Abstract

本发明优点
按照权利要求1所述的按照本发明的径向密封圈具有特别高的装配可靠性,也就是说,在密封圈放上或者放入时以及同要密封的零件相互接合时可以排除损伤。
按照权利要求2所述的、在其相互邻接的端部的、简单的环形台阶在要密封的零件上作为密封面,通过要相互密封接合零件的、搭接或者交错连接的径向环形台阶段的闭合端部来径向固定。
按照权利要求3所述的结构通过按照本发明的密封使相互要密封接合的零件的对中成为可能。
权利要求4指出了按照本发明的密封圈的合适的制造方法。权利要求5和6所谈到的是这种方法有利的安排。

实施例的说明
壳体1的孔通过一个封闭件2在中间安放径向密封圈3密封封闭。

壳体环形台阶7的轴向长度大于密封圈3的宽度。在壳体1孔里的封闭件2处于密封状态时,密封圈3位于环形台阶7轴向封闭的端部区域内,通过此,位于环形台阶7轴向敞开端的轴向端部段可以用来相对封闭件2的环形面8径向对中。

Claims (6)

1.径向密封圈,其特征是,
这种径向密封圈由涂有弹性材料的弹簧钢板组成,它的横断面呈波浪性伸展,具有用于与待密封的零件(1,2)接触的至少一个朝向密封圈里面的凸面(4)和至少一个在相反方向上向外朝向的凸面(5)。
2.壳体密封,特别是在喷油泵壳体(1)的孔中放入封闭件(2)时采用按照权利要求1所述的径向密封,其特征是,
壳体(1)和封闭件(2)的径向相对的密封面在其各轴向相对的端部是径向拉拔的环形台阶段(7)或者(6),密封圈(3)轴向固定在其轴向封闭的端部之间。
3.按照权利要求2所述的壳体密封,其特征是,
至少两个环形台阶(6,7)中的一个具有超过密封圈(3)宽度的轴向长度,通过此,该环形台阶(6)或者(7)的轴向敞开的端部能够相对具有相对环形台阶(7)或者(6)的零件径向对中。
4.按照权利要求1所述密封圈的制造方法,其特征是,
-用没有调质处理的弹簧钢板作成密封圈(3)的截面型材,
-成型的弹簧钢板滚轧到所要求的密封圈(3)的直径,
-焊接滚轧弹簧钢板的接口,
-对弹簧钢板制成的的密封圈(3)调质处理,
-弹簧钢板一密封圈(3)涂上一层弹性材料。
5.按照权利要求4的制造方法,其特征是,
通过将成型的密封圈(3)浸入到弹性材料熔池中、采用喷涂方法或者静电方法进行涂覆。
6.按照权利要求5的制造方法,其特征是,
在成型的和焊接成密封圈(3)的弹簧钢板上,作为涂覆预处理涂上一层增加附着力剂。
