Abstract
本发明涉及用于操纵自行车变速器的、最好设置在车把手柄处的、通过夹紧卡圈固定的转动手柄档位开关。档位开关部件如手柄端部部件、手柄转动部件、卷绕环和档位开关壳体围绕中央支承管设置并形成一个整套的手柄单元。夹紧卡圈防止定位连接在装配状态松开。这种档位开关结构的优点在于提高可靠性以防止不期望的定位连接松开。以预装配状态拼装在一起的部件可靠地串在支承管上。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及所述的整体式转动手柄档位开关,用于自行车变速器如多档轮毂或链轮的换档。
背景技术
通过EP 0700827,一种用于控制自行车传动装置的转动手柄档位开关为公众所知。这种转动手柄档位开关由带有换档机构的档位开关壳体、用于固定在车把上的夹紧装置、与弹性手柄转动部件的支承管相连接的可转动卷绕环和抗扭转地配合在车把上并同样弹性的手柄端部部件所组成。独立的手柄端部部件通常为弹性管件,其摩擦连接地装在车把上并且基本上将手臂支承力传递到车把而不妨碍有意的换档过程。为了减少摩擦可以在可转动的手柄转动部件与静止的弹性管件之间再设置一个塑料中间环。转动手柄功能单元和独立的手柄端部部件以及中间环在最终装配时附以相应的拼装和校正费用地分别插在车把上并固定。
因为手柄端部部件仅仅通过摩擦与车把连接,因而存在在紧急状况下手包括手柄端部部件一起从车把上滑脱下来的危险。
发明内容
因此本发明的任务在于,提供带有手柄端部部件整体式固定的转动手柄档位开关,该档位开关可以作为功能单元提供及装配。
另一个任务在于,通过防止手柄端部部件发生所不期望的移动以至于可能从车把上滑落下来而提高使用中的可靠性。
本发明提供了一种用于操纵自行车变速器的整体式转动手柄档位开关,其带有一个档位开关壳体、一个用于将档位开关壳体最好固定在车把上的夹紧卡圈、一个用于操纵绳索拉力的卷绕环和一个旋转式待操作的手柄转动部件、一个中央支承管,其特征为,支承管上设置有定位面,该定位面具有径向突起,在变速器的组装状态下定位面扣进位于档位开关壳体上的相接面,夹紧卡圈设置成靠近定位面,定位面与相接面径向相对,支承管通过可拆卸的连接与档位开关壳体轴向不可移动并抗扭转地连接,而且这一连接通过夹紧卡圈的装配这样来卡紧,使得不去除夹紧卡圈就不能松开这一连接。
优选地,手柄转动部件驱动卷绕环而这个卷绕环轴向卷绕档位开关壳体上的卷带,其中手柄转动部件的轴向缝隙通过支承管的长度来确定或者说由中间环与支承管上的定位面之间的长度来确定
按照本发明建议,在支承管上设置径向弹性舌簧,舌簧在一端构成定位面,以便与档位开关壳体上的相接面形成抗扭转以及不可移动的形状连接式连接。通过这个弹性舌簧手柄转动部件和卷绕环以及带有换档机构的档位开关壳体可以预装配地串在支承管上。通过支承管与档位开关壳体之间的卡合连接,这种装配将可靠地防止非有意地肢解。由此明显地减少为最终装配在车把上所要提供和要装配的手柄转动部件的数量。通过设置在档位开关壳体内径里的夹紧卡圈和相应螺钉,整套转动手柄档位开关是一个装配完毕的整体。当螺钉拉紧夹紧卡圈时,就可以保证转动手柄档位开关包括手柄端部部件在内的可靠配合。在去除夹紧卡圈以后支承管以及带有卷绕环的手柄转动部件才能够被拆卸或者解除与档位开关壳体的连接。为了保证在车把上的无缝隙配合,支承管和手柄端部部件的内径被相应确定尺寸较紧或紧公差配合。为了消除误差敏感性也可以有针对性地使内部区域变形。可以使支承管的内表面在局部、最好轴向靠近弹性舌簧处不是圆形而是椭圆形或多边形,以便在与圆形车把截面配合时实现无缝隙配合。当这个支承管内部区域由基本上在轴向上延伸并在装配时变形然后固定的窄长凸起构成时,能够达到同一效果。另外建议在支承管的手柄端部部件覆盖处设有裂口,由此在装配手柄端部部件时使材料突进支承管内径中,使得在与车把最终装配时产生相应地变形和夹紧。
支承管在手柄端部部件方向上延长。手柄端部部件借助化学重叠注塑连接(Overmolding-Verbindung)固定在支承管上。与所描述的技术现状相反,支承管不是抗扭转地与弹性的手柄转动部件和卷绕环连接,而是仅仅用于支承这些部件并与固定的中间环构成手柄转动部件所必需的轴向止挡,手柄转动部件抗扭转地与卷绕环连接。

具体实施方式
在图1中画出了整套转动手柄档位开关的纵向截面图。档位开关部件基本上围绕支承管1设置。支承管1的内径这样确定,即保证在车把上的无缝隙配合。由弹性材料制成的手柄端部部件2与由硬塑料制成的支承管1最好通过重叠注塑连接3刚性连接。抗扭转的手柄端部部件2突出于支承管1的部分具有小于支承管1的内径,以使其无缝隙地或带有应力地配合在车把端部。为了人体工效学上的改善,手柄端部部件2的外形具有稍稍鼓形的外轮廓。
中间环4固定在支承管1上或者说与支承管整体地制造。这个中间环4用来作为手柄端部部件2和手柄转动部件5的轴向止挡并减少否则会出现在两个手柄部件之间的轴向摩擦。
在支承管1上设置两个带有定位面7的径向弹性舌簧6。弹性舌簧6和定位面7可以向内部偏移并与档位开关壳体8里的相应相接面构成卡合连接10。手柄转动部件5和卷绕环11在预装配时可以通过舌簧6串起来并由此可靠地防止所不期望的脱离。如果定位面7扣进壳体8里面的话。夹紧卡圈12在弹性舌簧内部轴向装进壳体里面。这样在最终装配在车把上以后并在螺钉(这里未画出)拧紧夹紧卡圈12以后转动手柄档位开关被可靠地防止转动或移动。档位开关壳体8和手柄转动部件5与卷绕环11的拆卸只有在去除夹紧卡圈12以后才有可能实现。朝向档位开关壳体8的手柄转动部件5的边缘9突进档位开关壳体8并还可能形成由迷宫式密封构成的相应密封。手柄转动部件5的长度和内径这样来确定,使得能够在支承管1上建立起灵活地转动。卷绕环11抗扭转地与手柄转动部件5连接或者与手柄转动部件5构成一个整体的结构部件。手柄转动部件5的外形在手握部位是鼓形的或者具有适配于人手的人机工程学手柄轮廓。
图2画出了带有整体中间环4的支承管1透视图。为了防止应力集中,向径向弹性的舌簧6的过渡做成倒圆。弹性舌簧6在其端部具有定位面7。在拉紧方向上支承管1通过定位面7固定在档位开关壳体8里面。在推进方向上支承管1通过端面13支承在档位开关壳体8上。
图3画出了带有止挡14的档位开关壳体8透视图,止挡用于支承支承管1上的端面13。弹性舌簧6上的定位面7由相接面15固定,由此防止支承管在装配状态中转动或拉出并且在夹紧卡圈12固定以后保证可靠地固定在车把上。
图4画出了档位开关部件装配前的分解图。手柄端部部件2已经与支承管1刚性地连接。带有定位面7的弹性舌簧6被挤压,直至其通过手柄转动部件5和卷绕环11的内径并扣进壳体8上相接面15的缺口里面,壳体包括其它的换档机构。在将夹紧卡圈12装进档位开关壳体8里面并旋紧这里没有画出的螺钉以后转动手柄档位开关的预装配结束,因此它能够一体地装配在车把上。档位开关拉线可以在预装配期间直接挂在卷绕环11上或者以后通过档位开关壳体8上的窗口挂在卷绕环上。预装配的转动手柄档位开关构成一个紧凑的结构部件并且在去除夹紧卡圈12且挤压弹性舌簧6以后才能被拆卸。
Claims (10)
1.用于操纵自行车变速器的整体式转动手柄档位开关带有一个档位开关壳体(8)、一个用于将档位开关壳体(8)固定在车把上的夹紧卡圈(12)、一个用于操纵绳索拉力的卷绕环(11)和一个旋转式待操作的手柄转动部件(5)、一个中央支承管,其特征为,支承管上设置有定位面(7),该定位面具有径向突起,在变速器的组装状态下定位面扣进位于档位开关壳体(8)上的相接面(15),夹紧卡圈(12)设置成靠近定位面(7),定位面与相接面(15)径向相对,支承管(1)通过可拆卸的连接与档位开关壳体(8)轴向不可移动并抗扭转地连接,而且这一连接通过夹紧卡圈(12)的装配这样来卡紧,使得不去除夹紧卡圈就不能松开这一连接。
2.如权利要求1的整体式转动手柄档位开关,其特征为,支承管(1)上弹性舌簧(6)的可拆卸连接的形状连接部件由固定面(7)和档位开关壳体(8)上相应的相接面(15)构成。
3.如权利要求2的整体式转动手柄档位开关,其特征为,形状连接式连接在将夹紧卡圈(12)插入档位开关壳体(8)以后不能被松开,因为夹紧卡圈(12)在径向上位于弹性舌簧(6)内部并且使舌簧不再能够向内部偏移。
4.如权利要求1至3中任一项的整体式转动手柄档位开关,其特征为,当支承管(1)插进档位开关壳体(8)里面时弹性舌簧(6)由于其自身应力而径向弹开,其中定位面扣进相接面。
5.如权利要求1至3中任一项的整体式转动手柄档位开关,其特征为,当夹紧卡圈(12)插入档位开关壳体(8)、支承管(1)时弹性舌簧(6)在径向上变形,其中定位面(7)压进相接面(15)中。
6.如权利要求1至3中任一项的整体式转动手柄档位开关,其特征为,支承管(1)的弹性舌簧(6)承受沿着拉力方向的轴向力,而弹性舌簧上的定位面由相接面(15)固定,并由此承受轴向压力和旋转产生的力并防止相对移动。
7.如权利要求2或3的整体式转动手柄档位开关,其特征为,借助于支承管(1)与档位开关壳体(8)形状连接式连接,手柄转动部件(5)、卷绕环(11)和档位开关壳体(8)与其它的档位开关部件组装成一个单元。
8.如权利要求1至3中任一项的整体式转动手柄档位开关,其特征为,在手柄端部部件(2)前面的支承管(1)上配备一个或多个与支承管(1)不固定或固定连接的中间环(4),中间环在一侧作为灵活的手柄转动部件(5)的轴向止挡并且明显减小手柄端部部件(2)与手柄转动部件(5)之间的摩擦。
9.如权利要求1至3中任一项的整体式转动手柄档位开关,其特征为,手柄转动部件(5)驱动卷绕环(11)而这个卷绕环轴向卷绕档位开关壳体(8)上的卷带,其中手柄转动部件(5)的轴向缝隙通过支承管(1)的长度来确定或者说由中间环(4)与支承管(1)上的定位面之间的长度来确定。
10.如权利要求1至3中任一项的整体式转动手柄档位开关,其特征为,手柄转动部件(5)和卷绕环(11)构成一个整体的单元。
