本发明的目的,在于提供一种可以提高接合速度,并且谋求接合后的密封作业简单的管路内衬材料的制造方法。本发明的方法系将硬化性树脂浸渍于其外表面被覆有高气密性塑料薄膜的管状树脂吸附材料上,由此构成管路内衬材料,其特征为:将带状的树脂吸附材料1折叠,使其宽幅方向两端重叠,以留有车缝加工余裕地直线车缝其重叠部分来将树脂吸附材料1加工成管状之后,使内侧面成为外侧面之方式反面翻拗管状树脂吸附材料1,然后以塑料薄膜6熔敷或是粘合在该外面全体或是一部分上,气密性地加工外表面。

本发明在于提供一种关于老朽管路之内衬的管路内衬材料的制造方法。
当地下埋设的排水管等的管路老朽时,不必将该管路从地底下挖掘出,而是在管路的内周面上施加内衬,来修补该管路的管路内衬施工方法是已往就有的。
也就是,上述管路内衬施工方法系这样一种方法:使硬化性树脂浸渍(渗)于其内周面被覆有高气密性塑料薄膜的可挠性管状树脂吸附材料,由此形成管路内衬材料;藉由流体压力,在朝向管路内反转插入的同时,把该管路内衬材料强压于管路的内周面上,并且在保持此一状态下,将管路内衬材料予以加热,利用浸渗的硬化性树脂硬化来实施管路内周面上的内衬施工。
然而,关于这种管路内衬施工方法中所使用的管路内衬材料的制造,由日本特公昭58-33098号公报所提案的方法,是把带状的树脂吸附材料在宽幅方向的两端相抵接合,然后将其相抵接合部藉由锁式车缝(布边车缝)或是交叉车缝(千鸟车缝)来接合成管状的树脂吸附材料。
但是,对于上述以往的制造方法中所采用的锁式车缝或是交叉车缝的方式,除了比起平缝或是链式车缝的直线车缝方式具有车缝制速度较慢的问题之外,也由于缝制线在缝制部分上的表面具有一定的宽幅存在,所以若是在缝制部上没有实施任何处理的话,便难以确保该部分的密封性,而且这个密封作业并不容易。
还有,管路内衬材料在流体压力的作用下,会在管路内膨张,压迫管路的内壁。为了防止由于这样的原因而产生皱折,于是该管路内衬材料便被制造得比管路的内径还要小。因此,管路内衬材料会由于流体压力而伸涨,使得当拉张力量之作用使得缝制部张开,该部分的板厚度较薄,容易导致强度低下之问题。因此,必须以补强带等粘合于管路内衬材料的缝制部,来将该部分予以补强。
还有,在提高缝制速度之同时,为了使缝制宽幅变窄,使缝制部的密封作业单纯化,而提案出将树脂吸附材料的宽幅方向两端部重叠,藉由平缝或链式车缝等之直线车缝方式来缝制该重叠部,而制得管状的树脂吸附材料。
然而,在上述方法中,由于在管状树脂吸附材料的接合部上会有车缝加工余裕(车缝边)残留在外表面上,而造成后来在管状树脂吸附材料的外表面上被覆塑料薄膜时的不便。对于这个车缝加工余裕,要是不做任何的处理的话,便会造成塑料薄膜管状树脂吸附材料的密封加工或是气密加工上的困难。
有鉴于上述问题,本发明的目的是:在提供一种可以提高接合速度之同时,并且谋求接合后的密封作业单纯化之管路内衬材料的制造方法。
为了达成上述的目的,权利要求1所记载的发明是一种管路内衬材料的制造方法,所述方法系将硬化性树脂浸渍(含浸)于其外表面被覆有高气密性塑料薄膜的管状树脂吸附材料上,由此构成管路内衬材料,其特征为:
将带状的树脂吸附材料折叠,使其宽幅方向两端重叠,以留有车缝加工余裕地直线车缝其重叠部分来将树脂吸附材料加工成管状之后,使内侧面成为外侧面之方式反面翻拗管状树脂吸附材料,然后将塑料薄膜熔敷(接)或是粘合(接着)在树脂吸附材料外面的全体或是一部分上,气密性地加工外表面。
权利要求2所记载的是一种管路内衬材料的制造方法,所述方法系将硬化性树脂浸渍于其外表面被覆有高气密性塑料薄膜的管状树脂吸附材料上,由此构成管路内衬材料,其特征为:
将表面被塑料薄膜所被覆的带状树脂吸附材料予以折叠,使上述塑料薄膜成为内面,然后重叠其宽幅方向两端,以留有车缝加工余裕地直线车缝其重叠部分来将树脂吸附材料加工成管状之后,使内侧面成为外侧面之方式反面翻拗管状树脂吸附材料,将密封用合成纤维带熔敷或是粘合在其缝制部的外面上,气密性地加工外表面。
权利要求3所述的方法是一种管路内衬材料的制造方法,所述方法系将硬化性树脂浸渍于其外表面被覆有高气密性塑料薄膜的管状树脂吸附材料上,由此构成管路内衬材料,其特征为:
其中预先接合上述管状树脂吸附材料的车缝加工余裕部分为其特征。
权利要求4所述的方法是一种管路内衬材料的制造方法,所述方法系将硬化性树脂浸渍于其外表面被覆有高气密性塑料薄膜的管状树脂吸附材料上,由此构成管路内衬材料,其特征为:将带状的树脂吸附材料折叠,使其宽幅方向两端相抵接合,并将接合补强带熔敷或是粘合在其相抵接合部的外面,把树脂吸附材料加工成管状后,使内侧面成为外侧面之方式反面翻拗管状树脂吸附材料,再将塑料薄膜熔敷或是粘合在树脂吸附材料外面全体或是一部分上,气密性地加工外表面。
权利要求5所述的方法是一种管路内衬材料的制造方法,所述方法系将硬化性树脂浸渍于其外表面被覆有高气密性塑料薄膜的管状树脂吸附材料上,由此构成管路内衬材料,其特征为:
将表面被塑料薄膜所被覆的带状树脂吸附材料予以折叠,使上述塑料薄膜成为内面,然后相抵接合其宽幅方向两端,并将接合补强带熔敷或是粘合在其相抵接合部的外面,把树脂吸附材料加工成管状后,使内侧面成为外侧面之方式反面翻拗管状树脂吸附材料,再将密封用合成纤维带熔敷或是粘合在该接合部的外面上,气密性地加工外表面。
权利要求6所述的发明,是根据权利要求2或5所记载之发明,其特征在于,在上述密封用合成纤维带与塑料薄膜之间夹设有接合部间隙带。
权利要求7所述的发明,是根据权利要求2或5所记载之发明,其特征在于,上述密封用合成纤维带是和上述塑料薄膜为相同材质的薄膜所构成,而该密封用合成纤维带与上述管状树脂吸附材料之间夹入有纤维质构件。
权利要求8所记载的发明,是根据权利要求2或5所记载之发明,其特征在于,使上述接合补强带以非织造布来构成。
因此,依据本发明,由于是直线车缝在带状树脂吸附材料的重叠部来接合其重叠部,或是藉由将接合补强带熔敷或是粘合于带状的树脂吸附材料的相抵接合部的外面,来接合相抵接合部而制得管状树脂吸附材料,所以比起以往的锁式车缝接合方式更能提高接合速度。
并且,带状树脂吸附材料的直线车缝所产生的车缝加工余裕部分,会由于反面翻拗管状树脂吸附材料而位于管状树脂吸附材料的内侧位置,所以该车缝加工余裕部分不会妨碍到之后的塑料薄膜或是密封用合成纤维带接合部的密封作业,而能够谋求接合后之密封作业的单纯化。又,在带状的树脂吸附材料的相抵接合部的外面,以熔敷或是粘合后的接合补强带,也因为反面翻拗管状树脂吸附材料而位于管状树脂吸附材料的内侧位置,所以该接合补强构件并不会妨碍到其后的塑料薄膜或是密封用合成纤维带接合部的密封作业,而能够谋求接合后之密封作业的单纯化。
以下依据所付图面说明本发明的实施形态。
<实施形态1>
第1图~第5图是显示关于本发明之实施形态1当中,管路内衬材料的制造方法及其制造顺序的说明图。
在本实施形态的制造方法中,第1图显示藉由针刺加工,来制造带状的树脂吸附材料1。对于此针刺加工,是把粗细度3~15单尼尔的聚酯、丙烯基、聚乙烯合成纤维等等的纤维重叠,以第1图所示的箭头方向以一定速度移动,并利用上下运动的多数刺针2,藉由冲孔加工来取得每平方公尺单位重为100g Mm2~2000g Mm2的带状非织造布,藉由该非织造布来构成树脂吸附材料1。并且,为了提高硬化物的强度,也可以在非织造布中混入玻璃纤维、碳素纤维、凯佛勒纤维(Kevlar fiber,杜邦公司商品名)等等之布料加工品。
而于上述针刺加工中,可以确认到非织造布之刺针2的刺穿侧(第1图的下面侧)的纤维比刺针2突刺侧(第1图的上面侧)的纤维还要难以脱落。
并且,在下一工序中,如第2图所显示,藉由针刺加工所得的带状树脂吸附材料(非织造布)1,使刺针2刺穿侧为内面之方式折叠,重叠其宽幅方向两端,其重叠部分留有车缝加工余裕(车缝边),然后进行直线车缝。又,作为该直线车缝所使用缝制线3的材质为尼龙、聚酯、凯佛勒(Kevlar)或陶瓷等等。
当上述的树脂吸附材料1的重叠部分藉由直线车缝而接合时,以左右方向拉张其接合部,便可以得到如第3图所显示的管状树脂吸附材料1,并在该管状树脂吸附材料1的接合部外面露出车缝加工余裕部分1a。
然后,粘合把管状树脂吸附材料1内面作为外面而反面翻拗。如此一来便如第4图所显示,反面翻拗后的管状树脂吸附材料1的外面便是在针刺加工时,让刺针2刺穿的一面(纤维不易脱落侧),而车缝加工余裕部分1a则位于内面侧。
在此,以第6图及第7图来说明把管状树脂吸附材料1反面翻拗之具体方法。
在第6图所显示方法,是如同一图面(a)所显示的是把在第3图显示的管状树脂吸附材料1的端部以牵引绳4结绑住后朝箭头方向拉引,将管状树脂吸附材料1拉进不透过性软管5内之后,如同一图(b)所显示,使流体压力作用于不透过性软管5来使管状树脂吸附材料1反转翻拗的方法。
在第7图所显示方法,是如同一图(a)所显示,藉由流体压力使不透过性软管5反转插入于管状树脂吸附材料1后,如同一图(b)所显示,藉由逆反转同时往回拉引不透过性软管5与管状树脂吸附材料1,使两者反面内翻的方法。
并且,当使第4图所示的管状树脂吸附材料1反面翻拗时,如第5图显示在其外表面全部熔敷或粘合上气密性高的塑料薄膜6,使管状树脂吸附材料1的接合部藉由塑料薄膜6而气密密封。此时,管状树脂吸附材料1的外表面是如前述的针刺加工被刺针2(请参照第1图)刺穿的那一面,而由于该表面的纤维比内面的还难脱落,所以能被塑料薄膜6更强力地熔敷或粘合。又,作为塑料薄膜6,可以使用含有耐苯乙烯性高的聚氨酯、聚乙烯、尼龙、EVOH等的复合薄膜。
经过以上工序,如第5图显示,藉由塑料薄膜6使管状树脂吸附材料1的接合部被施以气密性加工,再利用任意的方法,使该管状树脂吸附材料1上浸渍未硬化的液状硬化性树脂后,便取得所期望的管路内衬材料,而能够把该管路内衬材料提供作为老朽化管路的内衬。又,作为管状树脂吸附材料1所浸渍的未硬化液状硬化性树脂,除了可以使用不饱和聚酯树脂、环氧树脂、乙烯基酯树脂等等的热硬化性树脂之外,也可以使用光照硬化性树脂、常温硬化性树脂等等。
如上所述,在关于本实施形态的制造方法中,由于使以直线车缝带状的树脂吸附材料1的重叠部来将重叠部予以接合,所以比起以往的锁式车缝之接合方式更能够提高接合速度。
又,由于以带状树脂吸附材料1的直线车缝所产生的车缝加工余裕部分1a,会由于管状树脂吸附材料1反面翻拗而位于该管状树脂吸附材料1的内面侧,所以该车缝加工余裕部分1a不会妨碍到之后的塑料薄膜6在接合部的密封作业,而使得接合后的密封作业能够单纯化。
又如第8图所显示,在对带状的树脂吸附材料1做直线车缝时,若能预先将车缝加工余裕部分1a予以接合,则如第9图所显示,在将管状树脂吸附材料1反面翻拗后,位于内面侧的车缝加工余裕部分1a就不会摊开,而具有接合而偏向一方的好形态。
<实施形态2>
其次,以第10图~第15图来说明关于本发明实施形态2的管路内衬材料的制造方法。并且,第10图~第15图为显示关于本发明的实施形态2之管路内衬材料的制造方法其工序顺序的说明图。
在本实施形态的制造方法中,是把第10图中,以表面气密性高的塑料薄膜6所被覆的带状的树脂吸附材料1,以第11图所显示之塑料薄膜6成为内面的方式而折叠,并使其宽幅方向两端重叠,在留有车缝加工余裕下,将其重叠部分做直线车缝。
如上所述,使树脂吸附材料1的重叠部分藉由直线车缝接合后,将此接合部以左右方向拉张,便得到如第12图显示的管状树脂吸附材料1,并使车缝加工余裕部分1a露出于该管状树脂吸附材料1之接合部的外面,而使塑料薄膜6位于其内面。
然后,粘合将管状树脂吸附材料1利用前述的方法(请参照第6图及第7图)使内面成为外面之方式做反面翻拗。如此一来,便如第13图所显示,使得塑料薄膜6外翻而露出于管状树脂吸附材料1的外面,而使车缝加工余裕部分1a位于内面侧。
其后,如第14图所显示,在以塑料薄膜6被覆后的管状树脂吸附材料1之接合部(缝制部)的外面,将密封用合成纤维带7以熔敷或是粘合方式将接合部做气密加工。又,对于密封用合成纤维带7是使用与塑料薄膜6相同材质的薄膜。
或者,也可以如第15图所显示,在管状树脂吸附材料1之接合部(缝制部)的外面上,熔敷或是粘合上并没有熔敷或是粘合于密封用合成纤维带7的接合部间隙带(clearance tape)8,其上再披覆上幅度宽广的密封用合成纤维带7,利用从该密封用合成纤维带7的接合部间隙带8两侧所超出的两端部,熔敷或是粘合于塑料薄膜6上,来将管状树脂吸附材料1的接合部(缝制部)做气密性加工。又,接合部间隙带8是把纤维质构件8b重叠在塑料薄膜8a上所构成,使塑料薄膜8a熔敷或是粘合在披覆于管状树脂吸附材料1外面的塑料薄膜6上。
经由以上的工序,使管状树脂吸附材料1的接合部,藉由第14图所显示的密封用合成纤维带7、或是藉由第15图所显示的密封用合成纤维带7与接合部间隙带8做气密性加工后,再利用任意的方法使该管状树脂吸附材料1浸渍未硬化的液状硬化性树脂后,便能够取得所期望的管路内衬材料,而此管路内衬材料便能够提供作为老朽化管路的内衬来使用。
以上,在本实施形态的制造方法中,因为是与上述实施形态1相同地将带状树脂吸附材料1的重叠部予以直线车缝来使其重叠部接合,所以比起以往的锁式车缝接合方式更能提高接合速度。
又,由于以带状树脂吸附材料1的直线车缝所产生的车缝加工余裕部分1a,会由于将管状树脂吸附材料1向反面翻拗而位于该管状树脂吸附材料1的内面侧,所以该车缝加工余裕部分1a不会妨碍到之后的密封用合成纤维带7在接合部的密封作业,而使得接合后的密封作业能够单纯化。
<实施形态3>
其次,以第16图~第21图来说明本发明的实施形态3的管路内衬材料的制造方法。并且,第16图~第21图为显示本发明的实施形态3之管路内衬材料的制造方法其制造顺序的说明图。
在本实施形态的制造方法中,是把如第16图所显示,除了在表面的两端部外,部分地被覆有气密性高的塑料薄膜6之带状的树脂吸附材料1,以第17图所显示之塑料薄膜6成为内面的方式折叠,并使其宽幅方向两端重叠,在留有车缝加工余裕下,将其重叠部分做直线车缝。
如上所述,使树脂吸附材料1的重叠部分藉由直线车缝接合后,将此接合部以左右方向拉张,便得到如第18图显示的管状树脂吸附材料1,并使车缝加工余裕部分1a露出于该管状树脂吸附材料1之接合部的外面,而使内面的一部分由塑料薄膜6所披覆,并在内面接合部的部分上,形成没有被塑料薄膜6所被覆之一定宽幅部分(称为非披覆部)。
然后,将管状树脂吸附材料1利用前述方法(参照第6图及第7图)使内面成为外面之方式做反面翻拗。便如第19图所显示,使得塑料薄膜6的部份外翻而露出于管状树脂吸附材料1的外面,而使车缝加工余裕部分1a位于内面侧。
其后,如第20图所显示,在包含管状树脂吸附材料1接合部(缝制部)外面的上述非披覆部的范围上,熔敷或是粘合上比非披覆部的宽度还要宽的密封用合成纤维带7,将接合部做气密性加工。或者如第21图所显示,也可以把非织造布所构成的纤维质构件9嵌入于管状树脂吸附材料1外面的非披覆部,并且将之熔敷或是粘合后,然后在其上方,藉由披覆以宽度宽广的密封用合成纤维带7,再把其两侧部分熔敷或是粘合于塑料薄膜6上,来将接合部做气密性加工。或者,也可以让纤维质构件9预先接合于密封用合成纤维带7。
经由以上的工序,使管状树脂吸附材料1的接合部,藉由第20图所显示的密封用合成纤维带7、或是藉由第21图所显示的密封用合成纤维带7与纤维质构件9做气密性加工后,再利用任意的方法使该管状树脂吸附材料1浸渍未硬化的液状硬化性树脂后,便能够取得所期望的管路内衬材料,而此管路内衬材料便能够提供作为老朽化管路的内衬来使用。
以上,在本实施形态的制造方法中,因为是与上述实施形态1以及实施形态2相同地将带状树脂吸附材料1的重叠部予以直线车缝来使其重叠部接合,所以比起以往的锁式车缝接合方式更能提高接合速度。
又,由于以带状树脂吸附材料1的直线车缝所产生的车缝加工余裕部分1a,会由于将管状树脂吸附材料1向反面翻拗而位于该管状树脂吸附材料1的内面侧,所以该车缝加工余裕部分1a不会妨碍到之后的密封用合成纤维带7在接合部的密封作业,而使得接合后的密封作业能够单纯化。
<实施形态4>
其次,以第22图~第24图来说明本发明的实施形态4的管路内衬材料的制造方法。并且,第22图~第24图为显示本发明的实施形态4之管路内衬材料的制造方法其制造顺序的断面图。
在本实施形态的制造方法中,是如第22图所显示,将带状树脂吸附材料1折叠,使其宽幅方向两端相抵接合,再将接合补强带10熔敷或是粘合在其相抵接合部的外面,来将树脂吸附材料1加工成管状。又,作为接合补强带10是使用和树脂吸附材料1相同材质的非织造布。
将管状树脂吸附材料1利用前述方法(请参照第6图及第7图)使内面成为外面之方式做反面翻拗后,便如第23图所显示,使得接合补强带10位于反面翻拗后之管状树脂吸附材料1的内面,然后,如第24图所显示,再将气密性高的塑料薄膜6熔敷或是粘合在管状树脂吸附材料1的外面全体,使接合部藉由塑料薄膜6做气密性的密封加工。又,在本实施形态中,管状树脂吸附材料1的外面侧是针刺加工中刺针2(请参照第1图)刺穿的那一侧,由于其外面的纤维要比内面的难以脱落,使得塑料薄膜6能更强力地被熔敷或是粘合。
经由以上的工序,如第24图所显示,使管状树脂吸附材料1的接合部,藉由塑料薄膜6被施以气密性加工后,再利用任意的方法使该管状树脂吸附材料1浸渍未硬化的液状硬化性树脂,便能够取得所期望的管路内衬材料,而此管路内衬材料即能提供作为老朽化管路的内衬来使用。
而且,在本实施形态的制造方法中,由于将接合补强带10以熔敷或是粘合在带状树脂吸附材料1之相抵接合部外面,藉由接合相抵接合部而制得管状树脂吸附材料1,所以比起以往的锁式车缝接合方式更能提高接合速度。
又,由于以熔敷或是粘合在带状树脂吸附材料1之相抵接合部外面的接合补强带10,已经由于管状树脂吸附材料1反面翻拗而位于该管状树脂吸附材料1的内面侧,所以该接合补强带10不会妨碍到之后的塑料薄膜6在接合部的密封作业,而使得接合后的密封作业能够单纯化。
<实施形态5>
其次,以第25图~第28图来说明本发明的实施形态5的管路内衬材料的制造方法。并且,第25图~第28图为显示本发明的实施形态5之管路内衬材料的制造方法其制造顺序的断面图。
在本实施形态的制造方法中,如第25图所显示,将表面被塑料薄膜6所被覆的带状树脂吸附材料1予以折叠成以塑料薄膜6为内面,使其宽幅方向两端相抵接合,并如第26图所显示,将接合补强带10以熔敷或是粘合在其相抵接合部的外面,来将树脂吸附材料1加工成管状。
然后,将管状树脂吸附材料1利用前述的方法(请参照第6图及第7图)使内面成为外面之方式做反面翻拗,便如第27图所显示,使得接合补强带10位于反面翻拗后之管状树脂吸附材料1的内面,而塑料薄膜6则露出在外面侧。
其后,如第28图所显示,将密封用合成纤维带7熔敷或是粘合在管状树脂吸附材料1的接合部外面,藉由该密封用合成纤维带7,来将接合部做气密性加工。或者如第29图所显示,也可以把接合部间隙带8熔敷或是粘合于管状树脂吸附材料1之接合部的外面,然后从其上方,藉由披覆以宽度宽广的密封用合成纤维带7,再把由该密封用合成纤维带7的接合部间隙带8两侧所超出的两端部,熔敷或是粘合于塑料薄膜6上,来使接合部做气密性加工。
经由以上工序,使管状树脂吸附材料1的接合部被施以气密性加工后,再利用任意的方法使该管状树脂吸附材料1浸渍未硬化的液状硬化性树脂,便能够制得所期望的管路内衬材料,而此管路内衬材料即能提供用作老朽化管路的内衬。
而且,在本实施形态的制造方法中,系与前述实施形态4相同地,由于是将接合补强带10以熔敷或是粘合在带状树脂吸附材料1之相抵接合部外面,藉由接合相抵接合部而制得管状树脂吸附材料1,所以比起以往的锁式车缝接合方式更能提高接合速度。
又,由于以熔敷或是粘合在带状树脂吸附材料1之相抵接合部外面的接合补强带10,会由于管状树脂吸附材料1反面翻拗而位于该管状树脂吸附材料1的内面侧,所以该接合补强带10不会妨碍到之后的密封用合成纤维带7在接合部的密封作业,而使得接合后的密封作业能够单纯化。
由以上所说明可以明白,依据本发明,由于是直线车缝在带状树脂吸附材料的重叠部来接合其重叠部,或是藉由将接合补强带熔敷或是粘合于带状的树脂吸附材料的相抵接合部的外面,来接合相抵接合部而制得管状树脂吸附材料,所以比起以往的锁式车缝接合方式更能提高接合速度。
并且,带状树脂吸附材料的直线车缝所产生的车缝加工余裕部分,会由于反面翻拗管状树脂吸附材料而位于管状树脂吸附材料的内侧位置,所以该车缝加工余裕部分不会妨碍到之后的塑料薄膜或是密封用合成纤维带接合部的密封作业,而能够谋求接合后之密封作业的单纯化。又,在带状的树脂吸附材料的相抵接合部的外面,以熔敷或是粘合后的接合补强带,也因为反面翻拗管状树脂吸附材料而位于管状树脂吸附材料的内侧位置,所以该接合补强构件并不会妨碍到其后的塑料薄膜或是密封用合成纤维带接合部的密封作业,而能够谋求接合后之密封作业的单纯化。

图中,1为树脂吸附材料,1a为车缝加工余裕部分(车缝边),6为塑料薄膜,7为密封用合成纤维带,8为接合部间隙带,9为纤维质构件,10为接合部补强带。

Claims (8)

1.一种管路内衬材料的制造方法,所述方法系将硬化性树脂浸渍于其外表面被覆有高气密性塑料薄膜的管状树脂吸附材料上,由此构成管路内衬材料,其特征为:
将带状的树脂吸附材料折叠,使其宽幅方向两端重叠,以留有车缝加工余裕地直线车缝其重叠部分,将树脂吸附材料加工成管状之后,使内侧面成为外侧面之方式反面翻拗管状树脂吸附材料,然后将塑料薄膜熔敷或粘合在树脂吸附材料外面的全体或是一部分上,气密性地加工外表面。
2.一种管路内衬材料的制造方法,所述方法系将硬化性树脂浸渍于其外表面被覆有高气密性塑料薄膜的管状树脂吸附材料上,由此构成管路内衬材料,其特征为:
将表面被覆有塑料薄膜的带状树脂吸附材料予以折叠,使上述塑料薄膜成为内面,然后重叠其宽幅方向两端,以留有车缝加工余裕地直线车缝其重叠部分,将树脂吸附材料加工成管状之后,使内侧面成为外侧面之方式反面翻拗管状树脂吸附材料,将密封用合成纤维带熔敷或是粘合在其缝制部的外面上,气密性地加工外表面。
3.如权利要求1或2所述之管路内衬材料的制造方法,其特征在于,预先接合上述管状树脂吸附材料的车缝加工余裕部分。
4.一种管路内衬材料的制造方法,所述方法系将硬化性树脂浸渍于其外表面被覆有高气密性塑料薄膜的管状树脂吸附材料上,由此构成管路内衬材料,其特征为:
将带状的树脂吸附材料折叠,使其宽幅方向两端相抵接合,并将接合补强带熔敷或是粘合在其相抵接合部的外面,把树脂吸附材料加工成管状后,使内侧面成为外侧面之方式反面翻拗管状树脂吸附材料,再将塑料薄膜熔敷或粘合在树脂吸附材料外面全体或是一部分上,气密性地加工外表面。
5.一种管路内衬材料的制造方法,所述方法系将硬化性树脂浸渍于其外表面被覆有高气密性塑料薄膜的管状树脂吸附材料上,由此构成管路内衬材料,其特征为:
将表面被覆有塑料薄膜的带状树脂吸附材料予以折叠,使上述塑料薄膜成为内面,然后相抵接合其宽幅方向两端,并将接合补强带熔敷或是粘合在其相抵接合部的外面,把树脂吸附材料加工成管状后,使内侧面成为外侧面之方式反面翻拗管状树脂吸附材料,再将密封用合成纤维带熔敷或是粘合在该接合部的外面上,气密性地加工外表面。
6.如权利要求2或5所述之管路内衬材料的制造方法,其特征在于,在上述密封用合成纤维带与塑料薄膜之间夹设有接合部间隙带。
7.如权利要求2或5所述之管路内衬材料的制造方法,其特征在于,上述密封用合成纤维带是和上述塑料薄膜为相同材质的薄膜所构成,而该密封用合成纤维带与上述管状树脂吸附材料之间夹入有纤维质构件。
8.如权利要求4或5所述之管路内衬材料的制造方法,其特征在于,上述接合补强带由非织造布构成。
