Abstract
一种具有连接节和支柱的支承结构,其特征是,在连接节(3)和支柱(5)终端范围(27)之间的连接,包括一个插塞连接(11),一个插塞连接(11)的互相插接的元件(支柱(5))至少具有一块磁铁,与该元件共同作用的附属配合件(插销(13))至少部分是铁磁性的。
Description
本发明涉及一种具有连接节和支柱的的支承结构,举例来说,它可用于测量机构和调节机构范围。
众所周知,为了保证必需的稳定性,在连接节的范围内,相互连接的支柱是通过螺栓紧固到连接节上的。这表明,在可拆卸的系统中用这样的连接方法耗费较大,为此,只能用较高成本才能实现。
本发明的任务是提供一种消除这种缺点的支承结构。
为解决这一任务,采用如下结构,具有连接节和支柱的支承结构,其特征在于,在连接节和支柱终端范围之间连接包括一个插塞连接;在插塞连接中,至少有一个相互可插接的元件(支柱),而这元件至少具有一块磁铁;与该元件共同作用的附属配合件(插销)至少部分是铁磁材料制成。因此,在连接节和支柱终端范围之间的连接通过插塞连接实现,是一种简单的和低成本的连接。插塞连接的可插入元件中至少有一个具有一块磁铁。与此元件共同作用的配合件至少部分是铁磁性的材料制成,这使可插入元件保证有可靠的连接,防止疏忽造成的连接松开。
偏爱一种支承结构形式,其特点是,支柱至少在面向一个连接节的一个终端范围形成管状,这一管状终端范围用作一块磁铁和/或一个铁磁配合件的套管。管状形端部范围适合,接受及高的连接力,这样,由于管状结构,支柱保持相对轻的重量。
其他的结构安排根据从属权利要求得到。
本发明通过下列附图作更详细说明。表示如下:
图1为一个连接节和一个支柱的侧视图,
图2为一根支柱终端范围的局部示意图。
以下描述的支承结构,主要用于经常拆卸和重新组装的系统,例如,测量装置中。当然,亦十分适用于调节机构范围。支承结构由多个连接节和支柱组成。图1表示一个支承结构1的剖面,具体说即一个连接节3及固定在其上的支柱5。由图可以看出,支柱5的端部7直接与连接节3的一个侧面9相连接。在这里,连接节3由正方形侧面形成立方体。为了实现具有支往的支承结构,却也可用任意形状的多面体或者亦可用球形的连接节。
支柱5经由插塞连接11与连接节3连接,插塞连接由2个相互可插入的元件组成,其中至少有一个元件置有一块磁铁。所属配合件至少部分是出铁磁性材料制成,也即至少零件的一部分被置有磁铁所吸引。该零件也可以完全由铁磁材料制成。在这里,所描述的实施例中,插塞连接11有固定在连接节3上的插销13。首先,在连接节3所有侧面9中至少有一个面有一个空腔,确切的说置有一个孔15,如果连接节被3个互相垂直孔穿过,那连接节3的制造最为简单。插销13能插入到所属的孔中,并可用适当方法,亦可用专用的胶粘剂固定。在这里所描述的实施例中,穿过连接节3的孔置有内螺纹17,与插销13上虚线表示的螺纹伸出部分19相连接。在插销13的圆周面上可设置2个相对平行的平面23和25作为螺旋扳手的啮合面,借助它们,插销13得以拧进内螺纹17中。
由图2可以看出,支柱5的两端部范围首先至少有一个端部范围呈管状。这可想而知,支柱5制成洞穿的管子,那么支承结构总重量就减轻了,支柱5的管形端部范围27用作插销13的容纳套管。当该插销插入到支柱终端时,则得到插塞连接11,它按照插销长度和按照支柱5内表面和插销13外表面之间配合的配置,能够承受较大的力。为了保证连接节3和支柱5之间建立磁吸力,连接可靠,例如,可在终端范围27内设置一块磁铁29。该磁铁29可用适宜的方法,固定在支柱5的内部。在这里纯粹是作为一个例子,设置有一个固定轴套31,但是为了实现插塞连接11,在支柱5的终端范围磁铁29的固定并不是决定性的。磁铁可通过横穿支柱5纵轴的插销或螺钉固定。最佳的是将磁铁固定在支柱内部,这样,其外表面保持不受损伤,并因此得到令人特别满意的印象。
磁铁29和支柱5的终端7之间距离可作这样选择,使插销13的端面33(见图1)紧贴磁铁29端面35。为了保证插塞连接11磁性的可靠性,至少在终端面33范围内为铁磁性的,当然最好是,插销完全由铁磁材料制成。
如果插销13插入到支柱成管状终端范围27内,则磁铁29吸住插销13,这样使插销13可靠地保持在支柱5内部。如果在支柱5内表面和插销13的外表面之间给出一个摩擦密封,如上所述,还能保证附加的夹持力。
由于插销13与连接节3的螺纹联接时,不能保证插销13在转轴上的定位,则宁可特别用圆柱形插销,它置入圆柱形轴套或者确切他说置入支柱5的圆柱形终端范围27之内。显而可见,支柱可以呈现任意形成的圆周面。重要的是,在管状的终端范围27内有一个用于插销13的圆柱形夹固管。这清楚表明,亦能使一个非圆柱形插销连同在支往5终端范围27内的相应的夹固管共同作用。在各种情况下,由于磁铁吸力的实现使插塞连接11连接可靠。此外,还应注意,磁铁29亦可由铁磁性元件替代,倘使插销13至少在其终端范围作成磁铁的。
根据图1和图2说明,其余也清楚了,亦可由与连接节3可连接的轴套来代替插销13,一个支柱5或由出自支柱的插销状延长部分插入到轴套中。在这里重要的是,借助于磁铁吸力实现的插塞连接稳定可靠,并且,磁铁和铁磁性配合件是可互换的。
按照连接节3的使用地点,一个或最多4个插销用螺旋旋入到立方形的连接节中,并与支柱连接。在具有多于4个外面的多面体连接节中以及相应的支柱直径参数情况下,可有多于6个支柱固定到连接节上,另外亦有可能,连接节作成球形并置有多个洞孔,插销可插入孔中,如图1所示。
在各种情况下,能用最简单方法实现一个容易装拆的支承结构,这时,在支柱和连接节之间通过插塞连接,能承受大力,同时,通过磁铁吸力,对于防止疏忽造成连接的松开具有很高的可靠性。
Claims (6)
1、具有连接节和支柱的支承结构,其特征在于,在连接节(3)和支柱(5)终端范围(27)之间连接包括一个插塞连接(11);在插塞连接(11)中,至少有一个相互可插接的元件(支柱(5)),而这元件至少具有一块磁铁;与该元件共同作用的附属配合件(插销(13))至少部分是铁磁材料制成。
2、根据权利要求1所述的支承结构,其特征在于,支柱(5)至少在其配置于连接节(3)的终端范围(27),最好是在支柱(5)的两终端范围作成管形,且这种管形的终端范围(27)用来作为磁铁(29)和/或为一个铁磁性配合件的夹固管。
3、根据权利要求1或2所述的支承结构,其特征在于,磁铁(29)可压入和/或粘贴到终端范围(27)内。
4、根据权利要求1、2或3所述的支承结构,其特征在于,连接节(3)至少有一个可插入到支柱(5)的管状终端范围的插销(13)和/或一个成为插塞连接(11)的一部分并可插入支柱(5)的轴套。
5、根据权利要求1、2、3或4所述的支承结构,其特征在于,作为多面体的连接节(3)至少有几个面,最好是连接节(3)的所有侧面置有用于容纳插销(13)的孔(15)。
6、根据权利要求4或5所述的支承结构,其特征在于,所述的插销(13)可旋入连接节(3)中。
