Description

制备多层共挤塑物的方法和由该方法制备的共挤塑物
本发明涉及带有塑料层的多层共挤塑物的制备方法,所述塑料层对于粘合剂具有释放特性,产生该释放特性的物质位于所述的塑料层中。
本发明的目的是说明上文概述的一种可有效地制备由一料片、粘合剂、释放层和用于该释放层的另一料片组成的复合材料的方法。
在本发明所建议的该问题的解决方案中,在生产共挤塑物时在放置粘合剂层的那一侧设置第一料片,然后设置具有释放特性的塑料层,后者再与第二料片粘结。
通过这种共挤塑法,至少所述复合材料的基本结构在单一操作中得以制造。
已经证明,如果按照本发明进一步的改进,将所述共挤塑物的各层同时共挤塑,将是特别有利的。
结果是实现了整个层结构的特别有效的生产。
在本发明的特别有益的改进中,通过吹膜法同时挤塑各层。
然而,根据本发明的进一步的改进,通过流延法制备各层也是可能的。
根据本发明的进一步的改进,可以提供基材作为第一料片或第二料片,其中其他各层在单一操作中被挤压到所述基材上。

在图1中数字1代表由四层组成的并由所述共挤塑法制备的复合材料。在第一料片2的一侧设置有粘合剂层3,紧接其上是具有释放粘合剂特性的另一层4。该释放层4又被粘结到第二料片5上。如果料片2和料片5都是由可共挤塑的塑料制造的,所有的四层可同时制备,不仅可通过吹膜法也可通过流延法。然而,在该共挤塑法完成后,还可用另外的层覆盖料片2和料片5。
由五层组成的另一复合材料21显示在图2中,其中料片22作为释放层24的基材使用。该释放层24的另一侧是粘合剂层23,后者又被粘结到由塑料制成的料片25上。该料片25作为核芯层,在远离粘合剂层23的那一侧为表层26。这种表层也可作为上述释放层的表层而设置在料片22上。
不同的塑料可作为释放层的基材层而使用。
本发明中,在各种情况下,使用例如20-40μm厚的LDPE、LLDPE、HDPE、PP、mPE、PETP和PS,同时使释放层的实际厚度为5到10μm,取得了好的特性。
PP、OPP、PE、LDPE、LLDPE、mPE、PS和PET已被成功地用于承载粘合剂的所述料片,根据所用的这些材料,其厚度在60~200μm之间。在某些情况下,在所述料片的外侧还设置了另外的涂层以改善印刷性。
在某些情况下,所述料片还被分成了由不同的材料制造的几层。

实施例1
使用SIS、SBS、SEBS和SEP的嵌段共聚物,其在200℃和5kg下的融熔指数为8-65g/10分钟。聚合物的苯乙烯含量在10-35%之间。可通过加入树脂和增塑剂而将粘合剂层的特性加以控制,例如借助于脂族烃树脂、多萜烯树脂、被水解的烃树脂、芳族烃树脂、石腊、微晶腊、聚异丁烯和加工油。
通过首先进行化合操作,将液体组分加工成可挤塑的形式。
挤塑时的温度在100-240℃之间,同时,避免剪切力过高。
实施例2
制备粘合剂层的其它方法包括采用熔融转移技术将UV丙烯酸酯或UV熟化的PSA包含在共挤塑的基材和释放层之间。
由辐射熟化的基本材料是,例如含有整合在其中的光引发剂的丙烯酸酯共聚物。UV交联由用于粘合剂的聚合物基材层完成。
可用树脂或增塑剂将丙烯酸酯共聚物改性,同时粘合剂层的粘性可通过辐射剂量加以控制。
实现交联目的的典型的辐射波长为250-260纳米(UVC)。
丙烯酸酯共聚物的典型加工温度为110-150℃之间。

Claims (11)

1.制备多层共挤塑物的方法,所述多层共挤塑物具有塑料层,该层具有释放粘合剂的释放特性,其中产生释放特性的材料位于塑料层内,该方法的特征在于:
在制备共挤塑物的过程中,在粘合剂层(3、23)的一侧设置第一料片(2、22),然后设置具有释放特性的塑料层(4、24),再将该塑料层粘结到第二料片(5、25)上;
其中共挤塑物的各层是同时被挤塑的;且
设置另外的层(26),其位于并粘结到塑料片膜(2、5或22、25)的两侧,从而两个塑料片膜均设置有与塑料膜粘合的另外的层(26)。
2.根据权利要求1的方法,其中共挤塑物的各层是同时被挤塑的。
3.根据权利要求1或2的方法,其中通过吹膜法将各层同时挤塑。
4.根据权利要求1或2的方法,其中通过流延法将各层同时挤塑。
5.根据权利要求1或2的方法,其中提供基材料片(2、5;22、25)作为第一料片或第二料片,将其他各层在单一操作中挤压到所述基材上。
6.根据权利要求1的方法,其中提供塑料膜作为基材料片(2、5;22、25),将其他各层在单一操作中挤压到所述塑料膜上。
7.根据权利要求1或2的方法,其中至少将所述的基材定向。
8.根据权利要求7的方法,其中将整个共挤塑物进行定向。
9.由按照前述任一项权利要求所述的方法制备的多层共挤塑物,其特征在于,提供至少两个塑料膜(2、5;22、25),粘合剂层(3、23)和具有粘合剂释放特性的释放层(4、24)位于所述的两个塑料膜之间。
10.根据权利要求9的多层共挤塑物,其中在所述塑料膜的任一侧或两侧设置有另外的表层(26)。
11.根据权利要求9或10的多层共挤塑物,其中该共挤塑物的至少一部分是被定向的。
