裁剪薄片材料,是利用真空吸引等固定薄片材料,同时用裁剪刀或圆刀等进行裁剪。并且专利文件1公开了灵活利用圆刀及比其刀宽度短的裁剪刀,有效地裁剪薄片材料的技术。另外,专利文献2公开了在裁剪氯乙烯这样的低熔点薄片材料时,不从薄片材料中抽出裁剪刀,通过裁剪刀释放摩擦热,防止薄片材料的熔融的技术。即,薄片材料熔融时,会产生薄片材料相互粘附,留下印痕等,薄片材料的表面粗糙,裁剪线不清晰等问题,因此利用裁剪刀释放热的方法来防止熔融。
但是,将氯乙烯或合成皮革等透气性差的薄片材料重叠起来裁剪时,重叠在上方的薄片材料不能利用真空吸引充分固定,薄片材料卷缩或者打滑,不能准确裁剪。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于,即使将容易打滑的薄片材料重叠起来也能准确裁剪。
本发明的薄片材料的裁剪方法,其特征在于,将多张薄片材料上下重叠固定,沿预定的裁剪线裁剪成工件时,通过在上述裁剪线附近对上述工件的窝边或其外侧进行局部加热,使所述薄片材料上下相互熔敷,固定上下的薄片材料。
优选利用裁剪头的裁剪刀或钻孔锥进行所述局部加热。例如,用裁剪刀扎入重叠起来的薄片材料,在同样的位置上下移动,利用裁剪刀和薄片材料的摩擦使薄片材料相互熔敷。另外,例如利用钻头状的钻孔锥,像在重叠起来的薄片材料上开孔一样钻入,旋转钻孔锥,可以使薄片材料熔敷。或者,使用由往复刀构成的钻孔锥时,与裁剪用裁剪刀同样地扎入薄片材料并上下移动,可以使其熔敷。
另外,优选的是,每个工件在多处对裁剪线或其稍外侧进行上述局部加热。

在本发明中,使薄片材料上下相互熔敷,或者在裁剪线上设置裁剪余量而进行裁剪,因此即使是不透气性的且容易打滑的氯乙烯或合成皮革等的薄片材料也能准确裁剪。另外,在裁剪透气性的薄片材料时,也能容易地固定薄片材料,利用真空吸引固定薄片材料时,可以使吸引力变小。熔敷部位是裁剪线上或其稍外侧,或者是裁剪线内侧的窝边等,因此能够不在工件上产生瑕疵地熔敷。
使薄片材料上下相互熔敷时,使用裁剪装置的裁剪头上装有的裁剪刀或钻孔锥时,利用一般的裁剪头就可以简单地进行熔敷。
在每个工件上多处进行熔敷,例如2~10处,优选在3~6处进行熔敷。熔敷部位是裁剪线上或其稍外侧,或者裁剪线的内侧的工件的窝边。所谓稍外侧是垂直于裁剪线的外侧5mm以内的区域。另外,裁剪线的外侧直接用于其他工件时,熔敷部位优选为裁剪线上或其内侧的窝边。
目标薄片材料是不透气性的材料时较为有效,这种薄片材料很难用真空吸引来固定,由于薄片材料与薄片材料之间存在空气因而容易打滑。另一方面,不透气性的薄片材料大多是氯乙烯或合成皮革、尼龙、聚酯等容易因热熔融,容易熔敷的材料。因此利用本发明,即使是不透气性的难以固定的薄片材料也可以上下重叠而准确地裁剪。

具体实施方式
图1~图6表示实施例及其变形。在图1表示所用的裁剪装置2,4为裁剪台,6为裁剪台4上固定的毛刷,是刚毛的刷子。也可以是毛刷6之外的部件,只要具有是透气性或者具有空气吸引孔,利用真空泵16能将放置在其上的薄片材料吸住的部件即可。8是裁剪用的裁剪头,由于在臂10上沿图1的Y方向移动,臂10相对于轨道12沿图1的X方向移动,因此裁剪头8相对于裁剪台4能够沿XY方向移动。裁剪头8具有用于裁剪薄片材料等的裁剪刀或圆刀和用于在薄片材料上刻标记的钻孔锥(刻痕),至少具有裁剪刀或钻孔锥中的一个。裁剪头8使裁剪刀上下移动,对重叠于毛刷6上并由氯乙烯等薄片覆盖固定的薄片材料捆进行裁剪。另外,在重叠的薄片材料的张数少时,例如裁剪一两张薄片材料时,也可以用圆刀裁剪。这种情况下,与实施例同样地预先利用裁剪刀或钻孔锥使薄片材料相互熔敷,使上侧的第二张薄片材料相对于下侧的薄片材料不错位。
14是控制部,输入裁剪式样,控制裁剪头8向XY方向的移动、裁剪或打孔、熔敷、裁剪余量等。另外,裁剪式样也可以在裁剪装置2中产生,或者在外部的设计装置等产生。16是真空泵,通过毛刷6真空吸引裁剪台4上的薄片材料而固定。
图2表示实施例的裁剪工作步骤。在步骤1中制成裁剪式样,在步骤2中选择薄片材料的固定方法。在薄片材料的固定方法中,有使薄片材料上下相互熔敷的“熔敷”,和在裁剪线上多处设置裁剪余量,在对裁剪余量之外的部分进行裁剪后裁掉裁剪余量的“留裁剪余量”。除此之外可以选择既不熔敷也不留裁剪余量,只利用真空吸引固定薄片材料。另外,无论熔敷还是留裁剪余量,都同时进行真空吸引。另外“熔敷”、“留裁剪余量”、“除此之外”(仅进行真空吸引)的选择,即可以人工输入控制部,也可以根据薄片材料的材质或裁剪式样等的数据在控制部自动选择。
进行熔敷时,在裁剪线的附近,也就是裁剪线的内侧的窝边或裁剪线上、或者裁剪线的稍外侧,使上下重叠的薄片材料相互熔敷。利用裁剪头上配置的裁剪刀或钻孔锥进行熔敷。例如在熔敷部位,将裁剪刀扎入至贯穿大部分重叠的薄片材料的位置,在相同位置高速地上下移动,薄片材料因摩擦热而上下相互熔敷。使用钻头状钻孔锥时,旋转钻孔锥,向下钻入以贯穿大部分重叠的薄片材料,在该位置旋转进行摩擦热熔敷。此处的“大部分”的是指例如重叠的薄片材料厚度的1/2~3/4左右。另外,使用裁剪刀状钻孔锥时,可以与裁剪刀同样地,在扎入重叠的薄片材料的状态下高速上下移动,使薄片材料相互熔敷(步骤3)。并且在熔敷后进行裁剪(步骤4)。但是,不需要事先在一个工件整周的多个部位进行熔敷,使一个部位熔敷,裁掉一根线条部分,对下一根线条例如熔敷一个部位,裁剪该线条即可。设置裁剪余量时,改变裁剪式样,在裁剪线上的多个部位追加裁剪余量(步骤5)。进行裁剪(步骤6),最后裁掉裁剪余量(步骤7)。另外,熔敷和裁剪余量可以并用,这种情况下,在工作步骤上选择熔敷和裁剪余量二者。
图3是在裁剪线的稍外侧多处设置熔敷部位26的例子的示意图。20是将多张薄片材料重叠的厚度2cm~5cm左右的捆,薄片材料例如使用氯乙烯或合成皮革等不透气性的薄片。并且实际上在捆20上重叠图6所示的气密性的氯乙烯薄片34等,能够更有效地进行真空吸引。但是,在图3~图5中,省略了氯乙烯薄片的图示。22是裁剪刀,是裁剪头上装配的部件,也可以利用钻孔锥等其他部件。另外,也可以在裁剪头上设有内置加热器的棒状部件等,上下移动该部件进行熔敷。
上下移动裁剪刀22,在裁剪线的外侧多处、例如4处设置熔敷部位26。并且,用裁剪刀22扎入重叠的薄片材料,在该位置上下移动,使上下的薄片材料相互熔敷,可以固定薄片材料。因此不透气性的薄片材料,在仅利用真空泵吸引不能固定上下薄片材料的情况下也能进行准确的裁剪。熔敷部位26在工件的外侧,距离裁剪线的距离也是5mm左右而很小,不会给其他工件带来瑕疵。熔敷例如在裁剪前进行,也可以如熔敷-裁剪-熔敷-裁剪等,对各区间(裁剪的一根线条)交替进行熔敷和裁剪。28是工件内部的式样,是窝边内侧的区域,是缝制后出现在纤维制品表面的部分。
图4表示在裁剪线24内侧的窝边30上设置熔敷部位26的例子。此时,熔敷部位26处于窝边30,由于通过缝制而隐藏起来,因而不会在制品上留下瑕疵。
图5表示在裁剪线24上多处设置裁剪余量32的例子。优选设置裁剪余量的部位是工件的角等从薄片材料提起裁剪刀22进行方向转换等的部位。并且,优选裁剪余量32沿裁剪线24的长度比裁剪刀22的宽度短,也就是比裁剪刀22的裁剪方向的长度短。图5的实施例可以并用图3、图4的实施例,例如在裁剪线24紧外侧存在其他工件时,如图5所示,可以利用裁剪余量32。此外,并用图3的实施例和图4的实施例,同样在裁剪线24的外侧设置熔敷部位26时,可以利用窝边30设置熔敷部位26。即使利用裁剪刀22进行裁剪,在裁剪的薄片材料张数少的情况下,也可以使用未图示的圆刀等,裁剪头在动作中可以自由选择裁剪刀、钻孔锥、圆刀等工具,因此,也可以例如用裁剪刀或钻孔锥进行熔敷,用圆刀进行裁剪。
图6表示设有熔敷部位26的捆20的剖面,通过透气性的毛刷6,捆20中的薄片材料被吸引,固定在裁剪台上。并且,捆20上覆有气密性的氯乙烯薄片34,容易真空吸引。捆20的薄片材料为不透气性时,仅靠真空吸引很难固定薄片材料,因此利用熔敷或裁剪余量。并且,熔敷或裁剪余量的形成及裁剪对氯乙烯薄片34和捆20一并进行。因此,熔敷时裁剪刀22或钻孔锥从上侧贯穿氯乙烯薄片34,与下侧的捆20的薄片材料相互熔敷。
在实施例中,利用裁剪线上或其外侧,或者窝边等缝制后不露出的位置,通过熔敷或留出裁剪余量使薄片材料相互固定,即使重叠容易打滑的薄片材料也可以准确裁剪。而且熔敷或留裁剪余量利用裁剪头上配置的部件进行,不需要追加新部件。

Claims (3)

1.一种薄片材料的裁剪方法,其特征在于,上下重叠多张不透气性的薄片材料并进行真空吸引而固定,沿预定的裁剪线裁剪成工件时,
利用与裁剪头的裁剪刀或者钻孔锥的摩擦热在所述裁剪线上、或在所述裁剪线附近的所述工件的窝边或所述裁剪线的外侧进行局部加热,从而使所述薄片材料上下相互熔敷,而固定上下的薄片材料,并在此状态下进行裁剪;
或者使用裁剪头留有裁剪余量地对所述裁剪线上的多个部位进行裁剪后,使用所述裁剪头对该裁剪余量进行裁剪。
2.如权利要求1所述的薄片材料的裁剪方法,其特征在于,每个工件在多处对裁剪线或者其稍外侧进行所述局部加热。
3.如权利要求1所述的薄片材料的裁剪方法,其特征在于,每个工件在多处对裁剪线的内侧的窝边进行所述局部加热。
