本发明涉及以聚合物为基的杀虫组合物、其制备以及其用于防治室内出现的昆虫的应用。这些新的组合物的特征在于,它们含有至少一种掺入适合的聚合物中的杀虫剂。这些组合物的特征还在于,它们能够在室温下或任选在某一温度下以控制的方式释放杀虫剂,而形状和外观不变。
本发明的目的是将杀虫活性化合物加工成不仅在贮存时稳定,而且能在室温下或任选在加热下,以控制的方式挥发。以这种方式,仅用低的能耗就可以获得高的活性和作用持续时间。这些新的杀虫组合物的使用应当可以在不使用常规容器,不需加热,通过静置含有活性化合物的聚合物成型物体,或在适合的挥发装置中直接加热来进行。
在使用电热装置(常称为电热熏蒸器)杀死蚊虫的情况下,适合的材料如纤维素或棉板、石棉或陶瓷用拟除虫菊酯杀虫剂浸渍,给出杀虫药片,这点是已知的。杀虫剂通过产生120-190℃温度的加热装置来蒸发。相似的原理构成凝胶蒸发器的基础,其中杀虫剂渗于凝胶制剂中。
另一种防治蚊虫的方法是使用液体蒸发器,其中杀虫液体制剂经由芯系统加热来连续挥发。
这些载药片、凝胶或液体蒸发器的明显的缺陷是,必须向杀虫组合物中掺入挥发加速剂和其它加工辅助剂,以防止活性化合物热分解,且在生产中需要有机溶剂。
所有的这些已知的挥发原理的另一种明显的缺陷是,使用者会与活性化合物或活性化合物制剂接触。例如,如果在液体蒸发器的情况下液体制剂泄漏,或是在电热熏蒸器的情况下,纸载药片膨胀。
所提到的已知的蒸发器体系的另一缺陷是非均一的活性化合物释放的特点。
此外,在电热灭蚊器的情况下,作用持续时间局限于最多12小时。
本发明者提供新的以聚合物为基的杀虫组合物,它没有上面提到的缺陷,而且使用简便,例如与凝胶蒸发器(EP0321279)一样,在已知蒸发装置中就可使用。在不需要加热或任选在介于60至150℃,优选80-120℃的低的工作温度下,活性化合物的连续释放速率达60天,优选达45天。
本发明杀虫组合物包含这样的混合物,该混合物含有至少一种类型的拟除虫菊酯和至少一种微晶熔点范围介于100和300℃之间,优选介于150和250℃之间,特别优选介于150和200℃之间的聚合物。软化范围,在非晶形热塑聚合物的情况下,取决于玻璃化转变温度,而在部分微晶聚合物的情况下,取决于熔点。此外,无机或有机辅助剂如稳定剂、染料或香料可以作为另外的添加剂掺入混合物中。
本发明杀虫组合物通过在适合的温度下,将热塑聚合物以颗粒或粉末导入适合的填充剂中,并塑化之。在用于所选择的典型的塑化条件和温度下,将活性化合物通过适合的计量装置直接导入聚合物熔融体中,并均匀地分布于此聚合物熔融体中。
聚合物组合物是通过在可变剪切辊筒式挤压机中,在单螺杆和双螺杆捏和机(Banbary或Werner & Pfleiderer)或特定的捏和机中捏和而塑化。剪切辊筒式挤压机主要用于成批量生产,而添加剂的掺入是使用单螺杆或双螺杆挤压机或Buss-KO捏和机连续进行的。适合于掺入添加剂的挤压机或捏合机是根据摩擦原理;摩擦热通过螺杆的来回水平运动而获得。根据聚合物/添加物混合物的不同,螺杆在捏和高度、捏和宽度、旋转方向的间距方面有所差异。均化质量可以通过调节捏和时间和挤压机螺杆的长度与直径比率来调节。良好的均化和塑化是进一步加工含活性化合物的聚合物组合物的前提条件。
为获得均质的可塑化产物,用于热塑加工而给出模塑组合物,原材料必须以特定的形式加入。热塑料是以颗粒或粉状形式加入的。取决于体积或重量计量装置方式所需的精确度,活性化合物以固体或液体加入。体积计量装置有螺杆、间格齿轮、旋转盘或震动管道送料器。重量计量装置有供料带称或差动供料称。对于自由流动的聚合物颗粒(粒径大于50μm),所用的计量装置有震动管道,螺旋或叶片螺杆和带。粉粒大小介于10至50μm的活性化合物与液体一样对待,且优选使用“箱式系统”如间格齿轮或双螺杆计量。活性化合物可以送料入挤压机的装填区或以一或多个阶段进一步下流进料。将它们计量入熔融热塑料中,避免二级聚集物形成。
当加入到热塑料中时,液体活性化合物按不同的方式处理。液体活性化合物以预混物(加热/冷却混合物)加入。先在60-80℃下熔融蜡样活性化合物,并在将之送料给挤压机前贮藏在加热的贮罐中。用齿轮泵、螺杆旋转轴泵或单活塞或多活塞泵计量入液体活性化合物。它们在向熔融体施加压力的位点加料入挤压机中。熔融体中的压力必须高于活性化合物在其各自熔融体温度的蒸汽压,因为如果不这样就会产生蒸汽和泡沫,在注入位点,压力需沿着螺杆位点的方向下降,即压力梯度是负的,这样活性化合物进料不会向上翻。在较大量活性化合物和热塑熔融体与液体活性化合物间存在大的粘度差异时,有利的是以多个位点同时注入液体。在热敏感活性化合物的情况下,熔融体中的活性化合物分布可以以这种方式更迅速地获得。重要的是,液体活性化合物尽可能直接地镶嵌入熔融体中,而不是仅只在桶的内壁边缘注入。在桶壁上的低粘度液体的膜形成应通过降低加入的速率来避免,因为如果不这样,挤压机中的材料输送就会受到损害或者在单螺杆挤压机的情况下甚至会出故障。对于高的活性化合物含量,这点需特别考虑到。在此情况下,须使用注入阀,该注入阀探入螺杆管道中。螺杆的溢料面插入注入点。当关闭计量泵时,绝对需要防止热塑熔融体渗入注入阀和进料管,在此固化并在计量泵再次开启前阻塞液体进料。为避免这一问题的出现,使用特定的弹簧装载非反转阀,在此阀中就在出口处装上回流阻片。
对于液体活性化合物而言,就混合(mixing-in)程序的定量而论,对固体活性化合物所述的那些基本上同样适合。然而,因为在许多情况下计量入的液体其粘性明显低于热塑熔融体,因此在均化期间不再有将之分散的问题。基本上,它们只须分散即可。适合于此目的的装置是混合环,因为混合环重复多次将不同的层分级和扩展。相同的混合质量也可通过在进料螺杆与模之间装上静态混合元器件的方式来达到。
液体或固体活性化合物也可以以添加物浓缩物的形式计量入。此浓缩物是含有镶嵌在载体物质中的高浓度活性化合物的中间体。此处的载体物质可以是所需的聚合物或与聚合物可互混的材料(聚合物、填料)。最终使用时,中间体通过与另一聚合物颗粒混合而再稀释成所需的低浓度。以此形式高度浓缩的活性化合物易于计量活性化合物浓缩物,以设定不同浓度。此“母料(masterbatches)”通常是颗粒形式。
含有活性化合物的热塑料可以以不同的方式造粒。可以是切下挤出的完全或部分冷却的挤压物(挤压造粒)或直接在盖前的喷嘴出口切下热熔融体(例如,水环造粒)。
制备的含有活性化合物颗粒进一步热塑加工,给出成形体或与另外的热塑聚合物一起加工,给出混合物(母料)。
对于成形步骤而言,使用常规用于塑料的方法,例如注塑、挤出吹气成形、薄膜挤塑成深度撑压。

特别优选的是使用活性化合物3-烯丙基-2-甲基-环戊-2-烯-4-酮-1-基d-顺/反-菊酸酯(Pynamin forte)和2,3,5,6-四氟苄基(+)-1R-反-2,2-二甲基3-(2,2-二氯乙烯基)环丙烷羧酸酯(四氟菊酯)。
作为聚合材料,优选的是使用非晶和部分微晶聚合物,以及两种聚合物的混合物,它们可以热塑加工,即,粘性熔融体,且共软化范围低于意欲掺入的活性化合物在常压下的沸点。针对适宜的活性化合物选择聚合物,使得活性化合物至少部分与聚合物混合。
作为适合的非晶聚合物,优选使用:
PVC(塑化)、聚苯乙烯、苯乙烯丁二烯、苯乙烯-丙烯腈、丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯、聚丙烯酸甲酯、非晶聚环烯烃、纤维素酯、芳族聚碳酸酯、非晶芳族聚酰胺、聚苯醚、聚醚砜、聚酰亚胺(polyimides)。
作为适合的部分微晶聚合物,优选使用:
聚乙烯、聚丙烯、聚丁烯、PVC(刚性)、聚酰胺、聚醚酰胺、聚酯酰胺、聚甲醛、聚对苯二甲酸乙二酯、聚对苯二甲酸丁二酯、聚酰亚胺(polyimide)、聚醚醚酮和聚氨酯。
优选的混合物是:
聚碳酸酯与聚对苯二甲酸丁二酯的共混物、聚酰胺-6与苯乙烯-丙烯腈的共混物。
特别优选的是聚丙烯、非晶芳族聚酰胺、芳族聚碳酸酯和芳族聚氨酯。
本发明的杀虫组合物可以通过抗氧剂的方式,通过混合作为添加剂的UV吸收剂加入制剂中来稳定。可以使用的UV吸收剂是所有已知的UV吸收剂。
优选使用苯酚衍生物如丁基羟基甲苯(BHT)、丁基羟基苯甲醚(BHA),双酚衍生物、芳胺如苯基-α-萘基胺、苯基-β-萘基胺,氨基苯乙醚与丙酮等的缩合物或二苯甲酮。
也可以使用着色剂如无机颜料。例如,氧化铁、氧化钛、铁氰蓝和有机染料如茜素、偶氮和铁酞菁染料和金属盐如铁,锰、硼、铜、钴、钼和锌的盐。
此外,也可以向本发明制剂中加入天然香料,例如麝香、灵猫香、龙涎香、海狸香和类似的香料:香旱芹油、杏仁油、黄葵油净油、当归根油、茴香醚、罗勒油、月桂叶油、安息香香树脂、香柠檬精、桦木油、玫瑰油、西班牙草净油、白千层油、依兰油、辣椒油。烛果油、小豆蔻油、萝卜籽油、山扁豆油、雪松油、芹菜子油、肉桂油、香茅油、muscatelsage oil、丁子香油、科涅油、芜荽油、荜澄茄油、樟脑油、莳萝油、龙蒿油、桉树油、小茴香油香、calbanum resinoid、大蒜油、牻牛儿苗油、姜油、葡萄油、忽布油、风信子净油、茉莉净油、桧树油、岩蔷薇香树脂、薰衣草油、桂叶油、柠檬油、柠檬草油、独活草油、肉豆蔻树油、桔油、misoma absol.、没药净油、芥末油、水仙净油、橙花油、豆蔻油、橡苔净油、乳香香脂、葱油、红没药香脂、橙油、橙花油、鸢尾油、胡椒油、薄荷油、秘鲁香脂、橙叶油、冷杉针叶油、玫瑰净油、玫瑰油、迷迭香油、檀香油、鼠尾草油、curled mint oil、安息香油、百里香油、妥卢香脂、零陵香豆净油、tuberose absol.、晚香玉油、香子兰净油、香根草油、紫堇花净油、依兰油及类似植物的油等。

本发明组合物通常含有按重量计0.1至80%,优选按重量计0.2至40%,特别优选按重量计1.0至20%的活性化合物。
本发明组合物的制备与应用通过下列实施例予以说明:实施例1在各种聚合物中配合活性化合物
配合是在装备双螺杆的挤压机BRABENDR PLASTICORDER PL20)00(挤压机型号:35/17D,挤压机冷却:空气,入口冷却:水,3mm圆形挤压喷口,四个电热加热区)中进行。
经由Engelhardt平衡,在各自的温度下,将聚合物颗粒计量入挤压机中。活性化合物在蒸汽加热的储罐中加温,经由齿轮泵(Ismatec)泵入。通过量定在总量为6kg/h。
形成的聚合物挤出体在水浴中冷却,之后在造粒机中切下。颗粒在水泵真空约50℃下干燥。

将接电源的挥发体系放置在房间中央的地板上,房间关闭好,并开启小烘箱。工作时间为8小时,在此期间,通过窗户确定10%、50%、95%和100%的蚊虫在各自网笼中被击倒的时间。试虫仍留在房间中至8小时。之后确定试虫被击倒的百分率。所有试虫由网笼中取出,移到无杀虫剂的干净塑料烧杯中。烧杯用穿孔的盖子盖好,烧杯里放上浸有10%浓度糖溶液的纤维棉球。试虫在无杀虫剂的气氛中保持24小时后,确定死亡率。
试验结束后,将加热的挥发器容器从房间中移去,房间以每小时换200次气的速率通风。挥发器容器在室温下贮存。实施例3.1在20m3房间中进行实施例1.5的防治敏感型埃及伊蚊试验带PTC的DBK加热装置室内温度24℃加热器温度110℃相对湿度50至76%试验样本 69mm×40mm×1mm聚丙烯中含2%的四氟菊酯

Claims (7)
1.以聚合物为基的杀虫组合物,其特征在于该组合物含有一种杀虫剂,该杀虫剂在室温或增高的温度下释放,而不改变聚合物形状。
2.根据权利要求1的以聚合物为基的杀虫组合物,其特征在于所述组合物含有如下杀虫剂:
天然除虫菊酯,
3-烯丙基-2-甲基-环戊-2-烯-4-酮-1-基d/l顺/反-菊酸酯(烯丙菊酯/Pynamin),
3-烯丙基-2甲基-环戊-2-烯-4-酮-1-基d顺/反-菊酸酯(Pynamin forte),
d-3烯丙基2甲基-环戊2-烯-4酮-1-基d-反-菊酸酯(Exrin),
3-烯丙基-2甲基-环戊2烯-4-酮-1-基d-反菊酸酯(Bioallethrin),
N-(3,4,5,6-四氢苯二甲酰亚氨基)甲基dl-顺/反菊酸酯(胺菊酯,Neopynamin),
5-苄基-3-呋喃甲基d顺/反-菊酸酯(苄呋菊酯,Chrysronforte),
5-(2-炔丙基)3呋喃基甲基菊酸酯(Furamethrin),
3苯氧基苄基2,2-二甲基3(2,2-二氯乙烯基)-环丙烷羧酸酯(氯菊酯,Exmin),
苯氧基苄基d顺/反-菊酸酯(苯醚菊酯,Sumithrin),
α-氰基苯氧基苄基异丙基4-氯苯基乙酸酯(氰戊菊酯,Sumicidin),
(S)-α-氰基-3-苯氧基苄基(1R,顺)-3-(2,2-二氯乙烯基)-2,2二甲基环丙烷羧酸酯,
(R,S)-α-氰基-3-苯氧基苄基(1R,1S)-顺/反-3-(2,2-二氯乙烯基)-2,2-二甲基环丙烷羧酸酯,
α-氰基3-苯氧基苄基d-顺/反-菊酸酯,
1-乙炔基-2甲基-2-戊烯基顺/反-菊酸酯,
1-乙炔基-2-甲基2戊烯基2,2-二甲基3(2-甲基-1丙烯基)-环丙烷1-羧酸酯,
1-乙炔基-2甲基-2-戊烯基2,2,3,3-四甲基环丙烷羧酸酯,
1-乙炔基2甲基2戊烯基2,2-二甲基-3-(2,2二氯乙烯基)-环丙烷-1-羧酸酯,
2,3,5,6-四氟苄基(+)-1R反2,2二甲基3-(2,2-二氯乙烯基)环丙烷羧酸酯(四氟菊酯,Bayothrin),或这些活性化合物的混合物。
3.根据权利要求1的以聚合物为基的杀虫组合物,其特征在于所述组合物含有如下聚合物:PVC(塑化)、聚苯乙烯、苯乙烯-丁二烯、苯乙烯丙烯腈、丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯、聚丙烯酸甲酯、非晶聚环烯烃、纤维素酯、芳族聚碳酸酯、非晶芳族聚酰胺、聚苯醚、聚醚砜、聚酰亚胺(polyimides)、聚乙烯、聚丙烯、聚丁烯、PVC(刚性)、聚酰胺、聚醚酰胺、聚酯酰胺、聚甲醛、聚对苯甲酸乙二酯、聚对苯甲酸丁二酯、聚酰亚胺(polyimide)、聚醚醚酮和聚氨酯、或聚碳酸酯与聚对苯甲酸丁二酯的混合物、聚酰胺-6与苯乙烯-丙烯腈的共混物。
4.根据权利要求1的以聚合物为基的杀虫组合物,其特征在于所述组合物还可以含有稳定剂、着色剂或香料。
5.制备以聚合物为基的杀虫组合物的方法,该组合物含有一种杀虫剂,所述杀虫剂在室温或增高的温度下释放,而不改变聚合物的形状,所述的方法的特征在于,将热塑聚合物以颗粒或粉末的形式在适合温度下导入适合的挤压机中,并塑化,在此塑化条件和典型用于所选的聚合物的温度下,通过适合的计量装置的方式,将活性化合物直接导入聚合物熔融体中,并在此熔融体中均匀分布,将所得的塑料造粒,并将此含活性化合物的颗粒最终热塑加工,给出成形体。
6.权利要求1的以聚合物为基的杀虫组合物的应用,其特征在于使所述组合物在室温或在增高的温度下作用于在室内出现的昆虫。
7.权利要求6的以聚合物为基的杀虫组合物的应用,其特征在于组合物中存在的杀虫剂是通过适合的挥发装置来挥发。
