Abstract

一种超声波封合装置,能够设置在罐装包装机的横封合装置的封合颚板上,进行适当长度的横封合操作或细长的均一热封合操作,被制成小尺寸并能输出大功率。该超声波封合装置包括一个备有封合包装材料用的细长的封合面(15)的喇叭形辐射体(11),一组竖立在喇叭形辐射体(11)上的变换器(12),以及与变换器(12)并排设置的一个或不少于两个固定具(13)。固定具(13)中超声波封合装置(10)与封合颚板相互固定的位置设置在离封合面远的一方的节平面(26)上,喇叭形辐射体(11)设有把超声波封合装置固定于封合颚板用的安装法兰,该安装法兰可以设置在离封合面近的一方的节平面上。

超声波封合装置
技术领域
本发明涉及作为备有封合包装材料,特别是罐装液体饮料等内装物的管状包装材料的细长封合面的超声波封合装置,有至少一个喇叭形辐射体和多个变换器的超声波封合装置,或者包括该超声波封合装置的横封合装置。
背景技术
现有技术中,作为杀菌并使用果汁等所罐装的长方体形的包装容器用的包装材料带的包装机,图1中所示的罐装包装机是公知的(日本专利申请特公平1-23368号公报)。此一罐装包装机总体的概要,包括卷状地支承包装材料带1的重卷机2,从重卷机2依次对卷回的板状包装材料带进行杀菌的杀菌装置3,把经过杀菌的包装材料的纵长方向两端封合而形成管状包装材料带的纵封合装置4,把流动性内装物罐装到成形为管状的带内的给液管5,一边把罐装了内装物的管按大体上相当于一个容器的长度送到下方,一边沿与管状包装材料带的纵长方向垂直的方向封合,并且连续地形成矩形断面的枕状容器6的横封合装置7,以及把枕状容器6的端部弯折,形成作为最终形态的长方体形容器的容器整形装置8。而且上述横封合装置7由封合装置和固定该封合装置的封合颚板和驱动该封合颚板的驱动机构来构成。
此外,作为超声波封合装置,以下的现有技术是公知的。
日本专利申请特开平7-2231号公报中,记载着一种超声波封合装置,制成包括连接于交流电流供给源的,有压电陶瓷板的压电驱动单元或者磁致伸缩驱动单元,以及有细长的封合面的喇叭形辐射体的超声波封合装置,其特征在于该装置还包括与喇叭形辐射体一起形成半波长的一个或一个以上的反作用体。
日本专利申请特公昭62-22784号公报中,记载着一种容器筒部的超声波融合装置,其中安装了当用超声波侧封合层压了塑料薄膜的厚纸制的容器的筒部时,在超声波融合用喇叭形辐射体的前述侧封合部大体上长方形接触面的中心线上设置纵槽,此一纵槽的两侧的表面向中心有微差地阶梯地设有级差的喇叭形辐射体。
日本专利申请特开平2-72024号公报中,记载着一种液体纸容器的密封方法,是把一张纸片的端部彼此粘贴而形成的筒形筒部的上下开口端封住而成的在纸的表面上有热塑性树脂层的容器的封住前述开口端的方法,其特征在于通过预先同时打开前述开口端的整个预定封合部位来加热,接着加压进行预封合,接着进行超声波封合。
日本专利申请实开昭63-147408号公报中,记载着一种液体容器的超声波封合装置,用来在由喇叭形辐射体与砧骨构成的筒部的大体上中央处封住有重合粘合部的方筒形液体容器的上下端的开口部,其特征在于其中在前述喇叭形辐射体的被封合部接触面的大体上中央处设置带形凸部,在砧骨的被封合部接触面的大体上中央处设置与前述凸部垂直的凹槽而成,该凹槽的底部制成两级结构并把该级差部分和两端部分制成斜形,而且在底部中央的端部设置向侧方伸出的锐角形突出倾斜面。
日本专利申请特表昭62-501543号公报中,记载着一种超声波喇叭形辐射体装置,用于钵盆中的试剂药片的溶解,其特征在于包括:作为具有前端面和后端面的总体制成长方形的喇叭形辐射体主体,根据加在前述后端面上的振动使声波作用于在前述前端面附近移动的前述钵盆的内装物,从前述前端面几乎垂直地送出的喇叭形辐射体主体;在前述喇叭形辐射体主体的前述后端面上固定于其宽度方向中央部,根据给定的电能把前述振动施加到前述喇叭形辐射体主体的变换器机构;以及作为分别具有等于从前述喇叭形辐射体送出的声波的半波长的音响长度的一对共振机构,分别固定于前述后端面宽度方向两端区域,从前述后端面垂直延伸,使得从前述前端面几乎垂直地送出的声波的振幅沿着前述前端面的宽度方向几乎是均一的一对共振机构,把几乎均一声波施加到在离前述前端面规定距离处沿着前述前端面的宽度方向移动的前述钵盆的内装物。
日本专利申请特开平7-33121号公报中,记载着一种包装容器的封合装置,其中设有支承在表面上形成密封剂层的包装容器用的包装材料的砧骨,以及把前述包装材料推靠在砧骨上加压,并把超声波振动传递到包装材料的喇叭形辐射体,在从前述喇叭形辐射体的前端到前述包装材料的边缘部之间配置超声波振动吸收机构,以便该喇叭形辐射体把超声波振动传递到包装材料,能够把密封剂层彼此融合,能够防止前述包装材料的边缘部侧被激振,能够防止从边缘部露出的纸基材的端面发生灰尘。
日本专利申请特开昭56-92046号公报中,记载着一种容器筒部的超声波融合装置,其中设有在进行塑料薄膜层压的纸容器等的侧封合时,超声波封合机的喇叭形辐射体的向封合部的封合面的一侧边缘上设置级差而且在相当于封合部的上端附近的部分消除该级差的形状的喇叭形辐射体。
日本专利申请特开平6-15741号公报中,记载着一种制造热塑性材料的包装容器用的超声波封住装置,其中用磁致伸缩材料制成的巨大磁致伸缩粉末复合体(GMPC)构成,卷绕着发生磁场的线圈的振动主体固定于封住颚板,具有从对颚板的固定点逐渐减小的断面积,端部的自由面成为宽度窄的表面。
美国专利第5730351号说明书中,记载着一种装置,是用来对被加工物进行超声波处理的装置,包括:有与被加工物接触的第1表面和第2表面的喇叭形辐射体(ソノトロ-ド);作为前述喇叭形辐射体的驱动装置,第1和第2超声波振动装置;以及分别把前述第1和第2超声波振动装置连接到前述喇叭形辐射体的第2表面的留出间隔地配置的第1和第2连接机构的驱动装置。
日本专利申请特开平10-128237号公报中,记载着一种超声波装置,制成把超声波频率范围的振动能量向加工片供给的超声波装置,包括:设定成以超声波频率范围的频率机械共振的大小的喇叭形辐射体,连接到前述喇叭形辐射体使前述喇叭形辐射体以前述规定的频率共振的多个压电变换器,连接到前述变换器把前述规定的频率的电能供给到前述变换器给前述变换器并列地加载的电源,以及连接到前述电源与各变换器之间的电路使流到前述变换器的电流平衡的机构。
发明的公开
作为果汁等液体罐装密封的立方体形一次性包装容器,虽然目前主要用把纸、铝箔、热塑性塑料制成层压体的包装材料,但是如果容器被废弃,则这种包含铝箔的层压体组成的包装材料其再生处理困难,可以认为利用不包含铝箔的热塑性塑料的层压体组成的包装材料的包装容器今后将成为主流。但是,对于不包含铝箔的热塑性塑料的层压体组成的包装材料的热封合,包含铝箔的包装材料中所用的利用高频线圈的热封合装置不能使用,有必要用例如超声波封合装置等其他热封合装置。
超声波封合装置通常由变换器、放大器和喇叭形辐射体来构成。靠变换器把电气振荡变换成机械振动,为了把装置机械地固定并放大振幅而用放大器,靠喇叭形辐射体进一步进行振幅的放大,形成想要的封合表面。可是这种历来通用的公知性能的超声波封合装置如果提高热封合能力,则装置所占据的空间加大,存在着无法配置于前述罐装包装机的横封合装置中的封合颚板上等缺点,从实用上来说,需要能够大幅度地减小占据空间,能够输出强大的功率,而且能够运用于横封合装置的超声波封合装置。
此外,在用于罐装包装机的横封合装置中的封合颚板的现有技术的超声波封合装置中,由于使用一个变换器,所以喇叭形辐射体的封合面(输出面)上的振幅振动的大小随着从变换器连接于喇叭形辐射体的中央区朝横向离开而逐渐减小,难以均一地热封合包括两端部在内的整个细长的封合部。
本发明的课题在于提供一种能够配置在罐装包装机的横封合装置中的封合颚板上的这种适当的长度的横断封合,也就是能够细长的均一的热封合的、小型而且能够输出强大的功率的超声波封合装置。
本发明者们为了解决上述课题而进行锐意研究,发现包括备有封合包装材料的细长的封合面的一个喇叭形辐射体,竖立设置在该喇叭形辐射体上的多个变换器,以及与该变换器并列设置的一个或不少于两个固定具,把固定具中的超声波封合装置与封合颚板的固定位置作为离封合面远的一方的节平面(波节面)的超声波封合装置,或者包括一个喇叭形辐射体和多个变换器,在喇叭形辐射体上设置用来把超声波封合装置固定于封合颚板的安装法兰,把成为超声波封合装置与封合颚板的固定位置的安装法兰作为离封合面近的一方的节平面的超声波封合装置,能够细长的均一的热封合,能够小型而且输出强大的功率,能够配置在罐装包装机的横封合装置中的封合颚板上,至于完成发明。
也就是说,本发明涉及一种超声波封合装置,至少包括备有封合包装材料的细长的封合面的一个喇叭形辐射体,竖立设置在该喇叭形辐射体的封合面的对峙侧,使喇叭形辐射体共振的多个变换器,其特征在于该超声波封合装置,其长度为一个波长的长度,与封合颚板的固定位置为节平面。
此外,本发明涉及上述超声波封合装置,其特征在于,超声波封合装置还包括竖立设置在喇叭形辐射体的封合面的对峙侧,把超声波封合装置固定于封合颚板的一个或不少于两个固定具,以固定具中的超声波封合装置与封合颚板的固定位置作为离封合面远的一方的节平面。
此外,本发明涉及上述超声波封合装置,其特征在于,固定具有把超声波封合装置固定于封合颚板用的附件承装面,以成为超声波封合装置与封合颚板的固定位置的附件承装面作为离封合面远的一方的节平面。
此外,本发明涉及上述超声波封合装置,其特征在于,固定具有用螺纹结合把超声波封合装置固定于封合颚板用的阴螺纹部。

本发明的超声波封合装置是至少包括备有封合包装材料的细长的封合面的一个喇叭形辐射体、以及竖立设置在该喇叭形辐射体的封合面的对峙侧、使喇叭形辐射体共振的多个变换器的超声波封合装置,其特征在于,该超声波封合装置,其长度为一个波长的长度,与封合颚板的固定位置为节平面。此外,特别是其特征在于,包括备有封合包装材料的细长的封合面的一个喇叭形辐射体,竖立设置在该喇叭形辐射体上的多个变换器,以及与该变换器并列设置的一个或不少于两个固定具,使喇叭形辐射体共振的变换器或者把超声波封合装置固定于封合颚板的固定具与喇叭形辐射体一起形成一个波长的长度,以固定具中的超声波封合装置与封合颚板的固定位置作为离封合面远的一方的节平面。而且,通常固定设置在前述罐装包装机的横封合装置中的封合颚板上,用来热封合包装材料。此外本发明的横封合装置,由本发明的超声波封合装置和该超声波封合装置所固定的封合颚板和该封合颚板的驱动机构组成。
作为本发明中的包装材料,只要是能形成容器等的板状物就可以了,除了在纸或不透性树脂的表里的至少一方上有聚乙烯之类热融合层者外,可以举出在这些中有铝箔等中间层者、有粘合剂层者等。例如果汁等罐装包装容器用的包装材料带,以纸为基材在其表里最外层表面上设置聚氯乙烯等融合层,并且根据需要设置由铝箔或不透性树脂的中间层形成的不透层或粘合剂层等而构成,带的厚度通常使用170~900μm者。此外,与内装物接触的最内层表面的材质必须用超声波能融合的。
超声波封合装置是能够把频率为20 kHz以上的电气振荡变换成机械振动,从称为喇叭形辐射体的共鸣体把超声波振动赋予热粘合部,在边界面上发生强大的摩擦热而热熔融,通过加压来进行热封合的装置。而且,振动的振幅为大约15~70μm左右,该振动每秒2~6万次而在很短时间内发热。因而,由超声波进行的封合与由高频进行的封合同样能够由内部发热来封合。
作为本发明的超声波封合装置中的喇叭形辐射体,虽然只要是传递超声波振动,把包装材料的封合层彼此融合者什么样的都可以,但是可以举出包括设置在其前端部的细长的封合面,朝着该封合面的斜面形状、指数形状、悬垂形状等弯曲形状的弯曲部,以及封合面的对峙侧的平面部者。而且在该封合面的对峙侧的平面部上竖立设置着多个变换器和一个或一个以上的固定具。此外也可以把喇叭形辐射体与固定具整体地成形,在此一整体成形体上竖立设置多个变换器。另一方面,在喇叭形辐射体或砧骨的封合面上可以沿着封合面纵长方向连续地或断续地设置其断面为圆形或矩形等的突条。
此外,作为喇叭形辐射体最好是有使不想要的振动衰减的沟槽(沿着纵长方向设置的细长沟槽)和/或窄缝(沿着厚度方向设置的贯通的细长孔)。而且,沟槽通常设置在变换器或固定具的下方,窄缝通常设置在变换器之间或者变换器与固定具之间的下方。此外在本发明中,在喇叭形辐射体上可以设置把超声波封合装置固定于固定具用的安装法兰。也可以以此一安装法兰作为超声波封合装置与封合颚板的固定位置而且作为离封合面近的一方的节平面。
作为喇叭形辐射体的材质,除了铜合金、铝或铝合金、钛或钛合金等金属或合金之外,可以举出陶瓷。而且为在频率一定的场合喇叭形辐射体的长度与该材料中的声速成比例,所以如果根据使超声波封合装置更紧凑的观点来说,则最好是用由例如纵波声速低于4000m/秒的材质组成的声速慢的喇叭形辐射体材料。作为纵波声速低于4000m/秒的材质,可以具体地举出磷青铜(3360m/秒)、铍青铜(3780m/秒)、海军黄铜(3240m/秒)等铜合金或压电陶瓷材料PZT(3000m/秒)。此外,按横封合装置的结构,或者在不要求装置的紧凑化的场合等,根据需要也可以使用铝或铝合金、钛或钛合金等轻金属或轻金属合金等纵波声速超过4000m/秒的材质。
喇叭形辐射体如上所述,由设在其前端部的封合面把包装材料推靠在砧骨上并加压,把集中于其前端部的振动能量(超声波振动)传递到包装材料的热粘合部,在边界面上发生强大的摩擦热进行热熔融,加压并相结合而把包装材料热封合。关于砧骨的结构或材质虽然未特别限定,但是作为材质可以举出例如不锈钢制的。
作为本发明的超声波封合装置制的变换器,虽然只要是能够把来自振荡器的电气振荡变换成机械振动,使前述喇叭形辐射体共振者,不问是电致伸缩式、磁致伸缩式都可以,但是电致伸缩式好一些,作为该场合下的电致伸缩式压电元件最好是用陶瓷材料。而且虽然供给电压靠这种变换器变换成机械的变形,此一变形能量作为超声波振动供给到喇叭形辐射体,但是在本发明的超声波封合装置中,为了实现优质的封合,变换器需要设置多个,最好是2~5个。
本发明中的变换器竖立设置在前述喇叭形辐射体的封合面的对峙侧。该竖立设置通过与例如喇叭形辐射体的封合面的对峙侧的平面部或固定于该平面部的固定具的平面部,或者与喇叭形辐射体整体成形的固定具的平面部的固定来进行。该固定虽然只要是喇叭形辐射体与固定具能够牢固地固定者用什么样的固定机构都可以,但是为了使本发明的超声波封合装置成为紧凑的,最好是用螺纹结合,特别是双头螺栓,因此在变换器的喇叭形辐射体一侧设置阴螺纹部。
此外,虽然各个变换器连接到交流电源,但是最好是包括控制机构,以便把来自多个变换器的振动能量均等地传递到喇叭形辐射体的封合面,在封合面得到均一而且适当强度的封合。如果未包括控制机构,则存在着振动不均一,在封合面得不到均一而且适当强度的封合的危险。作为该控制机构,可以具体地举出日本专利申请特开平10-128237号公报中作为平衡化变压装置记载者。
作为本发明的超声波封合装置中的固定具,虽然只要是能够把超声波封合装置固定于封合颚板,超声波封合装置或封合颚板的固定位置或其附近形成离封合面远的一方的节平面,在与喇叭形辐射体的封合面的对峙侧,例如对峙侧的平面部是竖立设置一个或不少于两个者什么样的都可以,但是在运用于前述罐装包装机的横封合装置的场合,对封合颚板的安装·固定必须紧凑。因而靠以下所述的用双头螺栓等的螺纹结合紧凑地安装,比在封合颚板上设置法兰,用该法兰来固定超声波封合装置要好些。另一方面固定具与喇叭形辐射体的固定也最好是通过用双头螺栓等的螺纹结合紧凑地安装。此外如前所述,也可以整体地形成固定具与喇叭形辐射体,或者通过用双头螺栓等的螺纹结合把多个竖立设置的固定具的下部相连接的成形体固定于喇叭形辐射体的上述平面部。此外作为本发明中的固定具的断面形状可以举出圆形或矩形者。
超声波封合装置对封合颚板的固定,可以在例如固定具的与喇叭形辐射体对峙侧的端部或者固定具的中央部来进行。在固定具的与喇叭形辐射体对峙侧的端部处来固定的场合,可以用把超声波封合装置固定于封合颚板用的双头螺栓附件等附件,因此可以用在固定具上有阴螺纹部者。在此一场合,设置阴螺纹部孔,以便成为固定具中的固定位置的附件承装面成为离封合面远的一方的节平面。此外,在固定具的中央部处来固定的场合,通过把设置在该中央部的凸缘与封合颚板适当地连接,把超声波封合装置固定于封合颚板。在此一场合,进行凸缘的定位以便凸缘所设置的部分成为离封合面远的一方的节平面。此外,超声波封合装置对封合颚板的固定也可以如前所述,通过在喇叭形辐射体上设置把超声波封合装置固定于封合颚板用的安装法兰来进行。在此一场合,此一安装法兰成为超声波封合装置与封合颚板的固定位置而且成为离封合面近的一方的节平面。
而且,节平面的位置可以在设计固定具或喇叭形辐射体的阶段里,通过计算机的振动分析等正确地设定。
在本发明的超声波封合装置中,因为其全长由一个波长的长度来构成,所以节平面存在着两个。在本发明的超声波封合装置中,其特征在于,以离封合面近的一方与远的一方的两个存在的节平面当中某一方的节平面作为超声波封合装置与封合颚板的固定位置。而且在以离封合面远的一方的节平面作为固定位置的场合利用离封合面近的一方的的节平面来防止以高速转动的超声波封合装置的喇叭形辐射体的振动,为了使喇叭形辐射体的封合面正确地接触包装材料的将要封合的位置,最好是在封合颚板的侧框上设置振动防止构件。
此外,超声波封合虽然在频率20 kHz~60 kHz,最好是40 kHz下,输出通常在20 kW左右来实施,但是包含变换器或固定具和喇叭形辐射体在内的装置的全长设定成相当于一个波长的长度,该场合喇叭形辐射体前端部的封合面的振幅最大,发热效率提高,封合强度加大。例如,频率为40 kHz,在使用由纵波声速3600m/秒的材质组成的声速慢的喇叭形辐射体材料的场合,一个波长的长度为9cm。在此一场合,包含变换器或固定具和喇叭形辐射体在内的装置的全长为9cm,变换器或固定具和喇叭形辐射体的长度分别为4.5cm。这样一来,超声波封合装置的全长为10cm左右者,可以作为现有的罐装包装机的横封合装置来使用。
进而,像大容器中的场合那样横断面加长,需要长封合用表面的场合,也可以把上述超声波封合装置多个连接起来延长封合面。此外,本发明的超声波封合装置可以包括为了放大振幅而使用的放大器,也可以不包括。

实施发明的最佳形态
下面,虽然根据附图来说明有关根据本发明的超声波封合装置的最佳实施例,但是本发明不限于这些附图上所记载的。
图2是本发明的超声波封合装置的概略透视图。图3是另一种形态的本发明的超声波封合装置的概略透视图。图4是本发明的超声波封合装置的另一种形态的概略主视图。图5是本发明的超声波封合装置的另一种形态的概略主视图。图6是图2中所示的本发明的超声波封合装置的概略主视图。图7是本发明的超声波封合装置中的种种形状的喇叭形辐射体的概略主视图。图8是本发明的超声波封合装置中的种种形状的喇叭形辐射体的概略侧视图。图9是另一种形态的本发明的超声波封合装置的概略透视图。此外,在图2~图9中,10表示超声波封合装置,11表示喇叭形辐射体,12表示变换器,13表示固定具,14表示喇叭形辐射体·固定具整体成形体,15表示喇叭形辐射体封合面,16表示喇叭形辐射体平面部,17表示喇叭形辐射体弯曲部,18表示沟槽,19表示窄缝,20表示凸缘,21表示双头螺栓,22表示双头螺栓附件承装面,23表示阴螺纹部,24表示封合颚板,25表示防振固定螺栓,26表示节平面(波节面),27表示双头螺栓附件,28表示安装法兰。
在图2中示出在有着封合面15和平面部16和弯曲部17和沟槽18的喇叭形辐射体11上,竖立设置着两个变换器12和三个固定具13的本发明的超声波封合装置10。在此一装置10中,在变换器12和固定具13上设有用双头螺栓21固定于喇叭形辐射体11用的阴螺纹部23。此外,在固定具13上设有用双头螺栓附件27与封合颚板固定用的阴螺纹部23。在图3中示出在喇叭形辐射体11与固定具13整体成形的喇叭形辐射体·固定具整体成形体14上竖立设置着两个变换器12的本发明的超声波封合装置10。在此一装置10中,与图2中所示的装置10同样,双头螺栓附件承装面22成为安装位置,成为离封合面15远的一方的节平面(波节面)26。
在图4中示出在两外侧的两个变换器12之间两个固定具13竖立连接于喇叭形辐射体11上的本发明的超声波封合装置10,超声波封合装置10用这两个固定具13固定于封合颚板24,在此一场合也是双头螺栓附件承装面22成为离封合面15远的一方的节平面(波节面)26。在图5中示出在两外侧的两个变换器12之间一个固定具13竖立连接于喇叭形辐射体11的本发明的超声波封合装置10,在此一装置10的场合用设在固定具13的中央部的凸缘20固定于封合颚板24,在此一场合凸缘20成为安装位置,并成为离封合面15远的一方的节平面(波节面)26。
在图6中示出图2中所示的本发明的超声波封合装置10固定于封合颚板24的状态,在固定具13的固定中使用能够埋入封合颚板24的内六角螺栓21,如前所述在此一场合也是附件承装面22成为固定位置,成为离封合面15远的一方的节平面(波节面)26。此外在封合颚板24的侧框上设置防振固定螺栓25,在成为离封合面15近的一方的节平面(波节面)26的喇叭形辐射体弯曲部17上进行喇叭形辐射体的防振。在此一图6中示出所封合的枕状容器6。此外在图7和图8中示出有封合面15和平面部16和弯曲部17和沟槽18或窄缝19的各种形状的喇叭形辐射体11。图9示出在喇叭形辐射体上设置把超声波封合装置固定于封合颚板用的安装法兰的超声波封合装置。在此一场合,此一安装法兰成为超声波封合装置与封合颚板的固定位置并且成为离封合面近的一方的节平面。
工业实用性
根据本发明,以比现有技术的超声波封合装置要小型而加压力增大,高能力封合是可能的,而且均一地封合细长的封合面成为可能。

Claims (21)

1.一种超声波封合装置,至少包括备有封合包装材料的细长的封合面的一个喇叭形辐射体、竖立设置在该喇叭形辐射体的封合面的对峙侧、使喇叭形辐射体共振的多个变换器,其特征在于,该超声波封合装置,其长度为一个波长的长度,与封合颚板的固定位置是节平面。
2.权利要求1所述的超声波封合装置,其特征在于,超声波封合装置还包括竖立设置在喇叭形辐射体的封合面的对峙侧,把超声波封合装置固定于封合颚板的一个或不少于两个固定具,以固定具中的超声波封合装置与封合颚板的固定位置作为离封合面远的一方的节平面。
3.权利要求2所述的超声波封合装置,其特征在于,固定具有把超声波封合装置固定于封合颚板用的附件承装面,以成为超声波封合装置与封合颚板的固定位置的附件承装面作为离封合面远的一方的节平面。
4.权利要求1~3中的任何一项所述的超声波封合装置,其特征在于,固定具有用螺纹结合把超声波封合装置固定于封合颚板用的阴螺纹部。
5.权利要求2所述的超声波封合装置,其特征在于,固定具有把超声波封合装置固定于封合颚板用的凸缘,以成为超声波封合装置与封合颚板的固定位置的凸缘作为离封合面远的一方的节平面。
6.权利要求1~5中的任何一项所述的超声波封合装置,其特征在于,固定具有用螺纹结合固定于喇叭形辐射体用的螺纹部。
7.权利要求1~5中的任何一项所述的超声波封合装置,其特征在于,固定具与喇叭形辐射体整体地成形。
8.权利要求1所述的超声波封合装置,其特征在于,喇叭形辐射体有把超声波封合装置固定于封合颚板用的安装法兰,以喇叭形辐射体中的成为超声波封合装置与封合颚板的固定位置的安装法兰作为离封合面近的一方的节平面。
9.权利要求1~8中的任何一项所述的超声波封合装置,其特征在于,喇叭形辐射体有沟槽和/或窄缝以便使不想要的振动衰减。
10.权利要求1~9中的任何一项所述的超声波封合装置,其特征在于,喇叭形辐射体由纵波声速低于4000m/秒的材质来制成。
11.权利要求10所述的超声波封合装置,其特征在于,纵波声速低于4000m/秒的材质为铜合金。
12.权利要求11所述的超声波封合装置,其特征在于,铜合金为磷青铜。
13.权利要求1~12中的任何一项所述的超声波封合装置,其特征在于,变换器有用螺纹结合固定于喇叭形辐射体或固定具用的螺纹部。
14.权利要求1~13中的任何一项所述的超声波封合装置,其特征在于,多个变换器包括控制机构,以便在封合面处得到均一而且适当强度的封合。
15.权利要求4、6或13所述的超声波封合装置,其特征在于,螺纹结合为用双头螺栓的螺纹结合。
16.权利要求1~15中的任何一项所述的超声波封合装置,其特征在于,封合面是沿封合面纵长方向连续地或断续地有突条的封合面。
17.权利要求1~16中的任何一项所述的超声波封合装置,其特征在于,频率为20 kHz~60 kHz。
18.权利要求17所述的超声波封合装置,其特征在于,频率为40 kHz。
19.一种超声波封合装置,其特征在于,包括多个权利要求1~18中的任何一项所述的超声波封合装置。
20.一种横封合装置,其特征在于,由权利要求1~19中的任何一项所述的超声波封合装置和该超声波封合装置所固定的封合颚板和该封合颚板的驱动机构来组成。
21.权利要求20所述的横封合装置,其中封合颚板有喇叭形辐射体的振动防止构件。
