Abstract

根据本发明,提供了用于密封、修饰、引导玻璃或精整的带,其用受挤压的材料制成并且限定外部可见表面,该材料至少在其限定外部可见表面的地方具有结合在其中的金属化的或金属的颗粒。
根据本发明,还提供了改变或者强化用受挤压的材料制成以及限定外部可见表面的用于密封、修饰、引导玻璃或精整的带的外观的方法,其包括至少在该材料限定外部可见表面的地方将金属化的或金属的颗粒结合到该材料中的步骤。
实施本发明的用于机动车辆车身的用于密封、修饰、引导玻璃或精整的带将仅通过例子,参考附图来描述,其中:

图1表示了去掉其车门之一的机动车辆的车身5,以便表示围绕着门开口周边安装的密封带6。在使用中,关闭的门贴在密封带6上,以提供密不透风的密封。
图2表示了一种形式的密封带6。它包括密封部分8和夹紧或安装部分10。夹紧部分10为纵向通道12的形式。在使用中,该部分包围地夹住门开口的周围。更具体地说,门开口周围通常由一凸缘来限定,在该处内外车身面板被焊接在一起。
如图2所示,夹紧部分10包括例如由弹性金属或其他材料制成的加强芯或加强支架14,其被嵌入如橡胶或者塑料材料的柔性材料16中。例如,支架14可以用金属制成并制成(倒置)U形元件的形式,这些元件并排布置以限定通道12,并且用整体的短连接的联接件来连接在一起或彼此脱开连接。其他形式的支架当然也是可能的。该支架可由往复循环的线制成。该支架14可以使用十字头挤压机结合到材料16中。该支架不必由金属制造。柔软但基本不延展的条可以结合在材料16中。
材料16被制作成形以限定位于通道12相反内侧的面对壁上的整体的夹紧唇部18。这些唇部与凸缘上的相对面接触并且增加夹紧部分10的摩擦夹紧。有利的是,唇部18的材料被布置成比受挤压的材料16的其余部分更软,以增加唇部对凸缘的摩擦夹紧。
如图2所示,材料16被制作成形以限定所谓的“遮盖唇部”20。其用于覆盖并有助于固定车身内修饰面板的边缘等。
夹紧部分10可以设置有一个织物覆盖件21。
密封部分8通常为中空管状形式,包括可以与材料16共同受挤压的发泡材料22。然而,对于密封部分8的材料22,与夹紧部分10的材料16共同受挤压是不必要的。替代方案是,密封部分8可以通过由合适的材料挤压来单独制成,然后用粘合剂固定到夹紧部分10上。
在使用中,夹紧部分10将密封带安装在门的周围,使得密封部分8围绕着门开口延伸在车身的外侧上。因此,关闭的门部分地压在密封部分10上,从而提供了密不透风的密封。当以这种方式安装时,通道12的口自然背离门开口的中心。
根据描述的带的特征,密封部段8的材料具有通过添加金属化的或者金属的颗粒改变或强化的外观。这些可以在挤压过程中或者挤压过程之前添加到材料22中。颜料也可以添加到材料22中以使其着色。
图3表示了变型方案,其中密封部段8设置有未发泡材料的外壳层24。当材料22为开孔泡沫时,例如当材料22是热塑性弹性体材料时,有利地通过挤压过程附加这样的壳层。在设置这样的壳层的地方,金属化的或金属的颗粒添加到该壳层24的材料中,以替代添加到材料22中。
在特定情况下,在描述改变或者强化夹紧部段10的外观的地方,金属化的或金属的颗粒可以在挤压过程中或挤压过程之前添加到材料中。这样的情况下,自然不用织物覆盖件21。
为了外观改变或者强化目的而使用添加的金属化的或金属的颗粒也可以适用于受挤压的塑料或者类似材料,这些材料用于生产窗户导向通道或收敛带,以用于密封可靠着槽移动的窗玻璃,通过该槽,窗玻璃从车门的下部显现出来或者下降进入车门的下部。
Claims (9)
1.一种用于密封、修饰、引导玻璃或精整的带,其用受挤压的材料制成,其包括由至少部分覆盖有壳层(24)的发泡材料制成的基座部件(22),该壳层限定载有金属化的或金属的颗粒的外部可见表面,其特征在于,金属化的或金属的颗粒在其挤压之前或其挤压过程中被结合到受挤压的材料中。
2.根据权利要求1所述的带,其特征在于,基座部件(22)由热塑性弹性体材料制成。
3.根据权利要求2所述的带,其特征在于,基座部件(22)由开孔材料制成并且壳层(24)是未发泡的。
4.根据前述权利要求中任何一项所述的带,其特征在于,其是可纵向压缩的密封部件(8)的形式。
5.根据权利要求4所述的带,其特征在于,密封部件(8)由纵向延伸的安装部件(20)承载,用于沿将被密封的开口的周围安装密封部件(8)。
6.根据权利要求5所述的带,其特征在于,安装部件(20)用受挤压的材料(16)制成,并且限定了另外的外部可见表面,安装部件(20)的材料(16)至少在其限定其外部可见表面的地方具有金属化的或金属的颗粒,这些金属化的或金属的颗粒在该材料的挤压过程中或其挤压之前结合到该材料中。
