Description

密封和导向条带
本发明涉及用以密封可治预定路径移动的大致平面的密封结构，包括用以将密封结构邻近该路径固定的固定装置和被弹性地支承在该固定装置上并限定用以密封接触该可移动面的密封面的密封装置。
本发明还涉及用以密封车身中间窗格玻璃表面的密封装置，该窗格玻璃被装于机动车窗口内，并经车身中部间隙移入或移出车体的下部，该车身中部密封装置包括一个纵向延伸的槽形夹紧部，用以固定邻近于该间隙一侧面或沿该间隙侧面延伸的车身中部密封装置；至少一个柔性密封唇，该唇由夹紧部(16)支承，并向离开那里的方向延伸，以便随着窗格玻璃移过所述间隙跟它的一个表面接触，该唇被固定在夹紧部壁的外表面上。
这些密封结构和车身中部密封装置的例子在机动车体构造中是公知的。机动车体通常具有几块可移动的窗格玻璃板。例如，这些玻璃板通常被设置成可在车门窗口内沿垂直方向滑动。这些可移动的窗格玻璃板通常被安排成邻一个密封结构滑动，该密封结构治窗框的两侧和顶端，并沿窗口的下部是固定的，在窗口下部处，窗玻璃移入或移出车门的下部。
为了使该密封装置有效地密封窗玻璃，并为了产生良好的防风雨效果，它们必须相当气密。然而，若它们太紧，由窗玻璃和密封装置相对移动可能产生噪声。
按照本发明，上面首次提出的密封装置的特点在于该密封装置由弹性阻尼装置至少部分地被支承在所述固定装置上。
按照本发明，上面首次提出的车身中部密封装置的特点在于所述壁限定一个在所述夹紧部内用以衰减所述唇振动的纵向延伸的空腔。
现在，参照简略附图，仅通过例子说明用以实施本发明的形成车身中部密封装置的密封条带，其中：
图1是经车身中部密封装置之一的横截面图；
图2相应于图1，但表示一种变型；
图3表示另一密封条。
车身中部密封装置5用以安装在车体上。与可滑动的窗玻璃6邻接。在一个特定的例子中，该车身中部密封装置5被安装成沿装于车门上的窗框的大致水平的下缘延伸，靠在一条槽的旁边，窗玻璃6经该槽能自中空的车门的下部8提升或下降到那里。
图1表示车门板10和12，它们沿边缘组合在一起，即收敛，并每隔一定距离焊在一起，形成突缘14。
车身中部密封装置5包括由塑料或橡胶材料17制成的槽形夹紧区16，这些材料挤压在槽形埋置金属支架18上。该金属支架18可取任何适当的形式。例如，它可以是简单的纵向延伸的U形金属支架。代替它的可以由沿纵向并排排列的U形金属件制成，以限定一个槽。可以理解，支架可以有其它的形式。夹紧区16可用挤压制造，支架18可用十字头挤压机插入。
被挤压的塑料或橡胶材料17被挤压，以形成两个纵向延伸的中空腔20和22，它们沿密封装置的长度延伸。在外壁24和26上，在这些中心腔20，20各自的外侧上支承着相应的唇28、30。外壁24、26较为柔性。唇28、30最好与材料17被整体挤压。它们可由较硬的材料制成，尽可能比材料17还硬。唇28和30可与材料17一起被共同挤压。然而，代之以，它们可单独制成，并用粘合剂固定。材料17可与沿夹紧部的槽内侧延伸的夹紧唇34、36一起被整体挤压。这些夹紧唇与突缘14的两侧接触，从而产生密封和夹紧效果。这些唇可自比夹紧部的其余挤压材料更软的材料上被挤压，从而增加它们的夹紧效果。这些唇可有各种不同的形状，且可或多或少于所示唇的数目。
在使用时，唇28、30顶靠窗玻璃6的一个面，从而形成一种阻止水或潮气或污物进入车门下部8的密封装置。唇28和30的顶靠窗玻璃6的表面可包以细密封毡垫或其它的低摩擦材料。唇28、30材料的弹性促使它们与玻璃6的表面进入接触。
随着窗玻璃的提升或下降并相对于唇28、30的表面滑动，由唇和窗玻璃间接触产生的不受欢迎的噪声或嘎嘎声的倾向通过由柔性外壁24、26和中空腔20、20构成的阻尼装置的阻尼效果来消除或减至最小。这样构成的阻尼装置减少了唇28、30振动的产生噪声或嘎嘎声的任何倾向，此外，阻尼了这种噪声或嘎嘎声的传递。可以相信，唇28、30的松动趋于使唇沿基本垂直于壁24、26的方向产生复往运动，而壁24、26阻止并阻尼这些往复运动。
可以理解，车身中部密封装置5可被这样修改，使其仅有一个唇28、30而不是两个，因而仅有一个腔20、22。
在窗玻璃的相反侧，可设置类同的车身中部密封装置。代之以可设置通常的车身中部密封装置。
在图2所示的修改中，通过对腔20、22充以或部分充以聚异丁烯(polyisobutylene)材料32或具有相同阻尼特性的类同材料来修改该阻尼装置。通过对唇28、30的上述往复运动产生额外的衰减，这种材料有助于阻尼装置的阻尼效果。
在图3的密封条中，其中相应于其它图中部件的这些部件都标以相应的标号，仅采用单唇28。然而，该唇由柔性膜38支承。
在图3的结构中，对腔22充以参照图2所述的这种阻尼材料32。然而，代之以腔20可以是空的。

Claims (17)

1.一种用以密封可沿预定路径移动的大致平面(6)的密封结构，包括用以将该密封结构邻近该路径固定的固定装置(16)及被弹性支承于固定装置(16)上并限定用以密封接触该可移动面(6)的密封面的密封装置(28，30；38)，其特征在于密封装置(28，30；38)至少部分地由弹性阻尼装置(20，22；32)支承在固定装置上。
2.按权利要求1所述的密封结构，其特征在于该密封装置包括至少一个由比较柔性的材料制成柔性密封唇，它具有一个构成所述密封面的末端和一个连于固定装置(16)的底部。
3.按权利要求2所述的密封装置，其特征在于固定装置(16)包括柔性材料(17)，其上固定唇(28、30)的底部，柔性材料的挠曲被阻尼装置(20，22；32)减弱。
4.按权利要求3所述的密封结构，其特征在于柔性材料(17)包括限定构成阻尼装置的腔(20，22)的至少部分壁的材料。
5.按权利要求4所述的密封结构，其特征在于腔(20，22)除了空气或其它气体外，基本是空的。
6.按权利要求4所述的密封装置，其特征在于腔(20，22)至少部分被充以阻尼材料(32)。
7.按权利要求6所述的密封装置，其特征在于阻尼材料(32)是聚异丁烯材料。
8.按权利要求2-7之一所述的密封装置，其特征在于柔性蹼(38)在固定装置(16)和唇部(28)处于或邻近其末端之间延伸。
9.按上述任一权利要求所述的密封装置，其特征在于固定装置(16)包括挤压塑料或橡胶，密封装置(28、30)也由柔性橡胶或塑料制成。
10.按权利要求9所述的密封装置，其特征在于密封装置(28、30)的柔性橡胶或塑料比较硬。
11.按上述任一权利要求所述的密封装置，其特征在于固定装置(16)是槽形的，用以弹性夹紧邻近所述路径的刚性支架。
12.一种用以密封车身中部窗格玻璃(6)表面的密封装置，该窗格玻璃被安装在机动车的窗口内，并经车身中部间隙移入或移出车体的下部，该车身中部密封装置包括一纵向延伸的槽形夹紧部(16)，用以固定邻近于该间隙一侧面或沿该间隙侧面延伸的车身中部密封装置；至少一个柔性密封唇(28，30)，该唇由夹紧部(16)支承，并向离开那里的方向延伸，以便随着窗格玻璃(6)移过所述间隙跟它的一个表面接触，唇(28，30)被固定在夹紧部(16)的壁的外表面上，其特征在于所述壁限定夹紧部(16)内的纵向延伸的空心腔(22)，用以衰减唇(28，30)的振动。
13.按权利要求11所述的车身中部密封装置，其特征在于空心腔(22)内装减振材料。
14.按权利要求12或13所述的车身中部密封装置，其特征在于夹紧部(16)包含挤压槽形塑料或橡胶材料(17)，该弹性橡胶或塑料与该唇或各唇(28，30)的材料一起被共同挤压。
15.按权利要求12至14之一所述的车身中部密封装置，其特征在于槽形金属支架(18)被埋置于夹紧部(16)内。
16.按权利要求12至15之一所述的车身中部密封装置，其特征在于该唇或各唇(28，30)有一带有一层诸如细密毡垫的低摩擦材料的表面，该低摩擦材料与窗格玻璃(6)接触。
17.按权利要求12至16之一所述的车身中部密封装置，其特征在于柔性蹼(38)自夹紧部(16)延伸到唇(28)上邻近它与窗格玻璃(6)接触处的那部分。
