Abstract

一种感光印刷版和光刻胶用的合成树脂,该合成树脂基本由酚类和丙酮,以及甲醛共聚制成,且使该合成树脂中的连苯三酚、丙酮、间甲基苯酚、甲醛之间的摩尔比为:1∶2.5~3.5∶0.25~0.5∶0.25~0.5。该合成树脂具有很好耐磨性和耐碱性,亲墨性,以及感光度和分辨率,同时,其制备方法也相对简单,几乎不增加多少成本。

感光印刷版和光刻胶用的合成树脂
技术领域:
本发明涉及一种预涂感光印刷版的感光液或印刷胶或制集成电路板用的光刻胶所使用的合成树脂。
现有技术:
传统的印刷胶或光刻胶采用215磺酰氯和合成树脂及多种添加剂构成,将这种胶涂覆在PS(感光印刷版)版或集成电路板上,通过光照使其发生化学变化,并使未曝光部分形成图纹。
现有的上述光刻胶或印刷胶中所用的合成树脂通常采用的是间甲酚与甲醛缩合构成,如A knop and l.A pilato著的《phenolic resin》第三章springrr verlag N.Y 1985年提出的用于光刻胶或印刷胶的合成树脂,该种合成树脂的结构式为:
该种合成树脂是酚醛树脂,将该树脂用于光刻胶或印刷胶中,使该胶能具有良好耐磨性和耐碱性,但该种胶的感光度和分辨率相对较差。
此外,日特开昭61-266423和US3635709均公告了一种用于制备印刷胶或光刻胶的合成树脂,该合成树脂是由连苯三酚和丙酮缩合而成,其结构式为:
用该种合成树脂制备印刷胶或光刻胶时,能使该种胶具有相当好的感光度和分辨率,以及亲墨性,但其耐磨性和耐碱性均很差。
发明内容:
本发明的任务是提供一种感光印刷版和光刻胶用的合成树脂,用该合成树脂制备的印刷胶或光刻胶具有非常好的感光度和分辨率,同时还具有很好耐磨和耐碱性,及亲墨性。
本发明所提出的感光印刷版和光刻胶用的合成树脂基本由酚类和丙酮,以及甲醛共聚制成。
所述酚类聚合物优选连苯三酚和/或间甲基苯酚。
所述的合成树脂是一种由下列化学式表示的聚合物:
式中n表示整数。
所述合成树脂中,连苯三酚,丙酮,间甲基苯酚,甲醛之间的摩尔比为:1∶2.5~3.5∶0.25~0.5∶0.25~0.5。
本发明所提出的感光印刷版和光刻胶用的合成树脂,是由酚醛树脂和连苯三酚和丙酮共聚物聚合而成,所以,用其制备胶的耐磨性和耐碱性,亲墨性,以及感光度和分辨率都非常理想,同时,其制备方法也相对简单,几乎不增加多少成本。
具体实施方式:
实施例:在三口烧瓶中加入连苯三酚126g,间甲酚23.2g,丙酮174g,搅拌使其溶解,通入氮气进行保护,滴加32g 37%的甲醛溶液,加热回流下反应2个小时,加入3g三氯氧磷继续反应6小时,然后降至室温,倒入冷水中,并洗涤过滤至PH6-7,然后在40℃下真空干燥。经GPC测得产品重量平均分子量为1500。

1.一种感光印刷版和光刻胶用的合成树脂,该合成树脂基本由连苯三酚、间甲基苯酚和丙酮,以及甲醛共聚制成,其合成树脂由下列化学式表示的聚合物:
式中n表示整数,其特征在于:所述合成树脂中的连苯三酚、丙酮、间甲基苯酚、甲醛之间的摩尔比为:1∶2.5~3.5∶0.25~0.5∶0.25~0.5。
