证在车把上的无缝隙配合。由弹性材料制成的手柄端部部件2与由硬塑料制成的支承管1最好通过重叠注塑连接3刚性连接。抗扭转的手柄端部部件2突出于支承管1的部分具有小于支承管1的内径,以使其无缝隙地或带有应力地配合在车把端部。为了人体工效学上的改善,手柄端部部件2的外形具有稍稍鼓形的外轮廓。
中间环4固定在支承管1上或者说与支承管整体地制造。这个中间环4用来作为手柄端部部件2和手柄转动部件5的轴向止挡并减少否则会出现在两个手柄部件之间的轴向摩擦。
在支承管1上设置两个带有定位面7的径向弹性舌簧6。弹性舌簧6和定位面7可以向内部偏移并与档位开关壳体8里的相应相接面构成卡合连接10。手柄转动部件5和卷绕环11在预装配时可以通过舌簧6串起来并由此可靠地防止所不期望的脱离。如果定位面7扣进壳体8里面的话。夹紧卡圈12在弹性舌簧内部轴向装进壳体里面。这样在最终装配在车把上以后并在螺钉(这里未画出)拧紧夹紧卡圈12以后转动手柄档位开关被可靠地防止转动或移动。档位开关壳体8和手柄转动部件5与卷绕环11的拆卸只有在去除夹紧卡圈12以后才有可能实现。朝向档位开关壳体8的手柄转动部件5的边缘9突进档位开关壳体8并还可能形成由迷宫式密封构成的相应密封。手柄转动部件5的长度和内径这样来确定,使得能够在支承管1上建立起灵活地转动。卷绕环11抗扭转地与手柄转动部件5连接或者与手柄转动部件5构成一个整体的结构部件。手柄转动部件5的外形在手握部位是鼓形的或者具有适配于人手的人机工程学手柄轮廓。
图2画出了带有整体中间环4的支承管1透视图。为了防止应力集中,向径向弹性的舌簧6的过渡做成倒圆。弹性舌簧6在其端部具有定位面7。在拉紧方向上支承管1通过定位面7固定在档位开关壳体8里面。在推进方向上支承管1通过端面13支承在档位开关壳体8上。
图3画出了带有止挡14的档位开关壳体8透视图,止挡用于支承支承管1上的端面13。弹性舌簧6上的定位面7由相接面15固定。由此防止支承管在装配状态中转动或拉出并且在夹紧卡圈12固定以后保证可靠地固定在车把上。
图4画出了档位开关部件装配前的分解图。手柄端部部件2已经与支承管1刚性地联接。带有定位面7的弹性舌簧6被挤压,直至其通过手柄转动部件5和卷绕环11的内径并扣进壳体8上相接面15的缺口里面,壳体包括其它的换档机构。在将夹紧卡圈12装进档位开关壳体8里面并旋紧这里没有画出的螺钉以后转动手柄档位开关的预装配结束,因此它能够一体地装配在车把上。档位开关拉线可以在预装配期间直接挂在卷绕环11上或者以后通过档位开关壳体8上的窗口挂在卷绕环上。预装配的转动手柄档位开关构成一个紧凑的结构部件并且在去除夹紧卡圈12且挤压弹性舌簧6以后才能被拆卸。
Claims (14)
1.用于操纵自行车变速器的整体式转动手柄档位开关带有一个档位开关壳体、一个用于操纵绳索拉力的卷绕环(11)和一个旋转式待操作的手柄转动部件(5)、以及一个相对车把管固定的手柄端部部件(2)、一个中央支承管(1),支承管与档位开关壳体(8)不仅轴向不可移动而且抗扭转地联接,其特征为,手柄端部部件(2)直接或间接地与档位开关壳体(8)轴向不可移动地联接。
2.如权利要求1的整体式转动手柄档位开关,其特征为,手柄端部部件(2)轴向不可移动并抗扭转地与支承管(1)联接。
3.如权利要求1和2的整体式转动手柄档位开关,其特征为,支承管(1)和档位开关壳体(8)相互间可拆卸地联接。
4.如权利要求1至3的整体式转动手柄档位开关,其特征为,由弹性材料,最好是通过重叠注塑工艺制造的手柄端部部件(2)是支承管(1)的固定组成部分并因此可靠地防止相对于支承管(1)的轴向移动和转动。
5.如权利要求1至4的整体式转动手柄档位开关,其特征为,在支承管(1)与手柄端部部件(2)之间设置卡合连接(10),该连接在将转动手柄档位开关装配在车把上以后不能再被拆开。
6.如权利要求1至5的整体式转动手柄档位开关,其特征为,手柄端部部件(2)轴向突进支承管(1)。
7.如权利要求1至6的整体式转动手柄档位开关,其特征为,突出于支承管(1)的手柄端部部件的内径尺寸这样地严紧或者具有可变形的凸起,以便保证在车把上的无缝隙配合。
8.如权利要求1至7的整体式转动手柄档位开关,其特征为,在支承管上的手柄端部部件处设有裂口,手柄端部部件的弹性材料通过这个裂口突进内部,以便通过弹性材料的变形抵消或防止支承管在车把上的可能缝隙。
9.如权利要求1至8的整体式转动手柄档位开关,其特征为,手柄端部部件(2)轴向突进支承管处的部位只具有轴向的或圆周的部位,该部位在将转动手柄装配到支承管上时与支承管接触。
10.如权利要求1至9的整体式转动手柄档位开关,其特征为,借助于支承管与档位开关壳体之间的形状连接,联接档位开关部件如手柄转动部件(5)、卷绕环(11)和档位开关壳体(8)与其它的档位开关部件以组装成一个功能性单元。
11.如权利要求1至10的整体式转动手柄档位开关,其特征为,在支承管(1)上手柄端部部件(2)前面配备一个或多个与支承管(1)松散或固定联接的中间环(4),这些环在一侧用来作为灵活手柄转动部件(5)的轴向止挡并明显减少手柄端部部件(2)与手柄转动部件(5)之间的摩擦。
12.如权利要求1至11的整体式转动手柄档位开关,其特征为,手柄转动部件(5)驱动卷绕环(11)而卷绕环轴向卷绕档位开关壳体上的卷绕带,其中手柄转动部件(5)的轴向缝隙通过支承管(1)的长度来确定或者说由中间环(4)与支承管(1)上的定位面(7)之间的长度来确定。
13.如权利要求1至12的整体式转动手柄档位开关,其特征为,手柄端部部件(2)和/或手柄转动部件(5)由形状和色彩持久的弹性材料制成并且具有或者圆形的或者适配于手形的轮廓。
14.手柄转动部件(5)和卷绕环(11)相互间抗扭转地组合联接或者构成一个整体的结构部件。
