Abstract

一种合成树脂制容器主体,其被形成为瓶状体,在该瓶状体的口部(4)的外周面上设有外螺纹(5),并且,将前述口部(4)的外周面上端部,在未形成分型线的整个圆周上形成为无凹凸的光滑的密封面(8)。由此,密封面与垫片的圆筒部以跨越全周没有间隙的状态紧密接触,瓶盖引起的容器主体的密闭可以稳定而强固地实现。

Description

合成树脂制容器主体和预成形件金属模装置
技术领域
本发明涉及具有通过两轴延伸吹塑成形所成形的容器主体的合成树脂制容器主体,和在该容器主体上成形两轴延伸吹塑成形的预成形件的金属模装置。
背景技术
PET(聚对苯二甲酸乙二酯树脂,以下简称PET)瓶等饮料用容器,为了防止在铺面被不正当打开,通常在瓶盖的裙部下端经由能够破断的破断部整体设置不正当打开防止环。
由于虽然该环在内周面上有凸片,如果朝打开方向转动瓶盖使之对容器主体上升,则环的凸片卡止动于凸出设置在容器主体的口部外周面上的凸条,环的上升被阻止,但是因为瓶盖的上升继续,故位于与瓶盖之间的破断部破断,瓶盖与环分离,所以通过识别该分离,可以确认容器是否已经被打开过。
可是,饮料用容器为了防止在盖住状态时的内装物的泄漏与外气的流入,在瓶盖的内面装设垫片来提高气密性,但是该垫片由具有适度的弹性的材料制成,通过瓶盖与容器主体口部的紧密的螺纹接合,压住口部上端面,通过与该口部上端面紧密接合,密封口部的开口部。
但是,因为在带有不正当打开防止环的瓶盖中,从螺纹接合极限到环的凸片卡固于容器主体口部的凸条破断部的破断开始之间,因瓶盖对容器主体口部的上升位移,使垫片对口部上端面推住力减弱,故如果在铺面瓶盖在破断部未破断的范围内被转动,则虽然看上去没有异常,但是实际上成为垫片的密封功能降低的状态,在这种状态下容易发生内装物的变质,对消费者也带来很多不安。
虽然作为改善该问题的一种手段,可以考虑以容器主体的口部侧壁71的口部外周面72为密封面,但是在该口部外周面上,容器主体中两轴延伸吹塑成形的预成形件的注射成形时,跨越该预成形件的外周面的全高度范围所形成的分型线上,有时形成凸出高度低的纵凸条状的飞边73(以下参照图8),因此即使垫片74紧密接触外周面72,也要在弹性接触该飞边73的部分形成间隙75,所以作为结果存在着瓶盖的开盖(泄漏)角度减小无法发挥充分的密封功能的可能性。
作为另一种手段,虽然特开平11-180458号公报中公开了以容器主体的口部的内周面为密封面的构思,但是在该现有技术公开的不正当打开防止环的瓶盖(参照图7)中,在垫片53的下面以垂直向下的方式设有与容器主体51的口部内周面相互紧密地且较深地嵌合的圆筒状的内腿54,并通过加长该内腿54与口部内周面相互能够紧密接触的距离,在将不正当打开防止环56与瓶盖52连结在一起的破断部55未破断的范围内即使瓶盖52被转动也可以维持气密性。
但是,在上述现有技术中,因为垫片53的内腿54其外径取为大于口部的口径,以便紧密插入容器主体51的口部,而且以大的高度尺寸形成,故在瓶盖52的螺纹接合时,垫片53与容器主体51的口部的相互位置发生少许错位的场合,有内腿54与口部上端面相抵接,而使内腿54在弯曲状态下被组装的危险,存在着在这种组装状态下无法保证容器的气密性这样的问题。
发明内容
因此,本发明鉴于上述问题,以跨越全周实现容器主体口部的外周面上端部与垫片的紧密接触状态为技术的课题,因而目的在于提供一种瓶盖转动到一定角度仍然可以充分地确保气密性,使瓶盖的开盖角度稳定化的合成树脂制容器主体,以及简单而廉价地得到在该容器主体上两轴延伸吹塑成形的预成形件。
为解决上述课题,本发明采用以下技术方案。
本发明技术方案1的合成树脂制容器主体被形成为瓶状体,在该瓶状体的口部的外周面上设有外螺纹,并且,上述口部的外周面上端部,在未形成分型线的整个圆周上被形成为无凹凸的光滑的密封面。由此,密封面与垫片的圆筒部以跨越全周没有间隙的状态紧密接触,瓶盖引起的容器主体的密闭可以稳定而强固地实现。
本发明技术方案2的合成树脂制容器主体,在技术方案1的基础上,其在容器主体的口部的外周面上端部,以大于分型线上所产生的飞边的凸出高度凸出地设置向外凸出的周条凸部,以该周条凸部的外周面为密封面。
根据本发明技术方案2(以下参照图6(i)),在形成从容器主体的口部4外周面向外凸出的飞边20的场合,通过其影响,密封面8的下端部可以不与垫片16的圆筒部18紧密接触,因此,虽然会降低密封功能,但是通过凸出设置成为高于飞边20的凸出高度的周条凸部19,以其外周面为密封面,如图6(ii)中所示,使密封面8的整个区域与垫片16的圆筒部18紧密接触,可以充分发挥密封功能。
本发明技术方案3的合成树脂制容器主体,在技术方案1或2的基础上,密封面的轴向长度大于有内螺纹并螺纹接合于容器主体的口部的有顶筒状瓶盖内面的垫片的轴向能够密封的长度。
根据本发明技术方案3,即使瓶盖在铺面被不正当转动,由于把密封面的轴向长度设定成比有内螺纹并螺纹接合于容器主体的口部的有顶圆筒状瓶盖内面的垫片的轴向能够密封长度要长,所以在一定角度范围内容器主体的密闭可靠地被维持,可以把瓶盖的开盖角度维持于规定的状态。
本发明技术方案4的合成树脂制容器主体,在技术方案3的基础上,密封面的轴向长度大于直到经由破断部整体设置于瓶盖的不正当打开防止环的破断开始时的瓶盖的上升距离。
根据本发明技术方案4,即使瓶盖在铺面中在破断部未破断的范围内被不正当转动,也由于密封面的轴向长度大于直到经由破断部整体设置于瓶盖的不正当打开防止环的破断开始时为止的瓶盖的上升距离,所以对瓶盖的一定距离上升,容器主体的密闭可靠地被维持,可以把瓶盖的开盖角度维持于规定的状态。
本发明技术方案5的预成形件的金属模装置,由芯金属模和凹金属模构成,上述芯金属模是由形成作为瓶状的容器主体的一次成形品的预成形件的内侧面的型面的呈圆柱状且前端部制成半球面状的芯型、以及连接于该芯型的基端的平板状的芯板组成,上述凹金属模由形成前述预成形件的外侧面的型面的一对分割模组成,其中,前述芯板在芯型的周围凹入设置在与瓶体纵向轴线相垂直的平面内呈圆环状的槽状凹部。
根据本发明技术方案5,不用新的金属模构件,以在现有的芯板上加工形成槽状凹部,这样的简单的构成,在容器主体中两轴延伸吹塑成形之际,可以在预成形件上简单地正确地而且稳定地成形原封不动地成为密封面的部分。
本发明技术方案6的预成形件的金属模装置,在技术方案5的基础上,槽状凹部的开口端的外径大于分型线上飞边的凸出高度的两倍与凹金属模的开口缘端的口径的和。
根据本发明技术方案6,槽状凹部的开口端的外径大于分型线上飞边的凸出高度的两倍与凹金属模的开口缘端的口径的和,通过这样的简单的构成,在容器主体中两轴延伸吹塑成形之际,可以在预成形件上简单地正确地而且稳定地成形原封不动地成为周条凸部的部分。

具体实施方式
下面,基于图1~图6来说明本发明的实施方式。
图1示出本发明的第1实施方式,是表示根据本发明的作为容器主体2与瓶盖3的组合物的合成树脂制容器1的口部的纵剖视图,该合成树脂制容器1由收容饮料的瓶状的主要作为PET制两轴延伸吹塑成形品的容器主体2,与被插接并螺纹接合于该容器主体2的有顶圆筒状的主要作为聚乙烯,聚丙烯等烯烃类树脂制注射成形品的瓶盖3组成。
在容器主体2的口部4的外周面上,从上到下设有不形成分型线的跨越全周没有凹凸的光滑的密封面8,外螺纹5,止动环6,以及颈环7。
瓶盖3从圆盘状的顶板9的周缘下垂有圆筒状的裙部10,该裙部10把内周面上端部分形成为朝向内侧厚壁的垫片装设筒部15,成为该垫片装设筒部15的下面的内周面部分上螺旋设置与外螺纹5螺纹接合的内螺纹11,在下端经由能够破断的破断部13整体设置着不正当打开防止环12。
该不正当打开防止环12,在其内周面上凸出设置多个卡固片14,该卡固片14在瓶盖3封堵组装于容器主体2的口部4的状态下前端朝斜上方延伸,并且从下方卡固于止动环6。
固定于瓶盖3的软质弹性材料制的垫片16为由整个覆盖瓶盖3的顶板9的下面的水平部17与圆筒部18组成的有顶圆筒状。该圆筒部18从该水平部17的周缘沿着垫片装设筒部15的内周面下垂,并且在瓶盖3螺纹接合组装于口部4的状态下,靠垫片装设筒部15从外侧被支撑,推住口部4的密封面8而实现紧密接触。
在合成树脂制容器1的闭盖状态下,由于垫片16的圆筒部18在其外周面被垫片装设筒部15所支撑的状态下,推压紧密接触于不存在有可能在分型线上形成的飞边20等凹凸的光滑的密封面8,所以容器主体2的密闭可靠地被维持,瓶盖的打开角度也被维持于规定的状态。
在合成树脂制容器1的最初的打开之际,如果沿螺纹松脱方向转动瓶盖3,则由于瓶盖3上升,不正当打开防止环12的卡固片14的前端到达止动环6的下端而卡固,所以虽然不正当打开防止环12阻止上升,但是由于瓶盖3继续上升,所以破断部13被撕碎而破断,从瓶盖3分离。
消费者通过确认不正当打开防止环12是否从瓶盖3分离,可以在购入前判断作为商品的合成树脂制容器1是否在铺面等被不正当打开过。
此外,如图2中所示,即使瓶盖3朝螺纹松脱方向被转动,在铺面等瓶盖3在破断部13未破断的范围内被不正当转动,通过在密封面8上没有飞边20等凹凸也可以防止垫片16的损伤,合成树脂制容器1的气密性被维持。
接下来,基于图3说明上述实施方式中所述的,在口部4的外周面上,形成不形成分型线的密封面8的容器主体2中,两轴延伸吹塑成形的预成形件金属模装置之一例,但是图3示出成形作为容器主体2的一次成形品的预成形件的金属模装置31的主要部分,该金属模装置31由芯金属模32与凹金属模33来构成。
芯金属模32由在形成预成形件的内侧面的型面的圆柱状的基础上前端部制成半球面状的芯型34,与连接于该芯型34的基端的平板状的芯板35组成,芯板35在芯型34的周围凹入设置平断面(与瓶轴线相垂直的面)上呈圆环状的槽状凹部36。
凹金属模33由形成预成形件的外侧面的型面的一对分割模组成,在前端侧设有入口37。
在预成形件的注射成形之际,芯金属模32与凹金属模33合模,形成为预成形件的形状的瓶盖38后,从进口37注射熔融合成树脂材料成形预成形件。
成为容器主体2的口部4的预成形件的口部,由于靠圆环状的槽状凹部36来成形包括其外周面的开口端部,所以在外周面上端部上不形成分型线,因此完全没有在外周面上端部上形成飞边20的危险。
虽然注射成形后,把预成形件从金属模装置31脱模,通过两轴延伸吹塑成形成形为容器主体2,但是由于此时,预成形件的口部不变形而原封不动地成为容器主体2的口部4,所以不形成分型线的开口端部的外周面上端部原封不动地成为密封面8。
接下来,基于图4来说明本发明的第2实施方式。
在第2实施方式中,在容器主体2的口部4的外周面上端部上,凸出设置向外凸出的周条凸部19,该周条凸部19的外周面之内,把上端部制成向下扩径的倾斜面,把其余部分制成密封面8。
在第1实施方式中,密封面8下端部附近,与垫片16的圆筒部18的接触状态,如图6(i)中所示,在形成飞边的场合,压入凸出的飞边20,圆筒部18的一部分从密封面8的下端部表面抬起而产生空隙21,因此密封面8的下端部无法发挥密封功能,存在着无法使密封面8的整个区域在密封中有效地起作用的可能性。
另一方面,除了在以口部4的外周面上端部上凸出设置的周条凸部19的上端部外的外周面作为密封面8的第2实施方式中,如图6(ii)中所示,由于密封面8整个区域位于飞边20的外边,所以不受飞边20影响地使密封面8整个区域更强地紧密接触于垫片16的圆筒部18,借此使密封面8整个区域在密封中有效地起作用。
此外,由于周条凸部19的外周面的上端部成为朝下扩径的圆锥状的倾斜面,所以在瓶盖3的组装之际,圆筒部18的下端不会钩挂于周条凸部19而打卷,瓶盖3对口部4的组装处理可以安全地实现。再者,虽然周条凸部19的外周面的上端部的形状最好是朝下扩径的圆锥状,但是不限于此,也可以采用例如对上端面以侧壁为垂直面的形状。进而,也可以代替向外凸出的周条凸部19,采用作为使容器主体2的口部4的外周面上端部向内凸出的阶梯部而形成的形状。
接下来,基于图5来说明在第2实施方式中的容器主体2中,两轴延伸吹塑成形的预成形件的成形金属模装置之一例,图5示出成形作为容器主体2的一次成形品的预成形件的金属模装置31的主要部分,该金属模装置31由芯金属模32与凹金属模33来构成,芯金属模32,把槽状凹部36的开口端的外径取为大于凹金属模33的开口缘端39的口径的大直径,此外,使槽状凹部36的外侧槽面的槽底侧端部朝开口端扩径。
由于芯金属模32的槽状凹部36构成预成形件的口部开口端部的成形型面,所以在包括口部的外周面上端部的预成形件的口部开口端部的表面上没有形成分型线。
此外,仅靠把槽状凹部36的开口端的外径取为大于凹金属模33的开口缘端39的口径的大直径,不用专用的金属模构件,简单地构成形以外周面为密封面8的周条凸部19的模部分。
发明的效果
本发明,由于成为上述构成,所以可以收到以下所示的效果。
本发明技术方案1,因为不存在分型线,故没有形成飞边的可能性,因为把密封面为没有凹凸的光滑的面,故不会划伤垫片,或在与垫片之间形成间隙,容器主体的口部的密封面与垫片没有间隙地跨越全周紧密接触,即使瓶盖转动也可以在一定角度范围内维持密封状态,可以充分确保容器的气密性。
根据本发明技术方案2,使密封面跨越全部高度宽度与垫片紧密接触,通过没有浪费地发挥密封功能,可以更加强固地实现可靠的密封。
根据本发明技术方案3,即使瓶盖在铺面被不正当转动,也由于把密封面的轴向长度设定成大于瓶盖内面的密封件的轴向所能够密封长度,所以能在一定角度范围内使容器主体的密闭可靠地被维持,可以把瓶盖的开盖角度维持于规定的状态。
根据本发明技术方案4,即使瓶盖在铺面中在破断部未破断的范围内被不正当转动,也由于把密封面的轴向长度设定成大于直到不正当打开防止环破断部的破断开始的瓶盖的上升距离,所以对瓶盖的一定距离上升容器主体的密闭可靠地被维持,可以把瓶盖的开盖角度维持于规定的状态。
本发明技术方案5,可以靠槽状凹部在成形成容器主体之际在预成形件上简单而可靠地成形成为密封面的部分,此外,不用新的金属模构件,通过仅凹入设置圆环状的槽的简单的加工,在现有的芯板上加工形成槽状凹部,可以抑制金属模装置所需的费用。
根据本发明技术方案6,可以靠槽状凹部,在成形为容器主体之际在预成形件上简单地正确地而且稳定地成形成为周条凸部的部分,此外,不用新的金属模构件通过仅需在现有的芯板上凹入设置其开口端的外径大于凹金属模的开口缘端的口径的大直径的宽度的槽,通过这样简单的加工即可形成槽状凹部,由此可以抑制金属模装置所需的费用。

Claims (6)

1.一种合成树脂制容器主体,其被形成为瓶状体,在该瓶状体的口部(4)的外周面上设有外螺纹(5),并且,上述口部(4)的外周面上端部,在未形成分型线的整个圆周上被形成为无凸凹的平滑的密封面(8),
2.权利要求1所述的合成树脂制容器主体,其在容器主体(2)的前述口部(4)的外周面上端部,以比分型线上发生的飞边(20)要高的凸出高度凸出地设置向外凸出的周条凸部(19),以该周条凸部(19)的外周面为前述密封面(8)。
3.权利要求1或2所述的合成树脂制容器主体,其中前述密封面(8)的轴向长度大于有内螺纹(11)并螺纹接合于前述容器主体(2)的前述口部(4)的有顶圆筒状瓶盖(3)内面的垫片(16)的轴向能够密封的长度。
4.权利要求3所述的合成树脂制容器主体,其中前述密封面(8)的轴向长度大于直到经由破断部(13)整体设置于瓶盖(3)的不正当打开防止环(12)的破断开始时的前述瓶盖(3)的上升距离。
5.一种预成形件的金属模装置,由芯金属模(32)和凹金属模(33)构成,上述芯金属模(32)是由形成作为瓶状的容器主体(2)的一次成形品的预成形件的内侧面的型面的呈圆柱状且前端部制成半球面状的芯型(34)、以及连接于该芯型(34)的基端的平板状的芯板(35)组成,上述凹金属模(33)由形成前述预成形件的外侧面的型面的一对分割模组成,其中,前述芯板(35)在芯型(34)的周围凹入设置在与瓶体纵向轴线相垂直的平面内呈圆环状的槽状凹部(36)。
6.权利要求5的预成形件的金属模装置,其中前述槽状凹部(36)的开口端的外径大于分型线上飞边(20)的凸出高度的两倍与前述凹金属模(33)的开口缘端(39)的口径的和。
