Abstract
本发明涉及由形成两个围绕一个构成铰链的轴(2)彼此铰接的半模(1’,1”)的两部分组成的模具(1)的启动系统,半模由一个进行往复运动的移动托架(7)在开模位置和闭模位置之间进行控制。每个半模(1’,1”)铰接在一个围绕一个轴(5a,5b)转动的转动件(4a,4b)上,转动件通过至少一个其两端分别铰接在所述转动件(4a,4b)和移动托架(7)上的启动连杆(6a,6b)进行转动。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种对一个由形成两个彼此铰接的半模的两部分组成的模具进行启动的启动系统。
背景技术
制造尤其用于注射成形机或吹制成形机的由两部分或两个半模组成的模具是公知的。
一般来说,每个半模都安装在一个托架上,一个朝另一个移动,彼此保持平行。
很久以来,人们就已知道一些系统,尤其如同法国专利FR2059446和FR2088523或者FR2793722中所描述的,在这些系统中,半模围绕一个形成铰链的轴进行铰接,而且半模由一个进行往复运动的移动托架在开模位置和闭模位置之间进行控制。
发明内容
本发明涉及一种对一个由形成两个半模的两部分组成的模具进行启动的启动系统,其特征在于,每个半模还铰接在一个围绕一个轴转动的转动件上,转动件通过至少一个启动连杆进行移动,启动连杆两端分别铰接在所述转动件和移动托架上。
根据一个实施例,每个半模通过至少一个连接杆铰接在转动件上,而半模的转动件的启动连杆都铰接在一个公共的移动托架上,特别是在后一种情况下,移动托架例如由一个滑动安装在至少两个导轨上的横撑构成,启动连杆都铰接在所述横撑上。
移动托架最好通过至少一个与一个凸轮相配合的滚轮进行往复运动,例如,滚轮配置在围绕一个固定轴转动安装的一个杆上,该轴相对于半模的转动件的枢轴是固定的。
有利的是,在半模的闭模位置,布置在所述半模和转动件之间的连接杆的纵向轴,基本在连接所述转动件的枢轴的一条直线上对齐。
借助这种布置,半模在闭模位置彼此锁紧而无需其它互补件。
本发明还涉及一种模具组,每个模具都配有一个例如前述的启动系统,这种模具组的特征在于,模具布置成圆形或圆弧形,移动托架通过若干与一个公共凸轮配合的滚轮进行运动,所述模具相对于凸轮进行相对运动。
根据一个实施例,模具固定在一个围绕固定就位的公共凸轮转动的构件上,但是也可以设计成固定的模具和一个按照旋转运动进行运动的凸轮。

具体实施方式
如附图所示,本发明的启动系统用于启动一个由形成两个围绕一个构成铰链的轴2彼此铰接的半模1’、1”的两部分组成的模具1。
每个半模1’、1”通过一个连接杆3a、3b铰接在一个转动件4a、4b上,转动件4a、4b围绕一个轴5a、5b旋转安装。
每个转动件4a、4b由一个启动连杆6a、6b控制进行转动,该启动连杆两端分别铰接在所述转动件4a、4b和一个移动托架7上。
托架7由一个横撑构成,横撑滑动地安装在两条导轨8a、8b上,启动连杆6a、6b的一端铰接在横撑上。
这样,随着托架7的往复运动,从图1和3所示的开模位置到达图2和4所示的闭模位置,反之亦然。
实际上,托架7的移动通过启动连杆6a、6b带动转动件4a、4b转动,从而通过连接杆3a、3b对半模1’、1”的作用,使模具闭模或开模,枢轴2、5a、5b相对于托架7的运动是固定的。
为了操纵托架7,配置一个推拉杆9,推拉杆9一端铰接在所述托架上,另一端铰接在一个杆10上,杆10围绕一个轴11转动地加以安装并且配有一个滚轮12,轴11相对于转动件4a、4b的枢轴5a、5b是固定的。
滚轮12用于同图3和4所局部示出的一个凸轮13进行配合。
根据滚轮12在凸轮13上的位置,模具可以开模(见图3)或者闭模(见图4),滚轮沿图3和4所示的轨迹14运动。
滚轮12和凸轮13彼此进行相对运动。例如,凸轮13相对固定的轴5a、5b、2构成的模具1的支承件进行运动,或者模具及其启动系统组件相对固定的凸轮13进行运动。
尤其如图2和4所示,在闭模位置,连接杆3a、3b的纵向轴基本在连接转动件4a、4b的枢轴5a、5b的一条线上对齐,或者所述轴5a、5b基本位于同连接杆3a、3b的铰接轴所处的平面相同的平面上。
实际上,在这个位置,转动件4a、4b与连接杆3a、3b的铰接轴线可以略微超出连接枢轴5a、5b的直线。
这样,模具不仅借助托架施加的压力,而且也借助同无需托架7后退的开模相抵触的启动系统的几何形状来保持锁紧。
图5示出一个具有十二个模具1a至11的模具组,每个模具配有一个例如图1至4所示的启动系统,这个模具组例如用于从热塑性预型坯吹制中空物件,例如瓶子。
如图5所示,模具1a至11布置成圆形,在其中央配置一个公共凸轮13,凸轮13这里是固定布置的。
枢轴2、5a、5b和杆10的枢轴11如同托架7在其上移动的导轨8a、8b一样以固定的方式加以布置,例如固定在一个未示出的平台上,这个平台相对于凸轮13进行转动(显然,如前所述,可以设计成一个活动凸轮和若干固定模具)。
凸轮形状的选择要适合于一个或多个模具随着凸轮13的角位置的变化,进行如图5所示的开模(1a、1b)或闭模(1c至1l)。
Claims (9)
1.一种模具(1)的启动系统,所述模具由形成两个围绕一个构成铰链的轴(2)彼此铰接的半模(1’,1”)的两部分组成,两个半模由一个进行往复运动的移动托架(7)在开模位置和闭模位置之间进行控制,其特征在于,每个半模(1’,1”)铰接在一个围绕一个轴(5a,5b)转动的转动件(4a,4b)上,转动件通过至少一个其两端分别铰接在所述转动件(4a,4b)和移动托架(7)上的启动连杆(6a,6b)进行转动。
2.根据权利要求1所述的启动系统,其特征在于,每个半模(1’,1”)通过至少一个连接杆(3a,3b)铰接在转动件(4a,4b)上。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的启动系统,其特征在于,半模(1’,1”)的转动件(4a,4b)的启动连杆(6a,6b)都铰接在一个公共的移动托架(7)上。
4.根据权利要求3所述的启动系统,其特征在于,移动托架(7)由一个滑动安装在至少两个导轨(8a,8b)上的横撑构成,启动连杆(6a,6b)铰接在所述横撑上。
5.根据权利要求1至4之一所述的启动系统,其特征在于,移动托架(7)通过至少一个与一个凸轮(13)相配合的滚轮(12)进行往复运动。
6.根据权利要求5所述的启动系统,其特征在于,滚轮(12)布置在围绕一个固定轴(11)转动安装的一个杆(10)上,该轴相对于半模(1’,1”)的转动件(4a,4b)的枢轴(5a,5b)是固定的。
7.根据权利要求2至6之一所述的启动系统,其特征在于,在半模(1’,1”)的闭模位置,布置在所述半模(1’,1”)和转动件(4a,4b)之间的连接杆(3a,3b)的纵向轴,基本在连接所述转动件(4a,4b)的枢轴(5a,5b)的直线上对齐。
8.一种模具组(1a,…1l),每个模具都由两个围绕一个形成铰链的轴铰接的半模构成,并且都配有一个根据权利要求1至7之一所述的启动系统,其特征在于,模具(1a,…1l)布置成圆形或圆弧形,移动托架通过一些与一个公共凸轮(13)配合的滚轮进行运动,所述模具相对于凸轮(13)进行相对运动。
9.根据权利要求8所述的模具组,其特征在于,模具(1a,…1l)固定在一个构件上,所述构件围绕一固定的公共凸轮(13)转动。
