Abstract
本发明涉及枸杞保健冰红茶或绿茶及其制备方法,它是由枸杞、白砂糖、葡萄糖、优质红茶、柠檬酸、柠檬香精、冰红茶香精或绿茶香精、柠檬酸钠、维生素C、蛋白糖、维生素B1和矿泉水或纯净水制成,详细配方及制备方法见说明书。本发明产品配方合理,制备简便,不仅降暑解渴,而且有保健功能,含枸杞多糖、多种氨基酸、类胡萝卜素、维生素及矿物质,抗癌、抗疲劳、抗辐射、耐缺氧、降血糖、降血脂等功能,无任何副作用。本发明产品可用作保健饮料。

本发明涉及饮料,具体地说,是涉及一种枸杞保健冰红茶或绿茶,及其制备方法。
背景技术
目前市场上销售的康师傅、统一、娃哈哈等冰红茶、绿茶饮料,虽然很畅销,但只能解渴,没有多少保健功能,且品种单一,无法满足人们,特别是运动型人们的需求。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于弥补现有技术中存在的不足之处,而提供一种原料易得,制备简便,不但解渴,而且具有较高保健功能的枸杞保健冰红茶或绿茶,及其制备方法。
本发明目的可以通过如下措施来实现:
枸杞保健冰红茶或绿茶,是如下述按重量计的配比和原料制成,在100份水或纯净水中,含
枸杞4-25份 白砂糖2-6份 葡萄糖1.2-4份 优质红茶0.2-0.8份 柠檬酸0.08-0.32份 柠檬香精0.02-0.08份 冰红茶香精或绿茶香精0.02-0.08份 柠檬酸钠0.012-0.048份 维生素C0.012-0.048份 蛋白糖0.0002-0.0008份 维生素B1 0.00004-0.02份;
最佳配方是在100份矿泉水或纯净水中,含
枸杞10份 白砂糖3.8份 葡萄糖3份 优质红茶0.4份柠檬酸0.16份 柠檬香精0.04份 冰红茶香精或绿茶香精0.04份柠檬酸钠0.025份 维生素C 0.025份 蛋白糖0.0004份 维生素B1 0.00008份。
按枸杞保健冰红茶或绿茶的配比所用原料,并进行下述步骤:
①将柠檬酸、柠檬酸钠、维生素C和维生素B1分别溶于2-4倍量煮开的水中,待用;
②白砂糖、葡萄糖、蛋白糖放入2-4倍量的水中,加热到沸点10分钟后,搅拌至糖全部溶化;
③把枸杞和剩余的水煮沸,浸泡0.5-1.5小时,过滤,制得枸杞提取液;
④将枸杞提取液③、优质红茶、溶液①一起放入②的溶液中,加热至沸点,冷却至室温,加入柠檬香精,冰红茶香精或绿茶香精,充分搅拌,即得本发明产品。
本发明相比现有技术具有如下优点:本发明的配方科学合理,生产方法简单易行,不但可降暑解渴,而且还有润肺、清肝、滋胃、生精、助阳、补虚劳、祛风、明目等功效,经现代科学方法测试和临床试验证明,本发明产品中含枸杞多糖、多种氨基酸、类胡萝卜素、维生素及矿物质,具有免疫、抗癌、抗疲劳、抗辐射、耐缺氧、降血糖、降血脂、延缓衰老和养颜美容等多种特效功能。因此,本发明产品具有较高的保健功能,长期饮用对健康非常有利,无任何副作用。
具体实施方式
下面列举一个实施例,对本发明加以进一步说明。但本发明不只限于这个实施例。
实施例1
把柠檬酸0.16斤、柠檬酸钠0.025斤、维生素C0.025斤、维生素B10.00008斤分别溶于0.32斤、0.05斤、0.05斤、0.00016斤的煮开矿泉水中,待用;把白砂糖3.8斤、葡萄糖3斤、蛋白糖0.0004斤,共计6.8斤,放入13.6斤水中,加热至沸点10分钟后,搅拌至糖全部溶化,用枸杞10斤和水86斤(100斤-0.42斤-13.6斤)煮沸,浸泡1小时,过滤,制得枸杞提取液,用枸杞提取液,优质红茶0.4斤,柠檬酸溶液,柠檬酸钠溶液,维生素C溶液、维生素B1溶液一起放入糖水中,加热到沸点,冷却至室温,加入柠檬香精0.04斤,冰红茶香精或绿茶香精0.04斤,充分搅拌,即得本发明产品。每1斤装1瓶。
本发明产品用作保健饮料,不仅解渴,而且有保健功能。

1、枸杞保健冰红茶,其特征在于,它是如下述按重量计的配比和原料制成,在100份矿泉水或纯净水中,含
枸杞 4-25份 白砂糖 2-6份 葡萄糖 1.2-4份 优质红茶 0.2-0.8份 柠檬酸 0.08-0.32份 柠檬香精 0.02-0.08份冰红茶香精或绿茶香精 0.02-0.08份 柠檬酸钠 0.012-0.048份 维生素C 0.012-0.048份 蛋白糖 0.0002-0.0008份 维生素B1 0.00004-0.02份;
制备方法按下述步骤进行:
①将柠檬酸、柠檬酸钠、维生素C和维生素B1分别溶于2-4倍量煮开的水中,待用;
