优选实施例的描述
根据本发明的一次性使用的擦拭片的细节,通过下面参照附图的描述会更明白。
图1是一个透视图,示出一个支架2,其上固定有一个一次性擦拭片1。支架2包括一个基板3和一个杆4。片1靠着基板3的下表面,具有其相对的长侧边区域7,该区域折回到基板3的上表面,并且由卡子8固定到该上表面,卡子8安装在基板3上。地板上或墙表面上的灰尘和/或污物可由固定在支架2上的片1擦去,该杆4由使用者握在手中。

图6是类似于图5的视图,示出本发明的另一实施例,图6是相应于图5的后视图。根据本实施例的擦拭片1的基片层10沿长纤维25的切断区29形成有缝隙31。这些缝隙31的形成是通过靠着多个长纤维25相继地向下压切断器140的刀片141,切断长纤维25连同基片层基片层10,如图6所示。刀片141可以加热到适宜的温度,以利于切断长纤维25。在这些槽31的周边部分32的区域,与相应的刀片141磨擦的结果和/或在刀片141的热作用下,基片层10被短时间地加热到其熔化点。在此短时间后,基片层10的纤维与长纤维25在相应的缝隙31处封合,只要基片层10由无纺纤维制造,如图7所示。由于这样的缝隙31,基片层10将抵抗施加到其上而将其撕裂的力。由于基片层10由合成树脂薄膜制造,平行于长纤维25的单轴拉伸,该薄膜能够沿着缝隙的周边32一次熔化并固化,类似于图7,以消除薄膜沿着缝隙31的周边32的可延伸性。继而,该薄膜不易撕破。与切片141磨擦和/或刀片141的加热的结果,长纤维25的由切断器切断的端部可能会与基片层10和相邻的长纤维25热封合。这些发生热封合的长纤维25可以用硬毛刷理而不固定。
图8是透视图,示出制作擦拭片1的过程中切断长纤维25的步骤,图9是一个透视图,示出用在此步骤中的切断器140。在此步骤中,一个合成的片105的材料带从图8所示的左侧连续地供给。该材料带包括一个可热封合的基片110的连续的材料带,作为基片层10的基料,和长纤维25的组合,其沿着相应的密封线9间断地热封在基片110的上下表面。在合成的片105中,延伸在相邻的密封线9、9之间的长纤维25的长度由切断器140横跨合成片105间断地切断。切断器140包括一个设置有刀片141的上辊142,和一个与刀片141相靠的下辊143,使得这些上辊和下辊142、143将合成片105压在其中间,并且从而同时切断位于可热封合的基片110的上下表面的长纤维25。用此方式,切断区29(见图2和图3)和可热封的基片110的缝隙31(见图6和图7)形成。
切断器140的上辊142轴向延伸,并且包括若干个刀片141,该刀片以等间隔设置在辊142的表面,并且如果需要,这些刀片141可以加热到适宜的温度。下辊143包括多个周面突起146和槽147,在其轴向交替地设置。上辊142的相应的刀片141被压靠在下辊143的相应的突起146上,以切断长纤维25的组,切断宽度是各突起146的宽度,从而形成擦拭片1的短纤维25A、25B,同时形成可热封基片110的缝隙31。刀片141沿着下辊143的槽147不起作用,留下的长纤维25的长度不变。在刀片141切断合成片105的过程中,产生磨擦热,另外,如果刀片被加热,则刀片141的热使可热封合的基片110沿相应的缝隙31的周边熔化并且固化。用此方式,得到图6和图7所示的状态。短纤维25A、25B的自由端也可能相互热封合,或者与可热封合的基片110热封合。为了解决此问题,这些相互热封合或与基片110封合的短纤维25A、25B的自由端,在离开切断器140以后,要通过旋转刷151的作用来分散开,从而形成擦拭片1的蓬松部分26B。然后,合成的片105可以切成预定的长度,以得到单个的擦拭片1。
上面描述的过程,可容易地获得在基片层10的两个表面均具有擦拭层20的擦拭片1。按照此方法得到的擦处1不易损坏,虽然基片层10形成有缝隙31。
在此擦拭片1中,基片层10可以由支撑材料如基本重量是10-200g/m2的热塑合成纤维的非织造纤维制造,其或由厚度为0.01-0.1mm的热塑合成树脂薄膜制造。
最好是,采用卷曲纤维,更好是采用卷曲共轭纤维,作为长纤维25,以使擦拭层20充分松散,易于捕获和保持灰尘和/或污物。通过用适宜的表面活化剂来浸渍长纤维25可以进一步改善捕获灰尘和/或污物的功能。这些长纤维25能够通过开松包括10,000-50,000单丝的丝束而得到,各单丝的细度是1-15d。
最好是,密封线9的宽度为0.5-5mm,并且与相邻的密封线9相距10-100mm。在各对相邻的密封线9之间平分长纤维25的切断区29最好其长度是1-10mm,并且最好距离相邻的切断区1-20mm。
擦拭片1如图8所示,除在基片层10的上表面延伸的擦拭层20以外还包括在基片层10的下表面延伸的类似的擦拭层20,使得片1的两个表面都可以用于擦拭。
一次性使用的擦拭片其作用不仅是捕获出现在窄缝中的灰尘和/或污物,而且能保持这些已被捕获的灰尘和/或污物,使它们不再落下。此有利的功能使得地面或墙面可以很快并且很可靠地清扫。本发明还能够通过使基片层形成缝隙,并且沿着相应的缝隙,使构成基片层的合成树脂熔化/固化,而使基片层具有足够的抗撕裂强度。

Claims (6)

1.一种一次性擦拭片,包括一个可热封合的基片和与所述基片热封合,并且以一个方向延伸的多个可热封合的长纤维,其中:
所述长纤维与所述基片的结合是通过多个密封线,该密封线在与所述一个方向交叉的方向上延伸,并在所述一个方向间断地设置,其中每个密封线的宽度为0.5-5mm,并且与相邻的密封线相距10-100mm;
中高的桥状部分由跨在上述密封线和密封线之间的所述长纤维的一组形成,其在与所述一个方向交叉的方向上间断地设置;并且
在所述交叉的方向上,在相互邻近的所述桥状部分和桥状部分之间、在所述两密封线间延伸的所述长纤维的一组的长度被切断成两部分,在被切断为两部分的纤维中至少一部分能够被形成为可以以相对于该纤维的密封线作为基端,从所述基片上竖起,从而蓬松长纤维向上延伸超过所述桥状部分的顶点。
2.根据权利要求1的一次性擦拭片,其中,所述可热封合的基片可以是由热塑合成纤维形成的无纺布以及由热塑合成树脂形成的薄膜中的任意一种。
3.根据权利要求1的一次性擦拭片,其中,所述可热封合的长纤维是卷曲的共轭纤维。
4.根据权利要求1的一次性擦拭片,其中,在所述长纤维的一组被切断成两部分的部位的附近,所述可热封合的基片上间断地形成沿与所述一个方向交叉的方向延伸的缝隙,所述可热封合的基片在这些缝隙的周边被熔融固化。
5.根据权利要求4的一次性擦拭片,其中,所述无纺布的热塑合成纤维在所述缝隙的周边相互熔融固化,从而结合在一起。
6.一种一次性擦拭片的制造方法,该擦拭片包括一个可热封合的基片和与所述基片热封合、并且以一个方向延伸的多个可热封合的长纤维,其中:
所述长纤维与所述基片的结合是通过多个密封线,该密封线的宽度为0.5-5mm,与相邻的密封线相距10-100mm,以与所述一个方向交叉的方向延伸,并且在所述一个方向上间断地设置,从而每个桥状部分由一组在各对相邻的密封线之间延伸的所述长纤维形成,其在与所述一个方向交叉的方向上间断地设置;
在与所述一个方向交叉的所述方向上位于相互邻近的各对所述桥状部分之间、并且在所述成对的相邻的密封线之间延伸的另一组所述长纤维被切断成两部分;
使所述被切断的长纤维松散,从而使其向上延伸超过所述桥状部分的顶点。
