Abstract

Description

用于固定铁路路面的宽轨枕
技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于Getrac结构类型的具有沥青涂层的固定铁路路面的带一装在下侧的缺口内的石销的整体轨枕,石销超过轨枕向下伸出地嵌在沥青铁路路面的一个凹坑内。Getrac结构型式的主要特征是具有沥青支承层,在所述沥青支承层上通过特殊的石销弹性连接地支承有混凝土轨枕。
背景技术
在用于Getrac结构型式的固定铁路路面的整体轨枕中在应用普通轨枕时产生非常高的表面压力,这造成轨枕随着时间的推移越来越多地挤入沥青内,从而丧失浇注的铁路路面的调整好的高度。在Getrac系统中沥青路面的凹坑应该在轨枕或预制的轨梁(Gleisrost)找正以后浇注,以达到石销的固定,因为起先凹坑必须做得比较大,以便能够补偿制造误差和铺设误差。但是其前提是,凹坑侧向略微突出于轨枕,因为否则不能进行妥善的浇注。
发明内容
因此本发明的目的是,这样地设计用于带有沥青的、Getrac结构型式的固定路面的整体轨枕,使得存在较小的表面压力,同时可以在轨枕找正以后浇注沥青路面的凹坑。
为了实现这个目的按本发明设想,将整体轨枕做成宽轨枕,它与相邻的轨枕只形成一小的、使得可以在铁路为曲线时实现径向铺放的间隙,并且它在下侧的石销区域内设有一用于后续浇注凹坑的侧向收缩部。
按照本发明代替迄今为止所用的普通宽度整体轨枕采用宽轨枕,它们这样宽,使它们各自和相邻轨枕只形成一窄的缝隙。由此使表面压力明显减小,并且这里不存在挤入沥青路面的危险。由于铺设在碎石上的宽轨枕在石销区域内不常见的侧向收缩部,位于该收缩部区域内的沥青路面的凹坑至少在外边缘处是外露的,因此尽管沥青路面由于宽轨枕几乎整个表面被覆盖,仍然能够进行沥青路面凹坑的后续浇注,从而固定嵌在它里面的石销。
此外按本发明采用专门的宽轨枕还有这样的优点。即由于轨枕的重量大石销在横向和纵向的载荷变小,因为仅仅轨枕的重量便能大部分地吸收在车辆驶过轨枕时直接到石销上的力的传递。
其中下述结构也在本发明的范围之内,即按本发明的宽轨枕在用于石销的凹坑区域内设一在整个宽度上和在大于用于石销的凹坑的长度上延伸的高度较小的凹槽。这个凹槽防止轨枕正好支承在中心,从而也减小断裂的危险,此外通过这个凹槽在浇注沥青路面的凹坑时空气可以排出,使浇注可以迅速和均匀地进行。

具体实施方式
由图1可以最清楚地看出一带有沥青支承层的Getrac A3结构型式的固定路面的结构。这里可以看到下面的基底层1,它上面覆盖两个做得不同的沥青层2和3。在上沥青层3和按本发明的做成与相邻轨枕只有很小间距的宽轨枕的用来固定铁轨5的整体轨枕4之间设置一无纺布6。按本发明的宽轨枕,与在Getrac A3结构型式的固定路面时常见的那样,设有一石销7,它借助于一弹性环形支承8固定在轨枕底面上的缺口9内。这个石销嵌入沥青层3的一较大的凹坑10内,其中石销在这个凹坑内占有的准确位置只有在调整轨梁时才得到。由于这个原因凹坑做得比较大。在调整以后这个凹坑10重新用沥青浇灌,为此当然凹坑10必须是朝上开口的。按照本发明这通过以下方法达到,即宽轨在石销7的区域内设有侧向收缩部11和12,通过它们凹坑10的末端处向上露出,使得尽管沥青路面3在其它部位几乎完全被覆盖仍能保证在轨枕4调整以后凹坑10的后续浇注。
在侧向收缩部11和12之间的区域内宽轨枕4在底面上设有一在整个宽度上延伸的较浅的凹槽13。这一方面防止轨枕直接支承在中心,从而减小断裂的危险,另一方面可以通过此在侧向收缩部11和12之间的区域朝侧开口的凹槽13在用沥青浇灌凹坑10时使空气从中排出,使得可以迅速和均匀地浇灌,而不产生缩孔部位。

Claims (2)

1.用于带有沥青支承层的Getrac A3结构型式的固定路面的整体或宽轨枕,具有一装在底面上的缺口内的石销,它向下突出于轨枕嵌入沥青路面上的一凹坑内,其特征为:所述轨枕做成宽轨枕(4),它与相邻轨枕只形成一小的,可允许在铁路为曲线时进行径向铺放的缝隙,轨枕在底面石销(7)的区域内设有用来后续浇注凹坑(10)的第一、第二侧向收缩部(11、12);沥青路面的所述凹坑(10)在平行于铁轨的方向上的长度小于所述轨枕的宽度;并且,所述轨枕在所述第一、第二侧向收缩部(11、12)之间的区域内在底面上设一在整个宽度上延伸的较浅的凹槽(13)。
2.按权利要求1所述的宽轨枕,其特征为:石销(7)借助于一弹性环形支承(8)固定在缺口(9)内。
