技术领域
本发明涉及剃须刀片及其原材料,以及装有剃须刀片的刀架。
背景技术
剃须刀片一般是在原材料的连续条带沿生产线运行时经削尖和刃磨而制造的。然后将条带分割成制造单个刀架时所用的刀片段部分。
在某些应用中,刀片支承在弯曲支承件上,弯曲支承件滑动安装在刀架壳体上,在剃须过程中上下移动。例如,图1中示出带有滑动安装在壳体14中的刀片12的刀架10,图2示出位于一支承件16上的刀片12。在这些应用中,刀片不能重叠,因而从切割刃到后边缘20有一小尺寸“a”。但条带材料和刀片部分必须在前边缘与后边缘之间有足够的距离,从而在生产和连接到刀片支承件上的过程中正确地紧固和保持这些材料和部分。因此在生产和连接后必须去除一部分刀片材料,使刀片在切割刃与后边缘之间有所需的小尺寸。在某些应用中,如图3中所示,通过在将前部连接到刀片支承件上之后相对于前部24将后部22弯曲60°到90°而去除了后部22。图3还示出用于将刀片12连接到支承件16上的点焊接点26。在连接的刀片部分上已经去除了后部的后边缘20处一般有一上卷部分。在某些情况下不容易去除后部22。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种克服现有技术刀片的缺点的剃须刀片。
为实现本发明的目的,本发明提供了用于制造剃须刀片的长的原材料,上述材料包括一长的平金属条带,具有沿其长度延伸的前边缘和后边缘,一沿上述前边缘延伸的经刃磨的切割刃部分,一位于上述前边缘与上述后边缘之间的弱化部分,其特征在于:一刀片部分在上述切割刃部分与上述弱化部分之间延伸,及一可去除部分在上述弱化部分与上述后边缘之间延伸,上述弱化部分在上述平金属条带的一侧具有一第一凹槽部分,在上述平金属条带的另一侧具有一第二凹槽部分,上述凹槽部分相互相对偏置。
在优选实施例中,与上述刀片部分和上述可去除部分相比,上述弱化部分具有较小的厚度。该弱化部分在一侧具有一第一凹槽部分,在另一侧具有一第二凹槽部分。上述凹槽部分相互相对偏置。每个上述凹槽部分具有一陡面和一逐渐倾斜表面。上述弱化部分位于上述前边缘与上述后边缘之间距离的1/4到3/4之间位置。
在另一方面,本发明提供了一种剃须刀片,包括一具有沿其长度延伸的一前边缘和一后边缘的平金属条带,一切割刃部分沿上述前边缘延伸,在上述前边缘和上述后边缘之间的一弱化部分,其特征在于:一个刀片部分在上述切割刃部分和上述弱化部分之间延伸,一个可去除部分在上述弱化部分和上述后边缘之间延伸;上述弱化部分在上述平金属条带的一侧上具有一第一凹槽部分,和在上述平金属条带另一侧上的第二凹槽部分,上述凹槽部分相互相对偏置。
在优选实施例中,刀片安装在连接到金属刀片上的一支承件上。支承件具有一底部,该底部基本上沿一平面延伸,该平面与穿过上述刀片延伸的一平面成90度到135度的角度。上述后边缘具有一轻微的弯曲,与上述可分离部分如果没有上述弱化部分的情况相比,该轻微弯曲要直一些,且具有一半径,而不是一上卷的边缘。
在另一方面,本发明提供了一种剃须刀刀架,包括一壳体,及至少一个连接到上述壳体上的本发明的刀片,通过在上述弱化部分分离,将一可去除部分去除。
本发明的实施例或包括一个或多个下列的优点。使用弱化部分允许具有一大宽度,以有利于刃磨和连接到支承件上,还允许在最终剃须刀片产品上切割刃与后边缘之间有一小距离。使用弱化部分还允许使用难以通过弯曲分离的更软或更耐腐蚀的材料。弱化部分允许使用不同类型的刀片钢,以及如果没有这种弱化通常不会断裂的由各供应商提供的钢。这样可允许使用一般更难以断裂的更小的原材料厚度(如0.002,而不是目前使用的0.003)。(即较薄的原材料更容易弯曲,而不是断裂)。

各附图中同样的参考符号表示相同的元件。
参照图4,示出在前部34与后部36之间具有弱化部分32的剃须刀片30。前部34包括切割刃38。参照图5,示出在前部44与后部46之间具有弱化部分42的条带材料40。弱化部分32和42是在将材料穿过具有偏置部分的辊之间的加工过程中形成在条带材料40上的偏置部分。弱化部分32、42位于从前边缘到刀片后部之间距离的1/4到3/4之间的位置。条带材料中的弱化部分42具有大致直角的边缘部分,当材料在穿孔过程中压平时更加变圆,在刀片30的弱化部分32上产生倒圆的边缘部分(图4)。
参照图6-8,条带材料40(没有弱化部分42)在经过辊52、54之间之前进给穿过条带导向件50。每个辊在两侧具有导向环56(图7)。如图8中所示,上辊52具有通过颈部区域64与小直径部分62间隔开的大直径部分60。下辊54类似地具有通过颈部区域70间隔开的大直径部分66和小直径部分68。每个大直径部分60、66的直径比各小直径部分62、68大0.001英寸。除大直径部分60在偏置区域延伸超过小直径部分68的边缘之外,大直径部分60与小直径部分68基本上对准。除大直径部分66略微延伸到偏置区域中之外,小直径部分62与大直径部分66基本上对准。原材料厚度为0.003英寸,辊52和54的配合部分之间的间距为0.003英寸。
参照图9,看到刀片30的弱化部分32在一侧具有凹槽部分70,在另一侧具有凹槽部分72。凹槽部分70、72相互相对偏置,并分别具有一陡面74和一逐渐倾斜表面76。
参照图10,示出去除后部36之后刀片30安装在刀片支承件78上。后部36的去除是通过相对于前部34将部分36弯曲大约10度而完成的。刀片30的后边缘80有利地具有一半径,而不是一上卷部分。
除提供减小的上卷外,使用弱化部分还允许使用不能通过弯曲而分离的更硬的刀片材料。
本发明还可具有其它实施例。例如,除偏离凹槽折痕外,还可使用其它方法来提供弱化部分。还可使用其它技术来提供弱化区域。例如,可由激光束对材料进行穿孔、切割,或通过沿条带材料的长度磨削而去除材料,以提供弱化区域。可通过硬点工具,如硬质合金、陶瓷或金刚石来开槽和刻痕。

Claims (10)

1.用于制造剃须刀片的长的原材料,上述材料包括
一长的平金属条带(40),具有沿其长度延伸的前边缘和后边缘,
一沿上述前边缘延伸的经刃磨的切割刃部分,
一位于上述前边缘与上述后边缘之间的弱化部分(42),
其特征在于:一刀片部分(44)在上述切割刃部分与上述弱化部分(42)之间延伸,及
一可去除部分(46)在上述弱化部分与上述后边缘之间延伸,
上述弱化部分在上述平金属条带的一侧具有一第一凹槽部分(70),
在上述平金属条带的另一侧具有一第二凹槽部分(72),上述凹槽部分相互相对偏置。
2.如权利要求1所述的材料,其特征在于每个上述第一凹槽部分(70)和第二凹槽部分(72)具有一陡面(74)和一逐渐倾斜表面(76)。
3.如权利要求1所述的材料,其特征在于与上述刀片部分(44)和上述可去除部分(46)相比,上述弱化部分(42)具有减少的厚度。
4.如权利要求1所述的材料,其特征在于上述弱化部分(42)位于上述前边缘与上述后边缘之间距离的1/4到3/4之间位置。
5.一种剃须刀片(30),包括
一具有沿其长度延伸的一前边缘和一后边缘的平金属条带,一切割刃部分(38)沿上述前边缘延伸,在上述前边缘和上述后边缘之间的一弱化部分(32),其特征在于:一个刀片部分(34)在上述切割刃部分和上述弱化部分(32)之间延伸,一个可去除部分(36)在上述弱化部分和上述后边缘之间延伸;上述弱化部分(32)在上述平金属条带的一侧上具有一第一凹槽部分(70),和在上述平金属条带另一侧上的第二凹槽部分(72),上述凹槽部分相互相对偏置。
6.如权利要求5所述的剃须刀片,还包括一连接到上述金属刀片上的支承件(16)。
7.如权利要求6所述的剃须刀片,其特征在于上述支承件(16)具有一底部,该底部沿一平面延伸,该平面与穿过上述刀片延伸的一平面成90度到135度的角度。
8.一种剃须刀刀架,包括
一壳体(14),及
至少一个连接到上述壳体上的按照权利要求5的刀片,通过在上述弱化部分分离,将一可去除部分去除。
9.如权利要求8所述的刀架,其特征在于每个上述刀片连接到一支承件(16)上,该支承件又连接到上述壳体(14)上。
10.如权利要求9所述的刀架,其特征在于上述支承件(16)具有一底部,该底部沿一平面延伸,该平面与穿过上述刀片延伸的一平面成90度到135度的角度。
