Abstract
本发明提供一种超声波美容器,其可防止因超声波振动元件及金属制之探测头变热而灼伤肌肤,于其探测器设有接触肌肤之金属制的探测头,且于金属制的探测头之抵接肌肤用金属面的相反侧,备有利用来自超声波振荡电路的输出信号而发生振动的超声波振动元件,另设有温度感测器,该温度感测器分别抵接于超声波振动元件之侧面及接触于肌肤之探测头的抵接肌肤用金属面之相反侧的面。
Description
本发明是关于一种超声波美容器。
自以往,关于超声波美容器,吾人习知者有日本新型第3015061号公报,然于此一习知例,金属制之探测头是于抵接肌肤用金属面的相反侧仅只配置有超声波振动元件。
然而于上述习知例中,若令超声波振动元件长时间振动,或集中于肌肤的某一点持续施加超声波,则超声波振动元件及接触于肌肤的金属制之探测头即变热,而有灼伤肌肤之虞,为其问题点。
本发明是鉴于上述习知例的问题点而提出者,其目的在提供一超声波美容器,其可防止因金属制之探测头变热而灼伤肌肤。
为达到上述目的,本发明采取以下技术方案:
一种超声波美容器4,于其探测器1设有接触于肌肤之金属制的探测头2,且于金属制的探测头2之抵接肌肤用金属面3的相反侧,备有利用来自超声波振荡电路的输出信号而发生振动的超声波振动元件5;其特征为:更设有温度感测器6,该温度感测器6分别抵接于超声波振动元件5之侧面与探测头的抵接肌肤用金属面3之相反侧的面。藉由此一构成,在令超声波振动元件5长时间振动,或集中于肌肤的某一点持续施加超声波之场合,一旦超声波振动元件5及探测头2变热,温度感测器6即可于瞬间确实地测知此一情形。
又,令探测头的抵接肌肤用金属面3之相反侧成为凹部7,在凹部7的底面部设超声波振动元件5,且于超声波振动元件5的侧面与凹部7之内侧面之间形成间隙8,在该间隙8配设温度感测器6。藉由此一构成,可将温度感测器6确定地配设成分别抵接于超声波振动元件5之侧面与探测头的抵接肌肤用金属面3之相反侧的面。
本发明的效果:
依本发明,由于将温度感测器设成分别抵接于超声波振动元件之侧面与探测头的抵接肌肤用金属面之相反侧的面,故即使在令超声波振动元件长时间振动,或集中于肌肤的某一点持续施加超声波,而使超声波振动元件及探测头异常变热之场合,温度感测器亦可确实地测知此一情形,而防止发生灼伤。特别是,在发热物之附近直接侦测探测头的直接抵接肌肤部分的温度,而能于瞬间确实地测知抵接肌肤用金属面的温度。
又,由于令探测头的抵接于肌肤之抵接肌肤用金属面之相反侧成凹部,在凹部的底面部设超声波振动元件,且于超声波振动元件的侧面与凹部之内侧面之间形成间隙,在该间隙配设温度感测器,故能以简单之构成,将温度感测器确实地配设成分别抵接于超声波振动文件之侧面与探测头的抵接肌肤用金属面之相反侧的面。
以下参照附图,详细说明本发明的实施例:

以下参照附图所示实施形态,对本发明加以说明。
本发明之超声波美容器4,是如图1所示,备有:本体外壳9,收纳着用以产生超声波的超声波振荡电路;探测器1,藉由超声波而发生振荡;电线10,用以将探测器1及设于本体外壳9内之超声波振荡电路予以电性连接。于本体外壳9设有:探测器收纳部11;操作面板12;可自由开闭之盖子13;及电源线(未图示)。又,电源线是收藏于设在本体外壳9而省略图示的电源线收纳部。
探测器1是如图2到图5所示般,在手柄14的一端部设有探测头安装部15,在设于此探测头安装部15的安装用开口部16安装探测头2,于探测头2备有超声波振动元件5,藉由来自超声波振荡电路的输出信号使该超声波振动元件5超声波振动,如此而构成者。
手柄14是如图2及图4所示般,被分割为手柄上半部14a、手柄下半部14b两部份,藉由螺纹构件予以固定,在手柄下半部14b设有安装用开口部16,而于安装用开口部16的开口缘部之后端部,是如图4所示般,形成有承接梯级部17。又,于手柄上半部14a的前端部之内面部朝向下方设有推压用支持脚30。
探测头2系为金属制者,成有底筒状,作为前端面部的底部18之外面部构成接触于肌扶之部分的抵接肌肤用金属面3。又,探测头2的抵接肌肤用金属面3之相反侧为后端部开放的凹部7。又,于此底部18的外面部之抵接肌肤用金属面3的相反侧之面(亦即底部18的内面部),利用粘接剂19固着有藉由来自超声波振荡电路的输出信号其超声波振荡的超声波振动元件5。超声波振动元件5比呈有底筒状的探测头2之内径为小,仅于将超声波振动元件5固著于底部18的内部之状态下,在超声波振动元件5之侧面部与凹部7之内侧面间形成间隙8。
在形成于该超声波振动元件5之侧面部与凹部7之内侧面间的间隙8内配置有温度感测器6,该温度感测器6在分别抵接于超声波振动元件5之侧面与探测头2的抵接肌肤金属面3之相反侧的面之状态下,藉由粘接剂19予以固著于探测头2。如此,藉由将温度感测器6设成分别抵接于超声波振动元件5的侧面及接触于肌肤之部分的抵接肌肤用金属面3的相反侧之面的方式,即可瞬间测知超声波振动元件5及接触于肌肤的金属制之探测头2的温度。
在成有底筒状的探测头2之凹部7的后方之开口部,系如图7所示般,安装有由像是橡胶般之弹性材料所形成之探测头支持用弹性体20,以避免由探测头2直接将振动传至刚体的手柄14,而可由探测头2仅止发出对于肌肤具有效果的超声波之振动。探测头支持用弹性体20是如图6所示般成有底筒状,在筒状部21的外周部之前后方向的约略中央部成一体形成有锷部22,于锷部22的前面部形成有环状凹槽22a。又,于筒状部21的外周部之前部,设有复数个绕周向连续延伸的弹性突条23。又,于探测头支持用弹性弹性体20的后端部之角隅部设有电线穿过用孔24。探测头支持用弹性体20之筒状部21的前部被嵌入于探测头2之凹部7内,且复数个之弹性突条23弹性接触于凹部7的内周面而密封,且设于探测头2之后端部之开口缘的外锷部25嵌入于探测头支持用弹性体20之锷部22的环状凹槽22a内。电线10穿过电线穿过用孔24,电线穿过用孔24的内周部沿着周方向弹性密接于电线10而达到密封,并支持着电线10,该电线10与超声波振动元件5及温度感测器6,在探测头支持用弹性体20内是藉由接头26等加以电性连接。因此,在成有底筒状的探测头2之凹部7的后方之开口部,安装有由像是橡胶般之弹性材料所形成之探测头支持用弹性体20,藉以防止水侵入至探测头2内,而达成探测头2内包含超声波振动元件5的电气零件之防水密封。
于此,如图6所示般,电线10在电线穿过用孔24部分被弹性地支持着,且接头26被支持于成有底筒状的探测头支持用弹性体20之内壁,而使接头26不致于松动摇晃。
于探测头2的外周部之后端部,更弹性地包嵌着由像是橡胶般之弹性材料所形成之弹性环状体27,弹性环状体27之后端部的凸缘部28抵接于探测头支持用弹性体20的锷部22。
又,如图4、图5所示,在将探测头支持用弹性体20、弹性环状体27安装于探测头2的状态下,将探测头2嵌入于设在手柄下半部14b的安装用开口部16,令探测头支持用弹性体20的锷部22隔着弹性环状体27之凸缘部28抵住设于安装用开口部16之开口缘部的承接梯级部17,于此状态下,以螺纹件31将手柄上半部14a固着于手柄下半部14b,藉以利用设于手柄上半部14a的推压用支持脚30推压安装探测头支持用弹性体20的后部。
于此,虽可设置或不设置弹性环状体27,但设置弹性环状体27可确实防止异物或水浸入至手柄14内。
如上述,探测头2是安装成介隔着探测头支持用弹性体20,由探测头安装部15的安装用开口部16伸出,如图2所示,于此场合,探测头2的伸出方向A是相对于探测头2的轴线B倾斜约75°而安装。又,探测头2的伸出长度约为15mm。如此,藉由令探测头2的伸出方向A相对于探测头2的轴线B倾斜约75°,且探测头2的伸出长度约为15mm,不但可使探测头2毫不勉强地贴抵面颊,且探测头2的抵接肌肤用金属面3可顺利地抵住鼻翼等细微之处。
如此,如上所述般构成之探测器1,是利用来自超声波振荡电路的输出信号使超声波振动元件5发生振动,藉由将金属制之探测头2抵住肌肤使用的方式,将超声波传播至肌肤,令毛孔的污垢及旧角质层浮现,并造成肌肤的撑紧等效果。
此时,若令超声波振动元件5长时间振动,或集中于肌肤的某一点持续施加超声波,则超声波振动元件5及探测头2即变热,而有灼伤肌肤之虞,故在温度感测器6温度超过某一定之温度时,即介由电线10将信号传送至超声波振荡电路,使超声波的输出信号停止,如此而加以设定。因此,一旦超声波振动元件5及探测头2超过一定之温度例如摄氏45°时,即令来自超声波振荡电路的输出信号停止,而停止超声波振动元件5的发生振动。
其后,一旦超声波振动元件5及探测头2的温度降低至低于既定(温度较前述一定温度为低,例如摄氏41°)时,即利用来自超声波振荡电路的输出信号使超声波振动元件开始发生振动。
在藉由上述温度感测器6施行温度感测之际,由于温度感测器6是设成分别抵接于超声波振动元件5之侧面与探测头2的接触于肌肤之抵接肌肤用金属面3之相反侧的面,故可于瞬间确实地测知探测头2的抵接肌肤用金属面3之温度。
Claims (2)
1、一种超声波美容器,于其探测器设有接触于肌肤之金属制的探测头,且于金属制的探测头之抵接肌肤用金属面的相反侧,备有利用来自超声波振荡电路的输出信号而发生振动的超声波振动元件,其特征为还设有:
温度感测器,该温度感测器分别抵接于超声波振动元件之侧面与探测头的抵接肌肤用金属面之相反侧的面。
2、如权利要求1所述之超声波美容器,其中,令探测头的抵接肌肤用金属面之相反侧为凹部,在凹部的底面部设有超声波振动元件,且于超声波振动元件的侧面与凹部之内侧面之间形成间隙,在该间隙配设温度感测器,如此而构成。
