冷空气排放管60的出口62穿过冷冻室3的后壁3a,并朝向冷冻室蒸发器13向下倾斜,并且出口62的端部设置在与冷冻室蒸发器13的入口邻近的位置处。
另外,包括加热线圈的加热器63围绕出口62的外表面安装到冷空气排放管60的出口62上。加热器63用于除去在出口62上所形成的霜,所述霜是由于从温度控制室20输送到冷空气排放管60出口62的冷空气和从冷冻室3输送到冷冻室蒸发器13入口的冷空气之间的温度差而产生的。在加热器63的作用下由霜融化成的水沿向下倾斜的出口62的外表面流动,并被收集在设置于冷冻室蒸发器13下面的泄水盘15中。收集在泄水盘15中的水经排水管(没有示出)被排放到外面。
下面将描述冷却以这种方式构造的温度控制室20的内部的过程。如图3所示,在图4中所示的冷空气入口32由入口风门50关闭。在这种状态下,当设置在温度控制室20处的冷却扇40操作时,冷空气流入温度控制室20中。这时,如图4所示,入口风门50的下端向上移动,以便打开冷空气入口32。
因此,如图5所示,冷空气由冷冻室3经冷空气入口32输送到冷空气进入通道30中,如图4所示,在温度控制室20中循环。接着,冷空气被输送到冷空气排出通道31中并被输送到冷空气排放管60的入口61中。
进入冷空气排放管60入口61的冷空气沿冷空气排放管60向上流动,并被输送到冷空气排放管60的出口62中。之后,冷空气从出口62向下流动,从而,如图6所示,被导入冷冻室蒸发器13的入口。
因此,在温度控制室20中循环的冷空气在冷冻室蒸发器13的入口处与在冷冻室3中循环的冷空气相混合。混合的冷空气经过冷冻室蒸发器13,从而被再次冷却。
当从冷冻到3输送的冷空气在温度控制室20中循环预定的时间时,温度传感器70检测温度控制室20是否达到预定的温度。从而,当如图4所示的温度传感器检测到温度控制室20达到预定的温度时,冷却扇40停止操作。这时,冷空气的流动停止,从而入口风门50关闭冷空气入口32。
通过这样的过程,控制温度控制室20内部的温度使其保持在冷冻室3和冷藏室4的温度之间的预定温度下。
而且,当在冷空气排放管60的出口62上形成霜时,加热器63操作,以便从出口62上除去霜。这时,由霜融化成的水被收集在设置于冷冻室蒸发器13下面的泄水盘15中。
因此,通过控制冷却扇40的操作,肉或鱼可保鲜地储存在例如-3℃至-5℃之间的预定温度下,从而使肉或鱼易于烹饪,而不必进行大范围的解冻。当然,除了肉和鱼外,还可将其它食品储存在温度控制室20中的预定温度下。
根据本发明的实施例的例子,只有入口风门安装在冷空气入口中,从而流入温度控制室的冷空气仅仅由入口风门来控制。然而,不限于本发明的实施例,还可在冷空气排放管的入口处安装排放风门,以便与入口风门协同控制冷空气的流动。从上面的描述中可明显得知,本发明的实施例提供了一种具有温度控制室的冰箱,所述温度控制室被设计为保持在冷冻室和冷藏室温度之间的预定温度,因此,保持食品如肉和鱼的新鲜性,而不冷冻这些食品,从而使食品可被快速烹饪。
尽管在此示出和描述了本发明的优选实施例,但本领域所属技术人员可以理解,在不偏离本发明的原理和实质的情况下,可以对这些实施例进行改变,其范围落入由权利要求和其等同物所限定的范围内。

Claims (12)

1.一种冰箱,包括冷藏室和冷冻室,
其特征在于,所述冰箱还包括:
垂直分隔壁,其垂直地分开冷藏室和冷冻室;
设置在冷藏室中并与冷藏室分隔开的温度控制室;
安装在冷冻室的一部分处的冷冻室蒸发器;
设置在垂直分隔壁处的冷空气入口,用于将冷空气从冷冻室引入到温度控制室中;和
冷空气排放管,其从冷冻室蒸发器连接到温度控制室的后部,用于将冷空气从温度控制室排放到冷冻室中。
2.根据权利要求1所述的冰箱,其特征在于,所述冷空气排放管包括:
连接到设置在温度控制室处的冷空气排放通道的入口,其用于将冷空气从温度控制室引导到冷空气排放管;和
设置在与冷冻室蒸发器的入口邻近的位置处的出口,其用于将冷空气从冷空气排放管引导到冷冻室蒸发器中。
3.根据权利要求2所述的冰箱,其特征在于,冷空气排放管的出口朝向冷冻室蒸发器的入口向下倾斜。
4.根据权利要求3所述的冰箱,其特征在于,所述冰箱还包括安装到向下倾斜的冷空气排放管出口处的加热器,用于除去出口处的霜。
5.根据权利要求2所述的冰箱,其特征在于,所述冰箱还包括安装在冷空气入口中的入口风门,用于打开或关闭冷空气入口。
6.根据权利要求5所述的冰箱,其特征在于,所述冰箱还包括安装在温度控制室的邻近于冷空气入口的部分处的冷却扇,以便强制冷空气从冷冻室经温度控制室和冷空气排放管到冷冻室蒸发器进行循环。
7.根据权利要求6所述的冰箱,其特征在于,所述入口风门包括薄板,从而,当冷却扇操作时响应于流入到温度控制室中的冷空气而打开空气入口,并且当冷却扇停止时响应于冷空气流动停止而关闭冷空气入口。
8.根据权利要求6所述的冰箱,其特征在于,所述冰箱还包括安装在温度控制室中的温度传感器,用于控制冷却扇的操作,从而使温度控制室的内部保持在预定的温度下。
9.根据权利要求1所述的冰箱,其特征在于,所述温度控制室包括后绝热壁、上部和下部绝热壁、侧绝热壁,并且在其前部开口,用于储存物品的抽屉通过温度控制室前部的开口放入温度控制室中。
10.根据权利要求2所述的冰箱,其特征在于,所述冷空气入口只安装有一个入口风门,用于打开或关闭所述冷空气入口。
11.根据权利要求5所述的冰箱,其特征在于,所述冰箱还包括安装在冷空气排放管入口处的排放风门,用于配合入口风门控制冷空气的流动。
12.根据权利要求10所述的冰箱,其特征在于,所述冰箱还包括安装在冷空气排放管入口处的排放风门,用于配合入口风门控制冷空气的流动。
